During the Rand Paul filibuster of John Brennan's appointment as CIA chief, US Senator Ted Cruz of Texas read the stirring letter of William Barret Travis as he was under siege at the Alamo. (Full text follows video).

To the People of Texas & All Americans in the World—

Fellow Citizens & compatriots—

I am besieged, by a thousand or more of the Mexicans under Santa Anna — I have sustained a continual Bombardment & cannonade for 24 hours & have not lost a man — The enemy has demanded a surrender at discretion, otherwise, the garrison are to be put to the sword, if the fort is taken — I have answered the demand with a cannon shot, & our flag still waves proudly from the walls — I shall never surrender or retreat. Then, I call on you in the name of Liberty, of patriotism & everything dear to the American character, to come to our aid, with all dispatch — The enemy is receiving reinforcements daily & will no doubt increase to three or four thousand in four or five days. Travis

Again, from Texas Heritage Society:

The Travis letter is dated February 24, 1836. Some have mistakenly referred to this as Travis' last letter from the Alamo. He wrote at least four more letters. Travis wrote a letter to General Sam Houston dated February 25, 1836 and three letters dated March 3, 1836. One of Travis' letters dated March 3, 1836 which urgently requested aid for the Alamo was received by the Convention at Washington, Texas on March 6, 1836. The delegates to the Convention at Washington had declared the independence of Texas four days before on March 2, 1836.

Travis never did surrender or retreat. After a thirteen day siege by thousands of Mexican soldiers under the command of Mexican President Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, the Alamo fell on March 6, 1836. All of the Alamo's 189 defenders, including William Barrett Travis, were killed. The country he and the others died for, the Republic of Texas, was only four days old.

Libertarians Mindlessly Slam DeMint and Conservatism

You would think the single most conservative Senator (possibly in modern history) would deserve a little room and encouragement not only for his past service, but for his new gig at the Heritage Foundation. Instead, Libertarians (whom I'm heavily now embracing in many ways) decide to not only smear DeMint's new organization with the old "healthcare mandate" misinformation - but decide to write like a bad rightwing version of MediaMatters pretending that they were somehow pushing Universal healthcare.

I speak of Economic Policy Journal (to which I've become daily addicted by the way) who again, seem to use zero perspective or strategy in their analysis. So they get mine:

I love Economic Policy Journal. I really do. But your reporting and accuracy is pathetic. Perhaps you were too busy smoking weed you try so hard to get legalized - I don't know.

In the early 90's, thanks to Gingrich and many policy papers, advocacy and lobbying by Heritage - we not only had zero tax increases, we balanced the budget for the first time in 50 years. All with a DEMOCRAT President. There was no easy argument saying we were "too much" in debt such the majority of Americans were fine with their current (Reagan/Gingrich) taxes and a soaring economy. In fact, they were so happy - they were willing to allow a rapist/serial woman abusing President who sells our military secrets to the Chinese to do so.

Prior to the advance of the mandate for healthcare - the Democrats had a NEARLY 70% APPROVAL FOR UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE. If you think RINO's are bad today - just imagine how it was in the middle of a soaring economy with a conservative Speaker who wouldn't bring a SINGLE TAX TO THE HOUSE FLOOR that would appease the marauding MSM.

There wasn't ANY political room to argue AGAINST socialized healthcare AT ALL. The Democrats kept playing the "heartless corporate Republican" tune, and with the country clearly already behind some form of "help" - the question then became HOW DO WE STOP HILLARY?

In fact Heritage's individual mandate was brilliant arguing "if we're going to have govt healthcare then EVERYONE SHOULD PAY". It wasn't so much that they wanted Government healthcare. It was more of a question of how do we look just like naysayers, and give the simplistic American MTV mesmerized masses something that looks like we are "for."

Hence the (unconstitutional) mandate.

And furthermore, many of the conservative arguments (like opening up insurance beyond state borders to allow free markets) WAS in the Heritage plan. It wasn't ANYTHING like ObamaCare.

And guess what? It frickin' worked. Although Americans have a big heart (and no foundational constitutional education), they even more believe that there is "no free lunch" and hence the Welfare reform measures.

Libertarian purists keep believing that there is some magic pixie dust somewhere that just makes all the elected Democrats and Republicans wiling to suddenly learn, embrace and courageously stand for constitutional freedoms if only there embraced their views. The reality is that even Reagan with his communication skills STILL had to raise taxes and barter with Democrat (and RINO) forces compromising to get even the most meager conservative reforms done. Gingrich brilliantly understood this and packaged 10 of 'em that ALREADY HAD popular support together and had a mandate to use their '94 win to get them through before the steady trickle of MSM naysayers could start eating away at the American resolve.

You people had better grow up and start reporting accurately if you want to be taken seriously. Heritage DID abandon the individual mandate too late of course - but I suspect it was due to a leadership that was out of touch with the current mindset of the nation. DeMint is a good guy and I suspect (pray) he'll do a fine job.

But the reality is you aren't going to EVER get an American sentiment to throw out every unconstitutional law and operation in government. You have to take what you can get, and try to keep educating while overriding the massive MSM doublespeak/socialist propaganda.

While EPJ has nominated a lifelong Congressman (almost) who never passed a single significant piece of legislation, Gingrich (who they constantly disdain) did and he left with a 60% approval rating of Congress. And the Republican forces STILL couldn't stand him trying to inch us closer to a true Constitutional Republic. Imagine what they would have done with a racist Texas congressman who looked and acted like Dr. Kevorkian.

But all you guys want to do is argue Monday morning quarterbacking like some fat Titan hillbilly slob fan with your case of Budweiser who never played a down of pee wee football much less anything else.

Texans: It's Time to Send Straus on a Cruz

Facing overwhelming enemy numbers and with no hope for help Colonel William Barret Travis took out his sword and drew a line in the sand before his battle-weary men. In a voice trembling with emotion he described the hopelessness of their plight and said, “those prepared to give their lives in freedom’s cause, come over to me.”

Without hesitation, all but one man crossed the line. Even Colonel James Bowie, stricken with pneumonia, asked that his cot be carried over.

It is time that we do the same to our Texas Representatives. We must demand that they quit kowtowing to a man who has used Obama-like tactics to keep conservatives under his thumb and who has continuously thwarted true conservative legislation and initiatives.

ATTENTION: Texas Conservative Activists

We elected Ted Cruz despite heavy opposition from the Texas GOP Establishment. We block walked. We worked the polls. We put up the yard signs. We chose principle and performance over party rhetoric. We got the job done.

It’s again time for us to take on the party establishment and draw a line in the sand at the feet of each of our Texas State Reps. “Those prepared to stand on conservative and constitutional principles, cross the line and vote against Joe Straus for House Speaker. We will honor your courage and support you in the weeks and years ahead.”

“Those of you who do not cross the line know this: We will call you out for the moral cowards you are. We will find and support more ‘Ted Cruzes’ in each of our state districts. Joe Straus—a Tyrant RINO Embarrassment

After signing a pledge to support former Speaker Tom Craddick, Joe Straus betrayed his ally in 2005, leveraging a coalition of House Democrats and 11 RINOs to steal the Speaker’s position. He appointed Democrats as chairs of 16 of the 34 House committees. Since that time he has single handedly thwarted conservative legislation including the 2009 tabling of the photo voter ID bill (passed in 2011) and the 2011 death of the anti-sanctuary-cities bill (to pay back his debt to the Butt family).

Joe Straus is the embodiment of the worst of politics. At the 2012 GOP State Convention the meeting organizers were too embarrassed to even introduce him by name when he took the podium for a short speech. Hundreds of elected delegates poured out of the Fort Worth arena in protest as soon as they recognized Straus’ evil face.

Straus “buys” the support of GOP state reps by funneling money to their campaigns through a network of PACs designed to hide the source of funding. Further, he forces them so sign pledges of support (like the one he signed for Tom Craddick and later broke) under threat that they will NOT receive valuable committee appointments and won’t see their bills leave committee, if they dare to oppose him.

The men of Alamo would know how to deal with the tyrant of the Texas House. Sadly, it appears that the moral courage of Texas GOP State Reps does not approach that of the men of Alamo.

GOP State Platform

Page 6 of Texas GOP Platform reads:

Texas House Leadership Town Hall – We call for the Republican members of the Texas House of Representatives after the November election, leading up to the Legislative session, to hold public town hall meetings in which the voters can express their wishes and thoughts about the leadership for the 83^rd Session.

Texas House Leadership Caucus – We call for the Republican members of the Texas House of Representatives to convene in caucus after each November general election to determine by secret ballot their candidate for Speaker of the House, and that rules be instituted to ensure the integrity and security of the secret ballot so that members may vote without risk of retribution by the prevailing party. We also call for the Republican members of the Texas House to vote as a unified body for their selected speaker candidate when the Legislature convenes in regular session and a vote for speaker is called on the House Floor.

Enforcing the Platform - Every Republican is responsible for implementing this platform. Party candidates should indicate their positions on platform planks before their acceptance on the ticket and such information should be available on the Party website.

Not surprisingly, most GOP State Reps have chosen to ignore this plank in the platform. When contacted about supporting Bryan Hughes in his challenge to Straus, most of the Reps parade out the long standing list of excuses for why they “must” support Joe Straus. “If I don’t support Joe I won’t get the committee assignments I want.”

FOOLS! Joe Straus will give the chairs of half the House committees to Democrats anyway. He always does.

Time to Call Out the Cowards

It appears that GOP State Reps are afraid. They’re afraid of Joe Straus, and they’re afraid to face their constituents on this critical issue. Unfortunately, they’re currently MORE afraid of Joe Straus than they are of their constituents. IT’S TIME TO CHANGE THAT.

It’s time to emphatically remind the GOP State Reps that they work for us, not for Joe Straus.

Please take the following steps ASAP.

1. Call or fax the office of your GOP State Rep.

2. Demand to know WHEN he/she will hold town hall meetings to discuss the House Speaker issue as called for by the GOP state platform.

3. Inform the office staffer that if he/she does not contact you within 5 days with the schedule of town hall meetings to discuss the House Speaker issue there will be consequences.

4. Inform them that working with new Tea Party groups you will help identify and support a conservative candidate to replace the incumbent in the next primary.

5. If he/she actually schedules a town hall meeting, get the word out. Attend the meeting and INSIST that your Rep vote for Bryan Hughes for Speaker of the Texas House.

6. After the meeting start sending a stream of postcards to your Rep reminding him/her that you EXPECT him/her to vote for Bryan Hughes.

7. If you have time make frequent phone calls to reinforce your intent.

It’s again time for us to take on the weak party establishment and draw a line in the sand at the feet of each of our Texas State Reps. “Those prepared to stand on conservative and constitutional principles, cross the line and vote against Joe Straus for House Speaker. How Not to Be A Turkey (Like PolitiJim was) On Thanksgiving Day

There are some practical reasons to be thankful. According to coverage by Breaking Christian News, being “thankful” can give you:

• Stronger immune systems and lower blood pressure

• Higher levels of positive emotions

• More joy, optimism and happiness

• Acting with more generosity and compassion

• Feeling less lonely and isolated

But when you are faced with very real problems of health, family problems, money problems, or just a general discouragement from a loss of Hope (or “change”), it takes an act of faith to be thankful when you don’t feel like it.

Thankfulness is not just a "glass half full" mental trick. It is a POWER that God promises will bring us into the very gates of God. It also releases self-proclaimed curses on our lives. But you have to BELEIVE it works, for it to do so.

I used to hate the idea of looking at the poverty stricken paralytic in a third world country just to be grateful for something. I even remember when I was an adventuresome young rebel wondering what was so special about “peace of mind” all the old people kept crowing about. I WANTED ADVENUTRE NOT PEACE! After years of trials (both self-inflicted and otherwise) I BEGGED for a few months of no drama and no turmoil, not realizing what a gift it really was. And what’s funny is that I could have had it ALL ALONG, had i learned simply not only be thankful for little things but also to speak them as words of gratitude.

“How are you doing, Jim?” (And then I’d list the 300 things that weren’t quite up to my idea of the perfect life.) Guess what – I ALWAYS was slightly miserable because I ALWAYS wanted “just a little bit more.”

Medical science proved long ago that FEELINGS follow both WORDS and ACTIONS. Depressed people became “un-depressed” when they exercised. Plants REALLY do respond to words of love and caring versus hatred …or simple indifference. Your words to yourself – and to God – are no different.

But what most of us do is let our WORDS and ACTIONS follow our feelings (or our pessimistic observations of our circumstances) rather than having a “glad heart” and finding the best we can in the situation.

The parable of the talents that Jesus gave provided a KEY. You remember a Master gave ten servants a “talent,” One person made a 1000% percent return (10 talents) and God gave them 10 CITIES over which to be in charge. Another traded 1 talent into 5 and also made the Master very happy. However, a “worthless servant” gave God back his original talent and then complained to God how worried he was that God would require more of him than he could provide. He was fearful and thought it would be safer just to return the original “talent” back.

