Why We Need Valid Voter ID

We not only absolutley need mandatory Voter ID. We need a cross reference system to assure that ID and voter did not use it in multiple states. Something went wrong in our 2012 federal election. Obama could not fill a house party. We all witnessed his lacking, his appeal was flat and he was down sizing from concert sized venues to school gymnasiums.

All the polling had it tight. When Florida went I knew this was a farce. So when all was said and done. I did not believe for one minute he won anything. Two weeks proir to the electionhe took out a 15 Mil dollar loan from Bank Of America. Why?

With this guy it all comes down to following the money. Which as I write he is still chasing? If only people would stop giving him the out about his skin color, bad enough he hides behind it, the guy is an outright liar and fraud. What does that say about black people in general, that they need excuses? Of course not. So look at him for what he is. A man with delusions of grandeur. Foam Greek columns, office of the President elect?
Most importantly he is the man attempting to bring about the total ruination of America. We Americans have to stop him.

Today we are being overwhelmed with lie after lie. Federal agencies and departments are being run as the gestapo. All in collusion to thwart the opposition to the extreme lefts hysterical socialist American dream.

So how do we stop it? First we need to stop the GOP from going along with it any longer.
Why is there even the need for a fight about the bogus excuses for not having a valid voter ID. I believe I have an answer.

Back to the 2012 election. When braggarts started with we got out the vote The over 157% county by county votes were actually boasted? Hello how much of over 100% do they not get? More votes then registered voters. I was furious, to me one instance signals fraud throughout the system.

So I played with one of the states I consider a big problem. New York would be exactly the same, as well as many more.

The following is what I came up with and the sources I found and used. I am no math wiz I used what was available. I would love for someone else to use the resources I did and do a closer look at all the other states.

How I came up with California apparently having a *65% voter turnout?

To FIX our elections so all of us Citizens can feel we did our best and we held fair and legitimate elections. We need to put in place very few, assurances.

We need to separate ALL foreign nationals from the overall population figures.

IE: the Federal Census why was it so important for Obama to be the recipient of the federal census? Why did the census bureau drop race, country of origin, where born? ( anything else?)

Now can anyone tell me why we only have *Estimates of the legal population in the United States? And with that census redo we will never know.

Apparently finding that is next to impossible. Do we not separate Citizens from foreign nationals?

States IGNORE the constitution about who is a citizen. Who is eligible to vote, to drive, perform jury duty or practice law.

What is the estimated total of undocumented, illegal residents. Non-green card, non visa, illegal?

We are to take the word of this government? They have the past census records and they still can claim they only have ESTIMATES!

LPR is green card or visa holders.

United States total *est 13,070,000 Of that total, only 8% can be naturalized? Why is that?

So why are we currently attempting to offer another 11-33 million UNDOCUMENTED, unknown illegals a full pass.

When of the estimated LPR 13,070,000, only up to 8% can be considered for naturalization. I find that scary.

California only claims 3,380,000 of those estimated LPR yet California has an Hispanic Latino population FOREIGN born of 37%.

Lets look at the troubling awarded electoral votes in our federal elections population figures for 2012 including a 2013 estimate.

In 2012 an election year.

So we reduce eligible voters by that age group by 31% 26,219,916

that was easy..

In the 2012 FEDERAL election Californians cast a total of 13,017,032

CA quick facts lists Hispanic Latino at 37% of CA population.

White only -non Hispanic totals 39% what percentage not legal -%?

Asians 14% what percentage is not legal -%?

Add in Black Americans, American Indian, Hawaiian & Pacific Islanders 10%

But wait one minute using data for states as to LPR's (Legal Permanent Residents), documented immigrants, green card or visa holders, have to be EXcluded. www.census.gov/prod/cen2010/briefs/c2010br-02.pdf

As we all know they are ineligible to vote, right?

CA claimed and Homeland security uses this figure for CA's LPRs 3,380,000

So we have to reduce that total from the eligible voter base.

Finally the ONLY figures are only *estimates of illegals .

CA harbors 2,830,000

Does anybody believe CA only has 6,210,000 documented and illegals ?

I imagine those under 18 figures can be pretty accurate as we feed and/or clothe, school and house young people so they are certainly counted.

Now it gets tricky ..

Electoral college specifically supposedly uses *American citizen populations ONLY to afford their number of Delegates. Right? I mean in the real world visitors and nonresidents are not counted because you assume they are transient.

