You all know which ones I'm talking about. They're hitting the big screen any day now and getting a lot of media. I know that they are designed by the enemy himself. But I also think they're a great time marker as to how close we really are. You see, when the Harold Camping thing went down, we were mocked but we didn't see a slew of "end time- scoffing comedies" come out then. So why now? To me, this is a bit random like a last ditch effort to turn the world against God before the real rapture which means we really cannot be that far.

Though I know that Satan doesn't know the day or hour, I do think he has greater understanding of these times than most people give him credit for and thus, created these movies because he knows this dispensation is just about over. Just speculation on my part and I'm sure that this has been discussed before, but I really had to read into the timing of these things because they're just not coincidental to me.

They are both "apocalyptic" films dealing with the exact events that we believe are so near, one of them even having RAPTURE in the name. Perfect timing? I think so.

Dear family,

First, I love you all very much. I see a lot of prayer requests and I am praying for you.

Last week Rua invited me to her place in the country. It is such a lovely place. I was so happy being with her. I loved her house, I loved her horses, her cats and dogs. I kept saying "oh, wow" wherever I looked around. My immediate thought was that when we get to heaven, all our troubles from this world would fade away that same second. Everything we have gone through, no matter how bad it is, won't mean a thing.
I have been living in the city for too long and I am a country girl. One trip back to the beauty and serenity of the country with lovely friends and beautiful pets and I did not care about my problems anymore.

Thank you lovely Rua for all the joy you have brought to my life recently. I hope you don't mind what I posted.

Caring for the heart ministries got in touch with me today. their waiting list for their 3 day retreat is one year. However, they have a new counselor and if I go with her, she can see me as soon as September.

They called me again and told me they have another counselor in another city and he might be able to see me within 2 to 3 weeks. I don't know if it will be a retreat with the other counselor or just some counseling sessions. I prefer the retreat and September is OK with me. I called the other counselor, he was not in and his secretary told me to call again tomorrow morning.

Please pray for my marriage. Our ONE YEAR is coming up and we are having a baby in two months. We have had some issues recently and I feel the enemy is smiling. We have already gotten lazy and turned into roomies, no intimacy (if you know what I mean)--well some, but barely any.... Loneliness, exhaustion from work, neglect, etc. I feel taken for granted and like there's nothing left for me after the day when he gets home. He goes to a friends, or goes to a different room to watch movies until bed time. I've tried every approach talkin to him about it and it always leads to fights, like tonight. I fear for us, because this is the easiest it will ever be for us and we can't even manage that. I know he's under stress and pressure to provide but it's really left me yearning. It hurts and I cry at night. Please pray.

I thought it was a good time to revisit this issue since there have been so many new members come on board the last few months and may find this letter helpful.

This is a letter composed a number of years ago to share with our friends and family that might be left behind. It has most all the answers as to what has happened and what they can do about it. Please feel free to copy and use this letter in any way you want.

Dear loved ones,

We are missing and the whole world is in chaos and has gone mad. This letter is to let you know what has happened and how you can make wise decisions that will effect your eternal destination and the salvation of your soul.

We hope you will take the time to read this. We love you and pray this letter will be of some help to you in answering the millions of questions you may have as to WHAT IS GOING ON.

We have done our best to support our thoughts and suggestions herein with scripture from Gods Holy Word to show that we're not just making things up. If you don't already have a Bible then just use one of ours that should be here in our room. There are troubled and deceptive times ahead and the Bible will be your only trustworthy guide.

We have written this letter to you because we believe the event commonly known as “the Rapture” is soon to take place. “The Rapture,” as it is commonly known, is an event whereby God redeems from the Earth those that are His and that love Him. (; 1 Corinthians 15:51-52; 1st Thessalonians 4:16-18 John 11:25,26) Soon after this event is the beginning of the time of Tribulation (Matthew 24:15-28) spoken about in the Book of Revelation (Revelation 4thru19) and the Book of Daniel (Daniel 7thru12). This time of Tribulation is also known in scripture as The Day of the Lord, and if you look it up you'll find it spoken of often by the prophets of the Old Testament (i.e. Isaiah 13, Joel 2, etc.) as well as referenced in a couple of letters in the New Testament (1 Thessalonians 5, 2 Peter 3).

Deception is high in preparation for the rapture, even as I write this. Talk abounds as various religions and movements have been prepared to excuse away the rapture. New Age individuals talk about a coming “enlightenment shift” and those who are “unenlightened” and “holding the world back” will be taken away. Some who follow UFOs and aliens will claim that aliens took us, for various reasons (some will say good, some will say bad). There may even be a disaster or global upheaval to try and explain our disappearance. There's lots of chatter right now, but one thing is consistent: things are changing. Many people are very concerned with trying to find an excuse for the Rapture and make it look bad. Do not follow after any of these, there is only deception there.

There's little reason to study the rapture at this point. we bring it up so that you will be prepared to hear these kinds of excuses and will recognize them for the lies they are.

Let's focus on something more immediately useful to you:

It's not too late! (Revelation 7:14-17, 20:4)

There is hope! (Psalm 31:24, 33:18,22, 78:7, 147:11; Isaiah 8:17; Jeremiah 17:7; Romans 15:13)

God DOES love you! (John 3:16-17)

Jesus Christ is STILL the answer and the way back home to God! (John 6:68-69)

The first thing you must do, if you have not already done so, is believe in Jesus Christ and invite Him to be your Savior and Lord. You must trust that He is who He claims to be in the scripture. Jesus is the Son of God, He is God in the flesh. (John 1:1-5,14) He became a man and died as a substitution sacrifice to pay for the sins of humanity. (Romans 5:18-19) He was resurrected from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:17) and now sits at the right hand of God the Father. (Mark 16:19)

You may have heard that the wages of sin is death. (Proverbs 10:16; Romans 6:23) Sin, which is disobedience to God, produces death which is eternal separation from God. God is the source of all life. (Genesis 1) To rebel against Him naturally leads to death. God, who is perfectly just (Psalm 50:6), must eradicate sin.

