The Redmi Note 5 Pro

The Redmi Note 5 Pro changed the camera game on budget smartphones for good, forcing the competition to include a good set of cameras on their budget smartphones. Xiaomi continued doing this over and over with their Note 6 Pro and Note 7 Pro, and now the Note 8 Pro is here, and will it still continue this trend?

How good the cameras on this Redmi Note 8 Pro is. For some reason, most people usually associate the number of cameras on a smartphone with the quality of cameras.

So to ride on this wave of thoughts, Redmi included 5 cameras on this Redmi Note 8 Pro. Yes,

You heard me right. 5 Cameras. 4 of which are placed at the back, and 1 at the front. The primary camera gets a new 64-megapixel sensor with F/1.9 aperture and 26mm lens. You might see or hear about the 64-megapixel camera on a smartphone, and get very excited.

But having so many pixels on a small-sized sensor means each individual pixel will receive less light. To cope up with this, the 64 megapixel Samsung sensor uses pixel binning to combine information from 4 pixels into 1 pixel, giving us a sharper16 megapixel image by default. But if you want, you can take 64-megapixel images as well.

Next camera gets an 8-megapixel sensor with/2.2 aperture and a 13mm ultra-wide-angle lens. Then there is a 2 megapixel camera with F/2.4aperture and this one gets a dedicated macro lens, which lets you get extremely close to any object. Finally, we have another 2 megapixel sensor with F/2.4 aperture and this camera is only used for sensing depth information for portrait shots.

Note 8 Pro lets you shoot 4K 30fps videos, 1080p 30/60 and 120fps videos and 720p slow-motion videos in up to 960fps. At the front, there is a 20-megapixel camera with F/2.0 aperture, and it can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps. The camera interface is pretty similar to most other Xiaomi phones, where you swipe in either direction to switch modes.

There is an option to switch lenses right above the shutter button. 0.6x button is for the wide lens, 1x is for the primary lens. There is also a 2x option, but there is a no2x lens on this phone. So when you press 2x, the phone just crops in on the image taken with the primary camera, so it is just digital zoom. At the top we have the option to switch to the new macro lens.

In the Pro mode, you can adjust all settings like white balance, focus, shutter speed, and ISO according to your liking. Shutter speed in this mode ranges from 1/1000thof a second, all the way to 32 seconds. And the range for ISO is from 100 to 3200. You can take 64-megapixel images from this mode as well, but there is no option to shoot RAW images.

As you can see, there are plenty of details in these 16-megapixel images. They are sharp and I think there is plenty of contrast. These images look so good, it is hard to believe they came out of budget smartphones. Colors look good and very pleasing.

They are natural and accurate. If you want slightly punchy looking colors, turn on the AI scene detection mode. By default, the dynamic range of the primary camera is pretty good, but with the HDR mode turned on, it gets even better. Even with the HDR mode set to auto, it brings up a lot more details from the shadows, while preserving the highlights.

In this image, we can see so many details inside the large hall, and at the same time, we could also make out what’s outside the windows in the bright light. The same is the case with this image. Note 8 Pro manages to bring out so many details from the shadows while preserving most of the details in the highlights from outside the window.

Since the HDR mode really helps improve the images, I went ahead and left in on auto for almost all the images the, I took. I like taking close up images, and I need the camera to set the focus quickly and accurately for these shots, which the Note 8 Pro manages to do really well.

You can see the subjects in all these shots are in perfectly sharp focus, while the background is blurred out, thanks to the wide aperture. This phone also lets us get even closer to the subject for taking macro shots, thanks to the dedicated macro camera.

And I really like how well these images turned out. With plenty of light, you can get extremely close to the object and click very nice looking macro shots. This feature might not excite everyone, but if you are someone who likes to take close up and macro shots, you are going to love it.

