Retire a frigideira do fogo e despeje rapidamente 1 concha da massa preparada. Gire rapidamente a frigideira, inclinando-a em todas as direções de modo que a massa seja distribuída de forma homogénea e forme uma camada bem fina. &lt;br /&gt;
Volte a frigideira ao fogo e deixe cozinhar o crêpe, em fogo médio, até que o lado inferior esteja dourado e as bordas comecem a se desprender. Esse processo deve durar cerca de 1 minuto. &lt;br /&gt;
Vire o crêpe com uma espátula, com um movimento rápido e firme. Se preferir, use 2 espátulas ou deslize o crêpe para um prato, como se fosse um omelete, e volte à frigideira. Cozinhe por 1 minuto e transfira o crêpe para um prato. &lt;br /&gt;

230-250 Gr Farinha &lt;br /&gt;
15 Gr Levedura Fresca &lt;br /&gt;
150 Ml Água &lt;br /&gt;
30 Ml Azeite &lt;br /&gt;
1 Pitada Sal &lt;br /&gt;
350 Gr Tomate, secou ou tomate fresco &lt;br /&gt;
175 Gr Mozzarella &lt;br /&gt;
1 Pitada Oregãos &lt;br /&gt;
1 Fio Azeite &lt;br /&gt;
1 Pitada Sal &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de preparo:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misture a levedura na água, a qual deve estar quente (37°C). Deite a farinha numa tigela e adicione a levedura misturada, o azeite e o sal. Mexa bem e, depois, trabalhe a massa formando uma bola suave e elástica. Tape a massa e deixe-a levedar num local quente durante cerca de 2 horas. Unte ligeiramente o prato Crisp com azeite. Achate a massa com as mãos até ela ocupar todo o prato Crisp e, depois, pique-a com um garfo. Escorra e pique o tomate enlatado e espalhe-o uniformemente pela massa. Acrescente a mozzarella cortada aos cubos, os orégãos, o sal e o fio de azeite. Coza a pizza durante 14-15 minutos com a função Crisp ou no forno 180º graus 10min.&lt;br /&gt;

Dica: a pizza pode ser feita agosto, usando a massa como base e a cobertura use a imaginação.&lt;br /&gt;

O bolo deve ser furado assim que sai do forno e o pudim vai quente por cima, por isso o bolo abate um pouco. Deixa-se cozer durante cerca de 10 minutos. Uma receita que tanto serve para um dia banal como para um jantar de amigos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes para 2 pessoas:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150g de esparguete&lt;br /&gt;150g de miolo de camarão (calibre 20/30)&lt;br /&gt;sal e pimenta q.b.&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cebola&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de saçsa picada&lt;br /&gt;75ml de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres de sopa de polpa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;1 malagueta seca&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leve o esparguete a cozer em água temperado de sal.&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto leve uma frigideira ao lume com o azeite e aloure a cebola previamente picada e os dentes de alho esmagados (em papa). Junte depois os camarões e tempere com sal, pimenta e a malagueta. Quando os camarões estiverem rosados, junte o vinho branco e a polpa de tomate e deixe ferver até reduzir o molho, cerca de 5 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Assim que a massa estiver &quot;al dente&quot; escorra e passe-a por água fria para parar a cozedura. Volte a colocar a massa na panela onde cozinhou e junte o molho de camarão e a salsa picada.