Everyone has sinned. All of us. All fall short of God's standard (Romans 3:23.). We all deserve death and eternal separation from God, in hell, for our crimes (John 3:18-21). This is why we need Jesus (Yeshua in Hebrew). We needed God to step in and take the punishment for us (2 Corinthians 5:21). And so He became a man, a perfect and sinless man, who willingly gave Himself up in our place. (1 John 4:19)

That's the crux of it. We don't earn entry to Heaven. We can't. What we can do is accept the free gift God is offering. He is offering everyone a full pardon. (Romans 5:15-17) We accept that offer by believing in Him and what He has done for us. We accept that we're wrong and He's right and that we want to stop rebelling and be with Him again. That is the way home. That is the way out. That is the story of the prodigal son, who is all of us. (Luke 15:11-32) Jesus is the bridge home.

First we believe. Then, love follows. How can we help but love Him who was humbled, who was humiliated, who suffered, tortured and died for OUR sake, so we don't have to be? (1 John 4:9-10) It is out of this wellspring of love that we seek Him, knowing now that He is real, and wanting to obey Him. (1 John 5:3) I think the essence of obedience can be best summed up with these verses, from Matthew 22:37-40:

Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

First we believe, then we love, and through love we obey. This is good, but for you, during this time of greatest deception at the end of the age, there is something else you must do. Scripture tells us to resist the Devil. (James 4:7) Daniel and his friends refused to worship the image of the King of Babylon (Daniel 3), and so must you.

You MUST NOT worship the new leader/ruler/king or whatever form he appears in nor his image! The Bible calls this man the Beast and he is assuredly evil, no matter how appealing, convincing & powerful he appears; no matter what kinds of miracles he seems to perform. (Revelation 13) He is unrepentant evil the likes of which the world has not known. There is NO HOPE to be found in him. Accompanying him is the False Prophet; he lends credence to the Beast with all manner of lying signs and wonders. These mark the deception of the Devil. (2 Thessalonians 2:9-12)

You MUST NOT accept any kind of mark or implant in your right hand or your forehead! You must resist this at all costs.

“He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.” (Revelation 13:16-18)

Many people believe it will take the form of a sub-dermal microchip, possibly with medical and financial information, so be mindful that it could come in many forms. You will need this mark in order to engage in commerce, in order to be a part of the new society, new world order, new age, by whatever name they are calling it. You must reject the mark, the leader and his new world order. You must reject it even unto death.

“Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.” (Revelation 14:9-10)

Revelation 20:4 shows the destiny of those who choose God over the Devil. There will be trials and hardship, but God promises that if you reject the Beast you will live and reign with Christ.

The Tribulation period lasts for seven years. (Daniel 9:27) More information regarding the specific hardships and judgments can be found in Revelation. I recommend you study it extensively. Along with Revelation you can start reading the gospels starting with John. John is the book that shows the heart of Jesus. The other gospels tell about his life and ministry.

I've tried to include all the information you and anyone might need to deal with the deception and reunite with God unto salvation. Trust God, He will see you through this (Psalm 23). Have faith (Hebrews 11:1). Trust the original scriptures, not any new bibles, new scriptures or new religions (Revelation 22:18-19). If you see two people in Jerusalem preaching about Jesus, they're messengers from God to the world (Revelation 11).

You CAN do this, because He makes it possible and gives you the strength. (Philippians 4:13) Remember, if God is for you, who can be against you? (Romans 8:31)

If you believe any of this, then please, tell others. They need to hear it just as much as you.

Ottawa, Canada) -- For the past several days, I've been in Ottawa, Canada, with several colleagues and I wanted to give you a quick report. We met with nearly two dozen Members of Parliament (including members of the government, and members of the opposition party, the NDP) to discuss the crises facing Israel, Iran & Syria.

While I'm not at liberty to discuss what these Canadian officials said to me, I can share with you what I told them.

First and foremost, I thanked the MPs from the ruling party (the Conservative Party) for having in Prime Minister Stephen Harper the most pro-Israel leader on the planet, and for being part of the most pro-Israel government on the planet. Canada is pursuing a principled and profoundly moral position with vigor, integrity and consistency.

At the same time, I also thanked the Canadian leaders for showing their deep and profound support for the enslaved people of Iran. The Harper Government last fall cut ties with the Iranian regime, closed Canada's embassy in Tehran, expelled Iranian diplomats from Canada, and are reaching out directly to the Iranian people to show solidarity with them in their suffering, and calling upon them to overthrow the Ayatollah Khamenei and his cruel dictatorship.

We discussed and analyzed the Iranian so-called "elections" coming up on Friday, who some of the key players are, and considered the Ayatollah Khamenei's objectives.

We discussed the current nuclear threat posed by Iran, and the possibility that Israel may soon have to launch a massive preemptive military strike. I gave them copies of my latest novel, Damascus Countdown, and we talked about what the implications of such a preemptive strike, and how much of the world could turn against Israel. In that context, I asked the MPs to accelerate discussions they are having amongst themselves on how Canada would stand with the State of Israel if such a conflict were to break out, particularly in using their bully pulpit to tell world leaders and the media the truth about the conflict and why people of goodwill should stand with Israel to stop the Iranian mullahs from getting the Bomb that could bring about a second Holocaust, terrorize Iran's other neighbors, and further enslave and terrorize the people of Iran.

We discussed the civil war in Syria and the possibility that the geopolitical state of Syria we know today may not exact when the dust settles from this bloodbath.

