Your Challenge:

In response to customer requests, RealDecoy is expanding its Managed Services business line. As an early member of the team, you will be involved in building the practices from the ground up that we will use to make our managed services offering a market leader; this is a very ‘hands-on’ role. You should be familiar with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Deployment Management and you will be a key player in the practical implementation of these processes as our needs and business line continues to grow.

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will own the day-to-day oversight and seamless operation of our IT support needs.
