Hey everybody! It's a great feeling to come back here and start writing. It has been a while that I have written. In fact a lot has been happening that I couldn't post. Blogging was the last thing on my mind when I was busy preparing for the show Spiral Bound. It was seriously an experience of a life time! Your friends (and others, of course) paying for you! To see what you do is an amazing feeling! I, however, couldn't take it much further and am still looking for assignments!

Meanwhile, I lost two of my close family members. My maternal grandfather Trikamji Nakar and my uncle Mansukhlal Rajgor. It was a huge loss for the entire family. R.I.P both the great souls.

It is in the losses and hard time that we realize the real meaning of life! We realize the importance of relationship and how indebted we feel at their absence. But as life moves on, individuals have to move on.

I moved on too! After months of searching for work (both acting and professional assignments) I bagged the job as a Communication Executive at Videocon D2h. Yes, I am working full time and with this development came another. I shed my single status! Yes, I am now engaged to Abhisha Vyas and enjoying this new 'stage' in my life. 'kehtey hain zindagi mein theraav behad zaroori hoti hai, shayad 'abhi' mere jeevan mein wahi theraav aaye'

Chalo, keep me posted, till I comeback to write something interesting! 'Abhi ke liye Raj ka Good bye!'

Great Business Implication of Innovation!

We, as human beings, always crave for something substantial. We don’t want to settle for mediocrity. Things start to look odd and monotonous if we don’t innovate or accept new style of doing the same things. Same is the case with most business.

Business, actually, have to keep on challenging themselves and keep moving forward, from the last point they achieved. Innovation is thus, the only solution. A new way to do business or a simple approach can work wonders when you are terribly pondering over something, or stuck at a particular not-so-happening thing.

We have so many examples of businesses that changed their approach for target customers, which in turn changed the perception of the people. Take for Instance, Vodafone. It was all going good for them when they had an ad featuring a child and a pug (dog). The message was good, ‘Vodafone reaches everywhere’.

Still, halfway they lost it. When other companies like airtel, Docomo and even Idea, were innovating and capturing audience’s interest, Vodafone, continued with the same theme. It was only when they switched to Zoo-zoo concept they grabbed some eye-balls and their loyal customers back.

Thus, thriving hard and constantly asking yourself ‘how can I improve my services/working style? How can I better my outputs? Will help you get the most needed answer for change. Small steps taken towards goals, towards betterment, will definitely yield in to success.

While some one may argue, why change when we are at top and doing well? The answer is, ‘you need to innovate and perhaps keep changing, so that you continue to be on top’. Stability only comes to stable things and while we are moving, we have the opportunity to innovate.

Let me list 3 positives and 3 negatives of not innovating.

Negatives of Not Innovating:

1) Same Old approach: Same old approach may definitely have done good to you in the past, but it is not necessary that it would also do good in the future. Everything around us is changing. The people, the way we do businesses, so you have to be smart and innovative.

2) Taking Things Easy: It is human behavior, to settle down with something that you are convenient with, but this is where we start taking things for granted. Businesses can’t afford to lose any of their clients or any project. They have to be on their toe to seal every opportunity that comes their way. Taking things granted means, taking even customers for granted, something not acceptable in this competitive business environment.

3) Inconsistency: When doing business, it is very important that we have an eye on growth and one thing that deters growth is our inconsistency. Inconsistency is the by-product of neglecting important things, unreceptive to taking risks. Thus, taking calculated risk and venturing in to new ideas will mark a journey towards growth.

Positives of Innovation:

1) Novelty: Novelty always attracts customers. If you are different and promising to do things differently you are sure to get new clients. Obviously, the core of producing quality while inventing a new strategy is very important.

2) Driving Force: Innovation surely drives you. It is the passion of doing things in a new a way that keeps your interest intact. This is a great driving force. Even the customers that approach you will feel good because you are feeling good for them and the business.

3) Profit: When inconsistency and lack of innovation deters your growth, certainly innovating the way you work will help you be on your toes and be alert of the changes around you. It is bound to lead you to profit and thus help you grow as a business entity.