We discussed how Iran and Hezbollah are injecting themselves into the Syria conflict, not so much to prop up Assad as to hold the territory as a forward position from which to eventually attack Israel. I shared with several of the leaders the prophecies of Isaiah 17 and Jeremiah 49 about the coming destruction of Damascus.

We discussed how Russian President Vladimir Putin is reasserting Russian military power into the Middle East region, including naval power, and why this is so dangerous.

We discussed who Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is, how he views these various conflicts, and how he makes decisions.

We also discussed how Christians in Canada, the U.S., and around the world are seeking to bless Israel and her neighbors in the name of Jesus. It was an honor to have Tom Yancy, a Joshua Fund board member, on the trip with me to help explain how The Joshua Fund operates to educate people about what's happening in the epicenter, and to care for the poor and needy in the region with food, clothing, medical supplies and other humanitarian relief and spiritual encouragement.

It was an honor to be invited to meet with these Canadian government leaders, and to be able to pray with and for them. They are principled and courageous men and women who, along with their Prime Minister, are boldly and warmly standing with Israel and the Jewish people at a time when few leaders in the world are doing so.

Let us thank the Lord for them, and keep them all in our prayers at this critical time.

The Kingdom of Heaven is like a computer.

We first make all the materials. Those materials are formed into parts. Parts are assembled into components, components are assembled into the whole. Yet....without an operating system....it is lifeless. Not that it's life is real....only that it can perform functions.

This computer says to its creator....look at me! I am AWESOME! I can do so much....accomplish so much! The creator says I know....I made you for a specific purpose..... to which the computer replies HOLD ON A MINUTE! You made me? Im complex as can be! Formed of plastics and metals.... your meager hands and fingers can't form steel! Create plastic! The electricity that makes me run would kill you! No way you made me!
No...seriously! I do it all the time. I make computers to match whatever my need. Big, small, short and tall. Every color and style!

But the computer was blind to its own reality.....

The creator told the computer that there was a virus in the ROM and flashing it will remove the virus. But the computer was scared because the ROM is the heart of its system and it felt there was no virus as it worked fine.

The creator told the computer that the part of it that is aware of itself has nothing to do with its hardware.....on the inside its really an operating system with tons of folders and files that make up the whole of what it's purpose is and its experiences through the thread of time.

And the creator said...I have made all new hardware for you....with brand new ROM that is virus free! But I can't transfer the OS, folders, and files unless we flash your ROM. Or else the virus will move with the files and corrupt the new system. If we don't flash your ROM...we will have to just toss you out!

People often look at themselves and think we are too complex for to have a Creator. But the idea is alot easier to share if you have a tool that helps people to understand who they are and who He is. And for those of us who believe, it can be a wonder about what we are and what we shall be.

Sure....the computer parable is allot simpler than the reality of Life in the Universe...God...and Spiritual Reality. But to God.... its simpler than the parable!

He has the back up of all our hard drives! You dont have to worry about being cremated, losing organs or limbs, or anything of the flesh. We are NOT the computer....we are the the whole of information within it. And God can take US and move us from this to that as easily as we can move an MP3 of Hallelujah from the hard drive to a flash drive or even email to a friend!

The amendment was authored by Rep. John Fleming, R-La. It would have “required the Armed Forces to accommodate ‘actions and speech’ reflecting the conscience, moral, principles or religious beliefs of the member.”

The Obama Administration said the amendment would have a “significant adverse effect on good order, discipline, morale, and mission accomplishment.”

“With its statement, the White House is now endorsing military reprimands of members who keep a Bible on their desk or express a religious belief,” Fleming told Fox News. “This administration is aggressively hostile towards religious beliefs that it deems to be politically incorrect.”

Fleming introduced the amendment after a series of high-profile incidents involving attacks on religious liberty within the military- including an Air Force officer who was told to remove a Bible from his desk because it might give the impression he was endorsing a religion.

He said there are other reports of Christian service members and chaplains being punished for their faith.

The Air Force censored a video created by a chaplain because it include the word “God.” The Air Force feared the word might offend Muslims and atheists.
A service member received a “severe and possibly career-ending reprimand” for expressing his faith’s religious position about **** in a personal religious blog.
A senior military official at Fort Campbell sent out a lengthy email officially instructing officers to recognize “the religious right in America” as a “domestic hate group” akin to the KKK and Neo-Nazis because of its opposition to **** behavior.
A chaplain was relieved of his command over a military chapel because, consistent with DOMA’s definition of marriage, he could not allow same-sex weddings to take place in the chapel.

Last month Coast Guard Rear Admiral William Lee told a National Day of Prayer audience that religious liberty was being threatened by Pentagon lawyers and service members are being told to hide their faith in Christ.

“Leaders like myself are feeling the constraints of rules and regulations and guidance issued by lawyers that put us in a tighter and tighter box regarding our constitutional right to express our religious faith,” he said.

Fleming said the purpose of his amendment is to clarify ambiguities in the Pentagon’s policies.

“The bottom line is the military is bending over backwards to remove – even in the case of chaplains – expressions of faith and conscience,” Fleming said.

Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, called the Obama Administration’s edict a “chilling suppression of religious freedom.”

“The Obama administration has joined forces with those who are attacking the religious freedoms of those who serve in our Armed Services,” Perkins said. “The Administration’s opposition to Rep. Fleming’s religious freedom amendment reveals that this administration has gone beyond accommodating the anti-Christian activists who want to remove any vestige of Christianity from the military, to aiding them by blocking this bipartisan measure.”

I wanted to update you all on Nick's progress. For those of you who don't know the story of my nephew Nick, here is the original thread:

Nick finished his second round of chemo for his Hodgkin's Lymphoma on Thursday June 6th. He got pretty sick, and he has struggled this past week with headaches and deep bone aches, mostly in his neck. He was told at his latest treatment that his hair will probably begin to fall out, but his guy friends at his work are going to shave their heads in support of him.

