The 23-year-old joined the club last summer and made 32 appearances, scoring three goals. During his time at Stark’s Park, Richard also received his first call-up to the Malaysian national team, making his debut against Palestine in September 2025.

Richard was also part of the side that secured victory over Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the KDM Evolution Trophy final.

Raith Rovers FC is hiring a hands-on Commercial Operations Manager to run our day-to-day club operations across hospitality, kiosks, retail, and matchday delivery.

This role is the engine room of our non-football operations. It is about making everything work smoothly and to a high standard—managing planning, staffing, stock, suppliers, and on-the-day execution—alongside supporting sponsorship renewals and partner care. We are looking for an experienced operator who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front.

What you’ll own

• Matchday and event operations: End-to-end planning and delivery for hospitality, kiosks, and retail; writing run sheets, staffing rotas, briefings, set-up/close-down, and incident resolution.
• Kiosk operations: Staffing, training, stock control, cash/PDQ reconciliation, product mix, pricing, and presentation standards across all units.
• Hospitality operations: Liaison with catering partners, managing table plans and numbers, enforcing service standards, ensuring room readiness, and handling customer feedback.
• Retail operations: Daily shop and online processes, merchandising, stock levels, click-and-collect/matchday trading, and store standards.
• Sponsor and partner delivery: Ensure contracted benefits are fulfilled (tickets, boards, hospitality), coordinate matchday requirements, be the day-to-day contact, and support renewals.
• Reporting and controls: Sales and stock reporting, basic P&L inputs, supplier coordination, and implementing process improvements that lift service and profitability.
• Commercial activity: Support sponsorship sales, simple campaigns, and the upsell of matchday inventory (e.g., hospitality tables, programme ads) in line with club priorities.

About you

• An experienced operator: You have a background running hospitality, events, retail, or venue operations involving rotas, stock, and suppliers.
• Local and responsive: You are based within a practical commuting distance of Stark’s Park and can attend at short notice for operational needs.
• A team leader: You are calm under pressure and confident leading shifts and teams on busy matchdays.
• Commercially minded: You are comfortable having sales-focused conversations and managing ongoing partner relationships.
• Highly organised: You are a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and a knack for making plans real on the ground.
• Flexible: You are willing and able to work matchdays, evenings, and club events.

Previous experience within football or sport is a plus, but not essential.

A familiar face to Championship supporters, the 30-year-old midfielder is renowned for his passing range, technical ability and knack for chipping in with important goals from the heart of midfield.

After signing his deal, Charlie said:

“I’m absolutely delighted to sign for the club. It’s an ambitious club that I’ve always been impressed by, and it has a fantastic fanbase.

“I had a few offers from other clubs, but once I heard Raith were interested, it was a no brainer and I wanted to get it done as soon as possible. I’m really excited to start working with the manager. The way he spoke about how he wants the team to play and where he sees me fitting in really excited me.

“I’m really looking forward to pre-season starting, meeting my new teammates and beginning what I hope will be a successful season for us. I can’t wait to play my first game at Stark’s Park in front of the fans, and hopefully we can enjoy a great season together.”

Charlie began his career as a highly regarded prospect in the Rangers academy, representing Scotland at various youth levels up to Under-21 level. After making his first-team debut for Rangers, Charlie earned a move to Dundee United, where he quickly established himself as a regular in the side over the next three seasons.

Following his departure from Tannadice in 2017, the midfielder enjoyed spells with Almere City in the Netherlands and Greenock Morton, before joining Falkirk in 2019. Charlie went on to make a significant impact during his three seasons with the Bairns, scoring 15 goals in 87 appearances.

After leaving Falkirk in 2022, Charlie went on to represent Airdrieonians, Ross County and Hamilton Academical before returning to Airdrieonians last season.

Now ready for a fresh challenge in Kirkcaldy, Charlie becomes our fifth addition ahead of what promises to be an exciting campaign.

A very familiar face to Rovers supporters, Ross made a memorable impact during his first spell in Kirkcaldy, from 2022 to 2024. He will now link up once again with his father, Assistant Manager Andy Millen.

Ready to get going, Ross, said:

“I’m delighted to be back. I’m so happy to return to a place where I really enjoyed my football, and I’m looking forward to the season ahead with this group.

“Dougie played a big part in me coming back. The conversations I had with him made me feel that this was a place where I was wanted. It’s a fresh start, and I understand his morals and values, they align with mine.

“I wouldn’t have come back if I hadn’t enjoyed my time here. I’ve got so many great memories from my previous spell. We had a fantastic support and some really good times, and the fans who followed us home and away were incredible. If we can get back to that, it can only be a positive for the team and the club going forward.”

The right-back began his career with Dunfermline Athletic, making more than 50 appearances before departing in 2015. Spells with Livingston, Clyde and Queen’s Park followed, where he impressed enough to secure a move to Premiership side Kilmarnock.

After three seasons with Killie and a year with Scunthorpe United, Ross arrived at Stark’s Park in 2022. A near ever-present during his first season with the club, he quickly became a fans’ favourite thanks to his attacking quality, overlapping runs and tenacity.

He carried that form into the 2023/24 campaign, making a number of memorable contributions throughout the season, including that unforgettable penalty against Queen’s Park.

After leaving the club in 2024, Ross spent a season with Morecambe in the EFL before joining Inverness Caledonian Thistle last summer, where he played an important role in their League One title-winning campaign.

