I don't know WHAT to read! Nothing is appealing to me and I've been in this slump for a few weeks now. :(

I read all over the romance genre. The only things I veer away from is inspirational, m/m, shifters, and ménage. I mostly read historical, suspense, and contemporary, and really like the steamy stuff.

Any suggestions?

BEAUTIFUL BASTARD
did exactly what a good book is supposed to do, it thoroughly
entertained me. It was like reading a Harlequin Presents hopped up on
erotic steroids and is
what I would categorize as junk food reading, not a lot of sustenance
but thoroughly entertaining.

WARNING: There is a LOT of angry, pantie-ripping sex --every 5 pages or so-- and the plot is thin.

If you follow me at all, you know that I'm an editor for The Author's Red Room. We work with mostly indie authors and a few traditionally published authors. Also, I still do some reviewing and beta reading because I LOVE to read. :) Lately, I've gotten my

Review: IF I WERE YOU by Lisa Renee Jones

I originally published this review in August 2012, when Lisa Renee Jones began self-publishing her Inside Out series. WOW has a lot happened since then. Since last August IF I WERE YOU has been picked up by Gallery Books, releasing the print edition TODAY! Most excitedly, not only is this now being traditionally published, BUT it has also been optioned by STARZ network! That's right, they

review: CAUGHT IN THE ACT by Jill Sorenson

The
feminist movement has caused some men to think of the term "strong
woman" as a bad thing, but this is not necessarily the case. A

In
