Kim Richards ‘ bizarre behavior on Monday’s edition of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills clearly startled castmates Lisa Vanderpump, Brandi Glanville and Taylor Armstrong, all of whom took to their respective Bravo blogs to vent their thoughts on the events that took place as the ladies traveled to France.

On Monday’s episode , the ladies took notice when Kim, a recovering alcoholic, was behaving erratically on their trip. At one point, she nearly missed a private cooking class, spurring concerns she’d taken too prescription medication. When Lisa questioned her about it, Kim snapped at her.

On her blog, Lisa wrote that the cast was “acutely aware” of “a significant change in Kim’s behavior, but couldn’t quite understand what exactly was responsible for the shift.
“I knew she wasn’t drinking, for sure, and I support her a 1000 percent in her struggle with sobriety,” the new Dancing with the Stars cast member wrote. “But she seemed sleepy, lethargic, rambling, and almost incoherent at times.

“We waited for her for a substantial amount of time, which in the past had been a bit of a ritual and finally she joined us.”

Lisa said that while she was naive in asking Kim if she’d taken a sleeping pill — not realizing she was essentially accusing her pal of relapsing — she still found Kim’s response to be overly “emotional and volatile.”

Brandi concurred with Lisa about Kim’s seemingly loopy behavior, saying the former child star “seemed very unstable during our Paris trip, and we were all worried about her.

“Kim seemed ﬁne one second and then completely off the next,” Brandi wrote. “We were all very concerned about her … Lisa was truly concerned, but Kim took it as something it wasn’t.”
Taylor, whose own issues with the bottle have been under scrutiny as of late, did not go on the trip, but still commented on the episode all the same, saying she “was bewildered by Kim” and her behavior throughout the Parisian getaway.

She said she “was nervous for Kim,” “knew something wasn’t right with her,” and had a “pit in [her] stomach seeing her not lucid.

“As viewers and as friends, we have only seen slight glimpses of the destruction this disease has caused Kim and her entire family,” Taylor wrote. “We all love Kim and want her to be healthy and happy. Any sign that she may not be on the positive path she has been on since her treatment evokes concern from everyone in the group. Kim has said that everyday is a struggle and we are all so proud of her for each day she succeeds.”

As for Lisa, Taylor said while she can be “brutally honest,” it all comes from a caring, well-intended place.

“It wasn’t right for Kim to question Lisa’s concern for her when Kim was clearly disoriented,” she wrote. “When the age old question emerged — Where’s Kim? — it became clear that Kim’s recollection of the day’s events were quite different than reality.”

If you’ve ever seen The Real Housewives of Miami, you’ve wondered, as I have, what in the name of deflated flesh balloons has happened to Housewife Marysol Patton‘s mother’s face. Elsa Patton is a psychic in Miami, and a terror to all human Muppets everywhere. She has had so many ill-fated procedures that it’s hard to even know where to begin, except to say that it looks like that someone tried and failed to restore the fresca version of her face, and instead just melted all the flesh-paint until it was warm and bubbly and ran down her face, where it rehardened into the puffy, lumpy mass we see today. Maybe she should have tried what Kyle Richards uses.

It was a real, live, surgeon, who she referred to in the last episode only as, “the man who ruined my face.” Someone who theoretically has a medical degree allowed Elsa Patton to walk into his or her office looking like a normal(ish) person, and to walk out looking like a hot pocket drag queen. I can see that, you can see that — but as fun as it is to speculate wildly on what could have possibly happened to turn her skin into a delicious, bubbly calzone, we here at Crushable thought we’d turn to an actual expert to determine what might have gone on here behind-the-scenes.

We asked Dr. Richard Chaffoo, MD, FACS, FICS (those fancy titles mean he’s a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and the International College of Surgeons, and he’s been a working facial cosmetic surgeon for 20 years, so he knows his shit) about his professional opinion of Mama Elsa’s face, and he had this to say:

“It appears as though she had a brow lift, blepharoplasty, facelift, and fillers although she looks overdone and unnatural. Her eyebrows are raised too high in a surprised and artificial appearance.”