Total allegedly eligible votes now is 20,009,916

cast was 13,017,032

Equals a 65% turn out rate.. That repeated itself in several large states.

I leave NY, NJ, DC and so forth for someone else to go over. I do not feel elections are fair or legitimate any longer post Obama for sure. Post basically communism being welcomed to America. I don't feel the administration is anything but a sanctioned organized criminal organization. Too many intently held or hold anti-America beliefs. We have a radical filled WH, nothing more.

Would that have not been news? When do you read of anything but up to 50 % turnout? Especially when Obama had lost his enamored fervor following. We all go screwed equally under Obama.
Somehow he got the votes? Anyone rememeber reading about trucks full of votes for sale?

Dear Carly,

You seem to fall back on the Women card, frequently.

When I first learned of your existence I took the time to listen to you speak. I admit I found you an attention getter I listened and indeed wanted to hear more.

However. One thing about us women, is a very astute intuition. Or have you forgotten about that? My intuition is used in this case as it pertains to business. It was formed from years of working, parlaying, developing relationships, products and services. Most importantly working with and supporting others in all capacities.

We all gain from that knowledge and rapport an insight into all types and persona in the business world. I won't go into my rises an falls. We all have had them, this is about industrious women as a whole.

I personally find the most important aspect of my career, is the fact that I made lasting friends out of adversaries. At every point or turn there will be critics, turning them to friends is paramount, that is success. As most would attest to, those connections serve as a wonderful diverse field of reference and credential. Of course this is just another business women's experience in reference to playing nice with others.

If we want to measure another's success "my family" had attained a considerable sum once. Alas as well as some shaky financial times together. Why don't I picture you sticking with your family for very long during any difficult times?

Personally, I as so many fellow women held one thing as our first priority, our family. Most of us at all level of success held ourselves back at some point or time for our family as their personal best course to keep a loving family functioning together. Men have also reciprocated to help their wives attain their successes. The main concern is a parent or in some cases a familial member will raise our children, not just use an all day care or a nanny. Yes there are exceptions. But they are not breaking up families to get to the top, they are struggling to better themselves. A very big difference.

Carly you never had that concern or any barrier. So you had every advantage to make it as a fully independent women. Yet you seem to think you deserve a pat on the back for advantage scoring, sleeping with the boss scoring?

Recently really looking at and around you. I posted several times, I was not sure of who you really are. I raised questions about you, such as the thought that wouldn't others who you helped rise along with you, be the best statement of your alleged successes.

To date Carly I had not heard from, or of, one. That intuition nagged me from day one as you used so much bravado and self congratulation for your claim of success. That intuition did not mesh well with what I was hearing. There was so much lacking.

I won't go into the many ways women, especially personable, caring, inclusive ones work together to achieve their best.

There are also women who, take the easy route, I am sure you get my point. Most don't. Most especially those that have been pushing aside advances all their life.

The really un-sisterly, are the ones we all have run into along our path. They see and treat others, especially women as their personal adversary. Steal their ideas take credit for their work and in general do everything, and use ever tool available to oust any and all competition.

If others take the time to do as little as a google, they can learn reams about you. Not from all the pages filled with and repeating your sanctimonious view, dig and find it from the mouths and experiences of others.

That part was the soft hit.

I warn you I am losing the lady play nice position, to tell you what you look like, at least to me.

First and foremost you somehow managed to step over or heeled into the others to get into the top tier debate. Negative points from me as we have no idea what you USED to achieve that?

I mentioned women putting their FAMILY first. I supported my husband and his advancement at every turn. I did it for the family unit. If you had ever given birth you would understand that the first born changes you immensely and permanently. From the overwhelming love and joy to the protective lioness trigger. From that birth you are devoting everything to your child and in my case all four of them equally.

I now learn you never experienced that. I as all appreciate the wonderful step parents out there. Some can step in and better the child's life by care and love for their new responsibility. Some can even match or overtake the birth mothers original devotion.

However you, nor they will never have fully experienced the: no words can truly express, bond. The heartache, the literal pain felt when YOUR child is suffering or harmed.

I did however learn about the mother of the child your family lost. My sincere sympathies to all who loved her. With all due respect you spoke volumes you never intended, by not offering to the world the child's mother.

