கவிதையாய் நான் நினைக்கும் என் உணர்வுகள்

நீ கொடுத்த வலிகள்- பசுமையான பனை ஓலையில் ஆணியால் எழுதப்பட்ட ஆனந்த உணர்வுகள் அழுகையுடன் ஆயிரம் இரவுகளில். இறுதியில் இறுக்கமான மனிதனாய் நான் .

வியாஷ் சரண்ஜித் ராஜ் 2ம் ஆண்டு பிறந்தநாள் 8-11-2013 - ஆந்திரா பிரதேசம் மாநிலம்

எங்கள் மகன் வியாஷ் சரண்ஜித் ராஜ் யின் இரண்டாம் ஆண்டு பிறந்த நாளுக்கு (8-11-2013) நாங்கள் சென்ற இடம் ஆந்திரா மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள பத்ராசலம், பர்ணசால மற்றும் பாப்பிகொண்டலு என்ற இடங்களுக்கு சென்றோம். அப்போது நான் ஹைதராபாத்தில் உள்ள IGATE கம்பெனியில் வேலை செய்துகொண்டிருதேன். இந்த இடங்கள் ஹைதராபாத்தில் இருந்து சுமார் 350 கி.மீ. தொலைவில் உள்ளன. பத்ராசலம் என்ற இடத்தில சீதாராமர் கோயில் இந்தியாவின் இரண்டாவது பெரிய புண்ணிய நதியான கோதாவரி நதியின் கரையில் உள்ளது. இந்த கோயில் கி. பி. 1674 ம் ஆண்டு கஞ்சர்ல கோபண்ணா ( பக்த ராமதாஸ்) என்பவரால் அன்று ஆண்ட சுல்தான் அரசாங்கத்து பணத்தை கொண்டு கட்டப்பட்டது. இதனால் அவர் சிறை வாசம் சென்றார். அந்த பணத்தை ராமர் அதிசயத்தால் திரும்ப செலுத்தி அவரை மீட்டார் என்பது புராணம். பின்னர் அவர் ராமர் மீது கொண்ட பற்றால் பல ராம கீர்த்தனைகள் எழுதினார். இந்த கோயிலின் உள்ளே பின்புறம் ஒரு பாறையை சுற்றி ஸ்ரீ ராமதாசுவின் கோயில் உள்ளது. அவர் ஸ்ரீ ராமா ஸ்ரீ ராமா என்றவாறு தியானத்தில் ஆழ்ந்தவாறு பாறையாக மாறினார் என்பது அங்குள்ளவர்கள் கூறுபவை. இவ்வாறு இந்த கோயிலுக்கு பல சிறப்புகள் சொல்லபடுகிறது. இந்த ஊரில் அபய ஆஞ்சநேய கோயில் ஒன்றும் உள்ளது.

                நான், என் மனைவி மற்றும் என் மகன் மூவரும் 06-11-2013 அன்று இரவு 9.30 மணிக்கு நிசாம்பெட் கிராஸ் ரோட்ஸ், ஹைதராபாத்தில் இருந்து பேருந்து மூலமாக பத்ராசலம் புறப்பட்டு 07-11-2013 விடியற் காலை 5.30 மணிக்கு சென்றடைதோம். இந்த நாள் (07-11-2007 ) எனது தாத்தா ராஜா கோபால் நாயுடுவின் 6ம் ஆண்டு நினைவுதினம். இதை நினைவு படுத்த வேண்டும், என் மனைவி கருதெரித்த செய்தி கேட்ட முதல் நாளே நான் என் மனைவியிடம், என் தாத்தாதான் எனக்கு மகனாக பிறக்க போகிறார் என்று கூறினேன். அவளோ முட்டாள் தனமாக பேசவேண்டாம் என்றாள். அதே போல் அவன் 7 அல்லது 8 ம் தேதிதான் பிறப்பான் என்றும் கூறினேன். ஆனால் அவள் 21-11-2011 ம் தேதியை doctor's expected date of delivery என்று காட்டினாள். நான் அனைவரிடமும் மேற்கண்டது போல் சொல்ல ஆரம்பித்தேன். அனைவரும் 15 நாட்கள் முன்பே பிறக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை என்றனர். ஆனால் நான் எதிர் பார்த்ததே நடந்தது. இதனால் அவன் பெயர் ராஜ் என முடியவேண்டும் என் முடிவு செய்தேன். அது மட்டும் இல்லாமல் அவன் பெயர் "வி" என்ற எழுத்தில் தான் தொடங்கவேண்டும் என்று பிறப்பதற்கு முன்பே முடிவுசெய்தேன்.

              பெயரின் காரணம்:
வியாஷ் ---விஜய் அஸ்வினி மற்றும் (வியாசர் - முற்றும் அறிந்த மாமுனிவர், மகாபாரதத்தில் பாண்டவர் மற்றும் கௌரவர்களின் தாத்தா).
சரண்ஜித் -- அவனது ராசி படி அவனது பெயரில் "cha" உச்சரிப்பு இருக்க வேண்டும். சரண்ஜித் என்றால் "கடவுளை வென்றவன்" என்று பொருள்.
ராஜ் --- எனது தாத்தா "ராஜா கோபால் நாயுடு".

               பாத்ராச்சலத்தில் கோயில் அருகே ஒரு விடுதியில் தங்கி குளித்து புறப்பட தயார் ஆனோம். ஆனால் அன்று கோயிலுக்கு செல்ல விரும்பவில்லை. அடுத்த நாள் என்மகனின் பிறந்த நாள் தான் அந்த கோயிலுக்கு செல்லவேண்டும் என நினைத்தோம். எனவே அங்கிருந்து சுமார் 50 கி.மீ. தொலைவில் பாப்பிகொண்டலு பகுதிக்கு tata ace share auto வில் காலை 8.30 மணிக்கு புறப்பட்டோம். அது அனைவரையும் ஏற்றிக்கொண்டு 9.30 மணிக்கு பாத்ராச்சலத்தில் இருந்து புறப்பட்டது. இந்த இடத்தை அடைய அடர்த்தியான காட்டுக்குள்ளே சென்றடைய வேண்டும். சுமார் 11 மணிக்கு பாப்பிகொண்டலு படகு சவாரி ஆரம்பிக்கும் இடத்தை அடைந்தோம்.