Just like the Macro camera, there is a dedicated wide lens here, and it lets you take these cool looking shots, which you would not be able to take with the normal lens. You can in a way replicate images shot with a telephoto lens, by digitally cropping in on the images, like the Note 8 Pro does when you hit the 2x button.

But getting ultra-wide shots without having an ultra-wide lens is something that is hard to achieve digitally. This wide lens and the sensor behind it is not as good as the primary camera, so these images don’t look as sharp or have as many details.

But they definitely come in handy in situations where you want to show the scale of things in your scene, or in situations where you just don’t have a place to move back, but you still need to get your subject in the shot.

By default, the images from the primary camera are shot at 16 megapixels using pixel binning, but you can switch to the 64-megapixel mode if you want higher resolution images. And unlike the 48-megapixel images from the Note 7 Pro, these 64-megapixel images actually have more details than the 16-megapixel ones, and they are sharp even when you zoom in 3-4 times. So if you want more detailed images and you are in brightly lit outdoor conditions, switch to the 64-megapixel mode, but you should also know that these images will be much larger in terms of file size.

And while taking images in lower light, stick to the 16-megapixel mode, since it uses pixel binning resulting in lower noise levels. Redmi smartphones have been one of the best when it comes to portrait mode. They have been learning and perfecting it over time, and now just look at how good it has got.

The subject is in sharp focus, Edge detection is near perfect, there are no hard edges so the transition between the subject and the background looks seamless, and the background is blurred out nice and evenly. Dynamic range while taking portrait shots should have been better, but the overall images still look very good. You can take portraits of objects, and the images turn out just as good, if not better. It can detect the edges perfectly even if the objects are as complex as this.

Looking at these images, it is hard to believe that they came out of a 15,000Rs. Smartphone. As the light starts to go down, we start seeing some changes in the quality of images. It still does really well for a phone of its price, but you start to see a lot of noise creeping in these images.

Colors are still good, and the images look really good if you look at them on the screen of your phone. Note 8 Pro also handles the exposure from light really well. If you want to take even better images in lower light, you can switch to the night mode. These night mode images have a bit more light and details and the noise levels are kept in check.

In some situations the difference that this model makes is very big and apparent, while in others, it is not that big. In either case, you get better images with the night mode turned on. But these images do take a couple of seconds to capture, so make sure to hold your phone steady, and if you have people in your shot, as them to stay very still, else they might be blurred out.

That brings us to the 20 megapixel front-facing camera. There are plenty of details in these selfies. I think there is a bit of artificial sharpening being applied to these images, but most people won’t mind it, as it makes the images feel more detailed.

You can take portrait selfies with the front-facing camera. And even without the secondary depth-sensing camera, it does a very good job of detecting the edges and blurring out the background, even if you have multiple people in the shot. Here is a video from the front-facing camera of the Redmi Note 8 Pro.

You can see how it handles the overall colors of the scene, exposure, and the stabilization when I am walking around with it. 1080p 30fps videos are stabilized via electronic stabilization. These videos don’t look very impressive, as they are not of very high bit rate, and the exposure also changes abruptly, which doesn’t look good.

4K 30fps videos are not stabilized in any way, but they look nice and detailed, and with a bit of stabilization applied via the google photos app, they can look really good. Thankfully these videos are not as choppy as the videos from the Redmi Note 7 Pro was, when it first came out.

So after looking at all these image and video samples, what do you think about the cameras on this Note 8 Pro? If it wasn’t clear from the video, personally, I am very impressed with cameras on this phone. For many of the images, especially while shooting in portrait mode, it is difficult to believe that a phone starting at Rs.14, 999 can do such a great job.

For this price, I personally think, you won’t find a better set of cameras right now. So if you are looking for a new smartphone under Rs.20, 000 and camera is your top priority, just don’t think too much and go with the Redmi Note 8 pro.

Cameras on this phone are so good that I am going to HAVE to compare it with other bigger phones that I have. Those videos are going to be very interesting ones, and you don’t want to miss them. So make sure you have turned on the notifications for this channel.

