Cozem-se as lentilhas em agua temperada com sal.&lt;br /&gt;
Entretanto faz-se um refogado com a cebola o alho e o azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando estiver louro deita -te o tomate e rega-se com o vinho deita-se sal e uns pingos de tabasco e juntam-se os enchidos.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixa-se cozinhar.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Por fim juntam-se as lentilhas deixam-se mais uns minutos e serve -se de seguida.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Liga-se o forno a 180ºc, forra-se um tabuleiro com papel vegetal que se unta.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Bate-se a manteiga com o açúcar até ficar homogéneo.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Juntam-se os ovos um de cada vez batendo entre cada adição.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Dissolve-se o bicarbonato na agua quente e junta-se na mistura anterior.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Junta-se de seguida a farinha misturando bem.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;E por fim o chocolate &amp;nbsp;e as avelãs, envolve-se &amp;nbsp;muito bem e deitam-se colheradas de massa no tabuleiro.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Vai a cozer cerca de 20 minutos.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Retiram-se e deixam-se arrefecer&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Estende-se uma folha de massa filo e pincela-se com manteiga,dobra-se ao meio.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Faz-se o mesmo com a outra e depois colocam-se uma sobre a outra.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Cortam-se dois circulos , que se colocam-se sobre as formas de tarteletes forrando-as.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Reserva-se.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Corta-se a cebola em rodelas finas, regam-se com um pouco de azeite e vão ao lume alourar.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Junta-se o fiambre em cubos e o chouriço cortado em bocados pequenos os cogumelos picados,tempera-se com pimenta.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Adiciona-se o molho de tomate e o vinho branco ,deixa-se cozinhar uns minutos mexendo de vez em quando.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Enchem-se as formas com este recheio.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Parte-se um ovo e coloca-se sobre o recheio,deita-se um pouco de fôr de sal.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Vão ao forno a cozer cerca de 15 minutos.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Retiram-se ,deixam-se arrefecer um pouco para poder desenformar .&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Servem-se decoradas com cebolinho&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Junta-se a manteiga e a bolacha e amassa-se bem até estar bem ligado.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Coloca-se um aro num prato e á volta colocam-se as folhas de acetato.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Deita-se a massa de bolachas e forra-se o fundo calcando bem.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Lavam-se e descascam-se as maças e cortam-se em cubinhos.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Colocam-se numa frigideira com a manteiga o açúcar a canela e o vinho do porto.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Vai ao lume brando mexendo até a fruta cozer mas sem se desfazer.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Deixa-se arrefecer e verte-se metade sobre a base de bolacha.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Coloca-se as folhas de gelatina de molho em agua fria.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Num tacho deita-se o leite condensado as gemas o sumo e raspa de limão, e leva-se ao lume mexendo sempre até ferver.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Retira-se e juntam-se as folhas de gelatina espremidas,mexendo para se dissolverem.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Deixa-se o creme arrefecer e depois envolvem-se as natas batidas.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Verte-se o creme sobre as maças ,alise e vai ao frio para solidificar.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;No momento de servir retira-se o aro as folhas de acetato e dispôe-se os restantes cubos de maça por cima.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Tira-se a pele ás alheiras e com um garfo esmagam-se.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Pica-se a cebola e o dente de alho e vai alourar no azeite.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Junta-se as alheiras e vai-se mexendo sempre.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;De seguida &amp;nbsp;juntam-se as batatas ,envolvem-se bem.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Batem-se os ovos ,junta-se &amp;nbsp;salsa e mistura-se no preparado anterior.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Mexe-se bem para que os ovos cozinhem.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Serve-se polvilhado com salsa e serve com azeitonas.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Entretanto mistura-se o açucar com a canela e reserva-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Unta-se com manteiga uma forma de bolo com buraco no meio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;No fim do programa despeja-se a massa sobre uma zona enfarinhada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;E com o rolo da massa estende-se até ter um quadrado com cerca de 20 cm de lado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Com um faca cortam-se 30 quadrados com cerca de 3 cm ,uns ficaram maiores que outros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Com esses quadrados fazem bolas que se passam na manteiga derretida e depois na mistura de açúcar e canela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;E vão-se colocando na forma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Deixa-se cozinhar uns 10 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Se preciso rega-se com mais vinho .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Depois adicionam-se as ervilhas tempera-se com sal e pimenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Coloca-se outra panela pequena ao lume com água,sal e umas gotas de limão.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Quando a agua levantar fervura deitam-se os ovos com muito cuidado e deixam-se cozer mas não muito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Piquei a cebola coloquei numa frigideira reguei com um pouco de azeite e levei ao lume para alourar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Quando estava translúcida reguei com molho de soja e cerveja ,deixei uns minutos e juntei a soja espremida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Temperei com&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.casadosal.pt/" target="_blank"&gt;flôr de sal da casa do sal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;e com pimenta preta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Deixei cozinhar uns dez minutos mexendo de vez em quando.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;De seguida juntei os pês de broculos e a cenoura já previamente cozidos,juntei ainda alguns cogumelos laminados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Deixei uns minutos a cozinhar e adicionei três c.(sopa) de molho de tomate com basilico que compro no Pingo Doce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Mistura-se tudo muito bem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;De seguida junta-se a massa de arroz já cozida e escorrida envolve-se muito bem e deixa-se uns minutos .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"&gt;Polvilha-se com um pouco de alecrim e esta pronta a servir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
