Sophia attended a week of Yoga Camp at the Meditation Center in Minneapolis early in August 2009.

Her teachers were quite impressed with Sophie and mentioned she meditated for 30 minutes and went quite deep. Sophie enjoyed her Hatha Yoga time as well.

Mom picked wild edibles from the backyard and accepted the free apples in the foyer.

Soph has embraced natural hygienic practices, painted chakra symbols and purchased a nedi pot.

Helicopter Rescue

My cousin Peter is doing this helicoptor CHP rescue. My aunt Nancy said that there are countless hours of discipline and boring practice to reach this awesome level of glamor. Pete is the pilot you see in this uTube!! Yay!

How are you doing today at California? Are you painting? Are you at your house? Are you doing stuff you like or are you just playing games. Do you have lots of fun at your house or do you like making stuff with paint and drawing pictures and do you like making stuff with wood?

Do you like painting the wood with paint any color you like or are you going out to lunch with each other all the time to get some lunch in your tummy. Do you like playing hopscotch, jumprope, board games? This game I made up that's called Silly Fun you do hopscotch, hula hoop and jumprope all at the same time. I made it for big kids. This is a game you do, you play toys and punch people and do silly things. You're like "Woo Hoo! I have a little Boo Boo! Let's see that!"

I'm gonna just close your eyes and turn this way. And I like laughing. Are you laughing at your home or something? Or do you like doing hula hoop. Or do you like saying Yay Yay I have a little mama. And I like playing hopscotch with you Weeeee this is fun 5, 6, 7 ,8 9. I take two steps, one two, one two one one.

I like my princesses and I like unicorns.