Innovation thus has powerful implications on the way you work and the way you lead your business. Innovation is therefore, mandatory!

Actors who missed on the 'Super stardom'

Everybody strives for that one in a billion identity, that distinctive image. In a country of billion people, reaching that position, when the stakes are high, obviously is difficult. But once you attain that stage, holding to that special position is even more difficult. I feel heart broken seeing such people who got all the love, all the fanfare and all the stardom in their career, but on the way lost their charm, their grip. Let's have a look at those few lucky one's in the Hindi Film Industry- who missed it all halfway- while the race is still on!

5. Suniel Shetty: Suniel Shetty debuted with Balwan in 1992 and tasted moderate success. His first big success came in with Waqt Hamara Hai and Mohra. Both, However, featuring Akshay Kumar with him. Akshay for his better dancing skills and a mischievous look gained all the spot light and thus Shetty, who had an equal acting ability, remained under his shadow.

The only time he could have capitalized and rose to fame was, when he gave 3 back to back hits in Dilwale, Gopi Kishan and Bhai. He should have taken some risk with more solo films trying different genres. Instead he gave amazing performances in some supporting roles like Border, Hera Pheri, Refugee, Dhadkan Main Hoon Na, to name a few but could never come out of it.

4. Jackie Shroff: He debuted in Heera Panna in a villanious role and then did Swami Dada with Dev Anand. But his time turned, when he was casted by Subhas Ghai in 1983's Hero, which went on to become Super Hit. He tasted success with yet another film Andar Bahar with Anil Kapoor (that was beginning of his association with Anil) He gave several hits with Anil Kapoor in the coming years from Karma, Ram Lakhan, Parinda, Kaala Baazar to 1942 - A love story. He also gave powerful performances in 100 days, Saudagar, King Uncle, Rangeela

But somehow, when Anil Kapoor was still going strong and emerged as strong solo hero in years that followed, Jackie started accepting roles as supporting actors. Though he was brilliant in Khalnayak, Rangeela, Saudagar, Agni Shaksi, Devdas, he never remained the actor most talked. Also because, the country had accepted and was moving towards more romantic and chocolate type heroes like SRK, Aamir and Salman. Thus he got sidelined and was considered actor of an older generation. He grew as an actor with performances in Mission Kashmir, Devdas, Yaadein, but never was able to experience that star status that Khan trio and even Hrithik and Akshay are experiencing.

3. Akshay Khanna: His debut film flopped. However, his performance in J.P. Dutta's Border was appreciated. The turning point, and also from where he should have picked as a bankable actor, came in 1999. He gave stunning performance in Taal and moderately successful Aa Ab Laut Chalen.

He then took a break and then was seen in 2001 in Farhan Akhtar's cult movie Dil Chahta Hai. But by then, Hrithik mania had gripped the nation and a new fit-fine, heartthrob, dude image of Hindi film hero had become strong and thus Akshaye could never fit in.

However, the only good this film did to him was establish him as strong supportive actor. We saw some really strong performances of his in films like, Humraaz, Hulchul, Hungama, Gandhi My father and Aakrosh. Alas! He too went the Jackie way.

2. Bobby Deol: According to me he is the most veteran star son's to debuted just close to new millennium. His debut movie gained him the Filmfare best debut new comer award for Barsaat in 1995. He could have enjoyed the stardom today, if he would have capitalized on the early success. He did well after his debut, in films like, Gupt, Soldier, Kareeb, Badal and Bichoo. Bearing Kareeb all established him as action hero. A hero who was vulnerable yet powerful.

But, post this, selection of some awful films let to his down fall, from where he could never get back. Series of flops like Dillagi, Hum toh Mohabbat Karega, Aashiq, Chor Machaye Shor, Kismat etc. took him no where! Thus an almost end to what could have been a successful career. He came back in Humraaz and now in Yamla Pagla Deewana, but has missed on the much deserved stardom!

