New Ubertor Website for West Vancouver Realtor Jamie Dunnett

We just published a new Ubertor website for Jamie Dunnett a Realtor with Angell Hasman Realtors in West Vancouver.

Jamie wanted an Ubertor website because of how well it is ranked by search engines, but he wanted something that looked different from the usual template so we created a customized look designed to make it easy for visitors to navigate and find what they need.

The website has been optimized for search engines using our 10 step approach and we hope to see it on page 1 soon when people are looking for homes for sale in West Vancouver.

We also created a clickable map of the eastern communities of West Vancouver so visitors can simply click on the area they are interested in and go right to the homes for sale in that area.

Jamie who has been a Realtor since 2005 has worked with Darlene Dunnett as British Properties specialists selling homes primarily in Glenmore, Chartwell, Westhill, Canterbury, Chelsea Park and the actual area of British Properties.

With the launch of his new Ubertor website Jamie will continue his partnership, but will expand into other areas of West Vancouver and North Vancouver.

New and Improved Ubertor Website - Red Deer Homes and Condos For Sale

Back in October we announced a new website for Tracey and Jake Christensen of Red Deer Homes and Condos For Sale (click here to read blog post)

The website did what it was intended, but we were tasked with a new direction; make the website the best website in Red Deer for searching for properties for sale. The new branding for iSearchproperties.com was integrated into the new website and we contracted to use the My Real Page IDX feed so we could display all of the listings in each area of Red Deer.

This quickly expanded into a page for acreages and then we added Sylvan Lake and about 10 other communities. The end result is the best website for searching for homes, condos and acreages for sale in Red Deer and the surrounding areas.

The website features a slick banner with a cartooning effect to convey the purpose of the website quickly. We used both text links and created clickable maps for people not familiar with Red Deer so they can quickly surf to the area of their choice.

We also added side menus to make it easier to navigate from area to area.

From an SEO perspective this website had dozens of important internal links to draw in the search engines and make it easier to navigate the website.

Our goal was to match the branding of the parent company website and create an easy to navigate, scalable website. We also had to proved the ability to add an agent roster as 2% Realty Advantage is actively recruiting new agents.