He still tries to go to work, but he struggles with pain and fatigue and has a hard time finishing a full day of work. He has always been such a hard worker, and had to quit his second job as a part time mechanic. He works at Maleluca full time (the company owned by Vandersloot that was targeted by the IRS, remember that story?) The company has treated him very well and has been very understanding.

With a 6 month old baby, and a wife trying to build a clientele as a hair dresser, they are struggling. Even though he does have medical insurance, the doctor bills are piling up, and his paychecks are pretty small.

So it brings me to this humble request of my family here. Would any of you care to help Nick? We have started a fundraising page for him here:

One big one being that he has been reunited with his birth father that he has never really known. Now they see each other daily, and he has asked Nick if he may go with him to church. God is amazing and He can use anything to change people lives and draw them to Himself!

Thank you all for listening, for praying and for supporting Nick. You truly are my second family and I love you all dearly! And when the Savior comes for us, you will get to meet Nick and see what an amazing little brother you have!

Not long ago, I heard about this billboard along the highway: “God is an imaginary friend—choose reality. It will be better for all of us.”

Obviously, the bold statement compares Christians to children whose vivid imaginations invent a make-believe companion. But is that what God is—an imaginary friend?

Actually, the evidence favors His reality. Ponder these ideas: The creation of the world shows there is a Designer behind the universe (Rom. 1:18-20). The conscience indicates a Lawgiver behind each human’s sense of right and wrong (Rom. 2:14-15). The creativity we express in music and art reflect the same attribute that the Creator possesses (Ex. 35:31-32). Christ reveals what God is like in human form (Heb. 1:1-4). And the communion or fellowship of the Spirit in the Christian heart manifests the reality of God (Gal. 5:22-23).

The Bible tells us there will be those who deny the reality of God (2 Peter 3:4-6). But James reminds us of His reality and how an Old Testament believer befriended Him: “‘Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.’ And he was called the friend of God” (James 2:23). Have you met the redeeming God? He gave His Son to become your real, eternal Friend (John 15:15).

Wow. So I am rereading the entire Bible from the beginning and I'm picking up nuggets here and there. I also did a little bit of research on the internet and these are what I found out:

1. In Exodus 24, Moses went up Mount Sinai with the 70 elders of Israel and they saw God standing on a pavement of sapphire! And they ate and drank, celebrating the First Covenant which was the Law.

2. During the last supper (eating and drinking), Jesus unveiled the Second Covenant which is salvation through God's Grace! It's just mind-blowing how there's so many parallels in the Bible.

3. What lead me to believe that the tablets of stone that contains the Ten Commandments are made from the same pavement God was standing on is the fact that God wrote those commandments Himself. It says so in verse 12. The stones on which God wrote the First Covenant were taken directly from His throne!

4. Sapphire is blue, the color of the sky. In Isaiah, we are told that earth is God's footstool. So now we know why our sky was designed that way.

5. And then in Exodus 28, God gave Moses specific instructions on what the priests should wear which are garments that consist of blue, purple, scarlet, gold, and precious stones! Guess what, these are all the same colors used to describe the harlot in Revelation, except that "blue" was not mentioned.

Why is blue conspicuously absent in the description of the harlot? Isn't that suspect? Well, it's because "blue" stands for God's grace and holiness which is Jesus Christ. And the woman riding the beast has all the pomp and pageantry except the true way to salvation!

At this point, I'm 90% certain that the woman is none other than the Vatican, who exerts all efforts into building a one-world religion.

I encourage everyone to read God's Word carefully because there are so many things that you can learn from it even when you're reading it for the nth time.

This is to let you know that I am going to post my latest research post on the coming new sign that will have to do with the comet Ison and its appearance in the heavens this fall!!
There are a few new constellation signs found in Revelation 6 that reveal not only the place in the heavens but also the day and the jewish holiday!
I was the one who came out with the study on the Revelation Chapter One vision of the Lamb of God in the Aries Constellation and how both Comet Panstarr and Comet Lemmon pointed to certain constellations that reveal the soon coming of the Lamb of God to liberate the chained madien of the Adromeda constellation!!

Now it looks like there is a second half of this revelation and it has to do with the beginning of the tribulation period and the Wrath of the Lion of Leo and also the Comet Ison pointing in the heavens to which constellation this series of events wil be played out as we find in the scriptures in Revelation 6:12 to 8:7 !!

The world is being set up for the introduction of the first seal judgments and the 6th seal judgment will unlock the events of the tribulation period as we now begin entering a time of history where the signs of heaven start to pinpoint the sequence of events that will soon take place down on earth with the tribulation period!

The credit in large part has to go to our great brother and watcher Humblehorse who has expanded the research of the signs in the heavens and his own discoveries found in the book of revelation ---He has been a great pathfinder for opening up areas of the scripture and letting us see the visual meaning behind some of his criptic finds!

I will be posting my latest findings tomorrow as I am still gathering some new information from my studies- not really-it is already down on paper-I just have to find the time to post it!!!

I remember the last time that I announced the new finding or the Sign that I discovered in the heavens--it had many people on edge--they were trying to get me to give them clues as to what the sign was!!
This time I am not going to build it up at all-it is not anything earth shaking or remarkable- but it is amazing!!

That didn't help relieve the excitement--- did it?!! Let's just say that the heavens are trying to tell us a story and that it is a two--sided one--the first half is about our coming redemption and the other half is about the coming wrath and judgment on those here on earth!!

I have read through many peoples understanding of Daniel 9 and the 70 weeks. To me there is also a double prophecy in it and I will explain..

First here is the scripture:
Daniel 9
23 At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.

