Landon was wonderful to photograph. I focused on all the tiny details that make him unique—his little hands, tiny feet, and soft features. These moments are so brief in a newborn’s life, and I was honored to capture them for Arianna and Casey.

The family portraits were another favorite part of the session. Seeing Arianna and Casey holding Landon with such love made for beautiful, heartfelt images. I hope these photos become treasured memories as they start this new chapter.

Duke Gardens, with its beautiful greenery and colorful flowers, gave us the perfect background for their photos. The weather was lovely, with warm sunshine that added a soft glow to everything around us. Every spot in the garden seemed like it was made for capturing magical moments.

Arianna looked absolutely radiant in a flowing dress that highlighted her growing baby bump, while Casey stood proudly beside her. You could feel their love and connection throughout the session. Some of our favorite photos are the ones where Arianna and Casey shared a good laugh together. Their joy and playful spirit made these moments feel extra real and fun, showing the lighter side of their relationship as they get ready for parenthood.

I also loved how some of the black and white photos turned out. Without the distraction of color, these images brought out the deep emotions between them. The simple black and white tones really highlighted their closeness and excitement for their baby.

The natural beauty of Duke Gardens made their photos even more special. The bright flowers, peaceful atmosphere, and gentle breeze made it feel like the perfect place to celebrate the new life they’re about to welcome.

To ensure we captured every precious moment of Emily’s pregnancy journey, we divided her session into two parts – one solo and one with her husband, Mike. Witnessing the results of Joe’s talent at work as he guided them through the shoots is truly heartwarming.

“Joe was absolutely AMAZING for my maternity shoot!! I’m so in love with the photos and he was such a pleasure to work with! I wanted to go when the cherry blossoms bloomed, and I couldn’t have had better communication from Joe keeping me updated on when they were supposed to bloom. He even came back a second time to get some pictures with my husband since he was out of town on the day we were shooting. I can’t recommend him enough, he was absolutely fantastic!”
