Well let's just straight to the point. THIS is FOR:

- People that might feel low self steem and don't know how to get out of it.
- People that are feeling overall good, but for whatever reason they had a bad day and might need 5 minutes of motivational material.
- Everybody that feels good, this is great to reinforce that state of good feelings and relaz with some nice "foot for thought" content

Why? Depends, but the overall summary is:

By engaging with these inspirational messages every day, the subconscious mind slowly starts to internalize them and produce a long term sustainable and healthy change from the core. Because the messages are designed to motivate and inspire the conscious mind in the moment and the subconscious mind long term. The effect it's similar to any type of social conditioning with the difference that, this time, it is intentional in the direction that we choose. Insatead of feeding negative news and shit-talking content (e.g. useless TV shows, Big Brother, Reality TV) to our brain, we decide to feed inspirational and motivational messages with the intention to strive for a change twards a better life :)
