The other 5 minutes were cool up/down &amp; 2.7mph @ 3% incline. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I then went &amp;amp; did weights. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I did 5 sets of 10-15reps (10, then 15, then 10, etc). 20lbs for triceps, 10lbs free-weights for biceps, 85lbs for inner &amp; outer thigh &amp;amp; 40lbs for bum kick back. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I'm not going tonight, but I'll go tomorrow after work &amp; I want to do 40 minutes of cardio &amp;amp; do the first 20 on the strider (high intensity, it's a cross between a stair climber &amp; a ski machine) and then the next 20 on the treadmill with 15 minutes @ 3.5mph and maybe some short 1min. sprints added in to get my heart rate up. I seriously need to get my butt in gear as I haven't been in the gym since June!!