The PolitiJim version of the bible explains God’s answer:

God: Because you SAID I was a “hard and cruel Master,” therefore I AM that to you. And the talent you gave back to me I’m going to give to the guy made 10 talents from 1.

Although the bible records the astonishment of the other servants that the “rich were getting richer” and God didn’t give it to one of the other less productive servants (Liberals would say “less fortunate”), we have no record of how the other seven servants did. We certainly have no record of them SPEAKING their (bad) attitudes to God like the worthless servant did. The REAL version of the bible continues with this (famous quote):

For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.

On the other hand the One Talent Wonder’s attitude even robbed him of fractional interest being too discouraged to even put it in the bank. And he SPOKE words that cursed himself. While this is a strong argument that God is indeed not only a capitalist, but a Venture Capitalist and a “personal responsibility” guy, the bigger lessons prove true in real life. That is that:

Complaining about how bad you got it will only rob you of what you already have. (Words have POWER.)
Having a belief that God will help you to prosper if you put to work WHATEVER He has given you is the ONLY option on how to face the unknown.
Being grateful for the OPPORTUNITY not only will keep from what you have being taken away, it gives you a chance for 500% to 1000% returns in all areas of your life.

I am thankful for God's device of "thankfulness," His Goodness, His unmerited favor in doing things for me that I'm not even aware of - and the promise that He wants to (and will) give me EXCEEDINGLY ABUNDANTLY EVERYTHING BEYOND ANYTHING that I can ask or think. In fact, He ALREADY has given it. In the gift of His Son.

So, not only am I saying “don’t worry, be happy,” I’m urging you to “don’t blame God or anyone else, but be thankful and get to work.”

Why Conservatives May Never Win Another Election

We have the right ideas. Even our worst guy (aka Mittens the Friendly GOP Ghost) should have walked away with the election given record unemployment, a crappy economy and an Executive who is, verifiably, a forger and Marxist. It’s true Romney didn’t MAKE an issue of the things that would have made this a clear cut choice for the people. As I’ve pointed out a zillion times, UCLA Professor Lynn Vavrick says that BIG IDEAS statistically trounce opponents in close elections. (Aren’t you sorry you dumped on Newty now?)

Anywho, we have 2 fundamental problems BEYOND the candidate we choose to run or in allowing ourselves to be pitted against one another. I’m not talking TACTICS here about how to reverse the election immediately. Some have suggested the idea of utilizing Article 2 and the 12th Amendment where 1/3 of the Electoral College states simply withhold their participation throwing the election to the House of Representatives. The other popular idea is to utilize the tools in our Declaration and Bill of Rights to simply secede from the Federal Government, in order to reform THE SAME GOVERNMENT according to these founding documents. Both are fine ideas but run up against the SAME fundamental problems of which I speak. They simply CAN’T work because of these two superseding issues in my opinion:

They are the mechanics of media (which in turn shapes opinion and drives motivation for people to get to the polls), and, the voting process itself.

How did Nixon resign? It wasn’t the crime or even cover-up, contrary to collective commentary. It was the PRESSURE that came from his own party and financial supporters that appealed to him. And that PRESSURE only came after REPTITION of the “cover up” story by EVERY major news outlet for weeks. And that REPTITION, followed a (presumed) CREDIBLE SOURCE {aka The New York Times), writing a series of easy to understand contradictions and hypocritical actions (or statements) from someone that claimed to be for honesty and moral values even if just political.

Here’s the thing. The break in, and it’s ensuing coverage did nothing to move Nixon from office. Bill Clinton learned from this – lied as long as he could, played upon the American’s people sense of forgiveness (and gullibility) and survived. Had 2 or 3 other credible news organizations carried the Juanita Broderick story, Clinton would not only have been unable to be reelected (and likely convicted of his impeachment), he would have been so disgraced even the Bushes wouldn’t have returned his fund raising call about Haiti.

in other words – it is about PERCEPTION (read this excellent article by Political Outcast by the way). But not JUST perception, but perception brought about by a momentum of media brainwashing.

Reagan cracked through it by virtue of debates where the American people didn’t have to fight the liberal filter to come to their own conclusions. (THIS is why, by the way, Carter led in the election for most of the campaign. Not because of totally inaccurate polls.)

Gingrich did the same thing in the South Carolina primary. Not only did he score a knock out in the debate, his performance fortuitously was delivered on the eve of the debate – not allowing any time for the paid or unpaid media to counter his message to voters. Romney buried him in Florida under $22 Million in negative ads and a little help from the liberal media who only detested Romney less than Gingrich.

THIS MEDIA MECHANIATION is almost an insurmountable problem unless we find a way to buy enough major media sources that will reach the non-politically interested American who is mostly interested in stupid (or sleazy) entertainment that appeals to their baser instincts. MTV has won the morals of America, and appeal to integrity, freedom, liberty and responsibility simply don’t play very well even if you COULD package a message to them through some distribution channel. Andrew Klavan expresses this in glorious articulation in a recent essay.

Of the two ideas, only the latter has a certainty of succeeding in my opinion.

The Voting Process

However, the OTHER fundamental problem is the voting process itself. Even our (only?) Patriot warrior Allen West, could not fight the systemic voting corruption in the system.

I won’t rehash all the reasons why so many of us are statistically convinced that Romney won the election, but what happened in Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties is a peak at how impossible it is to ever win a close election where Democrats control even a minority of counties or precincts.

The REAL story of what happened in St. Lucie reads like a political intrigue novel. (This play by play recount of the recount is ALSO jaw dropping.) But we can summarize:

The state does not have serious Voter ID. A student ID (not guaranteeing citizenship) or pubic assistance ID is sufficient.
If you don’t have a photo you can still vote with a provisional ballot which will be judged by the Canvassing Board.
The Canvassing Board was complicit with the Supervisor of Elections in stopping the election prior to counting ALL the ballots. Also an unelected proxy was brought in to replace a member who was mysteriously vacationing in Haiti although it was the most important election for Florida since 2000.
The Democrat Supervisor of Elections became mysteriously (and conveniently) ill, after double counting votes, misplacing others and refusing to recount ALL the ballots as she originally had pledged. (We also found out she wouldn’t allow a referendum on the ballot that would negatively impact her brother in law.)
St. Lucie county somehow counted 247,713 votes for Obama although there were only 175,574 registered eligible voters a 140% turnout.
Precinct 93 had only 7 (SEVEN) registered voters but cast 900 votes.
The Supervisor and Canvassing Board made an excuse that the security system was going and halted the recount, thus guaranteeing that Allen West’s opponent who was currently in the lead would be certified by the certification deadline the next day.

This isn’t terribly different from what we’ve seen in the Al Franken election where 1,000 felons were solicited to vote giving Franken a 318 margin of victory. Franken was originally behind, but the Democratic precincts and counties kept miraculously discovering uncounted ballots during that recount. The moment he had the lead – the GOP called it quits.

THIS IS THE HEART AND SOUL OF THE

DEMOCRATIC VOTE FRAUD AND POWER.

THIS is the M.O. of the Democrat machine. And because of certification deadlines THERE IS NO ANSWER to illegally cast ballots certified by corrupt precincts or counties in time to meet certification laws. They overwhelm with the system with fake registrations (A newspaper claims 1/5th of all Ohio registrations were phony), absentee ballots and allow illegitimate voters to vote in jurisdictions they control – KNOWING that there simply isn’t enough time to sort it all out by the time the person is actually in office. How does Al Franken remain in office when it’s been proven that 1,000 felons voted for him and his margin of victory was 318 votes?

This of course is why Eric Holder’s Department of inJustice fought Voter ID laws. Every state that had Voter ID went for Romney. They literally CAN NOT WIN if it is a legitimate contest.

Therefore, BEFORE we can attempt to even trust our election outcomes (and waste all the time and energy of attempting to run a fixed race), we have GOT to get control of the voting process.

My submission for PRIORITIES in visiting, emailing and generally, harassing your STATE representatives include:

Voter ID – As mentioned, it is much tougher to stop pimple faced 18 year olds passing as a 42 year old Asian man as this poll watcher observed in Ohio. Two added benefits for your Congressman, even Democrats support Voter ID and Voter Id INCREASES minority turnout.

Criminal Charges for Election Supervisors – As you can see from St. Lucie, 59 districts in Philly and numerous precincts in Ohio, a Democrat can make up serious ground by stuffing the ballot box in a single area REGARDLESS of the voter registrations. When the GOP poll watchers were kicked out, the Democrats in charged flooded the machines and ballot boxes with false votes. St. Lucie had a 13,000% turnout in one precinct. IT IS TIME TO HOLD THE ELECTION SUPERVISORS CRIMINALLY RESPONSIBLE if they will not ensure that only registered voters vote, and that those registered voters are eligible to vote. Sure, you can always run fraud charges later, but long after ObamaCare has been passed with the assistance of two Senators who also get lifelong pensions at the expense of the taxpayers they defrauded.

Ban Foreign Voting Machine/Voting Service Participation in US Elections. This is one area of “free trade” I’m totally against. Much has been made of the Soros owned SCTYL involvement in military and voting tabulations for individual counties. NEVER should an American election be subject to a foreign power whether there is proof or not. It’s just too easy to rig these things as testimony has shown.

Voting Machine Program Code Transparency – A favorite gimmick of the voting machine vendors is to claim their programs are “trade secrets” that give them an competitive edge. Tough noogies Nestor. I propose a law that requires physical access to the inside of the voting machine locked, except when opened by the presence of representatives of both parties. And rig it so we know if it was opened. Transportation to and from state inventory should secured by Brinks. And when they arrive back in inventory the compiled and uncompilied programming code should be open to all political parties to inspect and verify PRIOR to certification of the votes where they were used. YES, I know damn well how expensive it is. But so is a $10 trillion Trotsky-like Presidential term.

Allowance for the Public to Demand a Recount – I understand their are “automatic” recounts in various states but I’m proposing that if the public suspect fowl play as we do in St. Lucie, this isn’t left up to a few partisan judges in a backroom who can decide whatever they want. YES. This too is expensive and allows the “other” side to contest and draw out races. I don’t care. I want the RIGHT call. And often drawing these efforts out will give enough time for the grassroots (or God forbid the media would do their job) to bring cockroach hidden activities they thought they could squeak through to be brought to light hopefully resulting BOTH in a correct (and complete) vote count as well as gaining evidence to throw complicit crooks who compromise the vote from a place of public trust behind bars.

Get on it. And while you’re at it – scream “bloody murder” to every Representative you have that you will NOT stand for another election with obvious vote fraud as this one.

Also – volunteer for the True the Vote ASAP so we have a watchers in EVERY location.

Former Bill Clinton hack and current ABC propagandist George Stephanopoulos works with ABC News reporter Claire Shipman who’s married to White House Spokesboy Jay Carney. It was Moseley who recruited George StepOnTopOfUs to ABC. Finally, both Stephanopoulos and Shipman work with ABC News ‘Business Reporter’ Bianna Golodryga. She is married to Obama’s first Budget Director Peter Orszag. ABC campaign reporter Matthew Jaffe married Obama campaign deputy press secretary Katie Hogan in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin in July 2012. This would be the second ABC-Obama union.

Harris, four-party telephone calls occurred EVERY morning beginning at 6:00 a.m. between Stephanopoulos, Emanuel, former Clinton Administration hack James Carville, pollster Stan Greenberg and Paul Begala, who is perhaps the most shrill left-wing apologist in Beltway circles. Remember is was proven that Greenberg, Begala, and Carville - colluded with members of the Obama administration - Rahm Emanuel and Robert Gibbs - in a campaign to demonize Rush Limbaugh, using him as a proxy target for congressional Republicans.

There are soooo many troubling aspects to ABC's relationship with the Obama regime. Linda Douglass, a former ABC News journalist, is now Communications Director in the White House's Office of Health Reform. Employees of ABC gave 80 times as much in contributions to Obama's campaign as they did to his Republican opponent, McCain, in 2008. And a study released by the Business and Media Institute found that ABC News aired five times as many stories with positive reviews of Obama's health-care policy than negative stories on the subject.

On September 20, 2009, Obama expressed concern at the sorry state of the news industry and said that he will look at a newspaper bailout, because otherwise, blogs will take over the world, and that would be a threat to democracy!!! Even veteran White House correspondent Helen Thomas told CNSNews.com that not even Richard Nixon tried to control the press the way President Obama is trying to control the press!!! A push for control is revealed in attempts to organize Hollywood to help convey party messages and to use the National Endowment for the Arts to promote Obama policy initiatives. The Federal Communications Commission is considering content regulations on radio stations under the guise of promoting "diversity." Anita Dunn, a senior White House aide, has boasted of how Obama's presidential campaign managed to "absolutely control" the press during the 2008 election. The top campaign strategist was speaking at a conference in the Dominican Republic when she said: "Very rarely did we communicate through the press anything that we didn't absolutely control," Dunn said they prided themselves on "media management" - with carefully planned campaign and official events aimed at steering "around that filter" of the national media and delivering a controlled public message. WOW! Are you awake yet?