1. Govinda: I feel really sad listing Govinda here. He is one actor that has been not honored his due by the industry. He has had a long inning. His first film was Ilzaam in 1986. Although the movie was a flop, it had a hit song 'Street Dancer'. He later featured in several such films from Love 86, Zulm Ki Hukumatt (an Indian remake of the Godfather) and was more than once paired with Neelam in Hit films like Hatya, Khudgarz, Jeetey Hain Shaan Se, Hum, and even in actions films like Martey Dum Tak, Jung Baaz.

He paired for the first time with David Dhawan in Taaqatwar and went on to give Superhit films with him like Coolie No.1 Hero No. 1, Aankhen, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Shola Aur Shabnam, Saajan Chale Saural, Haseena Maan Jaayegi and many more.

As a result, he widely gained popularity as the king of comedy and dance and as a Hero who could do anything. He had his unique style and approach to every scene that he delievered.

But as the 2000 year approached, his style of humour, his style of cinema began to lose hold in the industry. He failed to achieve the transition that he successfuly did from the late 80's to 90's. He had the opportunity to try that new 'something' post his awful political career. But, alas he chose the same rom-com genre!

Once a visual treat, once a flawless actor was trapped in the same old formula and style. Today, he's trying to successfully comeback in films like Partner, Raavan, but the charm, the undisputed charisma that he had in 90's ( that gave even the Khan power a tough time) is missing!

Love is an art, Art glorifies Love!

Art has always been a fascination for me. Be it painting, music, drama or any attractive vibrant creation. I get pulled into it. Thus writing for Rajesh Nakar- Visual Merchandiser, Interior Designer, Artist and a personal inspiration, also for whom I earlier wrote Aberrant is indeed a pleasure.

Currently in Ghana, West Africa, and lending his services to Melcom, a No. 1 departmental store having more than 15000 products under one roof, Rajesh has come up with yet another pleasing window display for Melcom's Kaneshie branch (Melcom plus) that has instantly evoked a brand image for the company. Brand image is always unique and one that sets them apart from competitors and ignites a positive vibes among the customers.

‘Pamper Your Valentine’, thus seem to be clearly fitting the bill. With the able inputs from Marketing head, Raja and his own creative flow, this concept seems apt for the upcoming Valentine’s Day! When I asked him online, how did he conceptualize the whole thing? How did he manage to express it so easily and in a simple, non-congested way? He said,
“The answer is ‘simplicity’ itself”. I always use one formula for any creation of mine, and that is KISS formula.”KEEP IT SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT”. He continued, “We as humans are always attracted towards beauty. Add simplicity and soothing colours to it & you have your job done. Also, having no restrictions and a clear thought from the department, led me work beautifully”.
As we can see, he clearly has worked wonders. Red, according to me, conjures well on different emotions like love, poetry, beauty and passion. This display has no other colour as magnificent as Red. Thus, the concept of only using red to express love with poetic affection, ‘Pamper Your Valentine’ for your dear girlfriend/wife is simply impressive.
The line ‘Pamper Your Valentine’ against red background convey it best - the message of "I love you"- and for me speaks loud of the care and passionate love that we have for loved ones. Having seen this, I strongly believe that every body’s search for an ultimate surprise this coming season of love should end at this beautiful store. Or May I say the quest for the best, and most enchanting gift begin from this glorifying art work. Love, definitely is an art and art glorifies love!

I left my job in August 2010. Since, then I have changed! YES. I have a confession to make. I was little more lazy then. I was little less organised compared to what I am today. (Yes, I have my schedule and a diary today that I don't simply carry, but also make entries into it, or simply save it as a note in my draft SMS messages)

I almost have a planned day. Sure, things go off sometimes, and there are uncertain times, but mostly I know what I am going to do. Most of the times either I am reading (Yes, I have been reading a lot, I have read more books in the last 6 months than I had ever read in the last 23 years) or I am thinking (not day dreaming) about my next move. (I think a lot, may be that's were all the protein I consume goes)

All these changes didn't 'just' happen. I made conscious effort a deliberate decision to change for the better. I knew this change is very simple and effective. Though I mentioned a few bad elements in me above, that I am changing, I was never unreceptive to things that were generally good. The reason I made mistakes and didn't realize it was only because of the fact that I was just not 'aware' in and out of it! Even then, I had this 'respect the speaker' manners that I had learned early in my life and most of the times accepted the good points, the most suitable thing, for a given situation.

