ADMIRA CAPE

This is a Suet Fabric Cape with Bluish Dark Gray color. At first I was really curious if I can sew this kind of fabric since its a bit thicker than I usually sew. But then I thought, I already won the battle with spandex

( which is really hard to sew since its surface hold on to the metal placket of the machine, so I used the tech used for silk fabric and sew with drafting paper . Who ever invent it , its genius!) Lucky that it didnt hold and was smooth sailing. I designed it with a pleated ribbons, embroidery border and velvet ribbon. Used metal button with flower pattern and used black rivets :) added bird trinket to complete the look. Result's pleased me. I was tempted to keep it to myself but then I remembered why I design. Its for people who are looking for different shape and designs:)

If you ask me where I get the name from, its a made up of Admiral and Admire :)

RIVETTE VEST

First thing first, I started designing with a vest after summer passed finally. I love vests since they are fun to wear and very quick to put on situation saver. This season I am planning to design at least few more of these savers.

I used sweat fabric and designed it by using both sides. Put metal Zip and accessories. Black bead rivets.

Side pockets and Hood are must to complete the design.

And finally a FLY on chest to spice it up:)

LITTLE PIECES TO PATCH

I never throw away the leftover fabric pieces. Most of the time I use them on designs as a addition to a decoration or as an accessory. This time I decided to see if I can use very small pieces. I cut lots of 8cm squares and combined them to create a fabric available to use for a top. After I complete combining it was enough for front piece. First I thought its very good for vest but then I see I will not be able to use all fabric. To saw that, I decided to design a top wearable over a t-shirt. I fell in love with the outcome. I hardly sew anything for myself , but this time I couldn't deny the attraction and decided to keep it for myself.

I like using cord fabric. Its soft and and very easy to sew, but what I like the most is, it stands firm and keeps its form for a long time.

This time I wanted to create a little clowny touch. As cape can be very plain shape, with accessories and decorations, it becomes something special. Thats why I like decorate capes individually. They become personal and the look only belongs to its owner.

As I have a serious cosplayer as a customer, besides designing in alternative fashion, aslo love to design for cosplay. This is my third cosplay design for Cosplayer Ninsu Kahraman. Never tried Sailor Moon chereacters before so it was kinda lil challange since I don't usually use woven and knitted fabric togather. If its cotton lycra, ıt definatelly needs different treatment in pattern cutting and seving. After a day calculationand research, I had pretty good idea how to do it.

It took 2 weeks to complete it altogather. (Since I am also workin on a collection) I took the anime charakter drawings as baseline (ınstead of other cosplays and fanart) which gives more accurate look.

When it finished, the look exactly what I wanted.

Used ribbons for crossings , metal sipper foır front and black cotton cord for hood and skirt bottom.

I guess I like design puzzles since this is also with so many pieces put togather.

This was a special order for a beutiful lady. She likes alternative styles and enjoys wearing them.

I used 4 different fabric. Plain black denim+corded double color denim, leather fabric and mesh. Used metal button, buckles and chains for accesory. Pattern was with so many pieces and was fun to put them togather. Result was good and satisfactory. :)

AURORA DROPCROTCH SWEATPANTS

As a special order I designed this Dropcrotch. Used 3 different cotton fabrics. Black, Grey and Black - Grey smokey printed fabric. Pattern cutting was simple but detailed in this one. Every piece cut separetely . Only needed one correction in process. Sewing was surprisingly easy according to the fabrics I used to sew. Final design come out pretty good. I got a feed back that person I design it for wears it happily. I guesss thats the utmost satisfaction of designing.

DRAKENHOOD UNISEX HOODY

This is my first time designing hoody for a special order. After I completed the basic design, thinking and designing the print at the back was the hardest part, which I love to draw tribal designs but takes to much of time to decide. Finally I decided to work on a sword on pedestal which will be look like the spine at the back. I started drawing and rest come easiliy. After completethe drawing and trace it on hoody, hand embrodies all the edges and then handpaint with silver paint with the gradient effect. Final was satisfactory for me. Style of the hoody and print beautifully completed eachother. Designing this gave me so many good and new ideas which u will see them in future.
