What an unambiguous question. Bankers and therefore banks are the cause, the effect and the overall reasons why this country has fallen into the deepest economic collapse since the Great Depression. They, and their corrupt dealings have always been the root cause of every financial calamity in U.S. history. Yet, the government continues allowing them to operate throughout the halls of power with almost complete impunity. Even with overwhelming documentation of fraud, forgery and perjury, the Justice Department continues to look the other way while they put together a neat amnesty package designed to shield bankers from their latest crimes against working people. Rather than protecting the humble home owners destroyed through their corrupt business practices, the Justice Department is in full swing protecting the bankers of America. Presently, they are about to receive yet another free legal pass instead of being subjected to The RICO Act like any other organized criminal enterprise would be. Leave it to our gutless government to do battle for everyone except the people they are elected to protect, serve and represent. Surely there is a special corner in Hell set aside just for bankers and the politicians they own...

Today, with the stroke of a pen, our half-breed, tyrant President gave government what it has always dreamed of, ...the end of "Due Process" and, an open season on citizens and government critics. Perhaps the most frightening aspect of this dangerous power is that no "burden of proof" is even required for it's application. If the government so desires, it can now arrest, detain, imprison, torture or make any citizen legally disappear for all times. Each and every one of these 93 Congressional cowards have now firmly placed America in the same political category as Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia and Communist North Korea. Under the guise of Homeland Security, the government has positioned itself once again to portray national security as the guiding principle to justify this unholy and illegal legislation. Suggesting to the American people that if you trust the government, it will protect your freedom and your way of life. However, in the words of Ben Franklin,..."Those who sacrifice freedom for security, deserve neither." God save America from the Washington Whores!

What we have here is a basic display of tribal mentality trying to defend the fallen Mr.Maxey. On one front the student and adult organizers try to justify the principals actions and behavior simply because he is a popular black leader.