The White House Press Corps and the MSM are becoming very, very nervous. The White House has discovered that they can get their message out to the public without the "filter" of the media to slow them down. Continuing to operate under the template that it is their job to make Obama a tremendous success, the MSM has been completely unwilling to call him out on this. Is the MSM scared of becoming completely obsolete? Alternatively, President Bush was absolutely excoriated by the lapdog media for avoiding the press for any extended period of time throughout his two terms of office. Obama treats the MSM with contempt because he knows that when big tests come, they've ALWAYS been on his side. Just consider Benghazi, Fast & Furious, and Solyndra. There's absolutely no reason for him to think they won't be there in the future. The Obama regime feels free to smack the press around, because by giving up their independence, the press also gave up any of the leverage they once had. Once the media sold out everything, they now have nothing left to offer anymore. As long as they are wedded in the Saul Alinsky methods in promoting socialism at any and all costs, the White House is the only game in town, and as long as they create the news out of White House talking points, the Obama regime has the media right where it wants it...in his pocket or in his lap.

With a compliant media willing to focus on his 'rock star' personality, Obama got away without having to address almost all of his questionable friends that never even made it into the public discussion. Seeing how well this method worked on Obama's extremely troubling relationship with Reverend Jeremiah Wright and the Trinity Church, the campaign decided to use his charm and charisma as an answer for most everything else. Most Obama supporters had no idea there was a purposeful strategy of fabricating an intimate relationship. Yet once again, the media chose to ignore all warning signs and encourage people to get swept off their feet. The media NEVER allowed Obama to be properly vetted. They allowed the American people to make Obama into whoever they truly wanted him to be.

Oh, what a tangled web we weave! Can you say GIANT conflict of interests? Can you say cronyism? Can you say nepotism? Can you say corruption? Can you say Chicago-style politics? Surely there's no media bias here! As usual, leftist Obama a$$-kissing sites like Politico and the Huffington Post totally ignore all these relations. Speaking of Politico, they just hired veteran liberal journalist David Chalian, who was fired by Yahoo after he was caught on an open mic at this year's GOP convention in Tampa saying that GOP officials were "happy to have a party with black people drowning"! Chalian is now managing their video content.

This all is exactly what the communists, Marxists, progressives, Saul Alinskyites, radicals want. Totalitarianism. Control the media. Really, it's time to wake up America. It's really happening. Seriously!!! WAKE THE F**K UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, Constitutional Conservatives Need to Change. Into War Paint.

It has been steadily dawning on me this past weekend just how severe is the state of our disunion. Much of it precipitated by the battles of the valiant Allen West in his District 18 race in Florida. Western Journalism's account of the day's activities yesterday is mind blowing. It is a microcosm of what we are facing as constitutional conservatives in this country and the forces that arrayed against us. (Be sure to skip to the “How bad is it?” section below if you want to cut to the chase.

In Allen West, you have a true conservative who not only is knowledgeable and articulate on the issues, but who takes away the standard excuses many on "our side" have as to why we don't win. You wanted Rubio for VP (despite the fact he is constitutionally ineligible)? Allen is bad ass, dark skinned brother who grew up deep in the south where (supposedly) racism is on a daily rampage. He doesn't have the lack the articulate "coolness" or maturity decried as missing from Angle and O'Donnell. And, he even voted for the budget ceiling debacle and NDAA proving he isn't a "purist" to the Libertarian-hating elements of the Elephant party.

So surely this rising star would be embraced as a Reagan figure by the establishment and TEA forces alike, right? Yeah - JUST like Reagan, the GOP Establishment tried to undercut and weaken him at ever juncture. In fact the Rubio/Jeb Bush GOP influences in Florida redistricted him in such a way that he would have to battle severely just to stay in office. So much for that "Republicans were the original party of the black man" crap we tried to delude ourselves with. Yes, I'm saying it. The Republican Establishment INTENTIONALLY tried to subvert Allen West because of his race. And his conservatism. He is a danger to them because he is principled. And black. And they know he has the ear of the TEA party. It took them 10 years to put the Reagan renegades back on the party plantation. Just look how they treated Gingrich who actually INCREASED the Republican and conservative identity from the Gipper’s and sabotaged a coup_d'état so that they could start enslaving our children to ever increasing debt again.

Remember Senator Trent Lott’s declaration that they would “co-opt” any TEA candidates and that the American people have BETTER JUDGEMENT than to elect them? (Maybe those Jesse Helms accusations of racism weren’t so far off after all.) Our sunless-tanning House Speaker (aka Banana Boat Boehner) tried to finish off the movement saying not only was there no TEA Party caucus in the House (much to the surprise of those in it), but that in 2010 it was a GOP statist movement that swept them back into power.

I’d laugh, but it turns out the TEA candidates didn’t control spending that much better than the elitists. Were they co-opted? Or was Boehner right. Were they never that principled to begin with?

But back to Allen West. Did you see Republicans running to microphones on election night bringing attention to – and battling against – the 4,000 swing that happened in 35 minutes in the middle of the night?

Nope. Eventually Reince put out a note of support and the GOP Congressional delegation came to observe, but you don’t hear “boo” from the party make a big stink out of the fact that 893 people were able to vote who weren’t even registered in precinct 93.

And this has been documented and repeated across the country in such overwhelming testimony that every TRUE conservative and conservative media outlet has embraced it demanded justice, right? Uh. Not so much. As I wrote this weekend, the Erick Erickson’s of the world don’t want to face the prospect (or even look at the data) and would rather be chicken little’s decrying the turnout of the white Republican.

The Conservative Media

Why should we be surprised when Erickson, FOX and even Limbaugh and Hannity won’t even properly cover a conclusive law enforcement investigation PROVING that Barack Hussein Obama forged MULTPLE official documents to obscure his nationality, his eligibility and even his criminality? You’ll hear them allude to it or make jokes – hell, FOX even put it on their website – but concerted 24/7 coverage like what they are giving Benghazi? Nope.

FOX’s Michael Barone amplifies the notion that the TEA Party is a bunch of nuts and weirdoes. Ann Coulter STILL apologies for Judas Christie and Bill O’Reilly still believes that a birth announcement in a paper suffices for “proof” of citizenship.

Michelle Malkin and David Limbaugh (among others) pushed a constitutionally ineligible candidate whose own constituents (and target demographic) were repulsed at claiming either as a conservative or a man of principle. Even supposed religiously righteous social conservative media were willing to lie, deceive and mislead.

Yes, even with our media influence better than we had during the Reagan era – we still suck.

Which leads us to…

The State of Conservatives

I posted the link to Ron Paul’s final speech on the PolitiJim Facebook Page and was shocked at the pure hatred and animus for the Libertarian leaning Texas Congressman. Have we sunk so far that we can’t “give honor to whom honor is due” even if we disagree with those who share a common enemy? I think Paul and his devotees are historically ignorant of assuming we can survive as a country without preemptive diplomacy and aggressive military strength. I’m unsure about surrendering the drug war but even their adamant activism has woken me up to how it’s become an excuse for tyranny. (Today the police have a right to do just about anything against the 4th Amendment by claiming they have a suspicion about drugs.)

But as I stated in my FB post debate with readers, Gary Johnson’s votes which ensure Obama’s wins in Ohio and Pennsylvania PROVE divided we fall, without the Paulbot. And whether they like it or not, the GOP needs the social conservatives. And whether the Santorum-groupies realize it or not, they will NEVER EVER pass another anti-abortion/pro-marriage without marijuana-loving Libertarians putting them into a majority in both houses of Congress AND the White House. Sarah Palin had that one right.

But as the primaries proved, when we start going BEYOND the central message of fiscal responsibility, getting into contraception discourse, drug war doctrine, illegal immigration policy purity and gay marriage – we lose. And we lose BIG.

I’m NOT saying that we don’t address these. They are important. But while we might not take them to the family barbeque, we’ve got to learn to ALL learn to find a constitutionally conservative candidate who is charismatic enough to EMOTE while being uncompromising on cutting taxes and spending to invigorate our economy. Reagan got elected ONLY because of two reasons. He had a BIG economic plan that people were willing to try to escape the Peanut farmer polity, and he was likeable and “safe” to the uneducated independent. He WASN’T elected because he was prolife. He wasn’t elected because he wanted to cut government programs. Those were minor issues to the majority who voted for him. And we had better start realizing very quickly that we are NOT going to fight effectively unless we find, recruit, volunteer for and elect conservatives who are focused (and disciplined) on the BIG issues.

I volunteered (and crow about) the Ted Cruz victory. But it is clear that he benefited from demographic politics. Even the Soros-funded liberal blog Think Progress admitted that Cruz out performed Romney, even while they tried to make the point that the majority voted for the Democrat.

And then we have REAL GOP rank and file, politicians and their surrounding facilitators who still think this is a 1950’s bridge game. The amazing Ulsterman Report has carried a series from Wall Street and Washington “Insiders” who have been uncanny in disclosing how the REAL world of power and politics work. They now have a “Republican Insider” that is symptomatic of the squishy and spineless silliness that folds in the face of the Democrats forceful tactics. Ulsterman posted a new interview and despite obvious Venezuela-style voting fraud, assassinations of Ambassadors, and tyrannical executive orders by a criminally corrupt President this idiot is all caught up in being “civil.” Here was my comment the post earlier today:

It is interesting that the VERY FIRST issue the Stupid Party insider wanted to discuss was Ulsterman's discourse using "STFU" to the Romney ragging Governors like (unconstitutionally ineligible) Jindal. This is THE problem with the Republican party. Let's worry how we are PERCEIVED rather than realizing this a g***dam STREET FIGHT for the very survival of our country.

"I won't talk bad about another Republican?" WTF is that?

I'll tell you what it is. The sound of generations of our children being forever enslaved to a much more aggressive and uncompromising opponent that want to permanently destroy this country.

Yes, I understand we don’t have the luxury to build a Franken-Reagan for every race. And yes, I understand unlike the Democrats, OUR charismatic, intelligent and fearless warriors are either enlisted in the military or ensuring a future for their families and employees in business. But smart TEA activists like Jamie Radtke, who were totally thwarted by likes of RedState in lieu of GOP Establishment losers like George Macaca, have got to be protected not just by the peons like us, but by those we can embarrass into submission in the conservative media.

It is NOT an understatement to say the American civilization is in danger of permanent incapacitation.

So How Bad Is It?

The mainstream conservative media (much less the GOP) STILL won’t raise the alarm bells on how Obama stole this election. (Mind you, without fighting now we not only lose the 2014 elections where they are emboldened – we might not even have an honest chance to win in 2016.)
The GOP Leadership covered up for the Obama Administration.
The GOP Leadership cancelled a press conference to expose Obama the week prior to the election, but held it AFTER he was elected.
The GOP and conservative media refuse to embrace and expose a LAW ENFORCEMENT investigation proving that the President of the United States forged a birth certificate, a Selective Service record and IS CURRENTLY committing identity fraud.
The GOP continually refuses to “go to the mattresses” over OBVIOUS voter fraud that not only sabotages their own candidates, but ends up enslaving the entire country to tyrannical legislation like ObamaCare.
Conservative media continues to selectively want to talk about the Constitution, ignoring it where they want it to benefit them (like non-natural born citizens Rubio, Jindal and Santorum and Barack Hussein Obama), but will be shocked when their appointments like the treasonous conservative traitor Justice John Roberts continuously subvert it in their rulings. Do you realize the Supreme Court has now given Congress the ability to force you to “BUY THINGS” you don’t want? THAT is the current law of our “free” country.
The TSA is authorized to use ANY MEANS necessary to humiliate and detain you although they have NO law enforcement authority and are sitting with millions of rounds of Geneva Convention-illegal hollow point ammunition.
The GOP (including Paul Ryan and – unbelievably - Allen West) voted in 2011 to abrogate their responsibility to stop the wanton spending waste and not only raised the debt ceiling, but also cut a deal that could rot our military readiness. (Not like that’s an issue of course with Iran bombing Israel and al-Queda and Muslim Brotherhood operatives freely crossing into our country.)
The Cloward Piven model is full force, doing what the Soviets could not do in the wildest dreams. Illegals are essentially INVITED to come across the border, and Homeland SECURITY (that's right) has a welcome packet on how to become dependent on government.

Even of these (and the dozens you will undoubtedly post below), the voting problem is by FAR the worse. It is one thing to have the need to stop bad policy and remove bad politicians. It is quite another to realize that you don’t even have the POWER to change it through the political process because the system is rigged.

When Allen West discovered a 13,000% voter turnout in one precinct you would think that would have been the subject of EVERY Sunday news show right?

