I am excited to move to our new house so I can start opening my house for product viewing. I will make the whole basement both for product viewing and a place where I will make all my Natural Cosmetics.

Creating My Lipstick Recipe

I was suppose to make my lipstick using the lipstick mold that I bought last month. I have prepared all the ingredients but forgot to remove the Jojoba oil from the fridge. So while I am waiting for the Jojoba Oil to melt, I change the recipe of my Goat's Milk Strawberry Soap.

I am so excited to make my lipstick using the lipstick mold that I bought online. I want to see if it's worth to order for another 4 molds. But I am tired now, so I might just continue my work on my Lipstick recipe tomorrow morning. I will be posting the finish product on one of my blogs.

I won't be able to post my lipstick on my webstore yet, until I have about 4 more molds so I can create at least 5 colors for the lipstick. I just ordered the wooden soap mold on one of the soap supplier that I have contacted last week. I decided to order it now since our moving date has been move. I hope that before our new closing date, I already have this wooden soap mold and have been crafting my natural soaps.

I am thinking of making my own soap recipe but I think it would be better if I will just use my supplier's Soap base for now. I realized that it is cheaper to use the M&P Soap Base than creating my own recipe.

If I will sell my own soap recipe, it will be more expensive than using the M&P. Beside, the quality of my Supplier's M&P is so excellent that me and my family have been enjoying. Soap Cut Using Wooden Soap Mold

I have been wanting to order some ingredients and tools I will need to make batches of soap. I wanted to buy the wooden soap molds and the supplier is from USA. Since the products is coming from USA, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks before I can receive the it. We will be moving in two weeks time, so I can't order anything online right now.

I wanted to make a soap design that looks more like a handcrafted soap. So using a wooden soap mold will give me a soap cut like this.

I wanted to have a variety of soap design and I have been seeing this type of cut everywhere so I thought it would be nice to have this kind of soap design aside from having a soap design using the 3D soap molds than I am using.

I tried using the photobox that I purchased on the internet 2 weeks ago and I received it about 5 days ago. But here I am, still haven't explore how to use it properly for my products. I tried taking a picture of my Natural Facial Cream Moisturizer using the photobox and I am pleased with the outcome.

As you can see, it has less shadow than the other pictures of my products that I have taken without using the photobox. But since the light was not placed properly, it looks kinda dark.

I want to take another pictures of all my Mineral Makeup products using my photobox but I don't know when. I will be very busy for the next 2 to 3 weeks because we are being asked to come for overtime every Saturday. So I only have one day off for the week.

It's frustrating not to be able to work on the things needed for my business but then, I am looking on the bright side. I need that extra money from my overtime. I will try my best to work on the images of my products one day at a time.

I am starting to have a terrible Winter Dry Skin Itchiness. I haven't been soaking myself in a BubbleBath Therapy and I just started it this week because of this terrible itchiness. It takes some time before the skin starts to absorb the natural substances so I am still having itchiness.

At last, my Business License is ready. I am not satisfied with the new images of my Mineral Makeup and I really think that this images is less effective in selling my products online. So I ordered the photo box yesterday. It was out of stock at their warehouse so it will take about 2 weeks to be delivered to me. I hope to receieve it sooner.

I can't wait to move to a new house so I can start planning how and when to save a small space inside my house for the viewing of my products. I am ready to open my house for the customers who are interested to view my Natural Cosmetic products but it's going to be by appoinment.

Even if the product viewing in my house is only by appointment, I still want to have a simple hanging or wall address plaques, so customers can easily locate my address. I am thinking of including the name of my business on the address plaque for more professional look. This address plaque can also be a simple marketing strategy for my products.

I can not accept walk-in product viewing or walk-in orders because I am not ready for this concept as of now. Aside from that, my products particularly my Natural Skin Care products are not good to be stored for longer time. I always make sure that the products are freshly made, so it has be to be about 24 hours notice for pick-up orders.