              பாபிகொண்டலு என்பது பசுமையான பெரிய பல மலைகளுக்கு இடையே புண்ணிய நீண்ட ஆளமான நதியான கோதாவரி செல்லும் அழகை கண்டு ரசிக்க உகந்த இடம். இங்கு சுமார் 30 கி.மீ. சுற்றளவில் cell phone signal கூட கிடைக்காது. சுமார் 11.30 மணியளவில் எங்கள் படகு சவாரி தொடங்கியது. இந்த படகில் 2 அடுக்குகள் உள்ளன. முதல் அடுக்கின் பின்புறம் சமையல் கூடம் இருந்தது. காலை மற்றும் மதிய உணவு தயார் ஆகிக்கொண்டு இருந்தது. சுமார் 70 பேர் இருந்தனர். சுடச்சுட காலை சிற்றுண்டி அனைவருக்கும் இலவசமாக வழங்கப்பட்டது. சாதரணமாக நதியின் ஆளம் கரை மட்டத்தில் இருந்து உள்ளே செல்ல செல்ல அதிகரிக்கும். ஆனால் இந்த கோதாவரி நதி கரை மட்டத்தில் இருந்தே மிகவும் ஆளமானது. எவ்வளவு ஆளமானது என்று அங்குள்ளவர்களுக்கே தெரியாது. நீரின் வேகமும் அதிகமாகதான் இருக்கும். ஆனால் பார்பதற்கு அமைதியாகவே இருக்கும். இதில் விழுந்தால் நன்கு நீச்சல் பயிற்சி பெற்றவர்கள் கூட தப்பிக்க முடியாது என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்.

            பாப்பிகொண்டலுவின் அழகை ரசித்தவாறு பயணித்தோம். இந்த பயணத்தில் கரையோரங்களில் உள்ள கிராமங்களை பற்றியும் அதன் சிறப்பு மற்றும் வரலாறு குறித்து ஒலி பெருக்கியில் அறிவித்துகொண்டே பயணம் தொடரும். அங்குள்ள அணைத்து கிராமங்களிலும் மின் இணைப்பு இல்லை, சாலைகள் இல்லை, மருத்துவ வசதி இல்லை. சிலர் சூரிய ஒளியின் மூலம் வரும் மின்சாரத்தை பயன்படுத்துகின்றனர். அங்கு படகு போக்குவரத்தே பிரதானமானது. பிறகு ஒரு கரையோரம் நிறுத்தபட்டது. அங்கு ஒரு சிவன் கோயில் உள்ளது. சீதை ஒரு சிவா பக்தை என்பதற்கு எடுத்துகாட்டு. இந்த கோயில் நிர்வாகம் செய்வது மங்கைகள் என்று அழைக்கப்படும் திருமணமாகத பெண்கள். இந்த கோயிலை சுற்றி நீர் ஓடைகள் இருக்கும். வருடந்தோறும் வற்றாத ஓடைகள் ஆகும். மூங்கில்களால் ஆன பொம்மைகள் இங்கு சிறப்பு.

            மறுபடியும் பயணம் தொடரும். சுமார் மதியம் 2 மணியளவில், மதிய உணவிற்காக தீவு போன்ற இடத்தில நிறுத்தப்படும். இங்கு நதியானது இரண்டாக பிரியும் இடம். சூடான மதிய உணவு பரிமாறப்படும். கரையில் அமர்ந்து உண்ணும் போது நான் மேற்கூறிய நதியின் ஆளத்தை பற்றி தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம். அவசரப்பட்டு நீரியில் இறங்கினால் மூழ்கி விடுவீர்கள். விரும்பினால் இந்த இடத்தில 24 மணிநேரம் தங்குவதற்கு தலா ஒருவருக்கு 1000 ரூபாய் படகுகாரர்களால் வசுலிக்கபடும். மறுநாள் வந்து உங்களை அழைத்து செல்வர். இங்கு மூங்கில் குடில்கள் தங்குவதற்கும், அசைவ உணவுகளும் கிடைக்கும். மறுபடியம் பாபிகொண்டலுவின் அழகை ரசித்தவாறு பயணம் தொடரும். இறுதியாக தொடங்கிய இடத்தை மாலை 6 மணிக்கு வந்தடையும். பின்னர் விடுதியை அடைந்து ஒய்வு எடுத்துக்கொண்டோம்.

         பிறந்த நாள் அன்று முதலில் ஸ்ரீ  சீதா இராமர் கோயிலுக்கு சென்றோம். பிறகு லக்ஷ்மி நரசிம்மர் கோயிலுக்கு சென்றோம். பிறகு  நதிக்கரைக்கு சென்றோம். பின்னர் அபஹய ஆஞ்சநேயர் கோயிலுக்கு சென்றோம். பிறகு  சிற்றுண்டியை முடித்துவிட்டு ஆட்டோவில் "பர்ணசலா" விற்கு புறப்பட்டோம். சுமார் 40 நிமிட பயணத்திற்கு பிறகு பர்ணசலவை அடைந்தோம். இதுவும் வேறு ஒரு திசையில் கோதாவரி நதி கரையில் அமைந்த இடம். இவைஅனைத்தும் பலமை காலங்களில் மனிதர்கள் ஆற்றங்கரையோரங்களில் வாழ்ந்தார்கள் என்பதை கூறுகிறது.

      பர்ணசாலாவின் சிறப்பு:
             இராமரும் சீதையும் வனவாசம் இருந்தநாட்களில்  வாழ்ந்தார்கள் என்பதற்கு இங்கு நிறைய சான்றுகள் சொல்லபடுகிறது. இங்கிருந்துதான் இராவணன் சீதையை கடத்தி சென்றான். சூர்பனகை மூக்கை அறுத்த இடமும் இங்குதான் உள்ளது. இந்த இடங்களை பார்த்துவிட்டு பத்ராசலம்  வந்து அடைந்தோம். பிறகு ஹைதராபாத் திரும்பினோம்.

இந்த பதிவு வெளியிடப்படும் நாளில் தான் ஆந்திராவில் இருந்து தெலங்கானா உதயமாவதர்கான மசோதா பார்லிமெண்டில் நிறைவேற்றபட்டது.

ஒரு வீட்டில் பூஜை அறை வட கிழக்கில் அல்லது வடக்கில் அல்லது கிழக்கில் அமைக்கப்பட வேண்டும். பெரிய வீடாக இருந்தால் வீட்டின் மையப் பகுதியில் பூஜை அறை அமைக்கலாம்.

மரணப்படுக்கையில் தண்ணீர் கொடுப்பது ஏன்?

குருசேத்திரப் போர் நடந்து கொண்டிருந்த போது, பிஷ்மரின் தந்தை சந்தனு மகனுக்கு ஒரு வரமளித்தார். ‘எப்பொழுது பீஷ்மர் மரணமடைய விரும்புகிறாரோ அப்போது மரணமடைவார்’ என்பதே அது. பத்தாம் நாள் போர் அனறு, பீஷ்மர் பாண்டவர் படைக்குப் பலத்த சேதத்தை ஏற்படுத்தினார். அப்போது அவருக்குத் தான் செய்யும் செயலில் சலிப்பு ஏற்பட்டது. உடன் தான் இறக்க நினைத்தார்.

அவரின் நிலையை அறிந்த அர்ச்சுணன் தேரின் முன்னால் சிகண்டியை நிறுத்தி விட்டு பீஷ்மர் மேல் அம்பெய்தினான். சிகண்டி முன் போர் புரிய விரும்பாத பீஷ்மர் அமைதியாயிருந்தார். அர்ச்சுனனின் அம்புகள் அவரது உடலைத் துளைத்தன. உத்திராயண காலத்தில் இறக்க விரும்பிய பீஷ்மர் அம்புப் படுக்கையில் இருந்தார்.