Whether it is a combination of illegals voting, absentee voting abuse, voting machine hacks and corrupt voting precinct captains and election supervisors – the bottom line is that Castro and Chavez would NEVER win an honest election in their countries.

Forget about whether Fast and Furious will ever be properly prosecuted for a moment. At this moment, we don’t even have TRUE REPRESENTATION over our own TAXATION. (That’s kind of catchy. Might make for a good cry for independence from a tyrannical government.)

THE BLUE PILL OR THE RED PILL?

PolitiJim never likes to curse the darkness without suggesting a fiery flame or two to dispel it. So we have two options.

Option 1: Sit back and “take it” while our largely corrupt GOP representatives continue to compromise with the devil, always waiting for the magical “tomorrow.” We TEA Party types (and sympathizers) merely wait for the next outrageous event to happen, wait for a conservative talk show host to fan our flames – and we strike out to (again) try to find a candidate to save us.

Option 2: We do what we have a God-given responsibility to do and don’t wait for the “perfect storm” of political candidates to do what Sarah Palin did up in Alaska. We simultaneously declare “war” on the Republican party and refuse to let either our advertising rich conservative media celebrities, or our local GOP establishments, get away with continuing to run the Reagan brand into the ground.

2A: A continual, all out email/phone assault on the power holders in the GOP to start SCREAMING about vote fraud.

2B: We take over a major state (Texas is fine) to finally establish TRUE conservative principles and start ENFORCING the 10th Amendment rights that other states can follow. No, Rick Perry is not the guy to do that despite his well funded branding. He’s better than most but he does not have the conservative core to lead the charge as witness his DREAM ACT debate debacle. I’m not even against secession, but it would be no good with the current corruption in the GOP here. (And it will never happen with Joe Strauss as a the RINO Speaker who appoints more liberals than conservatives to key positions and subverts conservative legislation CONTINUALLY.)

in battle, it is a common technique to “regroup” an re-concentrate your forces so that you aren’t picked off one by one. Clearly, unless the GOP Congress, Florida Governor Rick Scott and the GOP celebrities like Marco Rubio start not only bringing light to the systemic voting corruption but also start filing lawsuits, offering legislation and refusing to seat Congressmen like Murphy and Franken who have illegitimately won through fraud – our conservative power is too easy to pick off.

I like Texas because we have the right to secede in our charter, we have the right to hold off law enforcement from 4th Amendment incursions and of course, because i wouldn’t have to move. But it is one of the few states that could be self-supporting if it were to secede.

But a REAL revolution won’t happen without the core of us having geographic proximity to one another against the suspension of freedoms that inevitably will be expanded under the “man who calls himself Obama.”

Realities and Recourse of Voter Fraud for Dummies like Erick Erickson

WND Editor Joseph Farah has an essay emailed to me that I can’t find on their site. He makes the most articulate case why this election was stolen. It is mind numbing to me that Erick Erickson – who complains regularly about the GOP “group think” among establishment regulars – is trying to defend Obama in light of the overwhelming evidence that Obama did NOT win.

Erick “Hypocrisy” Erickson has a long list of such blindness. He:

libeled leading TEA Party candidate Jamie Radtke and pulled his initial endorsement after his bosses asked him to sell his integrity so George “Macaca” Allen could run. (Ironically he defended Akin/Mourdock against attacks on social conservatives against the establishment not supporting them.)
disparaged Sarah Palin AND her supporters like a liberal, trying to help Governor Perry – a man that we TEA partiers in Texas have a hard time tolerating.
refused to acknowledge the irrefutable evidence of Barack Obama’s forged birth certificates, selective service record and SSN despite making an oath to “uphold the United States Constitution and defend it” as a lawyer.

Why should we be surprised he now wants us to believe that all the pollsters simply “got it wrong” on the enthusiasm of each respective party. No wonder he’s a failed political consultant. You don’t have to be Lee Atwater to see that Obama’s inability to get 20 people to a rally in October while Romney had to turn away tens of thousands to know that something is wrong with the media spin and exit polling. (Erickson wants you to believe EXIT polling by liberal accomplices of the White House but not the state polling by independent AND liberal types clearly showing Obama was NOT going to match his output of 2008.

Why do you think Axelrod leaned so heavily on Gallup? This was a Sting that only Robert Redford could be proud of.

Farrah’s points are indisputable:

The Obama campaign accepted at least some foreign campaign cash – willingly and knowingly. The campaign website could have prohibited it. It did not. In other words, it deliberately left open the door for illegal foreign contributions in its "by any means necessary" quest for re-election. WND has proven that by actually contributing under the name Osama bin Laden from a Pakistani IP address, with a phony physical address and other neon-lit red flags in hopes of catching attention. Obama accepted illegal foreign contributions in 2008 without penalty, so why would anyone expect him not to repeat his crime in 2012? No one can know the extent of the fraud, because Obama has refused to release the identity of donors of $200 or less – yet he boasts that most of the money he collected was in small amounts.

James O'Keefe and Project Veritas spent months heroically proving the absolute willingness and eagerness of Democratic operatives to commit voter fraud – especially by having people cast multiple votes.
Military ballots were systematically denied active-duty servicemen and women around the world. This would be a scandal if it happened once. But it has become the norm when Democrats are in charge of the Defense Department. It would be a scandal if it were due to incompetence. But it appears to be a deliberate effort to suppress the military vote. It would be a scandal if it were not a close election. But it was.

Prior to the election, Democrats fought for open voting requiring no identification – particularly photo ID. Coincidentally, Obama won every state that didn't fully require photo ID to vote. Democrats contended that voter ID laws suppress the vote. But they do not. They only suppress the illegal vote.

Across Philadelphia, GOP poll inspectors were forcibly (and illegally) removed from polling locations. Coincidentally (or not), Obama received "astronomical" numbers in those very same regions, including locations where he received "over 99 percent" of the vote. Ward 4, which also had a poll watcher dressed in Obama attire, went massively for Obama. Obama received 99.5 percent of the vote, defeating Romney 9,955 to 55.

Obama also won 99.8 percent of the vote in 44 Cleveland districts. In another Ohio county, Obama won with 108 percent of the voters registered.

Obama received 10 million fewer votes than he did in 2008. Romney received 3 million fewer votes than McCain. Obama won in the four critical swing states by a grand total of 500,000 votes.
Some 5 million independents changed their votes from Obama to Romney in 2012. So Romney started the day 2.5 million votes ahead of where McCain was in 2008, as Jack Wheeler points out. This means that 5.5 million Republican voters are not accounted for. Either they didn't show up at the polls or their votes were not counted. Does anyone believe there was less enthusiasm by Republicans about this election than for the one in 2008?

Alan Vera has built numerous national brands and companies doing market research and studying the statistics of behavior. He pointed out months ago that the University of Boulder Colorado, who uses dozens of non-polling data points PER market to project winners, not only showed an overwhelming win for Romney, but has NEVER been wrong since 1980. It’s the only source that called the Carter/Reagan race correctly – and within margin. In fact, they have never been off by more than 1% in ANY election. It is inconceivable that they would have been off in EVERY SINGLE swing state.

While Erickson may want to turn a blind eye to hard statistics, I’m not sure how he can assume that vote fraud was NOT significant enough to overturn the election when Romney’s loss came down to 400,000 votes in 4 states or 100,000 votes in Ohio. An article run by the Columbus Dispatch the weekend before the election proved that 1 in 5 voter registrations in Ohio were bogus. Multiple counties had more votes for Obama than REGISTERED VOTERS.

But it’s ok Erick, you probably believe those 1,000 felons that voted for Stuart Smalley, (aka Al ObamaCare Franken), were irrelevant in his 312 vote margin victory. You probably still believe that the GOP won’t compromise on the Fiscal cliff or that they’ll finally impeach Obama some day too.

VOTER FRAUD RECOURSE

Farah isn’t sure much can be done to stop the election results. I don’t believe that and Allen West doesn’t believe that. And even if it WERE true, there is a LOT to be gained in education of current lawmakers, the media (even conservative media as you see the inane reasoning's of RedState) and fellow Americans. Like Rocky, even if we loose this round, we are wearing down Apollo for the final count.

Mark Levin was dead right this week that the GOP and their accomplices are foolishly ignorant of how dire an Obama second term is. The night of the election he signed the UN gun treaty. The day after, Hamas felt emboldened to begin an all out war on Israel. He has fired (or set up) 4 generals in 2 weeks to take control of the military and given HIS handpicked henchmen an executive order to take over the internet. And that’s not even the warm up act in the parking lot.

Farah IS right on one thing though, we need to bury Obama in Congressional investigations and charges the way he has numbed and neutralized us with the sheer amount of fraud and corruption. And a clear cut and dried, slam dunk case is the foreign campaign donation fraud of 2008 AND 2012. And he has the cash and media reach to make this an issue. His plan:

Volunteer and run for positions within your own local GOP infrastructure. As Gary Johnson’s votes showed, a third party does nothing but help the OTHER party. We have NO option but to take over the steering wheel within the Grand Old Party, and (finally) wield it’s power correctly. It will take time, but our civilization is at stake.
Find, fund, volunteer for and support candidates like Allen West who won’t play politically correct games with the Democrats OR the GOP.

How to Prove Voting Machine Fraud

There is an enormity of evidence that voting machines across the country did not accurately record votes albeit from poll clerks, poll watchers or actual voters. A common cry heard from those wanting to simply accept these results is “you’ll never be able to prove it.”

Au contraire, mon frere.

Voting Machine Programmer Testifies

An impounding and analysis of the voting machine in question can reveal if the compiled software deviated from a “pure” version of the software already certified by the State – if not actually pulled from the machine itself. During the primaries, Alan Vera of True the Vote mentioned on The Patriot Zone blogtalk radio program, that a British computer scientist had pulled software from a voting machine proving vote swapping routines. This should be done immediately by every swing state (if not every state) in question.

And citizens need to IMMEDIATELY contact their State Representatives to get legislation passed THIS YEAR, to allow a bipartisan panel of computer experts chosen by the citizenry, to view and certify all programs in these machines even if the vendor wants to classify them as “trade secrets.”

Also, as Allen West’s crack team has discovered, there is a WRITTEN record of actual voters by precinct that also can expose lost votes.

Erick Erickson reiterated his belief that the while voter “abnormalities” happened, it didn’t cost Romney the election. Erickson’s normally a fairly smart guy but – of course – he offers ZERO evidence to back up his claim other than accepting the corrupt voting tallies from the same sources that supposedly got it wrong BEFORE the election.

He doesn’t explain how:

Not a SINGLE major poll showed enthusiasm up from 2008 for Obama, and yet he SURPASSED his 2008 demographic percentages.
OH, PA, MI, etc, etc, had MULTIPLE polls absolutely correct for STATE candidates – but somehow got the NATIONAL votes incorrect? Michigan is a prime example where Obama supposedly won, but none of the down ballot initiatives or state wide offices went Democrat. How is that even possible?
Ohio could possibly have been accurate when the Columbus Dispatch reported 1 in 5 voter registrations were bogus, tens of thousands of military ballots were never cast (due to White House shenanigans) or simply never counted, and while pre-election polls showed Romney picking up a few percentage points from African Americans and Hispanics, 100 precincts in Cuyahoga County Ohio voted less than 1% for Romney.

I could go on and on but WND and Obama Voter Fraud have much more extensive lists. Bob Cooley, who actually PARTICIPATED in Chicago voter fraud and knows the people who got Obama started, had been warning of this for over 3 years. Speaking at King Street Patriots in 2011 he said four things would happen:

Obama would use tax payer and illegal contributions to have a secret fund far in excess of publically disclosed finances.
He would buy off precinct captains in key states to stuff the ballot box where needed.
They would take unprecedented efforts to expand absentee voter fraud to new heights.
They would spend millions to hack the voting machines where needed to throw the election.

How did he know? It’s what Obama has practiced since heading up Project Vote in Chicago. (What do you think a community organizer does anyway? IT STEALS VOTES! ACORN – Obama’s OTHER employer and BFF - existed to use voter registrations to pad the ballot box.)

So, in addition to mounting a social media and phone assault on the 5 key swing states in question, I need you to do two other things:

Call your STATE Congressman (or Congresswoman, person or whatever) to immediately SEQUESTER all state voting machines to be investigated.
Find your LOCAL County Clerk's tally BY PRECINCT of logged voters (or find a lawyer or file an FOI request) to match against their ACTUAL votes cast in that precinct.

Note LARGE discrepancies and IMMEDIATELY send them to the Secretary of State, True the Vote and your local press.

I’ll say it again. If we let this election cycle’s fraud stand, there is no longer any need to hold elections.

Just look at the shuffle and jive happening in St. Lucie, Florida in Allen West’s recount efforts. Votes were counted in secret, changed wildly in 25 minutes although West won EVERY OTHER jurisdiction handily, and the Democratic Election Supervisor STOPPED the recount after West gained 535 additional votes from recounting the votes for ONLY the first 3 days of early voting.