What's up everybody it's your PewDiePie and guess what we're talking about today we've talked a lot about After Effects Premiere Pro but those are some super difficult software for someone who just wants to get started making videos right out the gate so again so we're talking about today we're gonna be talking about the top three easiest video editors I'm talking about editors that are so easy that you can start making some super cool visuals from motion graphics intro seven editing some home videos.

Honestly like I even hesitate to say software just because these are things that can be done right in your browser or on your phone even on your desktop so pretty versatile here when it comes to your options I'm super excited I know you are too all right let's go so I get asked all the time like what's the best video editing the software starts off with so a lot of you know that I talk about After Effects and Premiere Pro a lot but I sometimes hesitate because I think back on my experience.

When I first learned that software you'd be told it took me some years to finally get to know some stuff about it even then I'm still learning a whole bunch more yeah and I also have to recognize the fact that After Effects and Premiere are some pretty pricey options so instead we're gonna talk about editors that are either free or super easy pretty much something that you can use if you've never touched a video editing program before now if you want to eventually get into some of the more in-depth stuff.

I highly recommend Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro but for someone who's just probably looking to get some of their videos up online super quickly not having to do too much these are gonna be the things that's gonna help you get started right away let's waste no more the time you know I'm getting ahead of myself let's just hop right into this let's go first up on the list we have pain Zoid Pan's Lloyd is super cool in browser editor that's right you heard me right.

I'm talking about in your freak in browser that means you don't have to download any software surprisingly you don't even have to login in order to start making some really cool dope 3d motion graphics and 2d motion graphics the reason for that is because the community are just packed with a bunch of creatives who are making all kinds of stuff free for you guys to use so hop on over there check out pans weight as well if you can imagine I was able to make this and this all within a few minutes.

Literally without any reading of a tutorial guide or anything like that it live updates like right when you change any of the parameters here so if I go ahead and change the text here we're seeing the 3d render of it get updated right there in the browser which is just freaking insane to me and then I can also go ahead and just export everything out in a nice easy to use video to the fact that this is in browser means that you don't have to download any software and you can get using it right away so easy in fact I'm gonna tell you how you can make something really cool in under a minute.

let's go I'm gonna click on this one right here which is a cool-looking community project I'm gonna go over to this button over here which is the objects panel, I'm just gonna change this text and instantly hit play and we got something super dope you guys can try it out easily like thousands I've gotten lost in it I've spent hours on this already so I never thought something this cool and customizable could be done in the browser.

I'm talking about this can be done in your Google Chrome your Safari your offer your Firefox you are how many browsers are there so I've seen a ton of savvy you tubers make free custom motion graphics for things like their intros or end screens using something like Pan's wood and it's a huge benefit because you don't have to spend years learning something like 3d animation or video editing in order to have something looks pretty cool that you can use right away there's so much flexibility with it can you believe that someone made even this Netflix logo intro and this Cartoon.

Network one like with the 3d and everything working holy I don't even know like how these people are able to make such cool uses of the effects and the rhythm with the music and all these different camera movements and things like that going on it's just super impressive holy yeah.

This is so cool I guarantee if you guys go to pans Lloyd right now just play around with it you're gonna have some super dope intro and like really cool graphics really dope it has a whole bunch of flexibility really easy to use and pick up and the community just freak in blows my mind with all the creative stuff that they're doing and for that reason pans Lloyd gets a well-earned black mixture stamp of approval.

So number two on the list is a super dope it's one of the easiest video editing apps that we used here to make like all kinds of cool stuff right from our phone you know what in the shot is so freak in easy I figured it out in like two minutes so this app is packed with a whole bunch of features, it's for free but there is like a little premium subscription thing that they got going on after-effects pack yeah oh shoot.