அவரைத் தரிசிக்கவும் ஆசி பெறவும் பல அரசர்களும் வீரர்களும் வந்தனர். உடலில் காயங்களுடன் படுத்த படுக்கையாக இருந்த பீஷ்மர் இதனால் மிகவும் களைப்படைந்தார். தாகம் ஏற்படவே அருந்தத் தண்ணீர் கேட்டார். துரியோதனனும் கர்ணனும் நறுமணம் மிக்க இனிய பானங்களைக் கொண்டு வந்தும் அதை அருந்தவில்லை.

அர்ச்சுணனை நோக்கி, ‘சாத்திரங்கள் கூறும் வழியில் எனக்கு தண்ணீர் தருவாயாக’ என்றார். அர்ச்சுணன் தன் காண்டீபத்தை நாணேற்றி பீஷ்மரின் தலைக்கருகே ஏவினான். உடனே பூமி பிளந்து பீஷ்மரின் தாயான கங்கை நீர் ஊற்றாகப் புறப்பட்டு நேராக பீஷ்மரின் வாயின் அருகில் பாய்ந்தது. பீஷ்மரும் அதைப் பருகித் தாகம் தணிந்தார்.

மங்காத புகழ் பெற்ற பீஷ்மருக்கு மரணப் படுக்கையில் ஏற்பட்ட தாகம், கங்கையான அவளது தாயால் தணிந்தது. இதனால்தான் இன்றும் மரணப்படுக்கையில் இருப்பவருக்குக் கங்கை எனும் நீர் கொடுக்கும் பழக்கம் இருக்கிறது.

Once the loan is disbursed, the bank expects you to start paying EMIs every month till the tenure of the loan. All would be fine till you pay the home loan EMIs on time. What if you stop paying them because of a medical emergency or losing a job? This article will tell you what would happen if you stop paying EMIs and the options you have in such a situation.

Will skipping EMIs make you a loan defaulter?
Usually, banks do not consider you to be a loan defaulter when you skip one EMI. However, if you do it for three consecutive times, you will be sent due reminders of the same. Lack of response from your side will make the bank send a legal notice to you. You will then be termed as a loan defaulter.

What happens if you become a loan defaulter?
Once you become a loan defaulter, the bank will start the process of taking over your property. They can arrange an auction to sell your house/flat and recover their due amount. If you want to take any action, you need to take before this auction. Apart from this, your credit score will also be hit hard and you might not be eligible for loans in the future. 2) Loan refinancing - There could be a case where the interest rates have gone up and hence you may not afford the increased EMI. You can talk to the bank to restructure or refinance your home loan. They can increase the tenure of the loan as a result of which your EMI would go down. Though this will result in you paying more, it will be better than losing possession of the property.

3) Counseling centers - There are counseling centers to help you with this issue. They would provide you the appropriate options based on your situation. 4) Liquidating your investments - This will be the final step that you can resort to, if the above options do not work out for you. என் விடுமுறை நாட்களை நான் விரும்பி கழிக்கும் இடத்தின் பெயர் தமிழக மாநிலத்தின் தர்மபுரி மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள பென்னாகரம் பேரூராட்சிக்கு உட்பட்ட இடத்தின் பெயர் கல்மடுகு. இந்த இடத்தை கிராமம் என்று கூட கூற இயலாது. ஏன் எனில் இந்த இடத்தை சுற்றி இருந்த வீடுகளின் எண்ணிக்கை 5 மட்டுமே. இந்த வீடுகளுக்கு இடையே இருந்த இடைவெளி குறைந்தது 500 மீட்டர் இருக்கும். ஒரு வீட்டில் இருந்து மற்றொரு வீட்டில் உள்ளவரை அவசரத்திற்கு கூட அழைக்க இயலாது. பென்னாகரம் பேரூராட்சியில் இருந்து மேற்கு திசை ( ஓகேனக்கல் காட்டின் அடிவாரத்தை) நோக்கி ஒத்தை அடி பாதை வழியாக நடந்தால் சுமார் 5 கி.மீ. தொலைவில் உள்ளது.

உயர்நிலை மற்றும் மேல்நிலை பள்ளிகளிலும், அந்த சமயம்
நான் ஆரம்ப பள்ளிகளில் படித்து கொண்டிருந்தேன்.

அந்த வீடு, ஒரு படுக்கை அறை, ஒரு சமையல் அறை மற்றும் ஒரு முற்றம் போன்ற இடம் மட்டுமே இருக்கும். ஆண்கள் முற்றத்திலும், பெண்கள் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் படுக்கை அறையிலும் உறங்குவர்.

அந்த எனது தாத்தா வீட்டில் குறைந்தது ஆடுகள், மாடுகள், புறாக்கள், நாய்கள், கோழிகள், முயல் மற்றும் பூனை ஆகியவை இருக்கும். பூனை கூட கோழி மற்றும் முயல்களை எதுவும் செய்வதில்லை. அவ்வாறு வளர்க்கப்பட்டு இருக்கும்.

வீட்டை சுற்றி சுமார் 100 மீட்டர் தூரம் வரையில் எந்த சப்தம் கேட்டாலும் நாய்கள் அந்த திசை நோக்கி குரைத்தவாறு  பாய்ந்து ஓடும். வீட்டில் உள்ளவர்கள் யாரேனும் சென்று பார்த்து யாரேனும் வந்தால் அவர்களை அழைத்து வரவேண்டும். இல்லையேல் நாய்களை மீறி வரமுடியாது.

ஒவ்வொரு பள்ளி விடுமுறை நாட்களிலும் முதல் நாள் எனது அம்மாவின் பிறந்த ஊரான போடுர் என்ற கிராமத்திற்கு தான் முதலில் செல்வோம். இந்த இடம் பென்னாகரம் பேரூராட்சிக்கு அருகில் உள்ள இடம். இங்கு அணைத்து அடிப்படை வசதிகளும் உண்டு. மின்சாரம், பேருந்து, சாலை வசதி, வாகன வசதி, தொலைகாட்சி, பள்ளி அணைத்து வசதிகளும் உண்டு. ஆனால் இந்த இடம் எனக்கு அவ்வளவாக பிடிக்காது.

ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் முதல் நாளே என்னை கல்மடுகிற்கு அழைத்து செல்லும்படி நான் அடம்பிடிப்பேன். தினமும் காலை மற்றும் மாலை நேரங்களில் கல்மடுகிளிரிந்து எனது மாமா அல்லது எனது தாத்தா பால் கொண்டு வந்து ஊற்றி செல்வார்கள். அவர்களுடன் என்னை அழைத்து செல்லும்படி அடம் பிடிப்பேன். பலமுறை என்னை ஏமாற்றி விட்டு சென்றுவிடுவார்கள். நானும் விடாமல் பலமுறை யாருக்கும் தெரியாமல் நானே சென்றுவிடுவேன். நான் ஏற்கனவே கூறியது போல் அது ஒற்றை வழிதடம். அந்த வழியில் வரிசையாக இரண்டு கிணறுகள் இருக்கும். சிறிது கால் தவறினால் கூட மரணம் நிச்சயம். நீச்சல் தெரிந்தவர்கள் கூட நிறையபேர் அதில் தவறி விழுந்து இறந்து விட்டார்கள். காரணம் பாறை மற்றும் நிறைய பாம்புகளும் இருக்கும்.

அந்த கிணறுகளை தாண்டி சென்றால் வலது புறத்தில் நடுக்காடு மற்றும் மயானம் இருக்கும். இந்த வழி நெடுங்கிலும் எல்லா இடத்திலும் பாம்புகள் இருபதற்கு நிறைய வாய்ப்புகள் உண்டு. அதை தாண்டி சென்றால் அடர்ந்த சோளகாடு மற்றும் ஆமானுக்கு செடிகளாகதான் இருக்கும். சுமார் ஒரு மையில் தொலைவிற்கு பயணத்தை முடித்தால் ஒருவீடு தென்படும். அந்த வீட்டிற்கு பின்புறம் பெரிய பள்ளத்தாக்கு பகுதி போல காணப்படும். அங்கிருந்து பின்புறமாக பார்த்தல் எங்க தாத்தா வீடு தெரியும். ஆனால் இன்னும் ஒரு மையில் தூரம் நடக்கவேண்டும். ஆனால் பயத்தை குறைத்து கொள்ளலாம்.

நான் முதல் முறையாக யாருக்கும் தெரியாமல் போடுரிலிருந்து கல்மடுகிற்கு எனக்கு ஆறு வயதாக இருக்கும் போதுதான் சென்றேன். நான் நடந்து சென்றேன் என்பதை விட ஓடினேன் என்பதே சரியாக இருக்கும். முதலில் மெதுவாக யாருக்கும் சந்தேகம் வராமல் நடப்பேன். பின் யாரும் இல்லாத இடத்தை அடைந்தவுடன் ஓட ஆரம்பிப்பேன். பயத்தினால் பாதியும், யாரும் பார்க்க கூடாது என்பதற்காக பாதியும் ஓடுவேன். கிணறுகள் இருக்கும் இடம் வரை ஓட்டமும் பின் பத்திரமான நடை கிணறை தாண்டும் வரையும். பிறகு மயானத்தை தாண்டும் வரை ஓட்டமும். இவ்வாறாக நடையும், ஓட்டமும் மாறி மாறியும். சில இடங்களில் பாம்புகளை பார்த்தவுடம் அலறலுடன் ஓட்டமும். கீழே விழுந்து எழுந்து ஓடுவதும் உண்டு. இறுதியாக வீட்டை நெருங்கியவுடன் மெதுவாக நடக்க ஆரம்பிப்பேன். காரணம் தனியாக வந்ததிற்காக திட்டுவார்கள், ஓடினால் நாய் கடித்துவிடும். மெதுவாக நடந்தால் நாய் ஒன்றும் செய்யாது என்ற பொதுஅறிவு.

இந்த பயண நேரத்திற்குள் என்னை போடுரில் தேட ஆரம்பித்திருபார்கள். நான் சென்றது மதிய உணவிற்கு பிறகு என்பதால் மாலை பால் கொண்டுசெல்பவர்கள் அவசர அவசரமாக நான்கு மணிக்கு எல்லாம் கொண்டு செல்பார்கள் நான் இங்கு வந்த தகவலை சொல்ல. சில நாட்களில் எனது மாமாக்கள் என்னை தேடிவந்துவிடுவார்கள். என்னை யாரும் அடித்த ஞ்பகம் அவ்வளவாக இல்லை ஆனால் நிறைய திட்டுவார்கள். சந்தோசம் என்னவென்றால் திருப்பி அழைத்து செல்லமாட்டார்கள் திரும்பியும் இப்படிதான் வருவேனென்று. சில நாட்கள் என் அம்மா அழுவதாக கூறி என் மனதை மாற்றி அழைத்து சென்றுவிடுவார்கள். ஏனெனில் வேறெந்த காரணத்தை கூறியும் என் மனதை மாற்ற முடியாது. அந்த மனமாற்றம் கூட ஒரு நாள் மட்டுமே. மறுநாள் அழைத்து வராவிட்டால் மீண்டும் ஓடுவேன்.

கல்மடுகுவில் என் தாத்தா வீட்டிற்கு முன்புறமாக நான்கு பனை மரங்கள் துவரகம் போலும் , இடப்புறமாக சீதா மரங்கள் மூன்றும் இருக்கும். வீட்டில் இருந்து முன்புறமாக சுமார் 30 மீட்டர் தொலைவில் ஒரு சிறிய கிணறு ஒன்று இருக்கும். அந்த கிணற்றிற்கு 5 அல்லது 6 சிறிய படிகட்டுகள் மட்டுமே இருக்கும். அந்த கிணறு எப்பொழுதும் நிறைந்தே இருக்கும். சாதாரணமாக குனிந்தே நீரை அள்ளலாம். அந்த கிணற்றின் நீளம், அகலம் 5*5 மட்டுமே இருக்கும். அவ்வளவு சிறிய கிணற்றை நான் வேறெங்கும் கண்டதில்லை. அந்த கிணற்றை சுற்றிலும் சுமார் 20 தென்னை மரங்களும், 7 புளிய மரங்களும், 6 இளவம் பஞ்சு மரங்களும், 4 வகையான மாமரங்களும், நாட்டு நெல்லிக்கனி மரமும் மற்றும் 5 கொடிக்காய் மரங்களும் இருக்கும். இந்த தோட்டத்தில் ஆங்காங்கே கயிறினால் கட்டப்பட்டு ஊஞ்சல்கள் இருக்கும். இங்கு வைக்கோல் போர்  ஒன்று மாடுகளுக்கு வைப்பதற்காக இருக்கும். இந்த இடத்தில தான் நான் அதிக பாம்புகளை கண்டிருக்கிறேன். இந்த தோட்டத்தை சுற்றிலும் முள்வேலி அமைக்கபட்டிருக்கும். இந்த முள்வேலியை ஒட்டி ஒரு வழிதடம் ஓகேனக்கல் காட்டிற்கு செல்லும்.