Thank God for Allen West who said he can stand losing, but he will not capitulate to corruption.

Neither should we.

Just like they told us to not fight too hard on the Budget Ceiling Debate because they would “handle it in the next general election,” and just like they told us to settle for Romney because he would appeal to moderates – we can not let this go any further.

This is the line.

We will not yield.

No Joke: The GOP Can Not Legally Help Stop Vote Fraud

My good friend Alan Vera of True the Vote told me long ago that we have a two party system. The Corrupt Party and the Stupid Party. To that fact, during the weekly True the Vote webcast, Catherine Engelbrecht related a meeting she had with RNC Chairman Reince Priebus, asking what the GOP would do about voter integrity. The answer?

Nothing. They aren’t legally able to. (I’m not joking.)

As part of a lawsuit settlement with the Democrat Party, the Gutless Old Party agreed to NOT ENGAGE IN ANY VOTER PROTECTION INITIATIVES. Two of the clauses read this way:

(e) refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose;

(f) refrain from having private personnel deputized as law enforcement personnel in connection with ballot security activities.

ACORN Whistleblower Anita Moncrief added that when she spoke at the Republican National Convention, she had to submit her speech to make sure NOTHING SHE SAID COULD BE CONSTRUED AS VIOLATING THE ORDER TO NOT ASSIST VOTER INTEGRITY.

I know think the characterization “the Stupid Party” may be too kind.

Engelbrecht said to add insult to injury, the judge who signed the agreement has long since retired, but every single year comes back for the sole purpose of renewing the order for another year.

Moncrief pointed out during her comments tonight that in visiting the Democrat advocacy groups in Ohio, they were organized, motivated and purposeful in getting out their vote as was witnessed by the long line of Somali and Ethiopian voters bussed in to polling places. When she visited the Romney campaign offices, she said there was utter confusion, many were just sitting around waxing about how the couldn’t wait to Free Willy. (ORCA was the name of the failed computer program the Romney campaign tried to use to “micro-target” volunteers to get out the vote where it was needed.)

It was down ALL DAY, and finally late in the day people were sent out with printed registration cards to go find people to vote.

Wasn’t I told by all the non-TEA Party Republicans that Romney was the best chance we had because he ran such great businesses and had the money to compete with Obama? Just asking.

Moncrief said one other thing of interest. When she visited random Ohio polling places, there was almost NEVER a GOP poll watcher and ALWAYS a Democratic one.

We wondered why the RNC wasn’t screaming bloody murder over the evidence of voting fraud? Of course, the RNC petitioned to get it changed this year but the Obama appointee denied it. Surprise, surprise.

Now you know.

And while True the Vote has done amazing things in bringing awareness to the issue of voter integrity, it is clear from the comments made tonight that they are just resigning themselves to the lost election and enormity of the Democratic advantage. And that’s NOT ok.

Obama only won by 400,000 votes in 4 states. ALL Of which showed Romney ahead in the days leading up to the election, but loosing by a substantial margin. All of which have precincts that inexplicably went 99% for Obama and had voter registrations that exceeded their population. ALL of which have public statements of problems with voting machines changing Romney votes to Obama.

It is obviously up to WE THE PEOPLE to do our job and hold the individual Secretary of State in each of these states accountable. Sacrifice at least reading the next four funny Facebook postings from your Aunt Freda and call/email and or petition these Secretaries here.

Patriots Declare: We Shall Not Let Vote Fraud Stand!

In Lord of the Rings, on the road to destroy the Ring which threatened tyranny over people through centralized power and evil, Gandalf the Grey needed to buy time for his fellow hobbit warriors from the certain destruction by an evil Balrog. On a narrow bridge, he sacrificed himself so that their mission could survive and challenged the superior evil force declaring, “YOU SHALL NOT PASS!”

Today we are at the same point. There is no now doubt of obvious and overwhelming vote fraud that guarantees the current and future will of We the People has been usurped. I am calling you Patriot to be our Gandalf and declare, “Voter Fraud, You Shall Not Pass!”

You will face no help (likely) from those in power even among conservative circles and media. You will face derision and resignation. All evil manifestations of cowardice and the cancer of freedom.

But if this is not stopped NOW, on this election, not only will evil have prevailed and corrupted THIS election through insidious deception and theft – liberty in America will be permanently hobbled and there will be no mechanisms to stop ANY desire of the Marxists and corruptocrats to do anything they want to this country – or our children.

People like Congressman Allen West have already made this declaration. Yesterday he made the declaration “We will not allow a Democrat Supervisor of Elections to steal this election.”

West was leading by 2,000 votes until 35 minutes later, miraculously, he was loosing by 2,400. You think he can expect help from the Florida GOP who INTENTIONALLY redistricted him to make his reelection difficult? Nope. Because he speaks truth and wants to dismantle ALL statism – a direct threat to the GOP itself. But cowards that they are, they WILL are more worried about their image and the “fear of man” and WILL capitulate. Even now, the Democrat Election Supervisor is only allowing a PARTIAL recount of the first 3 days. One reason might be because West already picked up 500 votes from those days. No word (or lawsuits) from the GOP or the Republican establishment in Florida.

We saw this with Tim Pawlenty in Minnesota who refused to keep fighting in the courts even after it was disclosed that 1,000 felons gave Saturday Night Live comedian Al Franken a convenient come-from-behind margin of 300 votes to become a United States Senator and help to pass ObamaCare against the will of Americans.

In Nevada in 2010, Sharon Angle was up by 5 points against Harry Reid THE DAY BEFORE THE ELECTION. No help from the GOP or even conservative media to find out exactly how she lost by 7 points the next day or why SEIU had the contract to courier and count those votes in secret.

Joseph Farrah of WND.com who used to hang out with the likes of Bill Ayres and Bernardine Dohrn has come to the same conclusion many of us have. There is no doubt this election IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING STOLEN. He cites similar anomalies to Nevada like Michigan, where Romney was tied with Obama the day before the election, but lost to him by 9 points. Inexplicably ALL of the conservative ballot measures and state offices were won by Republicans. It doesn’t wash. As mentioned earlier, the University of Boulder Colorado has not been off by more than 1% in predicting voting in every state during a national election since 1980. They had Romney up significantly.

But a nerve has been struck. Barack Obama Voter Fraud 2012 is a blog set up by Jedd Merill and friends simply to document all the incidents of vote fraud in this election. It’s astounding. They are getting 3,000 visitors AN HOUR at times and have over 160,000 visitors. Many who are contacting them through every imaginable means asking how they can help.

SO WHAT CAN WE DO?

These elections are NOT certified yet. The only way to get this investigated, much less recounted or overturned, is through the Secretary of State of each of the five key states: Florida, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. EVEN IF YOU ARE IN ANOTHER STATE you can help. But it won’t do any good to dilute our effort to challenge California or Michigan or other states. Until a major group gets involved to do more, here is the plan:

Contact the Secretary of State of the state in question. (See contact information below. Please provide others in COMMENTS.)
1. Send them the press clippings, or personal testimonials of clear vote fraud witnessed. (Statistical aberrations are helpful too like a historical 50% turnout in 2004, 2008 but a 90% turnout in a specific precinct despite an overall LOWER state turnout.)
2. Demand a public recount AND investigation, with a commitment to fight to replace THEM in the next election if they do not do so.
3. Email/Phone/Visit EVERY WEEK if not EVERY DAY. This will take weeks of steady pressure to get them to move.
4. Get your friends and neighbors to do the same.
Contact the OTHER 4 states to do the same as above.
Contact the Governor and the local GOP office with the SAME pressure. (List of web contacts for each below)
If you are in those states (or know people who are) start attempting to find OTHERS with evidence of fraud. See if you can identify the precinct judges where the statistical aberations occur to pass along to the True the Vote which is set up to sue these entities with Judicial Watch.
Try to visit (or call) your local representative asking for their help to put pressure on. It doesn’t hurt that if they don’t or won’t you make it your goal to find and fund a challenger to them for allow open and honest elections - the fabric of freedom in this country - to not only go unchallenged, but to institutionalized.
Contact your city, state and national media to keep this story alive as well. (Fox News has an email just for this at voterfraud@foxnews.com)
Help us find, fund or coordinate willing lawyers, statisticians, pollsters and activists.

I can not reiterate enough that if this is NOT CHALLENGED NOW, we will could lose the House of Representatives in 2014 and possibly every election forward to massive voter fraud. Imagine Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi reenacting the first two years of Obama’s reign with more Stimulus, Cash for Cars, Solyndra’s and ObamaCare’s.

My Answer to A Friend’s America Is A Lost Cause Cry

An acquaintance of mine wrote me this today regarding the Romney loss;

Jim,

I fear all is lost.

Even if this comes out in the main stream news (which I highly doubt) – it is unlikely to affect the popularity of B.O. by the masses that just want to see a minority succeed and only care about abortion and gay marriage.

Record spending, debt, deficit, food stamps, unemployment, fast and furious – a pending fiscal cliff and an increasing slide toward European type socialism was not enough to move the masses… why should this?

Now Nick had a solution he presented to the Romney campaign that would have evened the playing field on advertising but was continually rebuffed. It was his first foray into the underbelly of the political whale and it was very discouraging. But with the mainstream media pushing this idea (for the 1,000 time) that the GOP has to become more like the DemoRats to win – I had this to say:

Don't be too disheartened Nick.

First, independent polls (like this one) show that the vast majority of VOTERS (not just Americans) do believe in limited government. It's no surprise they don't trust the GOP that ran up 50% of the debt under Bush, and then ran the most liberal candidate in GOP history trying to pass him off as a "conservative."

Second, there seems to have been massive voter fraud. No one has an accurate mathematical model of how a guy could equal or advance his percentage of support among Blacks, Latino's and young people when he couldn't get over 1,000 people to come to a rally. My friend Bob Cooley had predicted voter machine hacking, voter theft and worse - and there were massive reports of those and more. (We've written extensively about it leading up to the election including incidents where nearly 50% of all NAACP voter registrations were fraudulent or suspect.) This article here is especially telling and the University of Colorado Boulder - which uses a highly complex analysis of economic, voting registration and parallel indicators and which has NEVER been off by more than 1% on any election going back to 1980, predicted a Romney landslide. Is it possible this is the first time in 32 years they got it wrong? Not hardly. Record turnouts in places like Philly are statistically impossible and were not tracked in a SINGLE legitimate poll anywhere in the country prior to the election. I'm still trying to compare ethnic votes in swing states and non-swing states although we know for sure that NO PRESIDENT has ever won reelection with unemployment so high. Does anyone REALLY believe urban communities with 20% unemployment would still vote nearly 100% for the man who keeps them unemployed?

A few of us are trying to find some GOP big wigs to investigate before the electoral college takes place but don't be fooled that the nation has turned into greedy Grecian socialists. It is much more likely the administration has become vote fraud Venezuelan Marxists.

Third, (as I outlined in the Good News on Romney's Loss) Obama will not pursue any mechanism to save the economy. Seniors will suddenly notice (this year by the way) their Medicare co-pays go up over $300. The average American will pay $4,200 MORE in Federal Taxes (and will have higher paycheck deductions) and likely 40% will lose their existing healthcare. Gas and food costs will continue to rise in REAL terms even before the inevitable Carter-like inflation kicks in from unlimited QE3 and the Euro collapse coming next spring. Obama can NOT sustain even the fake popularity. Add into that Benghazi hearings commencing in BOTH House and Senate in two weeks and a GOP controlled house that already has announced continued Fast and Furious action if not impeachment proceedings, it is highly likely that while Obama will cause much serious damage - it actually sets the stage for an even BETTER GOP conservative to step up to the table in 2016, with inevitable House and Senate advances in 2014. (Assuming we figure the vote fraud thing out of course. Harry Reid was 5 points behind Sharon Angle in Nevada the DAY BEFORE the election in 2010, but won by 7 points. An impossibility unless you consider that SEIU is the contractor who couriers and counts ballots from the precincts.)

And finally, there are patriots like you and me who will not accept this no matter what the cost. The TEA Party conservatives actually won more state and Federal offices than liberals did. (Mark Levin's program 11/7/12).

God's not done with America yet if we aren't done with Him.

Black Obama Backers Berating Romney Voters

Today the news is everywhere about the surge in gun sales. Who said Obama couldn’t stimulate the economy right? But there are actions by Obama supporters are another reason for this attention – not just idle speculation.

I had a strange email from a close friend today from Colorado. You might be surprised to know that he voted for Obama in 2008, and even sent me an pro-gun control article less than a month or so ago. (Yes, PolitiJim flies with birds of a different feather from time to time.)

