Yesterday i am going throught the articel Semantic Breakthrough in magazing Oracle Magazine.it says By any measure, the World Wide Web is an immense success, helping everybody from preschoolers to CEOs share information, simplify research, and conduct business online. Still, many researchers aren't happy with the state of Web technology. They think that something is missing: intelligence.
