I am working on setting up a website and invite any and all to come join us at www.y-speak.com . It's pretty much a site to discuss topics like I've posted in here as well as any you would like to start or create. Need a place to discuss something in particular? Let me know and I'll set up a forum just for you (you will be able to moderate it as well).

With that being said, I'm looking for moderators for the board in general as well. And if you have any pointers, drop by www.y-speak.com and offer them up, or offer any advice here.

Muslim Obama? YES. Because I was asked to ...

Nice statement. Require a qualifier, then if qualified, say basically, "who cares". To address the "if he were", isn't so nice and clean. The "if he were" would go a long way in showing who this man really is. You see, if he were Muslim, it would open up the entire Koranic teachings of Islam. Within those teachings are some very nasty things.... things that aren't in the best interest of THIS country, Americans or the freedom loving world. As for the Hawaii issue, it's discussed elsewhere.

Onto showing Obama as ... Muslim.

First of all, his OWN people (the Obama Campaign) said it when, on Jan 24th 2007, they issued the following statement - "to be clear, Senator Obama has never been a Muslim, was not raised a Muslim....". Then on March 14th, issued the following statement (correcting the previous), "Obama has never been a PRACTICING Muslim...". Showing that they had to clarify the difference -- the statement stands, he was/is Muslim. Yet, even the "practicing Muslim" statement is FALSE, when you look to what he and others (who knew him) had to say about his past....

Such as, his sister Maya with her statement that, "my whole family was Muslim and most of the people I knew were Muslim" (Barack, being her brother would, I imagine fall into that "whole family" category). Then you have Barack himself claiming, in "Dreams From My Father", his recounting of studying the Koran in a public Muslim school. The principle from 1971 to 1989, Tine Hahiyari, says that Obama studied "mengaji". Mengaji is the study of the Koran in the Arabic language, it is a form of study that is held in high regard and is above and beyond "normal" studies.

Rony Amiris, classmate of Barack, said that he was a very devout Muslim. He is quoted as saying, "...Barry was quite religious in Islam... if he was wearing a sarong, he looked funny...". Another classmate, Emirsyah Satar, is quoted as saying, "... he was often in the prayer room wearing a sarong... " .

Now, after learning the above, when Obama says the Muslim call to prayer is "one of the prettiest sounds on earth" (as he did on Feb 27th 2007), makes you think a bit, doesn't it? Then, when he calls Israel an occupier, makes you think, doesn't it? When he backs Iran's election and shuts off funding for those Iranians who are imprisoned and killed for protesting those elections, makes you think doesn't it? When he claims that America is not a Christian nation, makes you think doesn't it? When he constantly apologizes to Muslim nations on America's behalf, makes you think doesn't it?

When he won't release his records, makes you think doesn't it?

Is Obama a Muslim. Yes. If you hold to the view that "he was, but isn't anymore", remember what Islam teaches about apostasy. If you convert from Islam to another religion, you are to be shunned, or killed (which, looking at the whole picture, when's the last time you heard about a "shunning"?). If Obama is no longer a Muslim, why is he welcomed to Muslim nations? Shouldn't they, at the very least, shun him?

This is a real post from a real board. I haven't placed any names because, well, what would the point be? Chances are someone knows somebody that fits this any way....

"What is it with the labor department.I go there to look for a job (I have my ged) and all they offer is minimum wage jobs. How am I supposed to support myself and my four kids on minimum wage? None of my kids daddies pay any child support.Three are doing time in prison.My boyfriend can't get a job because he has a hurt back.Even if his back wasn't hurt no one will hire a convicted felon (this was over 2 yearsago).I have been waiting for my disability to come through for over a year.I have sugar and weight problems.So all 6 of us live off my government check for my kids and food stamps.They won't even let you buy cigarettes with the stamps.IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE."

I don't even know where to start on this. This is how people actually feel. The whole well-fare system is broke and the only thing we can count on the government to do ('specially with Obama in the house) is to funnel even more taxes to take care of dead beats like this. This "lady" has four children, and all four have a different dad. Good thing she stopped there, since the government won't pay for a fifth child... gee, what luck she only had four. This is what people use the system for - to pay for the kids they have while shacking up/hooking up and then they turn around and suddenly have a"medical" problem and have to suck even more money out of the system because they can't work. People like this should be on some kind of government "work program". If they aren't going to look for a job or can't, then the government should put them to work (at least then they'd be doing something beneficial instead of just drinking and partying on the weekends).

When did the system set up to help folks get back on their feet turn into a "I'm owed this. They owe me" system?!?

