I used Vmware server for testing and developing operating system, and also just for build network virtual infrastructur for operating system security penetration. I like to use it, because VMware server is easy to use with web based configuration and also stable. look at the screenshoot below you can administrate your virtual infrastructure with web based :

To install iPhone application, first of all you must have account at iTunes application store, you can read here how to register to iTunes store.
1. open your iTunes and go to iTunes store then login with your account.

2. search application on search box, example : skype

3. download the application, connect your itunes to PC then sync your iPhone with iTunes appication library.
