Spring is finally starting to come alive here on our little farm. Hope it's showing itself where you are too.

These will be the last I will do until probably the fall. So much activity here on the little old farm during the spring and summer. And I'm also trying to work on a whole new website...something long overdue. And something that's trying my patience for sure. You know how I love sitting in front of a computer screen (not!). Regardless, I'm super excited about the new site and the direction I think I'm heading. Stay tuned!

It is way past time for some bright and fun color, is it not? I know I'm not the only one feeling like the gray days have worn out their welcome. Move over, winter.
I decided to push the gray away with a project full of warmth and color...
It's the same concept I used on this autumn project a while back. You know how I love all the little pieces and details. So much fun, this playing with paper again.

Today my color is dedicated to dear Trish. Be strong and look forward to brighter days just around the bend.

I think most of the rest are either vintage or my own designs (or are discontinued items that I couldn't locate). You can find the link to the fabric scrap flower here.
Sat down for a few minutes today, just to relax and doodle. Spending some time in my 'word and song' journal. And it was relaxing, very calming. Had forgotten how much so, since it's been a while.
Since it's just for an informal journal, it was easier not to feel pressure for everything to look just so. Having fun with it.
Clearly I'm ready for some warmth and sunshine :)
