Well, I definitely had asked Jesus for mercy 9 months before at a Baptist Church in hendersonville!! That is when the war began...I was riding back from helping to do some insulating at an apartment complex in Tusculum and had almost made it home on Old Hickory Blvd. when some guys who were high and drinking{probably} pulled their large 1977 Monte Carlo out in front of my motorcycle.Never had a chance.I plowed into the car totaling it and my self out! I was taken to a nearby hospital and later transfered to another downtown.I had a rt. femoral and tib/fib fracture, a crushed rt. wrist and a massive head injury.I was in a coma for about 2 and a half weeks.I also contracted a staph infection while there.I remember seeing a teacher from R.N. school and my sister.I had gone to a dark place after having about a 2 week nightmare.My Momma said the Dr. had said he didnt know why I had died nor why I had come back but there is your son.The staff that took care of me were also fellow students with me at TSU.The teachers came by to see me and hence that pHD knew of it as well.I encountered no light, nor could identify any spiritual beings.This was NOT my first time though.I had been poisoned Dec 1974 and had a talk with the Lord or His angel, and was given a choice.It is late at night and I am getting tired and we all know what may come of that.I will try again to send another pic from Isreal. I died in Batist hospital june 1980.Have witnesses..who upon seeing me the next year{at TSU} looked like they were seeing a ghost.It was just myself. The pHd in charge of special needs for admissions had me stay after every one else had left andf asked me what it was like to be dead.. So I have to believe..=)

This is SOO true. I honestly believe God is moving elsewhere across the globe for a few reasons. First, those new believers in faraway countries have a childlike faith with regards to miracles. And secondly, He uses the weak to confound the strong.

Most of the healings and miracles I ever hear about is from a 3rd world country.

What an amazing sister--to live and breathe God's Spirit 24/7--I thought this could only be me when in heaven. Her faith is so blessed. The first young man that rose from the dead--very symbolic of how when we forgive others, that's it's not just for the healing of the person we're forgiving, but also the healing for ourselves. After the men that killed him were freely forgiven, that is the exact moment when that man's injuries totally vanished. Amazing. Amazing God!!

This ministry works in the poorest parts of Africa. When they have a service, they sing, dance, watch a movie about Jesus, and she asks for a deaf or blind person from the village. One that everyone knows and testifies to their being deaf or blind. She asks CHILDREN - children are purest in heart - to help her pray for the individual, WHEN (almost every time) they are given a miracle, it opens the people to the gospel, and she can preach about Jesus. How great is our God!

Is it a medical mystery or a miracle? A South ... all » Florida man pronounced dead from a massive heart attack and then brought back to life. His doctor says the man was raised from the dead by a simple prayer. Seven's Louis Aguirre has the story.

Dr. Chauncey Crandall isn't your usual doctor. The world-renowned cardiologist is a man of medicine and science, but he's also a man of faith.

Dr. Chauncey Crandall: "If you come in with a problem into our service, we are definitely going to treat you with conventional medicine, but we are going to believe it too. We are going to attack it with conventional medicine, and we are going to attack it with prayer."

He calls himself the Christian physician because he prays with each heart patient he sees at his Palm Beach practice. The difference, he says, is dramatic.

Dr. Chauncey Crandall: "The reason I pray for people is because I found, early in my trained practice, that there were miracles, unexplained healings."

But even his strong faith could not prepare him for what would happen the day Jeff Markin walked into the Palm Beach Gardens emergency room.

Jeff Markin: "I drove to the Garden's Hospital, went in, took out my wallet and fell on the floor with a massive heart attack."

For 40 minutes doctors and nurses in the ER tried to revive him. When they couldn't get his heart started again they called for Dr. Crandall, who was doing rounds in the hospital at the time.

Dr. Chauncey Crandall: "As I entered the ER it was like a war zone. Here was this lifeless body on a stretcher."

The doctor couldn't do anything and could only confirm what everyone already knew, Jeff was dead. He had gone almost an hour without a heartbeat, and his body was starting to decompose.

