The company secretary has stated that management will go ahead to begin staffing with immediate effect. The plan is to start developing products by researching key industries and publishing relevant reports on markets, trends and top players.

ReProxy has also stated that their scope goes beyond Nigeria, to the wider African markets and thus they would be building an African wide network of researchers and business professionals.

The company has stated that they are looking to hire people from the academic field like teachers, lecturers, professors, and doctors. The potential applicant must be experienced, result driven and must show ability to meet project deadlines. Potential applicants could have permanent jobs else were, however, they must show they show that they can still meet deadlines even on a part time basis.

ReProxy has also stated that they would be hiring from the wider business field as well, thus applicants with a background in the social sciences would be considered only as long as they can show their good knowledge of research methodology.