Thus, when I meet people who are just so locked in their own zone, not willing to 'accept' other's view point, not willing to listen and then react, not open to new ideas and have their 'narrowed' view point on every thing you say (they have reasons or justification even to your most valid and generally accepted point) I feel sad and pity for their ignorance and such awful state.

"Agyani manyusha aur pathar dono saman hain! Chahey jitna sar phodlo dono apney gunon ko nahi chodtey!"

All I am trying to say in this post is, stick to your point or opinion when you know it is generally acceptable and a right behavior or a manner, but never averse to something that is going to make a long lasting impact on you and the thing which is right! Never 'just' oppose something because you are unaware of it and have never experienced. You never know, the point or view you are so dearly holding to yourself is actually a misconception or just your unselfconsciousness!

Micro to Macro- Back in Style!

The last time I wrote, in May, was about the Khoi Hui Zindagi, about the turmoil in my heart. Which way to chose, how to follow my heart, about the consequences of the path and all that a person running behind dreams; experiences with the relationships he shares with the people around.

There were thoughts, that I could have posted, but rather I chose to post it on micro blogging site from time to time. The larger, macro thoughts, I better kept reserved to my blog here. But of what little I posted on the sites like www.ionisee.com, www.facebook.com kept me alive and connected with the so called socially virtual world.

Today, when I am at the brink of very happening, fascinating acting career that coincides with the release of the much loved film 'the social network', that could shape the real world (me in terms of where I go from my first performance, and more real films like this may come) this seemed to me as an apt time to write on this most loved space of mine.

The Social Network, directed by David Fincher and starring Jesse Eisenberg as Mark Zuckerberg founder of widely popular facebook.com is an amazing and 'most' real film in these times. The movie traces the journey of Mark, a Harvard student, who invented facebook.com with fellow students.

Based on the non-fiction book 'The Accidental Billionaire' which comprises the narration given by Eduardo Saverin, co-founder of facebook.com and his lawsuit against his friend and founder Mark, the film holds you from the scene one and establishes Mark as a very smart, ambitious person who went social about his girlfriend ditching him and thus tries hard to seek social acceptance.

Film cuts sleekly between the lawsuit and the flashback story, leaving on you to decide, whether whatever Mark does is right or wrong. Although you know what's the end of the film gonna be, your anticipation just builds with every razor sharp defense that Mark puts forward. Surely, this one is the movie of the year!

Spiral Bound-The play in which I got to recently act, has been a beautiful experience. With every line and with every word uttered, I just learned and enjoyed my most passionate craft - acting! The play, addresses the eternal question of identity, of self and society yet again, through a group of characters that lose and gain themselves in different stage of reality. I am glad that I happened to be a part of this and now the joy has just got even bigger as, we have been shortlisted to perform!

The journey, the pehla padav to my most desired path is set and I know there is miles to go before I sleep. But this feeling of joy and the experience and learning that I am carrying will help me to sustain in the difficult things to come in this beautiful fascinating journey.

IPL begins tonight!

Guys, finally the most unpredictable format of cricket is back in its highly successful glamorous 'Avataar'- IPL.

First edition saw the underdogs Rajasthan Royals lift the cup, Second year we saw the 1st year's bottom ranked team, Decccan Chargers, top the chart. Who will win this year???

The teams that look strong on paper are Mumbai Indians: After double hundred against the Proteas in one day, we just have to expect more from the God of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar- may be six sixes or a quick 100 is not too much too ask seeing his current form. His opening partner in the team is no less, Sanath Jaysuriya on a given day can be brutal. So are likes of Zaheer Khan, Bhajji, Malinga and JP Dumminy.