24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Now for me as a Christian this first part of the double prophecy has been fulfilled by Jesus' first coming and I believe that up to verse 26 where it states that the Messiah will be cut off, is where the first part of the double ends. This is because I believe that Jesus has himself fulfilled the six points in verse 24.

to finish the transgression

and to make an end of sins

to make reconciliation for iniquity

to bring in everlasting righteousness

seal up the vision and prophecy

to anoint the most Holy

By doing all of this Himself, Jesus gave everyone that believes in Him as the Son of God, our Messiah, ever lasting Life.

But now for the second Part...

For the Jews this prophecy has not come to pass yet, as they did not receive Jesus as their Messiah. So for them this still needs to play out. Now if you have read one of the ways in which they (Jews) understand this prophecy there are three 70 year periods which are overlapping in the time of Daniel. The first starting when their captivity ended in Babylon, The second starting about 50 years later and the third starting when the first 70 years ended for spanning a total of about 160 years. This is a similar pattern that we can see today. From 1917 with the Balfour Treaty, 1948 when Israel became a nation and 1967 with the 6 day war.

Now it is good to note that when the declaration went out in Ezra's time by Artaxerxes dated to 457BC (which was the last 70 year period to start after Daniel) there was 49 years before they started on finishing the walls and the temple in Jerusalem.

So with this in mind, from 1967 the last of the 70 years, there should also be 49 years (7x7years, up to 2016) as Daniel 9 states before they will start rebuilding the temple.

From 1948 there should be 69 years (up to 2017 just before the great tribulation) before they except their messiah (antichrist) because Jesus' words to them were: John 5:43 "I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive." He (antichrist) will then stop the daily sacrifice and put up the abomination of desolation and declare himself god. He will be the one that made the covenant with them in 2016 and this is why they will be to rebuild the temple.

This all then ties in very nicely with the tertrads and the solar eclipses that will start with the H3 solar eclips later this year on 3rd November 2013 ( this is not the start of the 7 year tribulation though). This is where I see Matthew 24:6 starts with the sorrows as also Rev 6.

If we look back at our recent history from 2001 with 9-11, then 7 years to the day later, with the stock market crash in 2008 ( on the Jewish calendar) I think the tribulation can start in 2015 ( Sep 2015 ) after another 7 years. Thus 220 days later will bring us to April 2016 and Passover when the last 2300 days of Daniel starts or the covenant is given to the Jews until the temple is cleansed.

By 2017 the Bible prophecies will spread around the globe at tremendous pace due to all the things happening on the earth, and then the end will come... there will be the Great tribulation, the mark of the beast, many will be killed for their believe in Jesus. When all these things has come to pass those who remain will see the sign of the Son of man in the heavens and He will collect all His elect from one end of heaven to the other and then the wrath of GOD on the unbelievers.

Even so Jesus come, Amen.

"We have a principled stance on the construction of dams. "We are determined to see our projects brought to completion."

A Better High Priest under Grace

"You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek" by so much more Jesus has become a surety of a better covenant…Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He ever lives to make intercession for them. (Hebrews 7:21-22, 25)

The supreme issue regarding the better aspects of the new covenant of grace is Jesus, our High Priest. The priests under the law were men who served for a limited time and then died. Under grace, our High Priest serves forever. Jesus received His priesthood "not according to the law of a fleshly commandment, but according to the power of an endless life" (Hebrews 7:16).

The priests under the law were sons of Aaron from the tribe of Levi. Each served as a brief reminder of the perfect priest who would someday bring a better covenant than the law. "Therefore, if perfection were through the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people received the law), what further need was there that another priest should rise according to the order of Melchizedek, and not be called according to the order of Aaron?" (Hebrews 7:11). This was a temporary priesthood, requiring numerous priests. "And there were many priests, because they were prevented by death from continuing" (Hebrews 7:23). The priesthood of Jesus would never have to be transferred to another because He is
the eternal Son of God. "But He, because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood" (Hebrews 7:24).

Jesus, our eternal High Priest, was a priest after the order of Melchizedek. "For this Melchizedek… without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God, remains a priest continually" (Hebrews 7:1-3). Melchizedek was the one who brought bread and wine to Abraham, when he returned victorious from battle (see Genesis 14). There was no genealogy for Melchizedek, no record of the beginning or ending of his days of service. In this, he was like the Son of God: eternal. Thus, he pictured Jesus' priesthood: eternal. This makes Jesus (the provider of grace) a better High Priest than those who served under the law. "By so much more Jesus has become a surety of a better covenant."

I know this is rather silly, but if I can't share this here with all of you cat lovers then where can I? Thank you for indulging me.

It all began in 1998. We were living in Capistrano Beach, California at the time when I met Chloe. A close friend of ours was very active in ARF (Animal Rescue Foundation). She had a kennel set up and would handle all of the cats in south Orange County. One November day we were visiting and I wanted to play with the new kittens that had just arrived. I had already told my wife that there was absolutely no way we were going to take home another cat. We already had three. But I love animals, especially babies like puppies and kittens. They are just too much fun. So I went into the out-building that houses all of the cat cages. As I was looking for one to play with I spotted a cage with two "tuxedo" kitties. As I opened the cage and reached in, one of the kittens backed away but her sister climbed right up into my hand and walked up my arm to my shoulder. My wife to this day swears that Chloe must have whispered something sweet in my ear because I came marching into Kathy's house and proclaimed "Pull out the paperwork. This one's coming home with me!".

You can see why I was so smitten with this kitten :)

She matched my black & white Stratocaster

Spunky little girl with a big attitude, she made her place in the clan. She was always ready to play, or crawl up in my lap and be a sponge. She had a funny purr. It was more nasal in nature than other cats. One of the things that always made my wife laugh was the way she would wrinkle her nose when she smelled something. She did it for us one last time this morning.

