Ubertor Website Makeover for Lucie Ingoldby

Before and After of Lucie Ingoldby's Ubertor Website

Lucie Ingoldby of Macdonald Realty in West Vancouver contacted us for a few different website projects:

1) Her website needed updating both in appearance and content.
2) The website needed to be optimized for search engines.
3) Her listings needed to be uploaded and optimized in a timely manner.

To the left is the new and improved website with the large, compelling banner that uses Javascript instead of Flash so the banners will display on iPhones, iPads and Macs.

The website is 920 pixels wide compared the the old one which was only 770 pixels wide and the new one has the appearance of using the whole screen.

We are in the process of optimizing the website, adding additional Auto-Fill Categories to increase traffic to the website and adding keywords and keyword blog posts.

We just launched a new Ubertor Website for Penthouses in Calgary. The website is the number one source for listings and buildings that have Penthouses in Downtown Calgary and the surrounding area.

Penthouses in Calgary is a sister website to JulieDempsey.ca.

Unlike most websites this website also uses Javascript instead of flash so the banners will change on Apple devices like iPhones, iPads and Macs.

New Ubertor Website for Timbavati Home

	We just launched this new website for Timbavati Home using the Ubertor platform. Timbavati sells upscale home décor and furnishing including a wide range of slip-covered and upholstered sofas and chairs. They also feature a wide range of Canadian made wood furnishings for the living room, dining room and bedroom. Their goal is to "provide our customers with affordable, unique, and upscale home décor and furnishings while offering expert design advice from our seasoned team." Timbavati Home was moving from a storefront business to an online business and it was critical that the website would rank well in search results; it would be easy to navigate through all of the different models and display the products professionally so people could shop online. Their previous website could not be found by search engines even when you typed in the actual company name. On the first day after this website launched it was not only on page 1 for the same search, but we noticed a search for *solid wood coffee table made in canada* and the website was on page 1 already!

	If a picture is worth a thousand words then this page has a million. Using thumbnails we immediately capture the visitors attention and draw them into the website. When they click on an image they see a page with more details like below and a side-menu ensures they can move easily from one collection to the next.

	Regular page with a sub-menu linking to all of the other upholstered collections. Keeps the customer on the website longer as they do not have to use the menu bar.

New iPad Ready Ubertor Website for LuxuryinCalgary.com

Daren Gull and Kyle Stone of Sotheby's International Realty in Calgary had a website (see below) that looked nice ... on a desktop computer, but lost it's visual appeal when viewed on an iPad or iPhone which do not support flash banners. All of a sudden these great banner images were hidden from view.

How many people use an Apple device to view your website? Numbers will vary, but our analysis shows about 15% of your visitors are using an Apple product. An analysis of luxuryincalgary.com web visitors showed that 150 people used an iPad and 69 used an iPhone. While we had already created a mobile website for the team this new website ensures that the 150 visitors using an iPad are going to see the fabulous banners on the website.

How did we solve the problem? By revamping the website and adding javascipt banners whcih Apple does support.

New Ubertor Website - Vancouver Open Houses and Condos

Innovative New Website Concept

Vancouveropenhousesandcondos.com is not only a new website we created using the Ubertor website platform, but it is also a new business venture I am announcing. This site is the only website in the Greater Vancouver lower mainland to display every open house, condo and townhouse from West Vancouver to Abbotsford every week.

Buyers can use this website to pinpoint open houses in their area and if they need a referral to a Realtor we can provide them a list to choose from.

We also list various real estate service providers such as mortgage brokers, staging companies and movers.

Realtors can have their open houses featured on the website for a small fee and we will be offering a number of other related services over the next few weeks to attract more open house visitors.

We are kicking ourselves for not having the before image of this website as it is hard to believe the difference. Terry Vato contacted us and challenged us to make his website look fresh, new and contemporary and have it be found by search engines.

We used our own customized template to give Terry's website a fresh new look. We also added about 45 auto-fill categories for the Burnaby South area and completely optimized his website to improve his search results.

Terry likes it so much he is going to adapt his branding to this new look.

Website Search Engine Optimization - The Staging Goddess