Delhi Dare Devils, Chennai Super King and Kings11 Punjab also carry a very very strong team and literally very strong contenders for the trophy since last two editions.

KKR and Rajsthan Royals have good side too, but their success (and failure) totally depends on how their captains lead them in the game.

Deccan Chargers and Royal Challengers Bangalore have their pride at stake. Both teams will have to prove that their journey last year in the game was not mere case of luck.

So this years IPL also offers lots of thrill, adrenaline rush, gossips and the above all cricketainment!

Cultural revolution is definitely going to happen!

Eight years ago we saw a movie Dil Chahta Hai which bought us an insight of new age cinema. A change in the way humour, relationships and emotions were dealt. Aamir Khan changed the way a hero's traits were percieved by his sheer ease to carry out challenging roles. He showed it yet again in 2005 with Rang De Basanti, the power to think different and then do what your heart says with full love and passion. We were mesmerized by his antics and before we can think he thought ahead of his time with yet another mind blowing concept in Taare Zameen Par!

During this period came another revolutinary man who dared to expose the life of medical students with his own style. Two years later came another film of Hrishikesh Mukherjee genre that spread the happy-go lucky air in the country in Lage Raho Munnabhai.

In 2009 comes 3 Idiots, a film that will make you think that please think the way you think! It sublty explains you the fact that, the answer to the world's most toughest problem lies in some simple question, no matter how tough is the problem. The combination of Raju Hirani and Aamir Khan has just not created a super-hit film, that will be marked as one of the biggests hits in the history of Indian film industry, but has also created a cultural revolution that will grab Indians and the country who dreams to be super power by 2020.

The film, through the characters of Sharman and Madhvan, who have certain clarity about the careers to be perceived but are submerged with pressure to be successful and be number one, and a 'everything is possible', Rancho Khan, who is more interested in following his heart, getting answers to what his innocent simple but rational brain asks, gifts India and millions of young Indians, a logical way of approaching life but with smile, love and fun rather than sticking to irrelevant orthodox, meaningless systems that yield nothing but generations of followers than creative thinkers!

I, a recently turned Idiot, grab this opportunity to salute the two Idiots mentioned above (Aamir and Raju Hirani) for their phenomenal contribution to Indian cinema and enlightening millions of Indians by not merely making a film, but spreading awareness in the process that will definitely help the country and it's people make their mark!

The way ahead...

Hello, everybody. I am back with a long break from blogging and writing my current thoughts. The months after August were really tight and kept me busy and submerged into work till head. Little did I breath was only in my dreams (and when I day dreamed, visualizing my goals).

The month of September came with traveling to beautiful places like Aurnagabad and Raipur-Chattisgarh. The English demo-training programme conducted for Hotel Management Students in the Village just went superb. The students were highly excited and received us with warmth. Staying in hotels with colleagues was fun too! Our tour went beyond just training, when we visited local temples of Shiva and Hanuman, in a much awaited drizzle.

A week later, I was flying for the first time to Raipur to conduct another training program for Chattisgarh government teachers. This experience was just amazing. I had my bad share of initial set backs, when we saw an unexpected response from the regional trainers; but thanks to my supportive scintillating colleague, things were pretty soon in our control. My charm then just grew over the 3 days of training, and was able to deliver up to my potentials.

One side where I am focusing my energy and efforts towards my work, on the other side, my passion for the cine world is just increasing as I am growing. It's becoming more and more intense and I am already feeling a sense of achievement. I am busy setting my steps further to enhance my talent and guide me through the way ahead. The coming months I am ready to be more focused and energetic as these are going to be the most crucial days of this year and my life ahead!

Love the Love Coz Love Is Lovable!

I went to see this movie feeling that I would definitely not like it as this would be just another stretched love story that would end stereotype! It ended though in the similar fashion as I expected, but I liked the journey till they end it.

The film is not different, and many would not like it just because of the same fact, but the middle phase builds the film. It is so stylish in it's presentation that you can just keep it on the same lines of DCH and Rock on! The presentation is just superb! It is straight to the point. It is straight to the heart, it is straight from the heart!