Ah yes, a blepharoplasty! I’m sure you know just what that is! (Actually you might, but we didn’t, so we asked — and it’s a cosmetic eyelid surgery. Mmmm, sounds delicious.)

So there you have it, folks. All your questions are answered. You’re looking at what happens when somebody tries to pull all the skin in your face up toward your ears, and then fills up the pockets of skin with fat from your butt, but does it wrong. Which is pretty much what Dr. Chaffoo said, but a lot smarter because I never went to medical school and I don’t know what the hell I’m talking about. Much like whatever no-account surgeon did this to Elsa Patton’s face.

"Alexis was really tired of being bullied and chose home and family life over celebrity," a source tells Us Weekly, adding that the mom of three "wanted to go back to her simple life in Orange County."

However, cast mate Tamra Barney tells a different story Tuesday (Sept. 18) on Twitter.

She writes, "let's just say the story I read and what I was told does not match [...] in my opinion her story is never straight!"

Find something you enjoy doing. I don't see spinning or Pilates as a workout because I enjoy it. Some people might like bike riding if they don't like swimming. Or walking in the park. You're walking and talking and doing a little exercise.

Chris and brother Joseph Laurita were named in two multi-million dollar lawsuits. It’s kind of complicated, but here’s the breakdown:

Jay-Z founded a clothing line 12 years ago called Rocawear, which he no longer owns. A company called Iconix Brand Group licenses the brand name out to different companies to make the different lines, and Chris and Joseph Laurita’s now-bankrupt company Signature Apparel once made Rocawear’s junior line. Over two years ago, however, Signature Apparel liquidated and declared bankruptcy. During that time Chris, Jospeh, and their wives were named in a $7.8 million dollar lawsuit, the two families are accused of draining the company “of all its funds and assets in order to support their families’ increasingly opulent lifestyle of private jets, limousines, extravagant parties, premium automobiles, designer clothing, shopping sprees, ostentatious home furnishings and lavish vacations.”

According to documents published at Radar Online, the company was very successful, and pulled in $250 million between 2005 and 2009. However, the lawsuit accuses the Lauritas of using the money on themselves instead of responsibly reinvesting in the business.

Chris denied all 155 of the allegations against him, and Jacqueline denied knowing anything about it. They tried to get the lawsuit thrown out, but a judge has allowed all parties to prepare for a trial.

When the news broke of this lawsuit, Jacqueline Laurita took to Twitter to note the difference between a business bankruptcy and a personal one: “sorry2disappoint some of u but Business is not the same as personal &accusations don’t make it truth.We r doing good.You’ll see..” Even so, this doesn’t sound like a cakewalk.

A second lawsuit in November 2011 was filed by a Signature Apparel trustee who accused Chris and Joseph of Joseph of conspiring with “[Rocawear licensee] ROC Fashions and its principals to transfer the Rocawear license and other valuable assets to the latter from the former while Signature faced bankruptcy. In return, the suit alleges, ROC Fashions paid $2.8 million that the Lauritas allegedly kept for themselves rather than deposit in Signature Apparel’s coffers (where it could have been used to pay creditors).”

On What What Happens Live tonight Jacqueline Laurita was asked a viewer question: “What would you think of Teresa questioning you on camera about your families’ finances and lawsuits?”

Jacqueline answered “I didn’t bring anything out about Teresa. Teresa brought it out about Teresa. If you watch the other episodes, Teresa’s the one who talked about her bankruptcy on camera. She filmed with the attorneys. She’s the one who put the magazines out there. She’s the one who filmed adding onto her house, walking around with her expensive bags and shoes. It was her chance to explain tot he viewers to make sense of it all. If she was innocent of all this, that was her chance to set the story straight.”

Alexis Bellino Bought Twitter Followers

Reality star Alexis Bellino of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" is always happy to receive new fans and followers, but 30,000 in one day was enough to raise quite a few perfectly plucked eyebrows.