Again I am well aware parenting can be a grandmother, aunt, adoption, foster and step parenting. But, Carly the child's MOTHER Patricia, is alive and well. The mother Patricia had custody of both of the children from your second husbands marriage. She raised that child through to adulthood. SHE lost a chuck of her heart. You do not utter a word about her?

I will offer this for the child's mother, her words about that. Your claims of helping to raise her two daughters.

That speaks volumes about her character, while literally a library worth of information about the REAL Carly.

What I find most repulsive about you is even using a death in the family.

I can imagine many on the panel knows of just such a loss, was heartbroken and full of self questioning. Whether sibling, cousin, aunt, uncle or friends who they lost in connection to drugs or mental illness.

Loss of a loved one is safe common ground. Hence you can imagine or did you? The impact that comes from the telling of the loss of a child, breaking down barriers and the fully intended creation of compassion with all who felt that pain.

So you used the sympathy card. But it was actually a very cold grasp at an opportunity period.

Not known by people listening is the fact it was not a "child" you claimed to have lost. It was a 35 year old adult woman. I do not intend to take anything away from what you may have felt I do again offer sympathies. However there is an extreme difference between losing an adult and a child.

Most would use the term son or daughter, at that age. NOT child.

You purposely used "a child" in that sense, for all to envision the loss of an assumed young person. Intent on garnering the feelings relating to the image of a young person, a child never having the chance at life. The idea that you could not reach and save a young person from their demons.

Again a death is a very personal painful loss, we all experience. This loss was a troubled 35 year old ADULT woman. So from your use I can play harder here because I see you as a very calculating opportunist.

You lost someone you never raised, whose family you broke up, you in fact may even have been a part of this woman's difficulty later in life. This loss, honestly I imagine at that point in her life and yours. Lori was most likely not high on your caring list, that sense of competition, me first , you come across as the type who would have cut her off from everything years ago.

Sounds hard and cruel. But believe me far too many had lost a CHILD and forever will feel angst for the loss of a lives full potential. Especially accidental overdose or from suicide. The quilt can kill you as well as the heartache. No-one ever recovers or forgets.

Now to the REAL rise to fame. So yes admit it you took "the route", a lady, a mother and wife would NOT.You had an affair with the boss.

Here is the trouble as that relates to you. Without any doubt YOU were the aggressor, you probably pulled every trick in the seduction book to get into his pants and to make him stay.

Honestly sweet-cakes you are not attractive in any sense of the word, let alone charming nor do you possess the body of someone that gets wolf whistles.

What you are Carly is a woman who broke up TWO marriages. Intent on personal GAIN you broke up a family . You did so deliberately to climb the ladder. To the women like me, that is the most offensive thing a women can do, let alone in the working world.

Now we back up a bit. because I completely forgot about your meager background growing up?

A grand piano? That is a way bigger deal than a silver spoon. It is an old New England family tradition to give a new child brought into the world a silver spoon. A Grand Piano is not any tradition I EVER heard of? I wonder if you have any idea of what the average humble, middle-class family is.

I am really stuck on that Grand Piano. Growing up I had many friends who did indeed have pianos. Being part of a humble middle-class family I did not. I am grateful for the exposure because I loved the piano. I did get to learn and play among a few things. Heart & Soul. Forever a favorite because it was played with a friend. Now add all the violence, riots, knock-out, lone prey assaults, torture and killing.
Keep in mind and add all of those who have been inciting, giving pass or stoking the flames.of Division and violence.

Today we have Farrakhan calling for war. The Panthers taking pipe bombs to the party.
Obama is nothing more than a community agitator, that fact has come home to roost, but not only to America, the world.

This lone man has been behind more violence and world chaos then anyone is giving HIM credit for.

Libya? Other than McCain, who wanted to take out a passive dictator and create what became death and destruction to far too many, including and especially American heroes who were left to to die?

Ferguson. HOLDER and OBAMA knew from day one "all the facts".
The head of justice did not see Johnson for what he was, a coward trying to get: a "get out of jail" free card? They both knew about the officer's ordeal all the way through to Mr. Browns complete police and school records this was a violent bully, an adult thug and worst.

All that is left is an appeal to congress? I do not know about anyone else but we need at least one adult in charge that will take the lead and take the the reign. YESTERDAY!

All our laws are created to maintain a civil and fair society. Our constitution is meant to maintain rights for all Americans, common, fair, civil rights and privileges. Members of America's House have no place inciting anyone to break them.