The two stories running parallel to each other, Aaj and Kal, imbibe love so well that you cant resist, but love the love! The music is soothing too!

Saif Ali Khan is the hero here.... He lifts the film single handed. What a sardar he has been! Go watch this film......and you would definitely love it!

Luck....should have worked on box office!

When you have stalwarts like Sanjay Dutt, Danny and Mithun in an action film your expectations religiously increase. Luck has blend of both veterans and newcomers in the industry. The film holds you tight from the scene one, and dialouges are just so coolly written-one dialouge 1goli, 5 khali, bheje main daali khopdi khali!

Film deals with unheard and untouched topic in Indian Cinema of human gambling- coolly picturized and creatively shot, but thats it. The film lacks constant dose of freshness despite cool dialouges and sneaky shots.

The film lacks the roller coaster ride much needed for such movies. Film dies when you find the hero will win in every case!

Imran khan is very good. He can still try romantic and comedies in his stage of career. Shruti Hasan is too good in her debut. Mithun is stereo type, remeber him in HEROES? same here, with sum repeated dialouges!

The surprise hero are Ravi Kishen, Sanjay Dutt and Danny Denzongpa. They have lift the film with their superb performance! Catch out for the entry scenes of the 3!

All in all good movie for Soham Shah and company.... but should have needed some LUCK on the box office!

The Soft Corner!

They say love is blind, and a blind man therefore cannot even see if he’s heading towards a valley. Unless he has a strong sixth sense, to warn him about the disaster, he’s going to face! They say love has power. Power to identify your inner strength, power to deal with the difficulties of life, they say only people with powerful heart fall in love!

It was love at first sight, as they say, for Ria Baneerjee a bold and beautiful 21^st century girl when she meets Rajnish at a party. It was not that Ria haven’t got any proposals earlier, but it was she who always refused. It went as her arrogance and attitude, to whoever she said no; but it was just that she knew what she wanted and was waiting for her dream man. In Rajnish she saw the confidence and the flamboyance to carry her well.

One meet emulated other and it was no surprise for their families, when they decided to get married. This didn’t go well with Soham, Ria’s office friend. Even others in the office were shocked at this, as they knew how good friends Ria and Soham were. He tried calling her, even SMS’sd her, but their came no response. Ria was happy to be married with Rajnish who pampered her like a child and was calm and reclusive than Soham’s loud and over the top behaviour.

The building of 16 G Coral1, the area were Soham lived, was bustling with policemen, ambulance and lot of curious on lookers, to find out what had happened to Soham, who lay almost dead on his sofa with a knife deep inside his right abdomen. It looked a case of failed love and successful suicide. A witness who last saw Soham alive, said to the inspector in charge RAJNISH, that he saw Soham with a beautiful lady in a shopping Mall.

‘I won’t live long, if you are not in my life’ read the SMS on Ria’s cell. But that was when Soham was alive, 3 days ago. Even while in office, Ria was constantly being bombarded from Soham’s Sms’s. She liked it initially; it was much recent she felt his msgs to be bothering. In fact she was tired of being flirty with guys and now wanted to be stable. Despite, she liking Soham, she wanted to marry a person who is secure in his thoughts and deeds. The only reason she could give Soham, for her denial was, his over involvement in whatever she did.

Knife in right abdomen clearly indicated that someone had killed Soham. The two coffee mugs had different finger prints, but how then the finger prints on knife were Soham’s, was still a matter to probe. Whose were the finger prints on second coffee mug? Rajnish was still trying to figure out this. The witness was sent to the sketch artist.

When Rajnish went home, he was surprised to see Ria decorating his dining table with newly bought crockery. Ria had prepared dinner and was ready for a romantic night ahead. Ria had something in her mind, she wanted to show how much important Rajnish is to her. Post dinner when they headed towards their bedroom, Rajnish could feel the intimacy and the aura that Ria wanted to be close to him.

