Stripe me Empty Blanket

Close up view of a baby blanket that I finished for my self. I used Yarn Bee yarn from Hobby Lobby. It was on sale so I purchased whatever they had available. It is a wonderfully warm blanket too. I used a simple ribbing: K1,P1. The color scheme was simple as well: *Blue, Red, Grey, Green, Black* It was a fast knit as well.

Green Grass and Linen

I am knitting a cardigan and pant set for my niece, Annabelle's 1st birthday. The colors are Green Grass and Linen. I started working on it on Monday and now all I need to do is the sleeves. Then after the sweater is done, I am off to find a pattern for the pants.

Galben Doily

So I was able to finish my beautiful doily. I used some thread that I have bought from a thrift store in Oklahoma, (on my way to my in-laws in Missouri). There wasn't enough yellow variegated thread so I finished it off with a cream ecru color, and it looks beautiful.

Grand Canyon

You can see the two people that I captured on the edge of the Grand Canyon.
I like using reference points so you can get the gist of just how magnificent the Canyon really is.
And no these two did not jump from the Canyon, they just went to the very edge to get better pictures, and then later fined because you are not allowed to go beyond the designated areas.

Ajunul Veri Baby Blanket

Ajunul Veri translate's to Summer's Eve in Romanian. Since the baby that will enjoy this blanket will be born in July, eve of summer.

I started this blanket on a Monday and finished it on the same week, Friday. I crocheted the blanket during my lunch hour so that is why it took so long.
