Fair officials say more than 100,000 votes were cast on their website. The results of a WHOtv.com poll were similar, with 70-percent of voters saying no to a Jackson sculpture and 30-percent saying yes.

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/who-story-butter-jackson-071709,0,6114673.story

House raped by Wienermobile

<img style="width: 499px; height: 361px;" src="http://imgs.sfgate.com/c/pictures/2009/07/17/ba-wienermobile__0500388186.jpg" alt="An Oscar Meyer Wienermobile crashed into the home and out... The famed hot dog's Wienermobile crashed Friday into the deck and garage of a home in Mount Pleasant, about 35 miles south of Milwaukee.

Police said the driver was trying to turn the Wienermobile around in the driveway and thought she was moving in reverse. But she instead went forward and hit the home. It sat in the driveway as if it were stuck in the garage Friday afternoon.

No one was home and no one was injured. No citations were immediately issued.

Read more: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/n/a/2009/07/17/national/a165842D33.DTL#ixzz0LdGOmyDF