Now, Ross returns to Kirkcaldy ready to make his mark once again and pick up where he left off.

Kyle joins us following two seasons with Partick Thistle, having previously featured for the Rovers during the second half of the 2023/24 campaign. A creative midfielder, Kyle will bring flair, energy and technical quality to the squad.

After penning his deal, Kyle said:

“I’m delighted to be back at the club and can’t wait for my next spell here.

“Speaking to the manager and hearing what he’s been building, along with the players he’s brought in so far, is really exciting. It’s a place I want to be.

“My first spell was great, getting to the play-off final – although I ended up cup-tied, but that happens! The run we had, pushing Dundee United and getting so far in the play-offs before just falling short. Now I want to go one better.

“I’m really looking forward to it. The new pitch looks great and suits the way we’ll want to play. Hopefully we’ll see the fans out in their numbers again like the first time I was here. They were great and I can’t wait to see them again!”

Having come through the youth ranks at St Mirren and Partick Thistle, Kyle moved to Stranraer in 2015, where he quickly established himself as one of League One’s standout performers.

After making more than 125 appearances across four seasons with the Stair Park side, Kyle joined Dunfermline Athletic in 2019, spending two years at East End Park.

Kyle returned to Partick Thistle in 2021 and enjoyed a successful spell at Firhill, helping the Jags reach the Scottish Premiership play-off final.

He would depart Thistle in 2023 to join Premiership side, Ross County. In January 2024, Kyle signed for Ian Murray’s title-chasing Rovers on loan, playing an important role as the club secured a second-place finish in the Championship. He also featured in both legs of the play-off semi-final victory over Partick Thistle.

Kyle returned to Firhill for the 2024/25 season and remained with the Jags for the following two campaigns.

Now 28, Kyle returns to Stark’s Park on a permanent basis ahead of the 2026/27 season.

A total of 80 games will be played over five matchdays across the group stage, involving 37 SPFL clubs plus and Lowland League champions Linlithgow Rose, Highland League winners Brora Rangers and Highland League runners-up Brechin City.

The eight group winners and three best runners-up will join European representatives Celtic, Heart of Midlothian, Rangers, Motherwell and Hibernian in the last 16 on August 15/16.

The quarter-finals will be played on the weekend of September 12/13 and the semi-finals are scheduled for the weekend of October 31 & November 1. The 2026/27 Premier Sports Cup final will take place on Sunday December 13

This season, Lewis became the first player this century to score 100 goals for the club and now sits 27th on our all-time appearances list, having featured 301 times for the Rovers.

With strong ties to the club, Lewis was thrilled to extend his stay in Kirkcaldy:

“I’m absolutely delighted to extend my stay with the Football Club. I’ve been here for over half my life and I know exactly what the club means to the supporters, the staff, and everyone connected with it.

“The connection I have built over the years with the fans and the club is something special, I’m proud to continue my journey and can’t wait for what’s ahead. There’s a big season ahead of us and one I’m really looking forward to, hopefully putting on performances and scoring goals to remember!

Lewis joined the club at the age of 16 in the 2011/12 season and has been involved with the first team ever since. Over the years, he quickly became a fan favourite, with a knack for scoring goals in the big moments.

The attacker has shown incredible determination throughout his career, battling back from four serious ACL injuries. His resilience and commitment are commendable achievements, both within the club and across Scottish football.

Having turned 30 last year, Lewis still has plenty to offer the club, and we’re absolutely delighted to welcome him back for another season.

How much will it cost?

Are there flexible payment options?

Yes. As part of our commitment to keeping football affordable and accessible, Klarna will again be available online through Fanbase. Supporters can choose to pay in 30 days or in 3 instalments.

How long do I have to renew to keep my seat?

The renewal deadline is Sunday 21st June, giving you plenty of time to secure the seat you held last season.

Can I move my seat?

Yes. Supporters wishing to move should contact the club directly, ideally by email at info@raithrovers.net or by telephone on (01592) 263514.

Is there an Ultras section this season?

No. Following last season’s trial, we’ve decided to discontinue this section. Every supporter who was moved to accommodate it last year has been contacted directly and offered the chance to return to their original seat.

Can I purchase it in person?

Yes. You can call into the main office next week (Monday 11th to Friday 15th May), any time between 10am and 4pm, to buy or renew.

Can I get a physical season ticket card?

Yes. Season tickets will be issued digitally via email and through the Fanbase app, but you can also purchase a physical card for an additional £5, which will be dispatched ahead of the new season.

Having joined the club in 2024, Lewis has gone on to make 81 appearances in a Rovers shirt and was named our Manager’s Player of the Year last season.

For Lewis, his heart was always set on another campaign with the Rovers.

He said: “I’m delighted. As soon as Raith showed an interest in signing me, it was what my heart was set on.

“I love being here and I’ve loved every minute, even through the tough times. I want to be successful. Having won the cup last season, I think the play-offs are the least we can aim for next season.

“There’s a lot of change on and off the pitch, but it’s exciting times and hopefully the fans get behind us and see what we’re doing.”

Despite being 38, the Kirkcaldy native is loving his football and can’t wait for another big campaign.

He added: “I still love playing. People always say you’re retired for a long time. Luckily, I recovered well from an injury last season and, as long as I’m fit, I’m going to give absolutely everything I have to this football club.

“I’m looking forward to a break now, but then I’ll be back ready and raring for the new season!”