Coming home from country dancing last night; I dropped into a 7/11 for a snack --- and while in there, 4 black dude's, probably late 20's early 30's, rolled up; once came inside; 3 stood outside looking pretty ominous and suspicious frankly speaking. When I departed; one bold banger said' "Hey man --- who'd you vote for??" and I pleasantly said; 'Romney of course' --- then he started mouthing off, ranting and raving all kind of racial crap… and I simple said -- Dude; what's your problem? Your guy won??

WTF is wrong with these people?? Even when they Get what they Want; they somehow want to harass you?

And, BTW I've been to 2 Gun Shows' near north Denver in the Merchandise Mart the last 2 months --- just to 'gauge the vibe'.. and gotta tell you that I've NEVER seen such LARGE and serious crowds of buyers. The parking is over-flowing; the show room PACKED from start to finish of the event; and I don't see an end in sight…

So, call the cartoons comics; but I think we're seeing a 'Right to Bear Arms' starting to be taken quite literally.   Maybe that's b/c we've had such bloodbaths in our High Schools or Movie Theatre's, but then again; maybe it's just folks getting scared out of their minds about an uncertain future; or 4 more years of pretty much the same stuff; and yet, having less, and less to show for it --- and deciding they will protect their home, possessions and themselves, if threatened.

After last night; I'm even considering a 9MM or Glock in my future… just in case…

Now my friend is (or was) a borderline liberal. He never listens to ANYTHING but NPR and Charlie Rose. HuffPo is his browser start page. I know for a fact he is not a racist. (Personal things I can’t share). But this is a continuing drama being played out. The lie of 2008 was that electing Barack would end racial strife. It’s doing anything but.

There have been rumors of race riots around the election going back for about two years. The NAACP even went to the United Nations to suggest they were going to happen. In fact as Thomas Sowell points out, they HAVE been happening – they just aren’t reported.

Doug Hagann’s DHS Insider corroborated that there were situation papers throughout the administration to prepare for this, and speculates that the Ole Miss “riots” could indeed be a plant for those to begin. College Fix reveals that the Ole Miss incident looks extremely suspicious. It was ONLY cited as a race riot by the Associated Press and gives no specific slurs that were supposedly uttered or named eyewitnesses. Come to think of it – that’s the same MO for the Reuters planted the fake “anti-Islam movie” protest blamed in Benghazi. Ulsterman Report’s White House Insider had similar reports throughout this past year that not only was the Obama gang planning to use race, they had been prepared to do so in 2008.

And racial violence overtones have shown up in urban culture seemingly coordinated with the Obama campaign. WND’s Black Mobs Now Have a Soundtrack for Violence is brutally sobering. There is a subculture that traditional American values have been losing for 50 years. Some believe it was intentional and I tend to agree. (Watch this movie and we’ll have that discussion another time.)

Whether it is being planned, or simply a residual condition that Obama opportunists want to play off of - no one today will deny that general civility and maturity – REGARDLESS OF RACE – is crashing to historic cultural levels.

Yes, we must be prepared to protect our families, our property and ourselves – but we HAVE TO also find a way to bridge the gap. PRAYER is #1. Taking OVER our cultural industries is #2. And changing our conservative political tone and tactics are #3.

AlfonZo Rachel has an excellent take on how the GOP is ignoring the CULTURE of the country in picking a candidate. Our candidates don’t relate to the culture as Bill Clinton or Barack Obama does. I actually agree that the swing voters do NOT make their decisions on anything meaningful but almost solely on their EMOTIONAL response to the candidate. Namely they ask themselves: A) Do I “like” him (or her)?; and B) Could I envision them being a competent President? Here is his rant with my quick comments afterward.

I probably disagree with Zo that we should select a candidate solely on political appeal instead of competency. I DO agree however that the GOP establishment hasn’t got a clue how to win after running 2 Grumpy Old Men and a Mormon – none of which could articulate a consistently winning conservative message.

Zo mentions that Gingrich would have cleaned the floor with Obama in debates but even THAT wouldn’t have guaranteed a win. I’m not so sure about that. Gingrich has a knack at playing BIG simple ideas that everyone can relate to, and was the ONLY competitor to embrace Cain’s 9-9-9. Regardless, Gingrich also had a way to MAKE THE MEDIA address him. Remember when he had fallen to 3rd place behind Romney and Santorum but was so effective at setting the dialog for 3 weeks with “$2.50 gas” that even Obama had to address him directly and fake a Keystone pipeline lie?

I liked Herman Cain’s charisma, story and appeal. But at the end of the day he still had to govern. He’d never run a successful LOCAL campaign let alone a national one. He didn’t even know what our policies were toward China, Libya or how the Supreme Court functioned. And not only had he never done that, he had gaffe-a-holism that would never force the MSM to take him seriously. Zo’s logic falls apart precisely because Cain would NOT be treated equally by the MSM, much less the GOP.

But I think Zo is headed in the right direction, just on the wrong track. Allen West eventually could be one of those candidates, but also really is green in political leadership and understanding.

Governors are still the best breeding ground for candidates and by nature, aren’t very cool and hip. (Sorry Huckabee. Even the Amish never bought your rock band cred.)

Reagan was cool because he knew how to project emotion – not because he knew the lyrics to Stairway to Heaven or You Dropped A Bomb On Me. He was SINCERE in who he was without being preachy, he had run a major state as Governor and could articulate his conservatism without being divisive.

And we never came close to that with Romney.

On this point, I tend to side more with Mark Levin and Professor Jacobson at Legal Insurrection that we can EASILY win with a successful conservative track record/message and someone who carries it sincerely.

Now changing the culture where it’s “Hip to be Square?” For that I repeat my earlier paragraph:

Yes, we must be prepared to protect our families, our property and ourselves – but we HAVE TO also find a way to bridge the gap. PRAYER is #1. Taking OVER our cultural industries is #2.

The daily Elijah List newsletter had this great excerpt:

When Corrie Tenboom was asked how she dealt with the horrors of the Nazi concentration camp that she and her family were in, she responded simply, "Joy runs deeper than despair." We need to see joy as not just a supernatural remedy for the hard things we face, but as part of our divine inheritance as Believers. The thing about joy is that it is not connected directly to circumstances. Unlike happiness that is connected to a happening, joy is something else altogether. It is a heavenly spiritual gift, as well as a fruit of the Spirit.

If you know God, you have a gift of joy that you shouldn’t leave sitting unopened because you didn’t have the faith to believe for it. There is a reason that in most battles, the Israelites sent the praise and worship team out first. Singing and praise break up the dark spiritual forces and they encourage us.

Every professional athlete knows that day in and day out, both your mind (preparation, intellect and outlook) and your spirit are the “X” factor that often decide outcomes. And if you are discouraged or depressed not only do you not have the energy for the battle, your reasoning and logic will most often be corrupted as well.

As Believers, we can’t ignore the lesson of the “worthless servant” who buried his single talent (currency) in the ground rather than AT LEAST putting it in the bank. It IS discouraging when someone gets 5 “talents” and you only get one. It even seems unfair, even if they didn’t double it and you didn’t. But even that SINGLE talent will be taken from you if you don’t get your mind right. What is missed is that God effectively said to that servant, “Because you SAW ME as being hard and unfair – THAT is Who I have to be to you. Because “I Am.” I AM good and My mercy (favor/grace) endures forever to those that SEE ME as kind, loving and giving. But if you see Me as unfair and stingy – that is what you will get. Didn’t I SAY you will get the fruit of your mouth?

Did you think it was a small thing to have a God that can lift up and pull down leaders? WE HAVE A GOD THAT IS REAL and HAS POWER! As King David said, “Why so downcast oh my soul? Put your hope (trust) in God!”

Attitude adjusters:

We still live in a country where almost 90% believe in God, and nearly 40% go to church EVERY Sunday. Not like Europe where less than 5% do.
“We the People” have a covenant with God that He WILL honor if we seek Him, apologize to Him and turn from our wicked ways. And He is the same God willing to save Sodom and Gomorrah if Abraham could find only TEN righteous men in the entire city. WE DONT HAVE TO BE THE MAJORITY TO TAKE BACK POWER AND SHOW THE OTHERS THEY CAN TRUST OUR LEADERSHIP.
Although it’s ignored, we STILL have a Constitution that puts power in OUR hands. And we even have a written OBLIGATION within our Declaration of Independence to disband that government if it begins to oppress the people.
We have precedent for “demographics” and conservative movements resurging when it seems all is lost going back to FDR/Coolidge or Carter/Reagan. Many forget in the GREAT AWAKENING even the New York Times had articles how entire trainloads of passengers spilled onto the platform repenting for their sins when the Spirit of God hit – even without a single person preaching or witnessing to them. (In fact, they even ran articles on how the police had nothing to do since crime dropped nearly to zero.)
We are still the wealthiest nation on earth with some politicians fighting WITH us. We aren’t in Venezuela or Cuba where the opposition LITERALLY has no power. And we control the Body of Congress that impeaches Presidents. That is NOT a light matter.
It will be impossible to remain “for” Obama when unemployment, inflation and our sovereignty GET WORSE. In some ways, when the Euro crisis hit – it would have been much more difficult for the GOP to survive the 2+ years it would take to “right” the economy. Obama and the DEMS will now own this in EVERYONE’s eyes. There are MANY GOOD things about a Romney Loss for our long term. Not the least of which is:

More of us are AWAKE and energized than ever before. And like any good army, we are learning how to fight. (Although many of us had better start learning how to STREET FIGHT as Political Outcast discusses.)

And the OVERRIDING initiative that will have the most impact is Prayer, Repentance and continued conservative values Education of those in our communities.

SHORT TERM PATHS

Step 1. Did you know that Barack Obama has NOT been re-elected yet? It’s true. The Electoral College has not met and most states haven’t even certified their election yet. There is CLEAR and extensive voter fraud and inexplicable disparities in vote counts.

Although it is a long shot, just ask how important the French Resistance was to the ending of their occupation by the Nazis. Even our own history of revolution relied on a guerilla attack component to keep hammering away at the forces of injustice. If you are in a swing state you can STILL HELP investigate voter fraud. It may indeed be too late to overturn these election results if the media doesn’t jump on it – but it will CERTAINLY pay off by jailing the perpetrators putting second thoughts into those who would try it next time.

Step 2. The “atmosphere charge” for others to join us for 2014 election choices, TEA party takeovers of the GOP (immediately) and weakening of Obama’s agenda starts NOW. Start committing yourself to be a voice IMMEDIATELY in these ways:

Demand justice on Benghazi from your Congressmen and Senators
Demand COVERAGE on Benghazi, Fast and Furious and foreign Obama campaign contributions by EVERY media outlet including conservative ones.
Begin preparing for your own survival for the inevitable conflicts that occur over food and unemployment. But a gun, stock up food and start connecting OFFLINE with conservative law enforcement and other patriots in your area. Unfortunately, this may get much worse before it gets better. But those that are prepared will prevail over those that aren’t. Gold, Silver and other commodities will be indispensible in the days ahead.

LONG TERM PATHS

There are so many here it would be overwhelming. PRAYER is #1, but THESE will make a difference also:

COMMIT yourself to serve in SOME local party capacity AT LEAST 10 hours a month. If you want to run for a local office that’s great. if you merely want to start influencing your LOCAL party membership structure that could be even MORE effective. Help raise money and resources for those who COULD challenge corruption at every level.

Be a watchdog at the corruption in your own community. A retired school teacher is on the verge of ending 30+ years of graft here in Houston in by merely filing Freedom of Information Requests, attending board meetings that the public rarely attended (where they got away with their graft and crime) and blogging about it. HEY! If our forefathers were willing to DIE for your freedom – the least you could do is give up a night of the boob tube for your children’s freedom.

Most of all DREAM BIG. At encourage one another in the righteousness of our cause and the power of our God.

Another Stolen Election???

The popular vote results reported by the respective secretaries of state of the key swing states last night are a little more than suspect. The concession by Mr. Romney and the GOP was, at best, premature. The election results are not official until the party electors meet to vote the electoral votes in each state. There is time to take action.

Election Data Is Highly Suspicious

The University of Colorado Department of Political Science Electoral Vote projection is THE most accurate presidential election model in our history. They were the ONLY source that correctly called the 1980 Reagan/Carter results. They have correctly modeled EVERY presidential election since with their projected electoral totals never off by more than 1%.

Their method is NOT a standard political poll process. They include surveys, but those are only 1 of many variables in a complex algorithm that includes key economic, employment and social measures. They build their models state by state to assure sufficient granularity for top accuracy. It is mathematically possible that statistical error could cause them to incorrectly project ONE state. But it is mathematically impossible for them to incorrectly project more than one. Their 2012 model projected Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia for the Romney/Ryan ticket. The results reported by those secretaries of state were different.

Add to this the survey data showing the Democrat ticket losing support from 2008 among Blacks, Jews, Catholics and Independents, and the results reported for the above-named states are mathematically impossible.