தினமும் காலை எழுந்தவுடன் வேப்பமர குச்சியினால் பல்துலக்கிய பிறகு 2 டம்ளர் சோள கூழ் குடிப்பேன். பிறகு மாடுகளை கயிற்றில் இருந்து அவிழ்த்து விட்டு நானும் என் மாமாவும் காட்டுக்குள் ஓட்டி செல்லவேண்டும். கன்றுகள் மட்டும் மாட்டு தொழுவத்தில் இருக்கும். அதற்காக சுமார் 2 மையில் தூரம் ஓட்டி செல்லவேண்டும். பிறகு வீடு திரும்பும் வழியில் நீரோடையில் அல்லது எங்கேனும் கிணற்றில் குளித்து விடுவோம். பிறகு காலை உணவை உண்போம். அது கலி அல்லது சாதம் தான். பிறகு புறா, கோழி, நாய், முயல் மற்றும் பூனைக்கு உணவு வைத்துவிட்டு ஆடுகளை இழுத்துக்கொண்டு எனது சித்திகளுடன் தோட்டத்திற்கு செல்வோம். தோட்டத்தில் இருக்கும் செடிகளுக்கு நீர் ஊற்றுவேன். ஊஞ்சலில் விளையாடுவேன். மரத்தில் இருந்து விழுந்த தேங்காய், இளவம் பஞ்சு காய்கள், புளியம் பழம், நெல்லிக்காய், கொடிக்காய் மற்றும் சீதாபழம் என அனைத்தையும் கூடையில் சேகரிக்க வேண்டும். இதற்கு சுமார் 2 மணி நேரம் ஆகும். பிறகு ஏதேனும் ஒரு மரத்தின் நிழலில் பாயில் அமர்ந்து ஏதேனும் புத்தகத்தை படிப்போம். தூக்கம் வந்தால் அங்கேயே நன்றாக தூங்கிவிடுவோம்.

கோழிகள் பாம்புகளை கண்டால் ஒருவிதமான வித்தியாசமான ஒலியை ஒன்றாக உண்டாக்கும். அப்படி எழுப்பினால் அங்கு சென்று உற்று தேடினால் நிச்சயம் அந்தஇடத்தில் பாம்பு இருக்கும். இது 100% நான் கண்ட உண்மை. அதை கண்டுபிடுத்து கொல்ல வேண்டும். பாம்புகளை கொல்வது அவ்வளவு எளிதல்ல. பல நாட்கள் பாம்புகள் தப்பிவிடும். அது நாகம், கருநாகமாக இருந்தால் அதை விரட்டவே முயற்சிப்போம். அது இருக்கும் இடத்தை பொறுத்து.

PAN card or Permanent Account Number card is an essential document for most us, not just for the purpose of filing tax returns but many of us, use it as a form of identification, as well. So, it goes without saying that losing your PAN card can leave you feeling tensed and restless. But, there's no reason to fret, as getting a reprint or a new card, in case you never had one, is as easy as a click of a button. Here are the steps to apply for a PAN card online: 1.Visit the website of the Income Tax Pan Services Unit. This can be visited at https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/

2.This is the home page of the Income Tax PAN Services unit and has different choices such as application for a new PAN, Enquiry and Tracking status, Reprint of PAN card and changes or correction in the PAN details. The applicant must choose the option which is applicable to him.

3.To apply for a new PAN, Form 49A will need to be used. Form 49A can be filled online by visiting https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan2/servlet/NewPanApp. Fill in the details and submit the form online.

4.After the form is submitted online successfully, an acknowledgement is displayed. This shows a unique 15 digit acknowledgement number. This acknowledgement must be saved and printed for further process.

5.The acknowledgement form must be sent to the Income Tax department. Before sending this, you will need to attach a few documents along with the acknowledgment form. This includes a proof of address and a proof of identity. Your name which is mentioned in these documents should be in the same format as that in the PAN application form. Take care of this at the time of filling in Form 49A.

6.You must also affix two recent colour photographs on the acknowledgment form in the applicable space. Signatures have to be made where indicated. The photograph you affix should be clear and recent, as this is the same photograph which will be used on your PAN card.

7.Application for PAN necessitates payment of Rs.96 if the communication address is within India. In this case, you can make the payment by one of the following methods - cheque, Demand Draft, internet banking, credit card or debit card. If the communication address is outside the country, then the amount to be paid is Rs. 962, and this is only in the form of a demand draft. In the case of payment by internet banking, by credit card or by debit card, the payment has to be made at the time of filling in the form, after which a payment acknowledgement will be given. Take a print of this and attach with the acknowledgement form.

8.The acknowledgement form must thus be accompanied by photographs, proof of address, proof of identification and the payment/payment proof as the case may be. This must be sent to NSDL in Pune within 15 days of the online application date. The envelope must be subscribed with the words 'APPLICATION FOR PAN - Acknowledgement Number'. The applications are processed at NSDL after receipt of payment - meaning if the payment has been made by means of a demand draft or cheque, you must wait for realization of the payment.

9.The steps above are simple and self-explanatory. There are adequate instructions, guidelines and a list of Do's and Don'ts in the website which will guide you in every step of the PAN application process. The application status can be tracked online after the acknowledgement has been sent. Online payments made can also be tracked online. 10.The process of changing or correcting the details of your existing PAN card is similar to the process of applying for a new PAN card. The person was on the verge of going through a property deal, when he found that the seller did not have all the property papers. The seller cited that some of the papers were misplaced by his banker. Nowadays, this is becoming a very common issue. Either just due to carelessness of holder or neglect of the banker, many documents are found missing from the banks. Misplacement of property papers is a serious matter, so do not take it lightly. If your banker has negligently misplaced your documents, try to sort the matter and take stringent action as soon as possible.

Procedure for getting duplicate papers of property when you lose them
Missing documents play a vital role especially in sale and purchase of property transactions. Selling a property with a missing paper is not an easy task. Therefore, you should be clear about the options available to you. A person doing a property transaction will have to get the duplicate documents and also shell out extra money. Here are the steps required to get the duplicate papers for your property:

1. File a police complaint immediately
Whenever you come to know about loss of certain papers either by you or bank, you need to file a police complaint as soon as possible. FIR should be made only by the owner of the house and it will be stating that the papers of property have been misplaced, lost or stolen. Take the copy of FIR; hold it safely with you as at the time of sale, buyers may ask for that as well.

2. Publish an advertisement

Also, ask for a NOC from them as it plays an important role in transacting further.

4. Register with the notary
Next step is the preparation of undertaking on stamp paper about the loss of documents of particular property along with the text of advertisement which was published in newspaper and police complaint number. Documents will be then attested and registered with the notary, so that your undertaking becomes legal.

5. Get the duplicate sale deed
The final step is to get duplicate copy of property's sale deed. For this, you have to deposit copies of police complaint, text of advertisement, share certificate and the undertaking stamped by notary to registrar office since all the records regarding property transactions will be kept in that particular office. Then, you need to pay the fees and they would issue a duplicate copy of sale deed.