"I just answered a call from the company that is SELLING all the current #RHOC cast their Twitter followers, What a F'ing Joke!" Micah Tanous, former "Housewives" star, tweeted last week.
All eyes turned on Bellino after RumorFix.com consulted Twittercounter.com and found that the fashion designer and reality star had a jaw-dropping surge in traffic, prompting co-star Tamra Barney to tweet "once a fake and always a fake!" Heather Dubrow tweeted that it was "lame, but not surprising."
But Bellino isn't having it. The reality star told FXo411's Pop Tarts column exclusively that she would never pay to be popular.

"I have waited to respond regarding the recent 'bought Twitter fans' accusations because like many of you, I thought it was odd that my twitter account jumped 30,000 in a day, so I immediately hired a team of specialists to help determine what was happening," she told us. "I did not understand the meaning of buying fans, so it has taken me a few days to grasp exactly what occurred. Let me be very clear on this issue, neither myself nor members of my team have ever purchased a Twitter fan."
Bellino says someone or something had a hand at inflating and later deflating her account without her knowledge.
"What I have learned is that someone else can do this to my account, and it's very interesting how this chain of events has unfolded, and how certain people seem so knowledgeable and opinionated about what is happening to my account," she continued.
Meow.
And according to the pros, Bellino could very well have been the a victim of a cyber-security breach.
“Based on my review of Alexis’ account, it appears that she may have been targeted by ‘bots,’ i.e. fake accounts for spamming purposes. This could be considered a ‘hack’ in the sense that a person can hire a bot service to do this to someone, but it’s not a hack in the traditional sense of someone taking over her account," explained Michael Gregg, COO of Superior Solutions. "This could be done to try to discredit Alexis or have her account blocked by Twitter. These bots will turn very quickly - your account can get bombarded by them in a short period of time and then see them disappear just as fast, once Twitter starts to target and remove these fake accounts. Judging by some of her followers, it appears there are a number of these fake accounts still attached to her Twitter feed.”
Chris Weber, co-founder of Casaba Security, and Mark Wuergler, senior security researcher at Immunity Inc. both concurred that the activity on her accounts are spam-bot related.
"I am told anyone can easily do to it anyone else without the use of passwords, usernames, or any other privileged information," Bellino told us.

Alexis Bellino Quitting (Jesus Jugs)

Sometimes on reality TV the drama is far better off camera than on. Which is exactly the case on Real Housewives of Orange County! Really, why bother with all the editing when these people create straight up chaos without it.

In the latest, Jim Bellino has been campaigning against the show all season long and following an explosive reunion, King Jimbo is making no secret of wanting Alexis Bellino to hand in her two weeks notice.

Here’s how it all began. Following the reunion, Alexis blogged about Tamra Barney‘s “Jesus Jugs” comment and stated it insulted Christians everywhere.

“Jesus Barbie was cute, but almost crossing the line — I can take it in stride. Yet, Jesus Jugs doesn’t just cross the line, it catapults over it. That comment has offended Christians everywhere. How does she decorate her home in crosses yet make a remark like that without an ounce of guilt?”

“Then she is promoting Jesus Jugs wine glasses her Facebook page? So now it’s blasphemy along with defaming Jesus and monetizing on what He sacrificed for us.”

In response, Tamra took the mouth that gets her in trouble over to RumorFix to accuse Alexis of being a “faux Christian.”

“Unlike Alexis, I don’t need to hide behind the Jesus curtain and I don’t feel the need to preach,” Tamra retorts. “When someone is constantly preaching about something they are lying! Alexis and Jim are faux Christians, like her ring.”

“Does she think Jesus would be proud of her for judging me as a Christian, and the crosses in my house? Jim used to take Peggy Tanous to strip clubs after church when they were dating!” For the record, Peggy has not confirmed this.

“I don’t hide behind the Jesus curtain because of my past like him,” Tamra added.
Apparently for Jim those accusations definitely went too far and in a statement released to Us Weekly, he threatens legal action against Tamra for defamatory and slanderous statements. Oh dearie.

“The Real Housewives of Orange County is a reality show that is meant to entertain and engage audiences with the lives of its cast members. We recognize that the personalities, drama and conflict of the show attract fans to the popular Bravo reality series,” the couple’s statement begins.
“Unfortunately, some cast members use the show as a platform for personal attacks and character assassination, perhaps out of personal insecurity or simply to inflict pain. To the extent possible, we try to ignore this behavior.”

