This is a tad of a spinoff of a recipe on the side of a Nasoya Silken Creations box. You can skip the vanilla and cut the confectioners sugar a little bit if you use Silken Creations Vanilla instead. I didn’t include a recipe for a pie crust because I like it crustless! And for ultimate laziness, you can even mix it right in the pie pan! There are lots of good vegan pie crust recipes on here, or you can buy a premade one. Note that cook time does not include cooling time. — posted by the80srule
