Toate condimentele se piseaza/maruntesc/amesteca si se tavaleste carnea bine prin ele. Se pune apoi in hartie de copt si se strange bine cu sfoara. Se pune in frigider: unii spun o saptamana, altii 2-3 zile. Eu nu am rezistat mai mult de 2 zile. Data viitoare o sa incerc sa o las mai mult.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Se pun apa si vinul intr-o oala, impreuna cu foile de dafin si se dau in fiert. Se pune carnea si se fierbe pana cand se patrunde bine. Se scoate pe un gratar sa se scurga si se pune la frigider dupa ce s-a racit. A doua zi se poate taia. Foarte gustoasa si categoric o voi prepara cat de des pot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

De fiecare data cand aduceam lapte crud de la tara, ajungea sa se strice in frigider si cu mare parere de rau il aruncam. Pana cand mi-a venit ideea sa il fac iaurt. Nu ca n-as mai fi facut niciodata, dar nu prea obisnuiesc din comoditate. De fapt este foarte usor de facut si ai garantia unui iaurt natural. &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Se iau 2 litri de lapte de vaca - cu cat mai gras cu atat mai bine - si se pun la fiert. Dupa ce a dat in clocot, se stinge focul si se lasa la racit. Cand laptele este usor caldut se pune un iaurt mic in el si se amesteca bine cu un tel. Se acopera vasul cu un prosop curat si se lasa la cald pana a doua zi. A doua zi se gusta si daca este prea dulce se mai lasa la cald cateva ore sau pana cand va avea gustul dorit. Apoi se pune in frigider. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Toata copilaria mea, bunica, la vremea spanacului, imi facea budinca de clatite cu spanac si smantana. Atata budinca am mancat ca nu puteam sa o mai sufar :) Si saraca se chinuia sa faca zeci de clatite, sa le aranjeze frumos randuri randuri, sa imparta uniform spanacul proaspat calit in unt si ce-o mai fi pus ea in el ca n-am intrebat-o niciodata reteta, atat de tare credeam ca n-o sa mai mananc vreodata.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Si asa ajung eu zilele trecute in fata raftului cu paste si vad frumusetile astea de cannelloni, niste tuburi maricele numai bune de umplut. Nici nu-mi trecea prin cap ca o sa descopar in reteta de pe spatele cutiei gustul budincii bunicii si nici ca o sa imi placa atat de tare ca sa nu ma pot opri din mancat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Se prepara intai bechamelul: se topeste untul intr-un vas, se adauga faina si se amesteca energic, lundu-se de pe foc. Se pune laptele cald cate putin, pana cand se desface sosul.&amp;nbsp; Se pune din nou pe foc si se aduce la punctul de fierbere, adaugand si nucsoara. Se lasa deoparte. S-ar putea sa vi se para mult lichid dar pastele nu se fierb inainte asa ca au nevoie de lichid.&lt;br /&gt;

Se prepara spanacul: se decongeleaza, se caleste in unt ceapa, se adauga si spanacul, se pune ricotta si apoi se amesteca bine de cateva ori. Se sareaza si pipereaza. Se presara parmezan ras.&lt;br /&gt;

Intr-o tava incapatoare si destul de inalta se pune un strat subtire de bechamel care se intinde bine pe tot fundul tavii si apoi se aranjeaza pastele umplute cu spanac intr-un strat. Se toarna bechamel pana le acopera si se mai pune un strat de paste care se acopera cu restul de bechamel. Daca aveti tava suficient de mare, e mai bine sa le asezati intr-un singur strat.&lt;br /&gt;

Se presara parmezan si se baga la cuptor aprox. 30 minute. Cand sunt gata, se lasa 10 minute sa se odihneasca inainte de a le servi. Sunt delicioase si a doua zi, cand se intaresc in frigider si se taie mai bine, evident reincalzite apoi. &lt;/div&gt;

Insa pe la inceputul lui decembrie mi-am zis ca nu poate sa treaca anul si eu sa nu incerc minunatia. Prea era simplu de facut si prea arata apetisant. Asa ca iata ce a iesit:&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;La fel de frumoasa ca a Anei desi pozele nici nu se compara. Gustul in schimb este absolut divin. O painica densa, gustoasa, satioasa, cu coaja crocanta si miez usor, fara tot felul de conservanti si alte prostii si extrem dar extrem de usor de facut. Va ia fix 5 minute in prima zi si alte 5 minute a doua zi.&lt;br /&gt;
Nu o sa va mai scriu si eu reteta pentru ca Ana a explicat-o perfect si daca va ajuta mai tare puteti viziona si un filmulet care a inspirat-o pe ea &lt;a href="http://youtu.be/13Ah9ES2yTU" target="_blank"&gt;aici&lt;/a&gt;. In mare, se amesteca aceleasi ingrediente ca la o paine obisnuita numai ca lichidul este in cantitate mai mare. Eu am folosit si drojdie uscata si proaspata si a iesit la fel de buna. Se amesteca toate usor cu o lingura si apoi se uita in frigider macar o zi. A doua zi gasiti o coca frumos crescuta care se coace in cuptorul incins bine de tot, intr-o cratita cu capac, la fel de bine incinsa.&lt;br /&gt;