Well, attacking Alexis and Jim‘s religion, along with their marriage is something the Bellinos refuse to ignore. The statement continues:

“Recently, however, that has become all but impossible. The escalation of Tamra Barney‘s attacks has reached the level that we have been advised to take legal action.”

“To be clear, Tamra‘s most recent statements are completely false. While her motivation may be to elevate herself by hurting others, the law does provide boundaries outside of which even she may be held liable.”

“This vicious and malicious attack on our family will no longer be tolerated. We have continually tried to take the high road, however, if necessary, we are prepared to defend ourselves against these unfounded, slanderous and defamatory remarks to the fullest extent of the law.”

And just one day after a rumor that Alexis would be fired from RHOC, Jim admits he hopes that is the case as he no longer wants his wife associated with this show. And that, my friends, is the smartest thing Jim has ever said!

“I absolutely do not want her on the show,” Jim tells WetPaint. “But Alexis will do what she wants to do. It’s completely her call.”

“She’s talking to them now and we’ll see what happens,” Jim adds. “Whatever decision she makes, I just want it to be the right one for her.”

And Jim explains just what he found so offensive about Tamra‘s “Jesus Jugs” comment. “She offended so many people and she should apologize for it.”

“Think about it: What if she had called someone ‘Jew Jugs?’ It’s making fun of someone’s faith and it’s completely unacceptable. I find it offensive and horrible. That, to me, was also crossing a huge line.” I actually think that is a very insightful point.

As for Alexis, she, again, admits that S8 may not be in the cards. “The truth is, I don’t know if I’m cut out for this anymore. I don’t know if I’m cut out for such a hateful environment,” she confesses to WetPaint. (Do they have the Bellinos under contract?)

“I’ve been called phony, fake, mean, and hateful. But the thing is, there’s zero footage to back that up,” Alexis insists. “If there was, don’t you think they would have run it?”

Alexis continues, “At this point, I’m just trying to recover. I want to turn this into a positive experience. God put me in the place I am for a reason. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger and I’m a lot stronger today than I was at the start of Season 7. So I guess, in a way, I’m thankful. Very hurt, but thankful.”

Here is my two cents: Tamra has gone too far. I thought “Jesus Jugs” and her behavior at the reunion was ruthless – and not just towards Alexis. Tamra has always been sassy, but the comments she made at the reunion – unprovoked, largely – were shocking.

I’m not sure what the Bellinos intent is with this legal action, but Tamra is making some awfully slanderous accusations IF she doesn’t have anything to back it up. She did the same thing with Gretchen Rossi (it’s no wonder Gretchen decided to join ranks with her), but she actually had some proof there.

In response to all of this, Tamra has been re-tweeting comments like this one: “Don’t apologize to Alexis her boobs are fake, hair is fake, jewelry is fake, her wealth is fake, her Christianity is fake!” When another user accused her of “defamation of character” Tamra responded “oh plzzzz” Well, OK then.

Tamra Barney Fake Engagement

Throughout Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra Barney and Gretchen Rossi have mended fences and bonded over sex toys. All that goodwill is
being threatened by some nasty rumors. TMZ reports that Gretchen has been telling friends Tamra’s recent engagement to boyfriend Eddie Judge was set up by Bravo producers.

According to TMZ, the powers that be at the Real Housewives wanted a giant finale, so they asked Gretchen and Slade Smiley to get engaged — all Bachelor style with exotic locale and free
ring — but Slade allegedly turned the offer down. Apparently, he didn’t think a fake proposal would sit well with his legions of haters. (Of course, reports recently surfaced that Gretchen and Slade are actually engaged) Afterwards, TMZ claims Eddie and Tamra did accept Bravo’s alleged proffered ring/vacation package.

In response to the story, Tamra tweeted, “I am sick to my stomach and hurt by Gretchen's tmz article about my engagement. Jealousy really turns people ugly!”

