Noah is all boy…and every bit as busy as he is cute!

His video just puts a smile on my face every time I watch it. What happy energy!

Baby’s first year is just as magical as it is fleeting. I love when parents are wanting to capture not just what their baby looked like at one, but also how they were literally mommy and daddy’s everything. You can see it in their happy, smiling gaze, and in their cuddles and kisses, and now with video addition, in their tender movements.

Quinn, I love your big blue eyes and how you seem to be a daddy’s girl. The face that you stood first for the longest time so I could photograph you, was just icing on the cake.

That title song by Owl City has been one of my own family’s favorites lately. And anyone who knows the Pruitt family, knows they are full of personality and always ready for great fun and adventure. I have loved photographing them year after year. They have made a special place in my heart!

I blink…and my beautiful clients are contacting me for photos, but this time for baby #2. How does that happen so quickly? As I can remember each session as if it were yesterday…

The Terry family planned a trip from Texas for our sessions. And I was over the moon happy to see them again.

These little darlings all were once my tiny newborn subjects. Now they have fuzzy hair, cute bottom teefers, the sweetest personalities, and longer eyelashes than mine.

Somehow after the first few frames of our family photo session, it seems to turn more into a family playdate instead…

And I love that.

Maybe you could call it a documented time to break away, forget about the inbox, disconnect from everything else in the world except each other.

While daddy missed out on the fun this day, we are looking forward to getting back together when Hugh is sitting and smiling for more photographs. But, I just never can resist getting momma in front of the camera to hold and love on her babies.
Hugh is a kiss magnet if you can’t tell already. He was bounced and hugged and patted and never once did he make a fuss. He seems to love all the well-deserved attention.

Little Mason had me wrapped around his finger on first sight. He instantly lit up and smiled upon our meeting. I loved his almost three month chub and the way he delighted in hearing his parents talk to him. What a sweet, sweet boy!

It is nearly impossible to describe how much I adored photographing him. I do think my Liv now has a crush as she took his toy away and batted him on the head with it upon meeting.

Simply BABY sessions are a great way to capture baby during those milestone ages (3 months to 1 year).