Dr. Chauncey Crandall: "His face, his arms, his legs were pitch black with death. I said, 'Let's just call the code, let's end it because there's no life left.'"

As Dr. Crandall turned to leave, he says he got another call this time, a call from God to pray.

Dr. Chauncey Crandall: "A voice told me to turn around and pray for that man. I looked down at the body, and I said, 'Lord, what can I pray for this man? He's gone.' All of a sudden these words came out, 'Father, I cry out for this man's soul, if he does not know, you raise him from the dead.'"

Despite protests from doctors and nurses who were preparing Jeff's body for the morgue, doctor Crandall insisted they shock him one more time.

Dr. Chauncey Crandall: "So that doctor came over with those paddles and blasted that man and, all of a sudden, instantly a perfect heartbeat came up on the monitor. The stomach started moving, the chest started moving. This man started breathing on his own, and I said, 'This man has been prayed for, he has been brought back from the dead by prayer in the name of Jesus.'"

Louis Aguirre: "So where was Jeff during all of this? He believes he left his body and crossed over to the after life."

Jeff Markin: "I was actually standing in the back of the funeral home, and I came to realize that this was my funeral.

But, in the middle of sitting alone in darkness, Jeff says a figure suddenly appeared to him.

Jeff Markin: "There was a figure that identified himself as Bob, and he was going to make sure that everything was going to be OK. I'm figuring that was my guardian angel. At that time, a very peaceful feeling and very relaxed feeling came over me, and then he said he had to go and, the next thing I know, I woke up in my daughter's arms."

He woke up to a second chance, one that can't be explained by medicine or science. As Dr. Crandall puts it, the only answer is divine intervention.

Dr. Chauncey Crandall: "You are speaking to a scientist, a cardiologist, someone who loves medicine. I've never, ever seen this. There are always people that do not believe these events, and I will just tell them that it did happen. It was a real story, a real life that was restored."

Jeff wasn't exactly a believer before that day. He didn't regularly attend church or read the Bible, but this experience has made him believe there is a higher purpose for his life.

Jeff Markin: "I feel like maybe I am supposed to be a messenger. I want to get the right message across that miracles do happen."

A miracle that brought him life after death.

Jeff Markin: "I'm so happy I have a second chance."

Louis Aguirre: "Jeff says he is now attending church mainly because he wants to figure out why he was chosen for a second chance at life."

Thanksgiving Can Raise The Dead!

John 11:41–42
41… And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. 42And I know that You always hear Me…

After Jesus had said these words, He cried with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth!” And the man who had been dead for four days came out of his tomb!

This is one of the greatest miracles that Jesus performed. Lazarus had been dead for four days when Jesus raised him to life. Wouldn’t you agree that death is indeed an extreme problem? Having no money in the bank, being sick and losing your job, bad as they are, are not as bad as being dead!

But what I want you to see is this: If Jesus, in the most extreme of problems, shows us that the solution is still, “Father, I thank You,” then how much more should we thank God in the midst of the less serious problems we face. If thanksgiving can raise the dead, then let us give thanks in spite of the negative circumstances and we will see victory.

Unfortunately, we tend to do the opposite — murmur and complain. But murmuring and complaining only magnify the problem. Thanksgiving, on the other hand, is the language of faith which pleases God. I am not saying that we give thanks for the problems we have. No, we thank God that He is our answer and that He has already given every blessing to us. (Ephesians 1:3)

“But Pastor Prince, what I have is so little.”

My friend, thank God for the little you have and it will multiply. Jesus thanked His Father for the five barley loaves and two small fish, a little boy’s lunch, and they were multiplied to feed more than 5,000 people with 12 baskets full of leftovers! (John 6:8–13) And notice that when the Holy Spirit talked about this event again, He specifically mentioned the Lord giving thanks — “the place where they ate bread after the Lord had given thanks”. (John 6:23) The Holy Spirit seemed to be more pleased with the act of giving thanks than the miracle of multiplication or the 12 baskets full of leftovers.

Beloved, the more you thank God, the more you please Him. What little you have will be multiplied and whatever is dead in your life will be raised to life!