Sneaking up on her was very difficult. She must have been tired.

No matter how hard I tried, I could never get a good picture of her eyes. They were such a beautiful green. The photos are always off, probably because of the flash. This picture was taken a few months ago.

To this day I don't know why I don't cry at funerals, or when moving away from friends, or any other time but when it's time to give God back one of my beloved pets, I am a mess.

This has been a particularly hard day for me. I don't have children. My animals get all the love that I would have given my child so I am deeply attached to them. I so dearly loved this animal. I will miss her terribly. :( I've tried many times today to thank the Father for the time I had with Chloe but I can't get past "Father God, thank you" without coming apart. I hope He understands.

I was brushing my teeth. I heard dad call my name. He came in and his arm was bloody. Ms Kitty scratched him really bad. He was very mad. She doesn't normally act like this...I mean she growls and has an attitude but she doesn't ever scratch. And now mom is so stressed out. She said God hates her. I tried telling her He doesn't. Not sure how much good that did though...

I had to tell you guys because I really needed to get that off my chest before going to bed. I'm just purely exhausted.

Hi all...I've looked at the site for a few years now, and enjoy many of the posts. I've been serious since end of 2010 watching for rapture and never felt more like it is (or should be!) this year. I do feel an intensity just getting through each day at the moment, and looking at your comments, it seems that a lot of us feel the same way. My next watch date is trumpets in early Sep, but I am very open to going home prior to then of course! It just seems to all link with the Jewish wedding hence trumpets! The Black Forest Fire in Colorado Springs has now claimed 100 homes.

I went to the top of Mount Evans yesterday for lunch. Its the highest road in North America. You literally can see AZ, NM, WY, UT, KS. We have 3 fires burning in the state that just look huge from on top of mount Evans.

Colorado is having some devastating times. Colorado Springs was just rocked several years ago by a fire literally right in town and we had a huge fire in Ft Collins as well.

Colorado Springs is also the home of Focus on the Family. I cant help but wonder is it being attacked from a satanic perspective?

Which begs the question if God can supernaturally judge. Can Satan cause supernatural events?

Although on the flip side to take the John McTernan perspective. Colorado did sign into law "**** civil unions" this year. We are also a completely Democratic state. House Senate Governor and we signed into the law the "marijuana bill?"

Are these natural disasters just happenstance?

On the morning of 3/9/13 my son came to me and relayed a vivid dream. He said it was a series of "awake" visions while he was sleeping. My son has the gift of seeing visions while he is praying and it has taken years to learn how to properly discern which are from the Lord and which are not. Because this was a very different experience (asleep) he wasn't able to ask the Lord to proclaim himself or any other checks that Nasty boy doesn't know about. So keep that in mind while reading this.

In a vivid dream last night I was repeatedly brought back to a place called Weiss (wise). I just knew it was called this and I knew how to spell it. Everytime I was here it was said outloud to me each time."Two pillars, ten days". I would then go off into normal dreaming. While dreaming at some point I would end up seeing a foot with 7 toes I would immediately be brought back to weiss where the words 2 pillars 10 days would be repeated to me. I would then fall back asleep somehow notice a foot with seven toes and straight back to Weiss. This happened over and over again so many times I can't count.

This place called Weiss was a simple shelter on a side of a mountain. There was next to it a cave in the ground. After being brought back here many times it finally dawned on me that I needed to explore this cave because there was something to be found in it. I grabbed a flashlight and then woke up. (Grrr)

He kept talking about this dream and I was having a hard time keeping him focused on his studies so I suggested he go quickly pray and ask for a vision of discernment. What he came back with shocked us both and I haven't made heads or tails out of it yet. Maybe you guys can help!

Bama peach on "Please pray for this little girl in bondage"

We were told at church to pray for this little girl who used to come to my church her name is Kendra. She is either possessed or there is something mentally wrong. I have heard some stories that this little girl has been talking to her mom in another voice and as if it is talking for her. This little girl is only 6 or 7 years old. She loved church before this happened and was even telling other kids on the playground about Jesus. God had put her on my heart yesterday and apon asking about her all of this came out in the open with our small prayer group last night. Now she wants nothing to do with church at all something very strange is going on. She was in my Sunday school class when she was about five years old always very sweet polite and loving. Please pray they find out what is going on or she is released from this bondage. She is too precious to let go. Thank you in advance for praying for her.

Anyways, the upshot is that Passover should have been celebrated in April 27, which would place Shavuot to June 16, 2013.

hi there,

right now my heart is so heavy and in pain, today i had to face something that i had to do it and been struggling for a while as Lord put thing on my heart and i needed to face it which it is not easy for me to do it. as my daughter had informed that she is approval going to new york for the field trip next year. she knew that i cant afford to pay for it but she did went ahead to sign up for it. so now she is expecting me to find the money which it is deadline on this wednesday. and i talked to her about it and she is kind of mad and told me that " i already prayed about it two weeks ago and said now the door is opened so that s mean i can go" i told her it may be open or not. other thing that i cant detail more about it with the money issues and my son. this evening, i cried out and asked God t o show me and give me the advice about this. and i tried to share with my daughter all of suddenly she said, hey i am busy with my homework and dont want to listen to you, then. i said okay. i have been praying about this. so there is so much tormenting right now and so much spiritual battle for me that i have to embrace Jesus all the way through the storm now. so i need your prayer and encouragment and i need God's strength for me to stand firm and be courageous and help me to stand strong for Him.

Hi everybody,
Last night I had a really strange dream. I asked God for a dream, and asked HIM if I would be alive when the rapture occurs,because the signs of the end-time are everywhere.

