Jeff reamed his new assistant Andrew out in his last performance review, and Andrew claims he’s turned over a new leaf. Although he seems to be trying, his past comes back to haunt him. Jenni and Jeff both reveal that Andrew’s told them quite opposite stories about his past and present, leaving them utterly speechless about who this person is who they’ve hired.

Also, two business partners from Bedford, NH have top-ranked champion surfer Lakey Peterson demonstrate to the Sharks how their surf-inspired exercise equipment works; a dapper man from Acworth, GA pitches a personal style system that will help the Average Joe look and feel like an alpha male; and two women from Omaha, NE hope to make a sweet deal where customers can design their own personalized ice cream and gelato flavors.

It’s getting down to the wire as only three chefs remain, and they’ll have to cook and create their dish while instructing a ‘mystery’ guest across the divider to make the exact same dish. Then for the Elimination Challenge, the chefs will mentor aspiring culinary students and guide them through making a dish. The twist is that the chefs themselves can’t touch the dishes their students create.
