		<description>Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) decided to charge local call on telephone inquiry number One-Seven (17) from June 1, 2008. Also they have change the inquiry number from One-Seven(17) to One-Two-One-Seven(1217).
This is another shocking news for PTCL customers who already paying huge bills in non-standard services.