In rest, ce sa zic...am facut paine asta de vreo 5 ori pana acum, prima data jumatate de cantitate de teama ca n-o sa iasa, am facut si pizza din aluat si a fost cea mai buna pizza facuta in casa de moi, am dat si la prieteni care m-au bombardat apoi sa le dau reteta, am facut si de revelion si a crescut frumoasa rau si s-a mancat cu mare placere desi mai aveam vreo 3 feluri de paine cumparata prin casa.&lt;br /&gt;
Va invit sa o incercati si sigur nu o sa va para rau.&lt;br /&gt;

Intai faceti cafeaua tare si lasati-o la racit. Daca e calda, piscoturile vor absorbi mult lichid si se vor inmuia prea tare, se pot chiar rupe.&lt;/div&gt;

Ouale se separa. Albusurile se bat bine cu 50 g de zahar. Galbenusurile se freaca cu restul de zahar pana cand devin ca o spuma si apoi se adauga branza si lingura de amaretto. Se omogenizeaza bine dupa care usor, usor se incorporeaza si albusurile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Se mai pune un strat de piscoturi cu cafea apoi altul de crema si apoi ultimul de piscoturi, deasupra terminand cu crema. Peste prajitura se cerne cacao din belsug.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

De Craciunul acesta nu am pregatit nimic bun pentru acasa pentru ca am tot fost plecati, asa ca am mancat pe la altii. Noroc cu &lt;a href="http://www.electrolux.ro/" target="_blank"&gt;Electrolux&lt;/a&gt; (din nou!) ca am simtit si eu spiritul sarbatorilor vorba aceea primind dar mai ales daruind :D
Am pregatit pentru oamenii care au avut drum la &lt;a href="http://www.domo.ro/" target="_blank"&gt;Domo&lt;/a&gt; Baneasa duminica trecuta dulciuri de sarbatoare si le-am impartit cu drag impreuna cu echipa Electrolux. Evident, dulciurile au fost coapte in cuptoarele lor magice.&lt;br /&gt;
Am gatit &lt;a href="http://raftulbunicii.blogspot.com/2010/05/biscuiti-cu-ghimbir.html" target="_blank"&gt;biscuiti cu ghimbir&lt;/a&gt; si&lt;a href="http://raftulbunicii.blogspot.com/2011/01/biscotti-cu-migdale.html" target="_blank"&gt; biscotti cu migdale&lt;/a&gt;, nu una, nu doua, ci trei portii care s-au evaporat instantaneu pentru ca mirosul lor parfumat a innebunit tot mall-ul :)

Se amesteca faina, zaharul, nuca, cacaua, praful de copt si zaharul vanilat - adica ingredientele uscate si separat se amesteca cele lichide. Apoi lichidul se toarna peste ingredientele uscate si se amesteca bine rezultand o compozitie care se pune intr-o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt sau unsa cu unt si tapetata cu faina. Se da la cuptor pana cand e coapta suficient.&lt;/div&gt;

Glazura se face foarte simplu: zaharul cu cacaua se amesteca usor cu apa. Se pune pe foc si se adauga si restul ingredientelor. Se da in clocot si se lasa sa se ingroase un pic. Se pun curmalele si bicarbonatul intr-un vas peste care se adauga apa clocotita. Se lasa deoparte.&lt;/div&gt;

Se bate untul cu zaharul pana cand acesta se topeste. Se adauga ouale pe rand, batand in continuare. Se pune apoi faina amestecata cu praful de copt, cate putina, pana cand este bine incorporata in compozitie.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Curmalele hidratate se pun intr-un blender si se transforma in pasta. Se toarna pasta peste compozitia de oua si faina si se amesteca bine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Eu am folosit o forma de silicon cu trandafiri pe care doar am uns-o putin cu unt si am turnat amestecul. Puteti sa alegeti si o tava pe care la fel, o ungeti cu unt. Se tin la cuptor pana cand trec oarecum testul scobitorii. Zic oarecum pentru ca vor fi oricum lipiciosi de la curmale.&lt;/div&gt;

