&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500 g de salmão (sem espinhas e sem pele)&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml de shoyo light (molho de soja)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa (cheia) de karo ou mel&lt;br /&gt;
300 ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de gengibre ralado&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Confecção:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Coloque o salmão sem pele na Actifry, adicione o mel. Dilua os 200 ml de molho de soja nos 300 ml de água e espalhe sobre o salmão, para finalizar espalhe o gengibre sobre o salmão.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Deixe por 20 minutos na Actifry&lt;br /&gt;

1 colher Actifry de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
100 g de cenoura descascada e cortada em tiras finas&lt;br /&gt;
1 pimentão verde e outro vermelho cortados em cubos pequenos&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola cortada em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
150 g de acelga&lt;br /&gt;
50 g de oyashi (broto de feijão) lavado&lt;br /&gt;
1 a 2 xícaras (chá) de molho pronto de Yakissoba&lt;br /&gt;
250 g de macarrão próprio para Yakissoba&lt;br /&gt;
Sal a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Confecção:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Coloque o frango com uma colher medida de azeite na ActiFry e deixe cozinhar por 5 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Acrescente o restante dos ingredientes, exceto a acelga e o moyashi e cozinhe por mais 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
3. No final desta etapa adicione a acelga o moyashi e o molho pronto e cozinhe por mais 3 a 5 minutos. Acerte o sal. Adicione o macarrão já cozido e misture bem.&lt;br /&gt;

100 g de miolo de amêndoa sem pele &lt;br /&gt;
3 dentes de alho &lt;br /&gt;
4 dl de natas de soja &lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (Actifry) de ketchup &lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (Actifry) de azeite &lt;br /&gt;
Salsa q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Sal e pimenta q.b. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Arranje a carne de vitela e corte-a em tirinhas. Lave os cogumelos e corte-os ao meio. Descasque e lave os dentes de alho e pique-os finamente. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Disponha as tiras de carne na Actifry Tefal, junte os cogumelos e os dentes de alho e tempere com sal e pimenta. &lt;br /&gt;

2 cebolas &lt;br /&gt;
2 dl de caldo de carne &lt;br /&gt;
1 dl de Vinho do Porto &lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (medida) de azeite &lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de farinha integral &lt;br /&gt;
Sumo de 1/2 limão &lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sopa) de salsa picada &lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (café) de sal&lt;br /&gt;
Pimenta q.b. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Confecção:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Corte o peito de frango em tiras finas, tempere-as com o sal, pimenta e o sumo do limão e polvilhe-as com a farinha integral. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a carne dentro da Actifry Tefal, verta o azeite por cima, ligue e deixe cozinhar durante 10 minutos. Retire a carne da máquina e reserve-a. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Descasque e pique a cebola, lave e lamine os cogumelos. Deite tudo para a Actifry Tefal, junte o caldo de carne e o Vinho do Porto, ligue e deixe cozinhar durante cerca de 10 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione novamente o frango, polvilhe com a salsa picada e deixe cozinhar mais 15 minutos. Retire e sirva acompanhado com legumes cozidos e massa a gosto. &lt;br /&gt;

Descasque a cebola, pique-a e deite-a na Actifry Tefal. Junte o azeite, ligue e deixe aquecer. &lt;br /&gt;

Corte os bifes de novilho em tiras, junte-as à Actifry Tefal e deixe cozinhar até a carne ficar douradinha. &lt;br /&gt;

Arranje a carne de porco e a entremeada, corte-as em cubos e deite-os para uma tigela. Adicione o vinho branco, a massa de pimentão, os dentes de alho picados e o louro, tempere com sal e pimenta, envolva bem e deixe marinar durante 15 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;

Descasque e lave as batatinhas e corte-as depois ao meio. Corte o chouriço em rodelas grossas. &lt;br /&gt;

1 dl de vinho branco &lt;br /&gt;
250 g de cogumelos frescos &lt;br /&gt;
1 colher-medida de azeite &lt;br /&gt;
2 cenouras médias&lt;br /&gt;
Salsa picada q. b.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Confecção:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Corte o frango em pedaços e retire-lhes a pele e as gorduras visíveis. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o frango numa taça, junte-lhe a cebola cortada em meias-luas, os alhos picados, o pimentão-doce, a folha de louro, sal, pimenta e o vinho branco. Envolva tudo e deixe marinar durante 15 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o frango com a marinada na ACTIFRY Tefal, bem como os cogumelos cortados em quartos e o azeite. Feche a máquina e programe 20 minutos de cozedura. &lt;br /&gt;

1 colher Actifry de tomilho em fl or &lt;br /&gt;
600 g de feijão encarnado(lata), lavado e escorrido &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Retire a gordura à carne e corte-a em tiras finas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Coloque o azeite e a cebola na ActiFry e coza 5 minutos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Adicione a carne e continue a cozedura mais 5 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
Adicione o tomate e o seu suco, o caldo, o tomilho e o feijão e coza durante 4 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;

700 g de carne de porco para estufar &lt;br /&gt;
1 colher medida de azeite &lt;br /&gt;
1 c. (de sopa) de massa de pimentão &lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola pequena &lt;br /&gt;
4 dentes de alho &lt;br /&gt;
200 g de couve preparada para caldo verde &lt;br /&gt;
400 g de feijão branco &lt;br /&gt;
100 g de broa de milho &lt;br /&gt;
sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Confecção:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Corte a carne em cubos, regue-a com o azeite e tempere com a massa de pimentão, sal e pimenta. Coloque na Actifry e deixe cozinhar por 12 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
Descasque a cebola e os alhos, pique-os e junte-os à carne. Deixe cozinhar mais uns sete minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
No final, coloque a couve e aguarde que cozinhe cerca de cinco minutos. Por fim, junte o feijão e a broa esfarelada, e deixe a Actifry cozinhar por mais uns dois minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

700 g de pá de porco sem osso &lt;br /&gt;
500 g de batatas &lt;br /&gt;
3 dentes de alho &lt;br /&gt;
2 dl de vinho branco &lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (Actifry) de azeite &lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (Actifry) bem cheia de massa de pimentão &lt;br /&gt;
1 folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;
Pickles q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Azeitonas q.b. &lt;br /&gt;
Coentros q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Sal e pimenta q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Confecção:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Arranje a carne e corte-a em cubos.&lt;br /&gt;
Deite-a para uma tigela, junte os dentes de alho picados finamente, a folha de louro, a massa de pimentão, o vinho branco, o azeite, sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Envolva e deixe marinar durante 20 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Deite a carne escorrida na Actifry Tefal, regue depois com a marinada e ligue durante 15 minutos. Descasque e lave as batatas, corte-as em cubos pequenos, junte-os à carne na Actifry Tefal, envolva, feche e ligue mais 20 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;

O livro de instruções diz que também se pode confeccionar fruta na Actifry.&lt;br /&gt;
Aqui fica uma receita de banana frita.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Banana cortada às rodelas (não usar bananas muito maduras)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de óleo de girassol&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
Canela (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;
Caramelo (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar as bananas em rodelas uniformes (para que fritem de igual modo).&lt;br /&gt;