While riding on the seventh heaven Ria revealed. “I killed my friend Soham. I would not allow anyone coming in between my love.” Rajnish could not believe his ears. He could not believe that a girl like Ria could do this. When she went to the mall to buy the crockery’s she accidently bumped into Soham, who was following her. The shopping bag in her hand fell down and all the items she had bought, including the knife, scattered on the floor. Soham helped her pick the items on the floor and thus had his fingerprint on the knife.

Ria realized that this was her opportunity to get away with Soham. Therefore she went with him to his house. Both had coffee and just when Soham got busy in showing her how much he cared for her, Ria pulled the knife out, wrapping it in a plastic, and perforated it in his right abdomen. In a split of a second Soham lay down, unconscious.

Ria had done what she wanted. She had taken care that the murder looks suicide, but to her bad luck Rajnish was the in charge of the case. She therefore confronted this to Rajnish as whatever she did it, was for her love.

There was silent in the room. Ria was waiting for Rajnish’s answer, just then a beep sound was heard, as paper came out of the fax machine. Rajnish got up to collect the paper. It had Ria’s sketch on it. Rajnish turn around and looked at Ria. He took the paper out of the machine and while looking at Ria, he tore it! Love had won over fact and the soft corner was crushed to death, even when it remained alive in their hearts for each other!

Democracy or 'DemoCURSEy'???

We did it! Yes we all did it again! We all have been successful in making mockery of elections in Mumbai; where the voters turnout was merely 44.15%, less than 2004 which was 47.15. What a boomerang of the hype of 'Vote Campaign'. We turnout in thousands to lit candles and give huge statements, if we are hit by some crisis, but fail to deliver at the place where it is much needed.

Actually, it's not our (people) fault that we don't come out and vote, the reason for such sad results is the outcome of democracy, that we have been seeing till date. Even if we come and vote; whom should we vote? What has democracy given us till date? Rights to few morons to govern us who don't know what 'governing' is? Rule of 51% in power who say that the rest 49% is wrong? In the first place what is democracy? Is it having anything that we want??? If yes, why do we always end up having something reverse! Why there have been shoe throwing incidents on all the leading leaders of political parties?? How many times will we waste every 5 precious years of life??

In a country like India where we have so many parties and each one have different reasons and opinions to come into the power; where does fair voting of majority considered?? Is this democracy??? People were happy even during the regime of kings and Badshahs. There was sense of goodwill and responsibility even then. Then, why waste so much money and time contesting and setting up a government???

It is high time that India comes up with powerful one man dictator or military person who have high regards for the country and its people, than electing these @$$ #0les, who know nothing then filling their own pockets! I am sure this will bring some discipline and sense of responsibility amongst the people of India.

Passionately Marching.......!

The reason I am writing late is, neither there was much interesting happening in my life nor their was any movie release post 8X10. Although 8X10 has Akshay Kumar in it; I haven't seen it yet. So is there anything special in this post now; after a break of month or so? Yes, there is lot to write at this point in my life which is filled with optimism, enthusiasm and fascination about things I like.

First of all, I managed to get a full time job after 2 months of freelancing assignments. This new profile as an English programmer is almost near to my thoughts of a perfect job. Here I speak, write and also video shoot. Wasn't this the thing I was searching for? Of course I am near to my goal where I will hone my speaking and writing skills. There is lot to learn and grow when you sit to create a program for someone to learn!

Also, the much awaited and largely discussed IPL2 is beginning from April18th, so there is lot to write and lot discuss about. Cricket has gone leaps and bounds after the arrival of T20 Worldcup in 2007. Remember, India was no where in T20 then, when the tournament began. Neither there was, the rebel ICL, nor the IPL, all basking and earning in the glory of T20 now. The four captain theory, the pink ball, the 10 minutes break, centuries in T20 all is surely going to change the way we perceive this game.

Innovations, advancements and positive nature for everything that comes up, sums up life and therefore I hope to passionately march towards my goal despite hindrances and failures! Here is a new poem by me!

Cricket 'Bombed Out'???