In response, Gretchen went to Twitter to post, “Whoever keeps trying to stir up things between @TamraBarney and me, needs to stop making up lies! I never said any of those things TMZ is reporting and have been nothing but happy for Tamra and her engagement. Last week I was begging for a ring from Bravo now this week her engagement is a sham! Give me a break! Why can't anyone just be happy for her and I! We are both happy and in a good place in our lives!”

A Bravo spokesperson also shot down the claims in a statement to Wetpaint Entertainment: “This is a totally inaccurate report.” Tamra and Eddie did travel to Bora Bora, where he popped the question, in February. Guess we’ll have to wait until the finale to see if Bravo filmed the magical event.

Joe Giudice Jail (Rejects Plea Bargain Offered by Court)

BREAKING: Joe Giudice Rejects Plea Bargain; Going To Trial! Plus PHOTOS From His Day In Court

Joe Giudice‘s day in court has finally come – again. In the latest development in his fraudulent license case, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star has elected to REJECT the district attorney’s offer for a plea bargain; opting instead to go to trial!

Tom Murro of Fox News gave Reality Tea an EXCLUSIVE behind-the-scenes report on what happened during Joe’s court hearing.

“Joe showed up sans Teresa [Giudice] at the Passaic County Courthouse, and late for court today for the charge of obtaining a drivers license in his brothers name,” Tom reveals. Late as only a Giudice could be!

Tom spoke to Joe briefly “in the hallway” regarding the case and asked what he planned to do. Joe replied, ” I don’t know, If I wasn’t on TV this would be over already, they dismissed my brothers 1-2-3.”

According to Tom, Joe “ paced around the hall, took a few calls in the stairwell and looked pretty tense (for good reason).” Joe’s lawyer, Miles Feinstein, was also late, which prompted a mild “scolding” from Judge Brown. “The state offered a plea of custodial time (jail) , or go to trail, I overheard him say the state offered 5 yrs,” Tom reports.

Following the court’s plea offering Joe‘s attorney countered by requesting an adjournment until Oct 1st “where he said he would prepare for trial.” WHOA, Juicy! There is NO WAY Teresa is getting fired now – although this would be a very dramatic spinoff if reports are accurate that she is moving in that direction!

Following the Judge’s final words, Joe apologized for being late, offering this excuse: ”I’m sorry I was late this morning your honor, I got lost in the mall.” Apparently Joe wasn’t shopping – he got got lost inside a mall parking lot where he parked near the courthouse.

Tom walked with Joe to his car and wished him luck.

Our reader, Rick also sent us the scoop from North Jersey.com. According to their report the “Chief Assistant Prosecutor Jay McCann said the state has offered Giudice a flat, five-year sentence in state prison.” However Joe‘s lawyer, Miles Feinstein argues “because Giudice has no prior criminal convictions, he should be eligible for probation.”

Mr. McCann has previously announced the state will not settle for a probation only sentence given the severity of Joe‘s situation.

Caroline Manzo Dina Manzo Feud

When Caroline Manzo famously declared her family "thick as thieves" on Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey, her sister, Dina Manzo, took the statement to heart.

Despite an ongoing feud that continued even after her season 2 departure from RHONJ, Dina tells Watch What Happens Live's Andy Cohen Sunday that she's still holding out hope that her relationship with Caroline will return to normal one day.

"I'm obviously not going to get into the reasons, but. . . we're all on a life journey and sometimes people's energy doesn't vibe," Dina admitted of her tensions with Caroline, who has said that the feud began when Dina alleged that her sister didn't support her post-RHONJ endeavors. "We're just letting it sit . . . It doesn't mean you hate the person or you wish bad for them."

Dina also dispelled rumors that her ally, Teresa Giudice, came between their sisterly bond. "I know this pisses people off, but Teresa had absolutely nothing to do with it,” she said. "I kind of distanced myself from everybody. So I don't know what they're talking about. Maybe something went on that I don't know about."

Although Dina admitted that her strained relationship with Caroline is "weird," neither sister has counted the other out just yet.

"I can guarantee you two things: one, it's going to be OK one day, we're going to be back to normal," she vowed. "And two is as weird as things are, and I'm not gonna lie they are weird, if either one of us needed each other we would be there in a heartbeat. That's where the family bond will never be broken."