This video on our blog was edited by crystal using in a shot on her phone and then we went ahead and did like a little extra stuff here and there nowadays in shot comes packed with built-in transitions text animations a whole bunch of super cool effects it's just freak in mind-blowing all the stuff that you can do right now with just your cell phone like holy okay so they got royalty-free songs sound affects you can add Clips cut Clips move clips add effects and you can even add custom fonts yeah you heard me right you can add custom fonts so all of us could get lost in the sauce of fonts over at dafont.com.

They got us to so their premium subscription plan I think is like twelve dollars or ten dollars a year something like that which amounts to like less than a dollar a month.

Honestly, I hate premium subscriptions and stuff like that but this one is worth it because the developers are constantly updating it with super cool motion graphics and features so go ahead and support them devs great UI great features just overall great updates and great developers and for that reason, in shock it's a well-deserved black mixture stamp of approval.

Okay so last upon the list at number three we have a program that brings the best of both worlds I'm talking about a software that you can use on your desktop they also have a preset effects pack a whole bunch of super cool features it's just super easy to use.

I'm honestly just freak in mind-blowing that's right I'm talking about movavi the program that brings the best of both worlds by having both on the desktop with Windows and the Mac this is the software you could pick up within minutes and honestly the UI and everything looks so easy to understand you can figure out how to make a video super quickly closest thing that I could compare to is final cut except final cut costs like three hundred four hundred dollars and is a Mac-only software whereas the developers over at movavi I got to give a huge kudos to them because they created a software that honestly challenges the likes of Final Cut and iMovie but it's also cross-platform and super affordable with a free trial also for those of you who don't know anything about animation don't worry movavi has also got you covered by having template pack and preset pack with a bunch of different motion graphics that you can use and there's a whole lot of free resources out there that you guys started using right away.

YouTube but what I'm going to teach you in this video is a solid way of making money I was gonna charge for it's just bear that in mind and make sure you're paying attention so I created the name for a call this it so it's called the $1 cash machine now you'll find out why it's called the $1cash a machine in a moment but I'm going to explain basically how it works so what we actually do is we're going to leverage the followers of other people so we're actually leveraging the followers of Instagram influencers so people that have already got the massive following on Instagram and we're actually going to leverage their followers so we don't need our own followers and we're gonna get these people these influences to share a link on their stories are on their Instagram Feed to their audience and that's going to lead fro to our page so this is a page that we own and we're going to get these influences to share our page now there are two ways of doing this there's a paid way so we can just pay them to share it which is the paid way of doing it there's also a way that we can do it for free which.

I'm going to reveal a little bit later in this video so make sure you stay tuned for that but basically, we get these people to share a link to our page and on that page, we are selling some kind of digital product I didn't need to write that on but some kind of digital product like an e-book or it could even be a course or like a fitness guide or something like that's what's gonna be for sale on this page now we haven't got to create that product that's the key part of this we're not creating the product we didn't have to learn how to write an ebook and create that and pull out for sale that's not what we're doing that's a different strategy in this we're actually going to be using products that other people have created and sold them but this isn't affiliate marketing,

So we're not going to get a commission we're actually gonna get the rights to products like ebooks or video training courses where we can have the full rights to them and we can sell it as many times as we want for whatever price I want and that's key to this it's called PLR or something like that butI'm going to show you where the website where we get these from in this articles and you can actually get them for free so you can get the right to a product that someone else has created for free and you can sell it for a profit as well so.

I'm going to tell you how to do that but it's not just a case of selling someone else's ebooks and things like that the way this worked so well are we actually sell it for $1 that's why it's called the $1 cash machine so we sell some kind of high-quality fish high-quality product like an e-book and us sell it for a dollar and we get this influencer to promote it for us and send their traffic care now this converts really really well because we're not just getting any influence we're gonna find an influencer on an Instagram page in a very specific niche it could be like a specific diet or it could be a way of making money online or it could be something like that we found an influencer in that specific niche, we then get the ebook or the digital product in that specific niche so we're teaming up the product with the perfect audience and we're giving them a crazy deal because it's only going to be $1 which means the conversions on this page is very high now there's another thing that we actually do on this page which I'm gonna show you when.