An army of trained poll watchers/election observers kept a lid on fraud in voter registrations and at the ballot boxes in all the key states. While there is no way these volunteers could have stopped 100% of the fraud, all reports are that they kept it at or below “normal” levels. That means that the discrepancies between scientifically generated data and the election results reported were most likely generated behind the scenes under the auspices of the secretaries of state involved.

ACTION NEEDED

Citizen Activists of Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia must IMMEDIATELY contact their respective state GOP party, and (if possible) the slate of GOP electors who were chosen at their state party conventions this past year.

These two groups have legal standing in the respective states to legally challenge the results reported by the Secretary of State. The presidential voting was NOT for the president/vice president ticket. The voting was for the electors pledged to vote for the ticket in December. Romney/Ryan didn’t lose last night. The electors pledged to them in each of the key states were robbed of their election.

There’s time to have a recount observed by trained election observers and representatives of the parties. There’s time to get a look at the ACTUAL results of the voting in each of the key states.

Somebody from each state needs to step forward and run with this. Let me know if you need any advice.

WHAT TO DO

1. In the states of FL, WI, OH, PA and VA we need you to contact us (via the CONTACT page on the top menu) if you can provide any of the following:

Documented evidence of fraud
Willing to swear an affidavit of personal testimony to voting suppression, voting machine vote switching, vote bribery, coercion, etc.
Contacts with sympathetic GOP State or RNC officials

2. Contact EVERYONE you know in those 5 states and ask them to email/call/tweet/post and/or visit every GOP official at the county and state level to demand a recount and investigate the tallies.

3. Register to help at True the Vote to be on hand IN YOUR STATE – even if you are not one of the 5 listed.

4. Sign the PETITION for Congress to challenge the election results.

5. Contact your local press to keep up pressure of incidents in your city as you get evidence of fraud. This includes comments, letters to the editor and “tip line” calls.

MOST OF ALL PRAY. If we do not get this addressed in this election – it is NOT far fetched to think we could loose the House in 2014 and not even select our own candidates in the 2016 primaries.

Here’s the Good News on Romney’s Loss

Of course, the flip side of that is that you probably wouldn’t TAKE a million dollars to have to go through it again.

Meet your new million dollar gift from God.

The 5 stages come quickly in an electronic MTV age when denial and anger morph into depression and acceptance without even having time to bargain for a hopeless outcome. But Politijim is here to help. I may have been gone for a while but have not been exiled to obscurity – at least not yet.

There are many good reasons we should accept the humiliating defeat by Mitt Romney to an undocumented alien with record unemployment (23 million), record debt ($1 Trillion+ per year) who ordered the apparent murder of a US Ambassador and who has been proven by a law enforcement agency to have forged his birth certificate and selective service records (not to mention his Social Security Number and heterosexuality.)

I already ranted on Facebook about the “I told you so” to the GOP so it is time to move on and accept WHY this defeat will actually HELP America rather than seal its demise.

REASON #1: REALITY WILL FINALLY PREVAIL OVER RHETORIC

As shown by the great Dan Mitchell, it is no accident that Obama has the WORST recovery record in jobs and GDP in history. He will NOT cut taxes or reduce spending. And with the $4,200/year in new taxes coming for the average American family as well as the soaring health care costs and increased Medicaid costs to Seniors - even his OWN constituents will finally realize how terrible the economy is under the putative President.

No amount of Chris Matthews/Gloria Mitchell/Rachael Maddow perfumed prose will cover the cow sh*t most Americans will be walking in within the year. We won’t have to say a thing.

THIS IS GOOD NEWS. When people can’t pay their cable bill because gas is $8/gallon and a gallon of milk tops $6 – reality will do what the RNC failed to do. Namely, get across the point that socialism sucks and it ain’t stopping under the DEMs.

REASON #2: OBAMA WILL BE DISGRACED AS PRESIDENT

Benghazi isn’t going to be buried. GOP Congressmen have already announced hearings and Gingrich rightly agreed and that, “you cant have an incident of this scale – an Ambassador being killed for the first time since Jimmy Carter in 1980 – and Congress has an obligation to look into it.”

Many on my Twitter timeline doubt that the GOP has the rocks to also go after (finally) the incredulous forgeries and blatant disregards for the constitution. That may be true. But Fast and Furious is still a LEGAL matter and Benghazi will not be buried by key GOP Congressmen and our military. There WILL be impeachment proceedings (although I’m calling for treason charges). Much like Bill Clinton who survived an NBC expose’ of his rape of Juanita Broderick, Obama will be reelected only to face the reality of the charges in his second term. He will NOT, however, find enough willing Democrats who are up for reelection in 2014 to go along with his destructive agenda and he certainly won’t buy a vowel as Clinton did and tack center/right to remain in the favor of the American people. He will finally hang himself.

Gingrich is also correct that Obama can NOT escape the catastrophe of Hurricane (SuperStorm) Sandy. Even if the mainstream continues to hide it nationally (which will be difficult being in a major media market), it’s weight will wear on previously willing accomplices like Christie and local representatives who have no one else to blame.

The good news is that with the unending corruption and an invigorated TEA Party and military, a weighty enough necklace might begin choking the free reign Barack believes he enjoys. Democrats know there is no way in hell that Biden would get elected and the inevitable debt, unemployment and economy would finally cause many to turn on a President with no more power to hold over their heads. The BEST news is that even if Obama is likely to dribble out the clock on 4 more years he will be disgraced as a SITTING President with an even more energized opposition. And it should set up a REAL conservative rather than the milquetoast moderate we had in Dole, McCain and Mitt.

REASON #3: BOILING OF THE TEA PARTY

Granted, a lot of TEA candidates got their pots kicked. Some due to desertion by Republican establishment types trying to please their MSM masters – and some due to their own weakness as orators and disciplined statesmen. But don’t think the TEA Party has gone away. The ObamaCareTax bite only gets deeper and more rabid causing an even GREATER entrenchment by those that began the fight only two years ago. We TEA types, however, must not get suckered into the false delusion we are great in number. An example was Ohio where:

According to exit polls Tuesday, 21% of respondents said they supported the tea-party movement, with 30% opposing it and 41% remaining neutral.

We are solid but we require MUCH help from those who aren’t fully devoted to our cause. They WILL however rally on a clear message.

TEA is best served FISCALLY (not socially) where clear economic advantages are evident. And with the number of unemployed likely to rise with increased regulations through Obama’s EPA and Department of Agriculture, combined with a strangling of small business that creates most jobs – a clear ECONOMIC opposition will continue to gain ground. I know that historians always found it odd that Christianity flourished where its oppression was most intense. The same is true with the remaining Americans who understand the HOPE of this nation to be a FREE people even before being a prosperous one.

I am witness to dozens of personal friends who weren’t even politically active less than 4 years ago who give a MINIMUM of 10+ hours per week to local TEA and GOP reform efforts. Ted Cruz is one of them. And the appeal of Sarah Palin and Newt Gingrich grows STRONGER with the failure of still another mushy moderate trying to market themselves as a Conservative 9.0. But it DOES require skilled and experienced politicians to gather around for local races. In the primaries TEA-ers had a 44% success rate at challenging the establishment. And those that lost have learned, grown up and gotten wiser. It’s a long, long road – but the forces traveling down it are not getting discouraged or disillusioned – only more determined.

The just need to re-woo the Libertarian wing that may indeed have cost Romney the election. We have a fiscal commonality that is organic. And we aren’t going anywhere – especially as the screws tighten. In fact MORE should join as they feel the pain of the socialistic government.

REASON #4: JESUS (and YVWH) Love Us.

It is an indisputable fact that this nation was formed in covenant with an Almighty God. It is also an indisputable fact that 9 of the 10 worst natural disasters in the US have come in conjunction with an anti-biblical policy against Israel. BOTH political parties adopted a platform that went against God’s Word. Both candidates advocated the splitting of Israeli land from land God Himself ordained for His people. Forget for a moment that the postage stamp-sized country is being asked to give up land to a people that the Arabs (with massive land surrounding them) have refused to provide it for THOUSANDS of years. Forget also that Israel is a SOVERIGN nation that doesn’t need to answer to America or anyone else to do as they please. Hurricane Sandy formed (literally) the night of the final Presidential debate where BOTH candidates made their (unbiblical) positions clear.

And that’s not the half of it. “We the People” elected a man who voted 3 times to kill a baby if it survived a failed abortion. We continue to allow unborn babies with beating hearts and brainwaves to be killed in their mother wombs. We openly adopted God’s sacred institution of marriage for a union God clearly calls “an abomination.”

Sure, the left laughs (as do some on the right) at the hilarity of the ignoramuses who not only believe in God, but tie major world events to it. Funny how they can’t explain the thousands of documented miracles that occurred including many that founded this nation. It was so profound that reformed playboy, world leading scientist and “theist” Benjamin Franklin stated,

If those that had a front row seat to the improbable (some say impossible) forming of a nation claim convincing proofs that God is involved here, who are we to say otherwise? Could we possibly understand the perfectly timed fog that allowed Washington to escape defeat at New York or gain victory at Trenton?

Franklin understood this and demanded that we ask “the assistance of heaven” for our endeavors as a nation. It is not so hard to imagine then that a loving God who desires His children to come into obedience, increasingly turn up the pressure SO THAT they can operate with His spiritual laws that provide peace and prosperity as we saw in the early years of this country when we eagerly sought His grace.

It is certainly possible to me that life will increasingly become like that of godless Europe with excessive taxation, sputtering economies and turmoil unless we heed the KEY He has provided us:

Conclusion

So yes. If the economic and even emotional pain finally drive us to seek God instead of the next magic politician or political movement that will supposedly save us from our woes – this can be a good thing.

We have legions of new patriots who have awoken at the war cry of the past few years.

We have knowledge that we can not rely on ANY political party to do the right thing and we CAN cause hard fought victories like Ted Cruz and Pat Toomey.

We understand this is going to be hard and we will have to sacrifice our comforts to take responsibility to “right the ship” in everything from our local school board to our national elections. And we will be fought every step of the way.

And we know that at multiple times in America’s history we have called upon God – be it FDR’s prayer before WW2 or Lincoln’s prayer for a divided country to become united – and He has answered. Prosperity and peace DID follow.

I doubt we can wait on Barack to call for a national day of prayer and fasting – but we can individually call out as we teach our children and neighbors how serious this has become.

In 2009 I held up a sign at the first TEA Party rally declaring that our children would have to come up with $34,000 to pay our bills. It has now soared to nearly $52,000 and our money is on the way to be worthless in the next 5 years at the rate we are spending and printing money.

We will repent for our nation.

We will work to be responsible for the power we have as “We the People.”

We will walk in faith that as we do we EVERYTHING we can to elect strong conservatives, God will show up and move on this country to not just heal our land – but to heal our consciences which have become dull to His pleading.

And if that takes a little pain to wake up enough people to reach Him – then all of this will have been worth it, if only for our children.

NAACP Silent on “Ugly, Black Babies” Abortionist

The black community should be outraged because Ashutosh Virmani is a brazen racist and his statement supports what we already know of the billion dollar abortion industry--black babies are targeted because they are seen as poor, worthless and maybe even "ugly."

The National Black ProLife Union believes this is a continuance of the “Negro Project,” of Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood against the African American community.

Planned Parenthood was founded by a racist named Margaret Sanger who made it her life's work to limit the growth of the black population in America. She felt so strongly about this she initiated the "Negro Project" in 1939. The objective of the "project" was to infiltrate the black community by presenting birth control, sterilization and abortion as health options for black women.

To this day, Planned Parenthood's billion dollars a year, genocidal formula continues to kill women and children -- with Black women and children being disproportionately targeted for abortion.

Tonya Reaves, who was only 24, died Friday, July 20, 2012 on the operating table of a Chicago Planned Parenthood. According to a local CBS television station Tonya died of a hemorrhage due to an abortion.

The truth is that abortion is not safe for the women who experience physical and emotional problems for years and years after having an abortion -- abortion is not safe for the 4,500 innocent babies that are brutally slaughtered each and every day in America, and abortion is most certainly not safe for the young women who die at the hand of an abortionist.

Romney Just Did What Reagan Should Have Done and Nominated a Jack Kemp for VP

I'll admit I haven't always been Paul Ryan's biggest fan as you can tell by a previous post of mine titled "Paul Ryan is Overrated and his Budget Plan Sucks" which incidentally is getting quite a bit of traffic now that he is the VP pick (I seem to have trashed the entire current GOP ticket). And I stand by my criticisms of him. I think many on the right are just so in love with Paul Ryan that they aren't looking at his plans critically, especially the tax reform section of his budget plan which could easily increase taxes on a lot of middle class Americans thanks to its planned elimination of deductions. Also, in 2011 his ACU rating was only 80, thanks to a couple of pro-Union votes and votes for big spending bills.

