Thanks for the feedback.  We have on the product roadmap to introduce a document library so you can upload a presentation and use it for multiple meetings.

I&#039;m not a fan of the automatic &quot;this meeting room is open&quot; emails, since I tend to log in early to prepare everything.  I&#039;m working with the product management team on how we can still provide this capability, but make it more flexible.  I&#039;ll share your feedback with them.