I jump on my laptop in a minute which makes the conversions of this page go even crazy it's not just about selling an e-book for a dollar there's more to it is one more step one more thing that you do which makes people pull out their credit cards and snap it off straight away which I'm going to show you it in a moment but you might be watching this thinking well you're not going to become rich just by selling $1 products and obviously you're not gonna become rich by selling $1 products but this is just the start.

I don't really care about this $1 this $1 is just the start for us so then what we do is we actually then upsell these people to another page and on this page, it says we know you've purchased this $1 ebook about a certain diet but would you like to have would you like to cut the learning curve in half and learn via video because we've got this special article training which is going to teach you more than what that the ebook was gonna teach you and because you already purchased our ebook we're gonna give you a crazy deal.

On it so what you do is you give them like a mid ticket upsell of around about 17 Dollars and it's a no-brainer and the key with both of these things are we're making them both irresistible offers they're super irresistible so it's almost the one dollar here with this little trick which I'm going to show you in a minute he's an irresistible offer they then think that's an art I'm not gonna faint I'm not gonna buy anything else today they get to this page and it's like do you want to learn ten times quicker you can have this video a course which usually cost $300 but I'm gonna give it to you for $17 and because they already entered their bank details and on this page, if you haven't got to enter them again.

They just got a click a button so we get a lot of people actually purchasing this upsell and that's when we start making the money we don't really care about this product this is just to get people in getting them interested and get them pulling out their credit card and then they come to this stage they purchase the upsell then what we do is we can actually send them to another product oh yeah I forgot to say so this course that we're selling here you can also get them from the same website that I got this ebook from and where we own the rights to it we can sell it as many times as we want and we can put whatever price we want on it so we add that in there and then what you can do is you can go well if this is a diet product this is going to teach you about nutrition say and then.

We've got a course about nutrition you can actually get a novel product from the website where I'm going to show you a minute and oh yeah and you can say well you wanna buy this fitness ebook which is actually gonna teach you about weight training to complement the product they've already bought and that's going to be ten dollars say just for instance and what you can see you can start to sell them more and more products in this same funnel and then what we all should do it doesn't end there's another way of making money we then because there are only so many info products we can promote to them you can't just keep saying you're on about an offer you booked wanna buy another cost want to buy another ebook join aband of a course because they're gonna get overloaded but if saying this example.

They want to get fit there might be some supplements out there that we could promote and we don't own them and you can't get the rights to they but you can become an affiliate for supplements and things like that so you could say you could have on this page I'm going to show you my example of this in a minute so you can see all working and you can see what I mean but we can then forward them on to a supplement which helps them achieve their goal which is why they opted in for this ebook at the beginning a lot quicker now we might get 50% Commission for sending them to that supplement so.

There are multiple ways of making money and all we've done is we've just got an influencer in a specific niche to promote was a $1 ebook that'sit and the rest is just done this is all automated inside the sales for which you're created but it's just in there because when they bought this first the product they would have entered their email address so then what we can do is we can email these people and they're supposed to be envelopes, by the way, we can email these people with even if they don't buy this affiliate product we can send that to them or we could send over affiliate products to them that are about their niche or we could even sell over ebooks and things which we've got the right term and the great thing about this.