Toate se toaca grosier si se calesc in ulei, Se condimenteaza cu sare, piper, se toarna vin alb pe deasupra si se baga la cuptor, acoperite cu folie/capac. Se tin la foc mic mic pana cand carnita e frageda si mirosul lesinator. Se scoate folia/capacul si se mai lasa 5 minute sa prinda culoare. Eu am aruncat pe deasupra si niste tije de telina pentru gust. Mi-au iesit fix 12 bucati. Se pune umplutura si se baga la cuptor. Ca sa iasa mai frumos colorate se pot unge cu ou, ceea ce eu nu am facut. In acelasi wok cu acelasi ulei am pus niste usturoi si un pic de ghimbir, chilli, peste care am perpelit ciupercile si varza (nu mult, cateva minute, la foc mare, sa ramana un pic crocante). Am stins cu sosurile de soia, stridii si peste (dupa gust). Atentie ca nu mai e nevoie de sare!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Am pus si carnea peste legume si am ametit-o un pic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Intre timp, am inmuiat 4-5 minute taieteii in apa fierbinte (scrie pe punga ce si cum) si dupa ce am scos legumele si carnea din wok, am pus taieteii. I-am fericit si pe ei cu ceva sosuri ca sa nu se supere si i-am invartit de 2-3 ori in tigaie.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Am repetat figura si am avut si pachetel pentru a doua zi la servici :D&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;A, si am zis ca e o varianta pentru ca puteti folosi ce legume va trec prin cap. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Pofta buna!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Am luat niste peste congelat (cod) pe care l-am bagat in steamer (cadou de la finutzi :D) impreuna cu niste cartofi curatati si taiati bucatele. Se poate face si pe foc, intr-o sita speciala asezata pe un vas cu apa care fierbe. Astfel mancarea isi pastreaza cel mai bine gustul, forma si vitaminele.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Pe langa peste am facut si un sos. Vroiam sa fac de iaurt dar mi s-a parut ca merge mai bine un sos simplu de unt. Am topit o bucata maricica de unt in care am pus si un strop de ulei de masline, am pus in unt 2 catei mari de usturoi taiati marunt si apoi am stins cu zeama de lamaie. Am condimentat cu sare si piper si am pus mult patrunjel tocat. Am lasat cateva minute pe foc dupa care am adaugat pastele fierte si scurse. Am amestecat de 2-3 ori, am luat wok-ul de pe foc si am turnat peste paste amestecul facut din ouale batute, cam jumatate dintr-o cutie mica de smantana dulce si parmezanul ras. Am amestecat bine ca sa se formeze sosul cel minunat, am adaugat sare, piper din belsug si gata pastele. Am mancat ca si cum ar fi fost ultima noastra masa. Singura scapare era aceeasi trista omleta pe care m-am gandit, dupa o scurta trecere in revista a congelatorului, ca as putea sa o fac chiar destul de consistenta.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Am luat niste ciuperci congelate, o ceapa verde aproape ofilita, niste ardei gras cum altfel decat congelat si 2 catei de usturoi si le-am calit pe toate in ceva ulei. Intai ciupercile, apoi si ardeii, apoi toate impreuna.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Omleta am facut-o separat: o omleta normala, cu cascaval mult ras pe deasupra si mult piper proaspat. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Cand scormoneam prin congelator am dat peste niste lipii luate mai demult. Se pare ca prajitura iese mai buna asa: zeama din cirese ramane in ele si nu intra in coca. Ciresele se aseaza pe fundul tavii in strat uniform.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Intr-un vas se amesteca toate celelalte ingrediente: intai cele uscate si apoi se pun ouale. Se adauga in compozitie cate putin lapte, cam 250ml. Se pune compozitia peste cirese si se baga la cuptor 30-35 minute. &lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Asadar: am luat una bucata piept de pui pe care am taiat-o in bucatele mai marunte, am incins ulei intr-o tigaie si am calit carnea la foc mare. Am scos-o intr-un vas si in aceeasi tigaie am pus niste ceapa tocata marunt, pe care am lasat-o la sticlit, am stins cu putina supa si am pus fasolea verde, curatata si taiata in jumatati. Am mai pus supa cat sa acopere fasolea si am lasat la foc mic 15-20 minute. Am adaugat si carnita, am mai lasat sa dea un clocot, timp in care am pregatit sosul: 2-3 rosii proaspete si dulci curatate de coaja si taiate marunt, o lingura de bulion (asta e optional), sare si piper proaspat macinat. Totul turnat peste fasolea din tigaie si lasat cateva minute sa ne combine aromele. La final am stins focul si am presarat marar mult. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Pofta buna si saptamana usoara!&lt;br /&gt;

Se adauga ceapa si se caleste usor. Se adauga supa, cartoful, piper si se fierbe la foc mic 20-30 min. Cand cartoful a fiert, se pune si broccoli si se lasa 5-10 minute sa se opareasca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Dupa ce au fiert, se scot legumele si se mixeaza cu un blender sau robot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Se pune si o parte din branza sa se topeasca inauntru si cateva frunze de menta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Aici am salvat situatia cand mi-am dat seama ca supa mea era ingrozitor de sarata. Am renuntat la zeama in care au fiert legumele si am inlocuit-o cu lapte. Se pune deci lapte sau supa de legume, atata cantitate cat sa iasa consistenta dorita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Se adauga si smantana, se mai pune pe foc cateva minute si se serveste in farfurii/boluri incalzite. Se orneaza cu smantana, branza si menta proaspata. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