These are the few steps which are required to be taken at the time of loss of property documents. Although, a good sum of money is required to go through these steps, but at the end you will get legally proved duplicate copy of your property. Bank loans are not easily granted on such property but after the verification of all the documents as well as FIR, they will provide loan once they find the documents authentic. Person currently employed with Company A, is staying in a rented apartment in Mumbai and has bought himself a property in Chennai for which he has taken a home loan. He finds himself in a dilemma while filing tax returns. "Can I claim both HRA and home loan benefits?" This seems to be a confusing factor for most tax payers. When a person pays rent, under the Income tax act, he is definitely allowed to claim both HRA and home loan benefits (interest payment and principal repayment).

Let us evaluate various possible situations an individual can find himself in and understand what the Income Tax Act permits him to do.

1: You live in your own house

You have taken a home loan and residing in the house purchased with it. Since you are residing in your own house, you will not be able to claim HRA. However, you will be able to claim tax benefits on both the principal and interest repaid on the home loan.

2: You own a house in another city

This situation was the one faced by Person. He resided in Mumbai but had bought an apartment in Chennai taking a home loan. Person will be entitled to HRA exemption and tax benefits on both, the principal and interest repaid on the home loan.

3: Your house cannot be occupied at this point (e.g. under construction)

You have bought a house in Mumbai taking a home loan and you're currently living in Mumbai in a rented apartment because the house is under construction. In such a case, you are eligible to claim HRA.

In the case of tax breaks on the home loan, you can claim tax benefits only for your principal before the completion of your house. Once your house is completed, you can claim tax benefits on the total interest paid up to the date of completion in five equal installments in five years beginning from the year of completion.

4: You have a house which is ready for occupation but you cannot reside in it

You have bought a house in Delhi taking a home loan and now you aren't residing in it but are living in a rented apartment in Delhi itself for genuine reasons e.g. the house that you have bought is far away from your office. In such cases, the Income tax act permits the individual to claim HRA and home loan benefits which includes both principal and interest repaid on the home loan.
Also, please note that if your house remains vacant, then you will still need to pay tax on a notional rent income.
5: You have rented your own house and currently residing in a rented house

You took a home loan and your house is now ready for occupation. You have rented the same out while you reside in a rented house. The Income Tax Act allows you to claim both HRA and home loan benefits.

However, in such a case, since you are the recipient of rent because you have let out your own house, that income is taxable at your hands.

The Income Tax Act treats HRA and home loan deductions under separate sections independently. The two are not interconnected to each other. HRA is dealt with in section 10(13A) Rule 2A while home loans are entitled for tax benefits under section 80C (tax benefit on principal repayment) and Section 24 (tax benefit on interest payment) of the Income Tax Act. Hence, feel free to avail both tax benefits accordingly.

Now that we have dealt with all possible situations with regard to availing HRA and home loan tax benefits, let's take Person's situation as an example to help you figure out how to avail them.

Claiming tax benefits on a home loan:

Person had purchased an apartment in Chennai for Rs. 38 lakh three years back. He took a home loan of Rs. 32 lakh to fund this house purchase. So far, this year he has repaid an interest of Rs. 3.3 lakh and a principal amount of Rs. 60,000.

Section 80C offers tax rebate on home loan principal up to a limit of Rs. 1 lakh and Section 24 on interest up to a limit of Rs. 1.5 lakh. So Person can utilize up to Rs.1.5L on his interest paid and avail the tax benefits in full for the amount paid towards principal.

Calculating tax benefits on HRA:

Person earns a basic salary of Rs. 40,000 per month and has rented an apartment in Mumbai for Rs. 20,000 per month (he is eligible for 50 per cent of the basic pay for HRA exemption, as he resides in a metro). The actual HRA he receives is Rs. 25,000. These values are considered to find out his HRA tax exemption:

a. Actual HRA allowance from the employer, i.e. Rs. 25,000,
b. fifty per cent of the basic salary as he resides in a metro (else 40per cent), i.e. Rs. 20,000, and,
c. The actual rent he pays for the house from which 10 per cent of his basic pay is deducted, i.e. Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 4,000 = Rs. 16,000

The value considered for his actual HRA exemption will be the least value of the above figures. Hence, the taxable HRA amount for Person per month will be Rs. 25,000- 16,000 (available HRA deduction) = Rs. 9,000.

LONDON: Two HIV-positive patients in the US who underwent bone marrow transplants for cancer have stopped anti-retroviral therapy and still show no detectable sign of the HIV virus, researchers said on Wednesday.

The Harvard University researchers stressed it was too early to say the men have been cured, but said it was an encouraging sign that the virus hasn't rebounded in their blood months after drug treatment ended.

The first person reported to be cured of HIV, American Timothy Ray Brown, underwent a stem cell transplant in 2007 to treat his leukemia. He was reported by his German doctors to have been cured of HIV two years later.

Brown's doctors used a donor who had a rare genetic mutation that provides resistance against HIV. So far, no one has observed similar results using ordinary donor cells such as those given to the two patients by the Harvard University researchers.

The researchers, Timothy Henrich and Daniel Kuritzkes of the Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, announced last year that blood samples taken from the men — who both had blood cancers — showed no traces of the HIV virus eight months after they received bone marrow transplants to replace cancerous blood cells with healthy donor cells. The men were still on anti-HIV drugs at the time.

The men have both since stopped anti-retroviral therapy — one 15 weeks ago and the other seven weeks ago — and show no signs of the virus, Henrich told an international AIDS conference in Malaysia on Wednesday. "They are doing very well," Henrich said. "While these results are exciting, they do not yet indicate that the men have been cured. Only time will tell."

The HIV virus may be hiding in other organs such as the liver, spleen or brain and could return months later, he warned.

Further testing of the men's cells, plasma and tissue for at least a year will help give a clearer picture on the full impact of the transplant on HIV persistence, he said. Kuritzkes said the patients will be put back on the drugs if there is a viral rebound.

However, in such a case, since you are the recipient of rent because you have let out your own house, that income is taxable at your hands.

The Income Tax Act treats HRA and home loan deductions under separate sections independently. The two are not interconnected to each other. HRA is dealt with in section 10(13A) Rule 2A while home loans are entitled for tax benefits under section 80C (tax benefit on principal repayment) and Section 24 (tax benefit on interest payment) of the Income Tax Act. Hence, feel free to avail both tax benefits accordingly.

Now that we have dealt with all possible situations with regard to availing HRA and home loan tax benefits, let's take Ajit's situation as an example to help you figure out how to avail them.

Claiming tax benefits on a home loan:
Ajit had purchased an apartment in Chennai for Rs. 38 lakh three years back. He took a home loan of Rs. 32 lakh to fund this house purchase. So far, this year he has repaid an interest of Rs. 3.3 lakh and a principal amount of Rs. 60,000.

Section 80C offers tax rebate on home loan principal up to a limit of Rs. 1 lakh and Section 24 on interest up to a limit of Rs. 1.5 lakh. So Ajit can utilize up to Rs.1.5L on his interest paid and avail the tax benefits in full for the amount paid towards principal.