Why this is a goldmine but because this is super concentrated people on your email list so if you manage to sell a hundred ebooks that means you've got you're gonna make some profit from these upsells but you're also got hundred people on your email list that you know are definitely interested in a specific niche and that's what's key to this it's all about finding a specific the niche you don't just want to be genericI'm gonna find a really specific niche you've got these people on your email list that are definitely interested in that but not only the interested they didn't just enter their email address to say they were interested they pulled out their credit card and they purchased even if they only bought the front offer for $1 you've still got people that are serious and definitely interested which means,

They're way more valuable to sell products to in the future and that is how it worked and you can keep sending them emails for a year as you want and other products but that's how it worked and that's the strategy I'm actually going to show you my live example on my computer now and show you, it inaction, so you can see how it works and this little secret that I've got at the front of the funnel which explodes conversions plus I'm going to show you how we can do this bit for free as well okay so let's dive into it when I jump onto my computer now and show you everything, okay so we're just on my computer now and I'm gonna walk you through kind of everything step by step.

I'll show you one of my examples one of the ways that I've been using to make money so the first thing you want to do is you need to find a niche a specific niche now this is really really important for this to work you can't try and be generic you need to find your target audience before you start finding the product before you start building the sales for them and that the target audience needs to have big Instagram pages and big influencers in that niche so the one that I went for in this example which I'm gonna show you today is keto so it's a keto diet so you all you do is you want to look at it's just going to the explore page on Instagram look at all of the top categories that are a good way to start try.

Find one which is in help wealth and relationships one of those phrases of the good category to go with because you can make a lot of money either probably be eBooks in the categories and then you want to niche down even more so obviously keto diet falls into health because it's about health and fitness but I didn't just want to create a funnel and promote products about health and fitness I went down even further and I found keto because I don't a keto diet before so as you can see here that the hashtag keto has got 14 million posts but there are lots more different variations of it there and there are a lot of people posting in it there's a lot of theme pages in this and there's a lot of influences in this so once you kind of have an idea of what you want to focus on then you need to go and find and see these actually pre-pre-made products in that niche which we can get the rights to resell so the website which

I went with which I thought was look to the highest quality is this the bulletproof keto diet which is basically an e-book kind of guide thing which teaches you about the keto diet and plus points and minuses and all this thing and its basics and the keto diet and he says product terms it can be sold it can be packing over all the products we can change the sales lab we can offer as a bonus we can do loads of things to it we just can't edit it basically but the other reason why I chose this is because go back is if you look here the bulletproof keto diet video upgrade so they've got a little video course as well which I can get the rights to and that means that I can upsell to the video course and it matches so it is part of the same brand and got edit anything so got the e-book on the front and I can already get a product so I can upsell straight away I also did use this keto diet book as well on another little upsell which

DM explaining that you're promoting an e-book about keto your interesting their diet and you can ask them how much they charge to promote it. I will show you how you can get to get them to Moore a for free as well in this video but that the quickest way to to get results and it's just to pay them and get them to share it and hopefully, we'll start to make our money back if we pay say fifty dollars for someone to share it on their store err we might not make all of our money back right at the start from the $1 sales we might just make a good chunk of it but then we only need one or two upsells we made our money back and we'rein profit and we're building our email list and we're sending them to affiliate products as well so yeah it does work great so what we do is we find the influencers go for a list of them because what,

I didn't create this in canvas I didn't create this trying to be out in Photoshop and get them to share it like a real actor I actually created it on my phone using Instagram stories typing out and adding an image because the key to this is you want it to look like the person the influencer that you're using the page that you're using he's just suggesting it to their followers and they've just created themselves because they want to help their followers out so you kind of want to make you look quite amateur in a way yeah that's so that works really well but the over bit the bit that I mentioned earlier this secret the sauce is this bit here use coupon code key to VIPs

What we do is this is what makes the conversions work so well because we give the influencer that's promoting it a specific coupon code that they can share with their followers so I'll just show you it now on this funnel so this is the funnel which I would get the influencer to share and then they click get a copy now and as you can see the checkout page it says that the product is $29 but because they've got a coupon code from that influencer they type in the coupon code Kito VIP click apply and bam to get it for $1 now that is so much better than just saying who wants this ebook for a dollar because if you say who wants this ebook for a dollar people will just think it's not even worth it's scrappy little,