Another Double Standard

Like the majority of people in this country, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck in my case, I am required to pass a drug test (with which I have no problem). What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a drug test. So, here is my Question: Shouldn't one have to pass a drug test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their rear doing drugs, while I work for them . . . Can you imagine how much money each state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?

Well, according to Richard Dawkins, we are distant cousins of ... wait for it .... bananas and turnips. That's right. I thought my family tree was messed up before. Now I find out that not only is my closest relative a monkey, my cousin is a banana. This guy has a Ph.D.? This guy is taken serious? Evolutionists can honestly say this with a straight face? Evolutionists can make fun of those who believe in the God of the Bible? That whole talkin' donkey thing doesn't sound so wacky now, does it?

Seriously, if we are to believe our distant cousins are turnips, then it doesn't sound so crazy that God could perform a miracle via providing a voice to a donkey, does it? If I have a cousin banana, it's not so weird to think that God could have created man, right? This changes my whole perspective on watching a monkey eat a banana.

Change From Within

Well, it seems that the new book "Muslim Mafia" has finally woke some folks up around this country. I've been saying for years that the Muslim leaders in this country were doing exactly what the Koran teaches them to do -- namely, "CAIR's ultimate purpose is to transform the U.S. into an Islamic nation under the authority of the Koran". The Koran teaches that Muslims are to take over, over throw, be dominant... and if they are too weak to do so, take time to build up strength (while accepting help from your enemy). Until such time as you can over power them.

We've seen what they've been up too. They know that they can't simply come in here and start a war. So, they are taking over simply by over populating areas- strength in numbers. Look at France (3.5 million Muslims).

Look at what is currently happening in the United Kingdom (1.6 million Muslims).

Look at Michigan (which oddly enough, is a straight shot from Canada - and here we are worried about the Mexican borders). You see, Muslims do not come in and become part of the community. They come in and start their own community.

CAIR's founder Ahmad, has been quoted as saying, "Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant," along with asserting the Koran "should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth".

Islam won't stop at, nor can it accept, simply being a "part" of a community, country, nation -- they (Muslims) will not stop until Islam is the ONLY religion and every person is under the authority of the Koran. And don't think it stops there. If you are converted, you would only be considered a second class citizen. If you don't covert, the Koran authorizes killing you (and don't think for a minute that under a majority rule, you wouldn't be subject to that - they kill Christians TODAY in majority rule countries).

Islam .... a religion of pieces (a head piece and a body piece, separated at the neck) _not_ peace.

Wal-Mart

I would like to qualify this post by letting you know that I happen to talk with and am friends with many people who work at Wal-Mart.. that being said -

I was driving by that store the other day and I saw one of the oldest guys I've seen in a long time pushing shopping carts into the store. This guy probably stormed the beaches at Normandy and here he is trying to make ends meet (which doesn't say a whole lot about how our government treats older citizens and our veterans). Don't they have young management that could help out with that, or are they too important? That store just ticks me off. It didn't use to, back when Mr. Walton was alive and he instilled values and morals into the company. Since he died though, that store has sunk into some kind of seventh level of hell.

I feel sorry for the people they employ, well, those below management level. They have to put up with so much for so little and I think they are starting to understand the fact that the company views them as "very cheap to replace", so "shut up and take it".. it's almost as if Wal-Mart should issue a "cattle bell" with their ripoff "uniform" of Target, since they are nothing more than cattle to them.

Anyone have anything to say about Wally World (good or bad)?

Food for thought ...

Candidates were subject to intense scrutiny of their health conditions, academic performance and military careers. " -wnd

Now... WHAT could BHO be hiding? Why is it that we have relatively nothing on the past of BHO? Even his medical records weren't opened - he refused to release them and instead simply provided a six paragraph SUMMARY of 21 years of doctor visits and health information. Why is BHO so secretive?

When asked for his BIRTH CERTIFICATE, he instead provides his CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH. Why so secretive? What's to hide?

It's as if we do not have the right to know the history of our President. For that matter, what the "preemptive strike" of releasing an autobiography? Was it to answer questions people may have about the man, to hopefully stop them from questioning further? All that book did was raise more questions.

We would like to have COMPLETE information, VERIFIABLE information, UNDISPUTED information. What's wrong with that?

Why won't Hussein Obama release his long form birth certificate? Why has he spent, what some believe to be in excess of one million dollars ($1,000,000+), to fight releasing it?!

What could be so damaging? What could be the big deal?

Makes one wonder in light of the fact that congressional hearings were held to determine whether Sen. John McCain was constitutionally eligible to be president as a "natural born citizen."

I wonder why no controlling legal authority ever sought to verify Obama's claim to a Hawaiian birth.

As Sherlock Holmes would say, "The game is afoot" ....