When Law makers disavow law, they are no longer lawmakers; they are law breakers. At the very least they need to be censured. Now that includes most obviously the man you call President.

We have American citizens being subject to our laws every day, from traffic fines to murder. We have illegals who have committed horrendous crimes against our citizens, including murder, for which we have deported them, only to be returned to our country and repeat them.

The last records I researched kept by homeland security as to who is in this country. States and exhibits that of over 16 million LPRs, only up to 8% can be naturalized. Please explain that to me, as I have yet to find why a lowly 8% qualify? Such a high percentage warrants an answer as to why they do not qualify and is based on what?

Yet you have a very vocal member (Rep. Luis Gutierrez) also now apparently John Boehner who is calling for the President to yet again ignore our laws, to make a mockery of our rules and system of governing.

Anti-constitutional and anti-legal adherence to the laws of the land is wrong. The Americans' House is not the place for radicals calling for breaking our laws, especially one who is spewing hate and division with the obvious intent to incite outrage over a very contemptuous issue.

This is not only a violation of his/ their oath, this is an abject anti-constitutional rant. Worst is the fact that his bravado is aimed and directed specifically over one group, one race sounds terribly familiar to La Raza. Divisive actions based solely on a lone ethnicity is not only wrong, but extremely harmful. We are a United States of common values and interests not divided by race. Any intentional incitement does not belong in the American House, or for that matter, America.

We cannot allow one single group as Rep Gutierrez seems to believe he represents, a pass. A pass to ignore our legal immigration system. To ignore not simply our laws alone, but our entire system of governance.

As members you are to uphold Americans civil rights and liberties. I see nothing that speaks to illegal immigrants, criminals in fact, having any rights except to be deported when caught here illegally. That is indeed broken, intentionally by the highest member of office in America. This has to stop first and foremost. Lawbreakers are criminals, yet they are not being held accountable for their actions. Not only by people alone, industries and leaders are accomplices.

Immigration is not broken and harming anyone unless you follow the laws. In fact our laws speak to and cover legal immigrants. Legal immigrants are subject to years of paperwork and expense. At the initial application there is a requirement for fees and at times further requirements, forms along with additional fees well into several thousand dollars.

Add to the legal immigrants expense, their time spent to adherence. The fact that they must fully submit to extensive vetting of their background through enforcement checks They must file every iota of documentation imaginable, as they are being held to our immigration laws.

Yet have you heard any vocal, radical calls from legal immigrants? Are any in the process of legal immigration screaming about their language being required in print or taught in schools. are they threatening an entire political party more harmful and insulting is the fact that one can safely assume is meant towards the parties members?

No, not only are the legal immigrants silent they not seeking special treatment education, and social programs. They are not involved in legal actions against anyone let alone bankrupting their communities and law enforcement.

Legal Immigrants are following the laws of this land. Legal immigrants are intent on becoming a member of a civil society with common civil rights and laws.

Yet Rep Gutierrez wants a pass for up to 34 million and then some -as they will seek to bring over (family)- . When Mr. Speaker, we have an immigration system that would seem to work against those who are coming here Legally? Tell me who do you think should be getting the pass? Several years and several thousands spent. Subjected to every imaginable requirement down to their umbilical cord.

But then again just who is complaining?

Rep Gutierrez does not seem to grasp how civil society really works. Perhaps he offers himself a slight pass for being from Chicago. America is not Chicago. Americas intent is not to favor any group over and above another. We would cease to exist as America.

Mr Speaker, no amnesty should ever be awarded to those who feel free to break our laws and then challenge Americans to punish them? Thwarting the laws of a civil society not only to get here but time and again, to remain. This practice should be punished, never rewarded. Our Laws and our sovereignty are mocked. It is immoral and wrong to allow those already here illegally to further break more laws, laws meant to protect employment, citizen entitlement programs, federal state income tax credits meant to help American families and their children.

Just how much to do think this path, this thinking, this pandering would help or hurt our entire system of governance?

Sadly I just noticed how I never once brought what Americans are going through without jobs.

Tell me just what does an amnesty help? Explain to me how one specific group garnering special, some would suggest favored treatment help the United States of America, and her legal and struggling citizens, if you can?

Because if one group can ignore and totally disavow our laws. We no longer have a common law that to me essentially makes all others outlaws.