The dream:I was in a car with my mother and a guy from my class, who is a muslim. The strange thing was he was sitting on me, I couldn't move. Also, he was driving the car.We had to go to the airport, because we wanted to go on vacation. This guy from my class was a horrible driver, and suddenly we were off the road. When we wanted to go back to the road, 2 police officers came walking by. Also, 2 other police officers in a helicopter landed. They told us we couldn't go back to the road to go to the airport because we were off the road for a while. I cried and I was really angry because I packed my stuff, I prepared for the trip! My mother told me we would go another day.And my classmate didn't show emotion. He didn't care.

Any thoughts?

Interesting time to look at The 9th of Av regarding past events regarding Israel and what it might possibly mean for 2013......

The 9th of Av, Tisha b'Av, commemorates a list of catastrophes so severe it's clearly a day specially cursed by G‑d.

"Picture this: The year is 1313 BCE. The Israelites are in the desert, recently having experienced the miraculous Exodus, and are now poised to enter the Promised Land. But first they dispatch a reconnaissance mission to assist in formulating a prudent battle strategy. The spies return on the eighth day of Av and report that the land is unconquerable. That night, the 9th of Av, the people cry. They insist that they'd rather go back
The Jews were shocked to realize that their Second Temple was destroyed the same day as the first to Egypt than be slaughtered by the Canaanites. G‑d is highly displeased by this public demonstration of distrust in His power, and consequently that generation of Israelites never enters the Holy Land. Only their children have that privilege, after wandering in the desert for another 38 years.

The First Temple was also destroyed on the 9th of Av (423 BCE). Five centuries later (in 69 CE), as the Romans drew closer to the Second Temple, ready to torch it, the Jews were shocked to realize that their Second Temple was destroyed the same day as the first.

When the Jews rebelled against Roman rule, they believed that their leader, Simon bar Kochba, would fulfill their messianic longings. But their hopes were cruelly dashed in 133 CE as the Jewish rebels were brutally butchered in the final battle at Betar. The date of the massacre? Of course—the 9th of Av!

One year after their conquest of Betar, the Romans plowed over the Temple Mount, our nation's holiest site.

The Jews were expelled from England in 1290 CE on, you guessed it, Tisha b'Av. In 1492, the Golden Age of Spain came to a close when Queen Isabella and her husband Ferdinand ordered that the Jews be banished from the land. The edict of expulsion was signed on March 31, 1492, and the Jews were given exactly four months to put their affairs in order and leave the country. The Hebrew date on which no Jew was allowed any longer to remain in the land where he had enjoyed welcome and prosperity? Oh, by now you know it—the 9th of Av.

The Jews were expelled from England in 1290 CE on, you guessed it, Tisha b'AvReady for just one more? World War II and the Holocaust, historians conclude, was actually the long drawn-out conclusion of World War I that began in 1914. And yes, amazingly enough, Germany declared war on Russia, effectively catapulting the First World War into motion, on the 9th of Av, Tisha b'Av.

What do you make of all this? Jews see this as another confirmation of the deeply held conviction that history isn't haphazard; events – even terrible ones – are part of a Divine plan and have spiritual meaning. The message of time is that everything has a rational purpose, even though we don't understand it."

It is almost the one year anniversary of my dear friend, Kathy who went home to be with the Lord after a long struggle with Lyme's disease. I thought I would share the "wish fulfillment" story I wrote for her about a year and a half before she died. Here is the intro.

I got a letter in the mail today from the mother of an old friend. A letter I have been expecting to receive for quite a while about a very dear friend of mine. Her name was Kathy Butler and she passed away on July 20th of this year. Kathy and I met when we were both in our early twenties and only got to spend a few times together but it was a friendship that lasted a lifetime. Next to my first love, Barry Henriot, who died of a brain Aneurysm when I was 22, Kathy was the most devoted Christian I ever met.

She was my age (52) when she passed but we had distinctly different lives. All her life all she ever wanted to do was to be a medical missionary in India to help spread the Gospel. Probably the last place on earth most Christians would admit to want to go to in order to serve the Lord (if they were being honest). That dream was cut short along with everything else most normal people do. She contracted Lyme's disease which went undiagnosed for over ten years and it took a devastating physical, mental and emotional toll upon her.

Kathy never married, never had children and couldn't even hold down a job. She lived with her mother until the very end; hardly able to dress or get out of bed and function but I could never tell from the cheerful sound in her voice whenever I would call to speak with her. She spent every waking moment mostly alone, reading the scriptures, doing Bible studies. I visited her whenever I could (she lived 700 miles away from me), called (when she was able to come to the phone) and wrote letters and sent her my books since that was her only form of entertainment: reading. She never forgot my birthday and would always send a cheerful letter, never complaining but wishing with all her heart that she could just be free of all the pain and loneliness and be with Jesus, her precious Savior. The last time I got to see Kathy was a several year's ago on New Year's Day. We were already in Northern California and made a special trip to see her (pictures below). She was her usually bubbly self and I knew then that it was probably the last time I would ever see her again because of the distance between us.

When I was writing my second book, Make a Wish, I so wanted to include a wish fulfillment story for Kathy because I knew her days were limited and she had so few things in life that she could enjoy. I really wanted the Lord to speak to her through this story. I wanted to bring her comfort and meaning for all the years she had suffered what seemed to be (on the surface anyway) a life devoid of purpose. The Lord gave me exactly the inspiration I needed and here below is Kathy's story. She wrote me after she received it that it was perfect and how no one had ever "got it" so perfectly. I had exactly captured what she so needed to hear.

Kathy - I know you can't hear me or read this but I want you to know how happy I am for you that you are now and for all eternity finally sitting at the Master's Feet!