The news of Sri lankan cricketers attacked by terrorist and the list of few injured players shocked the world. Sri Lankan team leaves home leaving behind their injured players under treatment. This incident has not only interrupted the ongoing Sri Lanka- Pak tour but also raised a question on the future cricket tournaments in the subcontinet.

Pak's constant fight with terror ( or say supported terror), Mutiny in Bangladesh and Srilankans fight with LTTE has left India with distruppted and unsafe neighbours. This will surely effect the IPL (next month) and the 2011 World Cup

Last year saw cancellation of Champion Trophy following 26/11 and now this attack will surely effect the cricket in the subconinet. Though the spirits would be high, of the players and the organizers, to Counter such terrorist attack, by not cancelling the tournaments, it is sad to see Cricket being 'Bombed Out'

The reason for the beautiful poem here, is that, I am getting nostalgic about the past beautiful years which I spend with the most humble and beautiful people on this earth.

The year 2008 began on a high note with new job new friends and new challenges. Ups and downs like in any areas, visited me and I managed to handle it swiftly and tactfully to the best possible. However, same was not the case with the delicate issues related to heart and where relationships are priority to me.

Memories of sweet friends are denying to fade, who helped me during terrific time of my Grandpa's illness and family issues. Some sweet relations went on to become more sweeter and transparent, due to high TRUST, and few of them got RUST, as the journey continued.

I changed, my belief changed, still I managed to keep the values and morals intact keeping the person alive and burning in me. Hope God gives me the courage to forgive and forget, the skills to learn and live and to get strong and simple by the end of each day!

Raaz could have been more 'soulful'

Though bollywood have seen an entire decade of horror films from Ramsay brothers, the time Raaz-1 came it worked due to skillful handling of the subject and strong justification of fear.

However, audience are much more mature and intelligent now as they have seen a lot such scary scenes and incidents, and therefore the expectations from Raaz-TMC is sky high. Does it meet the expectation?, Does it scare the light of you?? Yes it does, but in installment.

A painter (Emraan) who paints a Super model- Kangana (whom he has never seen before) facing problems, wants to save her, as this time he has painted her dead! Now the only way she can come out of her near death accidents, is to find the truth behind it. This at the cost of her boy friend( Adhyan Suman) who host a TV show Andhvishwas and do not believe in her.

Mohit builds up the scary atmosphere well enough, taking in consideration the now intelligent audience, but fails in the pre-climax flashback part, as it is weakly written and not much convincing. It lacks the 'soul' here!

Performance of Emraan and Kangana is top notch. Adhyan has his fare screen space and is super confident.

On the whole Raaz-TMC will definitely become the first Hit of 2009 in terms of its production cost and recovery, as it has good music, good acting and splendid story presentation.

Stories with sad ending, have very little space in Bollywood!

I rarely see movies with dark ending, being acclaimed by the viewers. Here is one such movie which may set trend for other movie makers to pursue such topics, but again, as I said, I don't personally like movies with sad or grey ending.

I believe Aamir Khan must have known this fact and therefore payed more attention to exploit his body and looks.

Speaking, about the film I feel, Aamir has given top justification to the role he played here, but the action which always goes with emotions is the strong point of the film.

Still, you wouldn't love the lovely hero-heroine to be separated, and therefore may not be satisfied with the films dark end.

You would have loved to see the reaction of Kalpana( Asin) when she would have known that Sachin(Aamir) is (Sanjay Singhania), instead the film continuous on its main subject of revenge to kill Ghajini, leaving no scope of surprise in the end.

I also feel, they should have also shown Aamir die after he kills Ghajini, as Ghajini had almost hit him with iron bar (again) very brutally, which would have carry forwarded their grey subject.

The film, remake of Tamil Ghajini, has Aamir all over it. Even a very good screeplay for Asin, after Basanti in Sholay. She speaks more than Aamir! Jiah plays her part well.

There is nothing much a viewer can take back except pain, sympathy and sorrow for the lead characters, and this, I feel is not good, seeing all the gloomy scenes going around in the country. In short, Ghajini is a film that may give you short term memory loss to forget it and move to more cheerful stage.