Calculating tax benefits on HRA:
Ajit earns a basic salary of Rs. 40,000 per month and has rented an apartment in Mumbai for Rs. 20,000 per month (he is eligible for 50 per cent of the basic pay for HRA exemption, as he resides in a metro). The actual HRA he receives is Rs. 25,000. These values are considered to find out his HRA tax exemption:

a. Actual HRA allowance from the employer, i.e. Rs. 25,000,
b. fifty per cent of the basic salary as he resides in a metro (else 40per cent), i.e. Rs. 20,000, and,
c. The actual rent he pays for the house from which 10 per cent of his basic pay is deducted, i.e. Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 4,000 = Rs. 16,000

The value considered for his actual HRA exemption will be the least value of the above figures. Hence, the taxable HRA amount for Ajit per month will be Rs. 25,000- 16,000 (available HRA deduction) = Rs. 9,000.

    click on e-filling 201-2013
    click on individual/HUF
    click and download ITR-1 (Sahaj) as zip file
    It will have one .xls file and one HELP.text file
    HELP.TXT file is used to enable the macros in xls.
Step 3:
    After enable macros in xls follow below steps.
    after enable you will find devloper option in the maun menu.
    Fill all personal details in "Income Details" sheet.
    In that above sheet "Tax returns" option should be "Tax refundable" or "Nil Tax Balance".
    "Income from salary /Pension" option should be filled as mentioned in the "FORM-16--GROSS TOTAL INCOME" VALUE.
    "Employment catagery("if in employment")" should be filled as PSU.
Step 4:
    Go to TDS sheet
    Fill "TAN of the employer details" can get from FORM-16--"tan of deductor" value
    Fill "Name of the employer" as your company name.
    Fill "Income charagable under head salaries" from "FORM-16--GROSS TOTAL INCOME" VALUE.
    Fill "Total tax deducted" from "FORM-16--"TAX DEDUCTED" VALUE.
Step 5:
    Fill "Enter your Bank Account Number".
    Fill "Select Yes if you want your refund by direct deposit into your bank account, Select No if you want refund by Cheque" as YES.
    Fill "MICR Code" as your bank branch.
    Fill "Type of Account(As applicable)".
    Fill " son / Daughter of " your father name.
    Fill "Place" , "Date" and "PAN" details.
Step 6:
    Click on "Validate" in the "Income Deatils " Sheet.
    Click on "Calculate tax" in the "Income Deatils " Sheet.
    Check all the unfilled details are updated automatically as like mentioned in your FORM 16.
    Then Click on "xml Generate".
    Click on "Save XML button"
    It will show the location xml file getting stored.
Step 7:
    click on "Assesment year" in the "https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in" website.
    Choose year and select form name as "ITR-1" with no digital signature.
    Click on Next.
    Browse and upload the xml.
    Get the acknowledgement as PDF file.
    Give password as "PAN NUMBER and date of Birth" like AGNPV3388B11071982.
    YOU CAN SEE YOUR ITR-V FORM.
    Take Print out of that ITR-V form and put your signature and put it in envelope cover with 5 rupees stamp duty.
    Send to below address:

1. ஆலய நுழைவாயிலில் கை கால்களை கழுவிவிட்டு உள்ளே செல்லுங்கள். தலையில் நீரைத் தெளிக்க வேண்டாம்.

2. முதல்நாள் இரவே பரிகார ஸ்தலத்திற்கு சென்று விடுவது நல்லது.

3. போகும்போதோ வரும்போதோ உறவினர் வீடு மற்றும் பிற ஸ்தலங்களுக்கு செல்ல வேண்டாம்.

4. குடும்பத்தோடு செல்வது நல்லதுதான். அதற்காக பூஜையை வாரக்கணக்கில் தாமதப்படுத்தக் கூடாது.

5. புறப்படுவதற்கு 24 மணி நேரம் முன்பும், பின்பும் அசைவ உணவு, மது இவற்றை தவிர்ப்பீர். மற்ற விஷயங்களிலும் கட்டுப்பாடு தேவை.

6. போகும்போதா வரும்போதோ யாருக்கும் பிச்சை போட வேண்டாம்.

14. பூஜைக்காக தாங்கள் நேரம், பணம் செலவழிப்பது பெரிய விஷயமல்ல. கணிந்த, தாழ்ந்த, முறையான பக்தி மனோபாவமே பலனை நிர்ணயம் செய்கிறது.

15. முக்கிய பூஜை சம்பந்தப்பட்ட விஷயங்களை பிறரிடம் சொல்லாமல் இருப்பது நல்லது.

16. பூஜை சம்பந்தப்பட்ட கிரகத்தின் நாள் ஹோரையில் செய்யுங்கள்.

21. பூஜைக்கு அமாவாசை, பவுர்ணமி தங்கள் பிறந்த நாள், சித்திரை 1, ஜனவரி 1 போன்றவை உகந்தவை.

22. தலங்களுக்கு செல்வதற்கு முன் 1 நாளும், பின் 1 நாளும் இறந்தவர் வீட்டிற்கு செல்லாதீர்.

23. நெருங்கிய உறவினர் இறந்துவிட்டால் ஐயர் அல்லது ஜோதிடரைக் கேட்டு தகுந்த காலம் கடந்து தரிசிக்க வேண்டும்.

24. வசதியுள்ளவர்கள் புத்தாடை அணிந்து செல்லலாம்.

25. மாலை நேர பூஜைக்கு காலை அணிந்த உடையை அணியாதீர்.

26. ராகுகால பூஜையைத் தவிர மற்ற பூஜைகளை காலை 7.00 மணிக்குள் ஆரம்பித்து விட வேண்டும்.

27. பொருட்கள் தரமாக இருந்தால் அனைத்தையும் பரிகார ஸ்தலத்தில் வாங்குவது சிறந்தது.

28. அதிகம் பேரம் பேச வேண்டாம்.

29. முதலில் விநாயகர், அருகம்புல் வைத்து பிரார்த்தித்து, ஒரு தேங்காயை வலது கையில் வைத்துக்கொண்டு 1 பிரதட்சணம் வந்து பூஜையைத் துவங்கி ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட இடத்தில் அந்த சிதறு காயை உடையுங்கள்.

30. ஆலயத்திற்குள் யாருடனும் பேச வேண்டாம். செல்போன்களைத் தவிர்க்கவும்.

31. வெற்றிலைக்கு நுனியும், வாழைப் பழத்திற்கு காம்பும் இருக்க வேண்டும். வில்வம் மற்றும் தாமரைப்பூவிற்கு இதழ்கள் மட்டுமே உயர்ந்தவை. காம்பு, மஞ்சள் கரு, உள் இழைகள் இருக்கக்கூடாது.

32. வெற்றிலை, வாழைப்பழம், தேங்காய், உதிரி புஷ்பங்கள், பழவகைகள், மண் விளக்கு, ஸ்பூன், அலங்கார மாலை, அர்ச்சனைத் தட்டு முதலியவற்றை கழுவி எடுத்துச் செல்லவும்.