But putting all that aside, I do think he is a great pick by Romney for VP. I'm actually quite surprised he picked Ryan as Ryan clearly overshadows him. He's young, energetic, very well spoken and clearly a leader in the GOP. Many, in fact, had been pressuring him to run for President himself. Romney's pick of Ryan is clearly a testament of him putting the country first as well as his business acumen. In the private sector, you want to hire the most talented people available as that increases your profit. In politics, you seem to more often be looking to check boxes.

So how do I reconcile my earlier criticism of Ryan with my stance that he is a great pick? Here are some reasons:

My earlier criticisms sprouted from everyone gushing over his budget plan, so I thought I'd point out some very specific imperfections within the plan and within Ryan's record. But we don't live in a perfect world and nobody who Romney was going to pick was going to be 100% conservative/libertarian. He was never going to pick a Jim DeMint or a Rand Paul to be his VP but Ryan was one of the better choices. If Romney had picked someone like Rob Portman, I'd be shaking my head today. Portman is essentially a Bush Republican who doesn't stand for much. Ryan, on the other hand, definitely stands for a lot. He stands for the America that we used to have, an America that can come back under the right leadership.
If you look at Ryan's lifetime ACU rating of 91.69, he compares quite favorably to people we think of as stalwart conservatives. Newt had a lifetime rating of 90, Dick Cheney had a 91 and Jack Kemp had an 89. That's pretty good company, I'd say and as he has been in Congress for 14 years, you can't say there aren't enough datapoints to reach a conclusion.
Looking at the big picture, picking Ryan is the same as if Reagan had picked Jack Kemp in 1980, who was also a relatively youthful and charismatic House reformer who was the darling of conservatives. Back then though Reagan felt he need to balance the ticket with someone from the establishment with a long record and chose George H.W. Bush. This one pick gave control of the GOP to the Bush family for 20 years following Reagan's departure from office as being the VP automatically gives you an advantage when running for President (especially if that Presidency is successful). This pick has the potential to give the GOP to the reformers for years to come. People who won't shirk from tackling Medicare despite the fact that its considered a "third rail" in politics. These are the people we need to have in power in order to keep America from sliding further towards bankruptcy. Not thinking to the future is definitely one of the problems I had with W. I'm a huge Dick Cheney fan but it was pretty clear due to his health that he wouldn't be President. Not having someone waiting in the wings for two terms meant that we had to settle for a John McCain in 2008.

I also just want to add one more thing, I'm relatively impressed with how Romney has been campaigning for President. I expected that once his challengers dropped out that he would immediately tack towards the left (I really thought he'd be the etch-a-sketch candidate), which is something even Reagan did in 1980. But he hasn't really, he is campaigning as a conservative and doubled down on that by picking Paul Ryan as his VP. While he isn't a bomb thrower like Newt, the main substance of his speeches are probably no different than what a Newt would say if he were in the same position. He is offering a real choice for voters and driving Democrats nuts.

What else could I want?

RESULT: The GOP gives back 4-8 percentage points.

This assessment is not at all related to my role with True the Vote, a non-partisan, grassroots effort to restore election integrity. This assessment is from my perspective as a magna cum laude graduate in Political Science. It is not about right and wrong. It is not about constitutionality. It is not about whether
or not Paul Ryan is a good man, a fiscal conservative or a real patriot.

This is purely about Political Science as it relates to running campaigns and winning elections.

We have two major political parties in the U.S. We have the “corrupt party” and the “stupid party.” In the last two weeks the Communist Party has furthered its reputation as corrupt with the Obama PAC TV spot accusing Mitt Romney of causing the death of a woman from cancer and the laughable statements from Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Deborah Whatshername Schultz.

From the perspective of Political Science, last night and this morning the GOP proved once again why it has earned the title “the stupid party.” Last night in the White House Chief of Staff Valerie Jarrett and DNC Chair Debbie Whatshername Schultz were exchanging high fives over the GOP selection. Joe Biden tried to join in, but kept missing and hitting Debbie on the forehead. Fortunately, Debbie was stoned as usual and didn’t notice.

I look at the same polls that Dick Morris sees. In the swing/battleground states Romney has been ahead and has been gaining momentum. The selection of Paul Ryan will give back to the Commies somewhere between 4-8 percentage points of the popular vote. At this time I can’t tell what impact that has on the electoral vote.

Unbelievably, the GOP has played right into the hands of the CommieCrat narrative that the GOP:

Is White.
Is Male.
Is Wealthy.
Cares more about cutting taxes for the rich than helping the poor and elderly with their medical needs.

It doesn’t matter whether any of the above is true or not. It matters that the CommieCrats are EXPERTS at selling this narrative and that the stupid party missed a key chance to eliminate one or two of the key CommieCrat talking points. They will make good use of these fables to re-gain lost ground.

(For perspective, I subscribe under assumed names to the email newsletters of every Commie elected official in East Texas. By 10:00 a.m. CDT this morning each of them had sent out their email blast attacking Paul Ryan and the GOP with the very talking points I’ve summarized above.)

Let’s examine the problem further.

THE GOP STRATEGY

The stupid party has absolutely NO CLUE how to play OFFENSE. It is ALWAYS on the defensive, defending itself against CommieCrat initiatives, always allowing the Commies to play OFFENSE.

The selection of Paul Ryan was a typical GOP defensive move. How?

Ryan does not offend the key base of GOP financial contributors. The GOP believes MONEY is the key to winning any election, so their base of contributors is of highest priority. Picking Ryan defends the financial base.

As a favorite son, Ryan helps the GOP defend its recent gains in the swing state of Wisconsin.

Paul Ryan has NEVER said anything memorable, let alone controversial. So the GOP has defended itself against haunting echoes of any memorable speech.

The GOP has made some gains among fiscally conservative Tea Party types. Paul Ryan is associated with some efforts to slow down government growth (not reverse it), and this helps the GOP defend its gains among conservative activists.

Now the GOP will again find itself defending Paul Ryan’s budget bills against accusations that he was going to “push grandma off the cliff on medical benefits.”

THE VOTER SEGMENT BATTLEGROUND

20% of legally registered voters are avowed Progressive/Communists. They cannot be moved.

40% of legally registered voters identify themselves as “conservative,” and will likely vote with the GOP.

That means that the election battle is for the 40% in the middle.

Half of this middle group (20%) is the “ill informed” segment. Though they claim generally Christian and conservative values, they swallow all the crap that the Commies throw out there. They buy the “social justice” crap through their churches and drink the Kool-Aid on most welfare issues. The GOP is probably incapable of “de-programming this group, and they can easily go with the CommieCrats.

So now it’s 40/40 for the GOP and the Commies. The battle comes down to the remaining 10%. These are the “un-informed.” They don’t care about politics. They don’t do any research for themselves. They think politics is boring. But they watch TV and are, therefore, subject to the lies and distortions broadcast by the state run media. And, they do turn out to vote every so often.

Polls have shown that Obama has lost 10-15 percentage points of his previously strong black voting base. With an all-white ticket on the GOP side, the Commies have a good chance to recover some of that lost ground on purely racial propaganda.

Polls have also shown that enthusiasm among Black voters for Obama has waned and the likely voter turnout will not be as high in 2012 as it was in 2008. Ryan’s selection gives the Commies a chance to re-invigorate and re-energize that base, again purely along the lines of race and a threat to welfare entitlements.

THE GOP HOPE

The GOP will again snatch defeat from the jaws of victory UNLESS it breaks tradition and goes on OFFENSE, quickly adopts and organizes grassroots tactics and spends every penny it has exposing Obama with no holds barred.

In the just-completed Texas GOP primary for U.S. Senate, the RINO Texas Lieutenant Governor played the part of the CommieCrats. He attacked Tea Party Ted Cruz with vicious TV ads very much like what the Commies will use against the GOP ticket between now and November.

Cruz countered with a massive, Tea-Party-led grassroots effort that involved literally thousands of hours of block walking by dedicated conservatives who countered every Dewhurst advertising point in one-on- one discussions on the front porches of voters.

Though out-spent by $29 Million, the Cruz campaign pulled off a 14 percentage point win. Cruz even had campaigners at every single voting location reaching the “un-informed” voters and literally winning votes on the asphalt just outside the voting area. It worked. Grassroots work can overcome mass media every time.

I don’t know whether or not the GOP understands this. I suspect that the establishment of the party will remain the stupid party. If Obama is to be defeated in November, it will not be because the GOP did anything right. It will be because conservative activists across the country get off their asses, out of their homes and into the neighborhoods and community centers to educate the “un-informed voters” (10%) on the truth about the candidates.

CONCLUSION

Does Paul Ryan’s selection improve the GOP’s chances of winning in November? No.

I like Paul Ryan. I’ve read his bills. I think he’s smart. I think he’s a good guy.

I heard him speak at the Texas GOP Convention in Fort Worth in June. He was very informative. He was very knowledgeable. He was very boring.

The stupid party is not capable of beating Hussein Obama. They will try over and over to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. If Hussein is to be defeated, it will be up to “We the People” to make it happen.

So what else is new?

Would You “Roll” Pelosi for $4 Billion?

The news from the “Caribou Coffee” emails has centered almost exclusively around the likely illegal acts by the White House to conduct lobbying offsite to deceive and subvert lobbying disclosure laws. That’s bad.

But what is much more damning to me is this excerpt from those emails:

“I will roll [P]elosi to get the 4 billion,”
Messina told Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America lobbyist Jeffrey Forbes.

“As you may have heard I am literally rolling over the house. But there just isn’t 8-10 billion.”

Aside from the preventative Pepto-Bismol prescription one might need to sequester thoughts of what “rolling Pelosi” might entail, there are far more insidious issues to consider from this revelation. What Obama, the FDA and Big Pharma did is literally killing people.

Fake School Collects Taxes And Wastes Money By Simply Ignoring Texas Law - Or Faking It

PolitiJim readers will remember the retired, 30 year school teacher who began to expose a “fake” school district in Houston that collects millions of tax payer dollars but has no official students. She hasn’t stopped her crusade against waste and, in fact, has nearly single handedly taken this $100 million monstrosity on by herself which should be a lesson to all T.E.A. Party patriots everywhere. By attending meetings, filing Freedom of Information Act requests and publicizing her findings through TexasTrashTalk.com, she has begun to get the attention of the State Attorney General and others.

Sarah P: Here is your power of one.

The back story summary is this: When INDEPENDENT School Districts (ISDs) began to take the place of COUNTY school districts back in the 1950’s – the COUNTY districts either were merged into the new ISD’s or just shut down. Through Texas political hijinks, payoffs and manipulation, the power brokers kept their “fake school” long after students were no longer enrolled, and kept their taxing authority in place to fleece Houston area residents. This obsolete district, does take children for services from other schools, but taxpayers are ALREADY paying state taxes for these exact same services performed by regional service centers. Meanwhile they spend $100K for the mayor of nearby towns, lavish dinners and hundreds of thousands on liberal lobbyists to get more Federal money. In other words, tax payers are paying for bureaucrats to find ways to be taxed more.

When this “fake” school district (the Harris County Board of Education, or HCDE) failed to report their redistricting boundary changes, HCDE sued the county to cover up their mistake. And that may not have been very smart. The combination of picking a fight with the Harris County (Houston) Commissioners while voting to put Harris County taxpayers at risk for an additional $1 Million to start a for-profit business that will compete with other Harris County, and Texas businesses, may finally be the heap of hubris that will halt this decades long scam.

TexasTrashTalk.com (TTT) has peeled layer after stinking layer of fraud and abuse, but has finally figured out what they’ve been hiding all this time. Namely, they either ignore the laws that keep them in operation – or simply rewrite them without the knowledge of the State of Texas.

TTT has outlined three areas that explain how HCDE has hidden their tax payer theft.

By law,the $18 million HCDE collects from county property owners is to be distributed to the REAL schools (ISD’s) in Harris County. But not a single penny has made it to a single ISD. HCDE simply ignores the law.
Another law dictates that these collected taxes ONLY be used in Harris County. But HCDE underwrites infrastructure and administration costs for servicing 400 other schools – many in places like Minnesota and Massachusetts! Again, HCDE simply ignores the law.
In another case when HCDE didn’t ignore the law – THEY SIMPLY REWROTE IT in their own literature. They changed language in a bill that told them to provide information to the Commissioner of Education into language to perform any functions conferred on them by the Commissioner of Education.

AND this hidden little bureaucracy has been doing it for DECADES! How? Because no citizen until to now has taken the responsibility to truly ask what they are doing. Or to persistently find out what LAW gives them the right to take our money.

T.E.A. Party patriots, THIS is how you do it. You show up, ask questions and research. And unchecked, government only grows and grows and grows until there are too many greedy pigs feeding at the trough to fight to remove it.

Likely if you don’t do it – no one will.

Just as the corrupt politicians get their “experience” and track record to run for higher office from these little entry level government entities – so too can we cultivate good government watchdogs.