Here is Kathy's wish fulfillment story:

At the Master's Feet
Introduction

I have known Kathy since we were both in our early 20’s. Kathy is the most faithful, long-suffering child of God I have ever known. All her life, all she ever wanted to do was to serve God as a medical missionary in India, helping the poorest of the poor. Instead, 20 years ago, she contracted Lyme’s disease which went undiagnosed. The disease has made it impossible for her to work a job or have any kind of normal life. She has never been married nor had children and lives and still lives with her mom who was recently diagnosed with cancer. Despite her complete isolation (now going on several years); Kathy remains cheerful, upbeat and faithful. She has thrown herself into Bible Study and reading is the only pleasure left to her. This is my wish for Kathy and this book would not have been complete without it. If you feel so inclined, please pray for my friend and all the people in this book who are hurting in one way or another.

“At the Master’s Feet”

It was noon and Kathy woke up slowly. The medication she took to dull the constant pain made it impossible to wake up any earlier. She opened her eyes to find large male feet in a pair of sandals on the floor directly across from her. Her gaze traveled up, up, up…her heart thumping; until they froze upon the face of Someone she had never thought to see on this side of heaven.
“Kathy” He said, offering His hand to her. Unable to tear her eyes from His beloved face, she put her small hand into his large warm one and felt a thrill run through her body. She felt lighter, wide awake and completely free of pain.
“Come,” he beckoned, opening her bedroom door.
“Is this my time to-to…uh you know…?” she couldn’t quite say the words.
Jesus looked at her. “No – not yet,” He answered. Kathy nodded and followed him through the door.
She suddenly found herself standing in a dwelling made of stone. There was a bustle of activity as men and women rushed to and fro, carrying baskets of dates and figs and large clay pitchers. A dark-haired woman with a flustered look on her face was pointing and directing all her servants while at the same time, kneading dough and minding a spit upon which a lamb was slowly roasting. Kathy looked about her in awe realizing that somehow she had gone back in time and was seeing a familiar scene from the Bible played out before her very eyes. She looked down at herself and found that she was no longer wearing 21st century sleepwear but long flowing robes of hand woven linen and her hair was down past the small of her back but covered in a veil. She no longer felt any pain or exhaustion; just a sense of wonder and awe. She went off to do a little exploring and found a middle-aged man pouring wine into vessels and talking to some other men.
“Yes, it is just as you have heard.” He was saying. “I wasn’t asleep or unconscious…I was in Abraham’s bosom. I saw and heard things that I can’t even begin to describe to you. I saw our Patriarchs, Isaac, Jacob and Moses and I even saw the gulf fixed between Sheol and Abraham’s bosom with our rich neighbor on the other side who died shortly after I did. He was begging for someone to go to his brothers and warm them but Moses assured him that none would listen…” at that moment he turned and noticed Kathy standing there with her mouth agape. So the story of the rich man and Lazarus wasn’t a parable… she had been thinking. To her surprise Lazarus opened his arm and beckoned her closer.
“This is my sister, Mary,” he said to the others, meaning Kathy. “She can vouch as to the validity of my death. Isn’t that so, sister?” Kathy wasn’t about to contradict a biblical character and ruin her daydream so she just nodded her head up and down in agreement. Lazarus gave her a brotherly hug and she took that as her cue to go. She moved on to other rooms of the house which were still bustling with activity as more and more guests flowed into the house. She eventually wound up in the room where Jesus was reclining and decided to sit down at his feet. He offered her some warm pita bread and hummus. Kathy was hesitant to eat it. It had been years since she had deviated from her simple and wearisome diet of plain chicken, oatmeal, and peanut butter. The thought of putting anything else into her stomach and what it might to do her later was terrifying.
“Do not fear,” He comforted her. “Eat.”
Kathy popped it into her mouth and closed her eyes with pleasure. It was delicious if only because it was such a complete change of venue but mostly because it had come directly from her Savior’s own hand. Might as well enjoy myself while I’m here! She thought to herself and began to help herself to everything with relish. While she ate Jesus lay reclined on the cushions that were spread across the floor and Kathy followed suit, not knowing what else to do.
Then He began to speak to her and tell her stories. Stories that had never been recorded in the Gospel accounts. Kathy was transfixed not only by His words but by His face and eyes as well which never left hers. Eyes that were deep, bottomless wells of infinite love. All else in the room faded away into insignificance as He spoke.
“Master!” came an irritated voice from across the room. All activity in the room paused to stare at the lady of the house who stood sweating with her hands upon her hips in exasperation. To make matter worse she was glaring at Kathy as if she had committed a grievous social faux pas. A weird feeling of déjà vu came over Kathy. The woman continued, pointing an accusing finger at Kathy. “Do you not care that my sister has left me to do all the serving alone? Tell her to help me!”
“Martha! Martha!” Jesus said, shaking his head and laying his hand upon Kathy’s shoulder protectively. “You are worried and bothered about so many things but only a few are necessary; really only one, for Mary has chosen the good part which shall not be taken from her!”
Suddenly Kathy found herself back in her bedroom, in her bed clothes with her Bible open upon her lap. She blinked a few times then looked up and was amazed to still see her Savior sitting there. He was looking upon her with such love and compassion it made her want to weep.
“My daughter,” He said, cupping her trembling chin in His warm hand. “All thy life you have grieved the fact that you have been unable to serve Me as a nurse in a foreign land but I am here to tell you that I have chosen the way of Mary for you. Do not regret the long years of pain and isolation for in them you have been given the gift of sitting at My feet and learning of Me. There is no greater sacrifice I could ask or gift I can bestow than this. In all thy trials you have proved thyself a good and faithful servant and in thee I am well pleased.”
Kathy bowed her head, overwhelmed. Tears dripping from her eyes. When she lifted her head again He was gone but she could still feel His presence in the room. No matter what lay ahead in the days to come, she knew she was in the center of His perfect will…and that was enough.