33. சிதறு காயைத் தவிர மற்ற காய்களை மஞ்சள் தடவி (இளநிற மஞ்சள்) எடுத்துச் செல்லுங்கள்.

34. மண்விளக்குகளில் ஐந்து இடத்தில் மோதிர விரலால் மஞ்சள், குங்குமம் வைக்க வேண்டும். இதற்கு சந்தனம் உபயோகிக்கக் கூடாது.

35. பூஜை சாமான்களை கைகளில், பிளாஸ்டிக் பைகளில் கொடுக்காமல் பித்தளை, எவர் சில்வர் தாம்பாளம், கூடை இவற்றில் வைத்துக் கொடுங்கள்.

36. நைவேத்யம் அந்தந்த ஆலய மடப்பள்ளியில் தயார் செய்ய வேண்டும். நீங்கள் தயாரித்து எடுத்துச் செல்லக்கூடாது.

37. பால்கோவா, ஸ்வீட்ஸ், அவல் பொரி, கடலை இவற்றையும் நைவேத்தியமாகப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.

38. திரி, தீப்பெட்டி, டிஸ்யூ பேப்பர், கேண்டில், நெய் துடைக்க துணி, ஸ்பூன் முதலியவற்றை எடுத்துச் செல்லவும்.

39. திரை போட்ட பின் பிரதட்சணம் வர வேண்டாம்.

40. விநாயகருக்கு ஒன்று. தனி அம்பாளுக்கு இரண்டு. சிவனைச் சார்ந்த அம்பாளுக்கு மூன்று என்ற கணக்கில் வலம் வாருங்கள்.

41. ஒரு பிரதட்சணம் முடிந்ததும் கொடி மரத்தடியில் கைகூப்பி நின்று வணங்கியதும் அடுத்ததை துவங்கவும்.

42. கொடிமரத்தடியைத் தவிர வேறெங்கும் விழுந்து வணங்கக் கூடாது.

43. ஸ்பெஷல் எண்ட்ரன்ஸ் வழியாகச் சென்றால் சிறப்பான நிம்மதியான தரிசனம் கிடைக்கும்.

44. பிற தீபங்களிலிருந்து உங்கள் தீபத்தை ஏற்ற வேண்டாம்.

45. நெய் அல்லது எண்ணையை பிற விளக்குகளில ஊற்ற வேண்டாம்.

46. அபிஷேக ஆராதனைகளும், ஹோமங்களும் உயர்வு தரும்.

48. பரிகாரம் செய்யும் நேரத்தில், பரிகாரம் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட நபர் வீட்டில் உறங்கக் கூடாது.

49. பூஜை செய்து கொண்டிருக்கும் சமயம், யாராவது பிரசாதம் கொடுத்தால், அதை பெற்றுக்கொண்டு பூஜை முடிந்தபின் உண்ணவும்.

50. பரிகாரம் செய்தபின் பூஜை பொருட்களை அங்கேயே கொடுத்து விடுவது நல்லது. பசுமாட்டிற்கு வாழைப்பழம், மற்றவற்றை ஐயரிடம் கொடுக்கலாம். சிப்பந்திகளிடமும் கொடுக்கலாம்.

51. பிரத்யேக கனி வகைகளை வைத்துப் படைப்பது நல்லது. எலுமிச்சை, மாதுளை, ஆப்பிள், சாத்துக்குடி, ஆரஞ்சு, மா முதலியன.

52. வேகமாக ப்ரதட்சணம் வராமல் பொறுமையாக நமச்சிவாய என்ற 5 எழுந்து மந்திரத்தை உச்சரித்தபடி பொறுமையாக வருவது நல்லது.

53. பலன் முழுமையாகப் பெற 1 வருஷ காலம் வரை ஆகலாம். நமக்கு 1 வருஷம் என்பது ஆண்டவனுக்கு 1 நாள்.

54. ஒவ்வொரு ஆலயத்திலும் தீபம் ஏற்றுவதற்கென்று உரிய தனியான இடத்தில் ஏற்றவும், சிலைகள் அருகில் ஏற்றக்கூடாது.

55. சுவாமியைத் தொடாமல் பூஜிக்கவும்.

56. பூஜை செய்த சாமான்கள் பூஜை செய்யாதவற்றுடன் சேர்ந்து விடக்கூடாது.

57. நீர், நிலம், நெருப்பு, காற்று, ஆகாயம் ஆகிய பஞ்ச பூதங்களுக்காக 5 மூக்கு தீபம் ஏற்ற வேண்டும்.

58. திரி கனமாக இருந்தால் தீபம் நின்று எரியும். தீபம் ஏற்றிய பின் விளக்குகளை தூக்கி தீபம் காட்டுவது, நகற்றுவது கூடாது. தீபத்துடன் பிரதட்சணம் வருவது தவறு.

59. ஒரு கையில் விபூதி குங்குமம் வாங்கக்கூடாது. இடது கையை கீழே வைத்து வலது கையை மேலே வைத்து பௌயமாக பெற்றுக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். விபூதி, குங்குமத்தை பேப்பரில் வாங்ககூடாது.

60. பெற்ற விபூதி குங்கும பிரசாதத்தை கீழே கொட்டாமல் வீட்டிற்கு பேப்பரில் மடித்து எடுத்துச் செல்லவும்.

61. விபூதியை நிமிர்ந்து நின்று அப்படியே பூசிக் கொள்ளவும். இடது கையில் வைக்க வேண்டும்.

62. பரிகாரங்கள் அனைத்தும் தங்கள் ஜோதிடரின் அறிவுரைப்படி வரிசைக் கிரமமாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

63. அலங்கார மாலை அவசியமானது தான். ஆனால் மாலையை விட உதிரிப்பூக்கள் விசேஷமானது.

66. அம்பாளுக்கு மெருன் நிற குங்குமமே சிறந்தது.

67. எண்ணையை விட நெய்க்கு வீரியம் மிக அதிகம்.

68. சாதாரண மாலையை வாங்காமல் பாதம் வரையிலுள்ள வாகை மாலையை வாங்குங்கள்.

97. பூஜைக்கு விபூதி, குங்குமம், மஞ்சள், நெய், உதிரி புஷ்பம், வஸ்திரம், மாலை, சந்தனம், தேங்காய், பழம், வெற்றிலை, பாக்கு, ஊதுபத்தி, நைவேத்யம், தட்சணை இவை முக்கியம்.

98. சின்னச்சின்ன பூஜைகளை விட அனைத்தும் அடங்கிய முறையான ப்ரத்யேக பூஜைதான் பலன்களை அள்ளித் தருகின்றன.

99. ஆண்டவன் நினைத்தால் மட்டுமே பூஜைக்குரிய அனுமதி கிடைக்கும்.

100. ஆண்டவனை நினைத்துக் கொண்டே இருங்கள். காலம் கனியும்போது ஆண்டவன் நம்மை நினைப்பார்.
