Bater os ovos com o sal, a pimenta, as ervas finas e a salsa.   &lt;br /&gt;Misturar o parmesão ralado e os tomates às rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;
Numa wok saltear o bacon, os cogumelos laminados e os espargos aos cubos em azeite.   &lt;br /&gt;Já fora do lume, juntar a mistura de ovos.    &lt;br /&gt;Acrescentar a farinha.&lt;br /&gt;
Vai ao forno a &lt;strong&gt;180º&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

2 iogurtes naturais   &lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos batidos   &lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta qb   &lt;br /&gt;
ervas aromáticas qb (manjericão, manjerona, tomilho e endro)   &lt;br /&gt;

Azeite    &lt;br /&gt;
Temperos (Manjericão, Manjerona, Endro, Orégãos)    &lt;br /&gt;
Sal e pimenta qb    &lt;br /&gt;
Meio copo vinho branco    &lt;br /&gt;
Caldo massas&lt;br /&gt;
Massa fusilli   &lt;br /&gt;
2 latas de Atum    &lt;br /&gt;
8 barras de Delícias do mar    &lt;br /&gt;
Cozer    &lt;br /&gt;
Salsa&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparaçao na Bimby&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar no copa a cebola, o tomate e os alhos.&lt;br /&gt;
Picar &lt;strong&gt;10seg, vel5&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o azeite e saltear &lt;strong&gt;3min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar a gosto e acrescentar o vinho branco e o caldo de massas &lt;strong&gt;4min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar uma chavena de água.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar a massa, o atum escorrido e as delicias do mar cortadas aos quadrados.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozer a massa al dente &lt;strong&gt;8min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhar com salsa e servir.&lt;br /&gt;

Picar a cebola e os alhos.&lt;br /&gt;
Saltear no azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o tomate e deixar que este se desfaça.&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar a gosto e acrescentar o vinho branco e o caldo de massas.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar uma chavena de água.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando levantar fervura, juntar a massa, o atum escorrido e as delicias do mar cortadas aos quadrados.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozer a massa al dente.&lt;br /&gt;

E agora que estou em casa de licença, tenho oportunidade de ver&amp;nbsp;televisão… Quando ele deixa...&lt;br /&gt;

Uma das mais recentes aquisiçoes foi o Canal Food Network, que simplesmente ADORO… E no qual tenho visto grandes ideias, praticas e deliciosas… Essas ideias irei com certeza experimentar e depois partilhar convosco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hoje venho partilhar uma ideia que vi num dos nossos canais, a SIC, no “Cozinha com…” do Programa Boa Tarde da Conceiçao Lino.&lt;br /&gt;
Esta bola foi elaborada pela Jornalista Fernanda Oliveira Ribeiro.&lt;br /&gt;
É uma ideia muito simples, com uma massa que nao precisa fintar… Mas fica muito boa.&lt;br /&gt;
Gostei da ideia, e com certeza irei repeti-la…&lt;br /&gt;

3 chávenas de farinha sem fermento&lt;br /&gt;
1 chávena de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
1 chávena de leite&lt;br /&gt;
4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de chá de fermento royal&lt;br /&gt;
2 embalagens de bacon aos quadrados&lt;br /&gt;
1 embalagem de linquiga às rodelas&lt;br /&gt;
1 frasco de azeitonas descaroçadas&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar a farinha, os ovos, o óleo, o leite e o fermento num robot ou com uma colher de pau,&lt;br /&gt;
Mexer bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
À parte juntar as carnes e as azeitonas.&lt;br /&gt;
Deita-se 2 colheres de sopa de farinha para secar a humidade das carnes e para que estas nao vao para o fundo da forma quando se misturar com a farinha.&lt;br /&gt;
Por fim, misturar à massa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Num tabuleiro de ir ao forno, misturar a massa com a mistura de salmao.&lt;br /&gt;
Regar com o bechamel.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhar com queijo ralado.&lt;br /&gt;

Vinha branco&lt;br /&gt;

Corte os bifes de peru em pequenos pedaços e temperar com sal, pimenta, mistura de&amp;nbsp;pimentão&amp;nbsp;doce e louro, alho picadinho, mistura de ervas sunkiss e 1 folha de louro.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar marinar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Levar uma frigideira anti aderente ao lume com um fiozinho de azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Passar os bifes de peru pelas sementes, para que fiquem bem cobertos, e levar a "fritar" na frigideira até que a carne fique cozinhada e as sementes tostadas.&lt;br /&gt;

1 pacote de pudim boca doce de chocolate&lt;br /&gt;
1 pacote de pudim boca doce de ananás&lt;br /&gt;
6 colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1L de leite &lt;br /&gt;
bolachas torrada qb&lt;br /&gt;
pepitas de chocolate qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Picar as bolachas&lt;b&gt; vel6, 5seg&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Fazer um dos pudins com 500ml leite e 3 colheres de sopa de açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar tudo na bimby &lt;b&gt;8min, 90º, vel 3&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar em tacinhas e deixar arrefecer um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;
Dispor a bolacha picada e as pepitas de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;
Fazer o outro pudim conforme o primeiro e quando estiver pronto colocar por cima da primeira mistura.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar arrefecer bem e levar ao frigorífico.&lt;br /&gt;

mostarda em grão, mistura de louro e pimentão qb&lt;br /&gt;
1 folha d elouro&lt;br /&gt;
azeite qb&lt;br /&gt;
um pouco de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebolas&lt;br /&gt;
molho de tomate&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar a carne com sal, pimenta, mostarda em grão, mistura de louro e pimentão, a folha de louro, um fio de azeite e um pouco de vinho branco.   &lt;br /&gt;Deixar a marinar algumas horas.&lt;br /&gt;
Saltear as cebolas às rodelas com azeite num tacho, wook, ou bimby.&lt;br /&gt;
Num tabuleiro dispor a cebolada, as costeletas, a marinada e por fim o molho de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
Vai ao forno a &lt;b&gt;180º.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

2 iogurtes stracciatella&lt;br /&gt;
200g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
300g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 copo de iogurte de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
pepitas de chocolate (eu utilizei chocolate em barra partido em pedaços pequenos)&lt;br /&gt;
1 col chá fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
No copo colocar o açúcar &lt;b&gt;30seg, vel 5-7-10&lt;/b&gt;.     &lt;br /&gt;Colocar a borboleta nas lâminas.     &lt;br /&gt;Adicionar os ovos e programar&lt;b&gt; 4 min, temp 37º, vel 4&lt;/b&gt;.     &lt;br /&gt;Depois mais &lt;b&gt;4 min, vel 4 (sem temperatura).&lt;/b&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Juntar os iogurtes, o chocolate e o óleo &lt;b&gt;30 seg, vel 4&lt;/b&gt;.     &lt;br /&gt;Por fim a farinha e o fermento, mais &lt;b&gt;30 seg, vel 3&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;
Vai ao forno a &lt;b&gt;180º&lt;/b&gt; até que o palito saia seco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação Convencional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bater os ovos com o açúcar até obter uma mistura homogénea.   &lt;br /&gt;Juntar os iogurtes, o chocolate e o óleo .     &lt;br /&gt;Por fim misturar a farinha e o fermento. &lt;br /&gt;

1 Frango&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;2 caldo de galinha&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;2 limões     &lt;br /&gt;Margarina qb&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;Vinho Branco qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Colocar o frango num pirex.     &lt;br /&gt;Lavar bem os limões e pique com um garfo (para facilitar a saída do sumo) e introduza-os no interior do frango com um caldo de galinha.     &lt;br /&gt;Fechar a pele com um palito.    &lt;br /&gt;Desfazer um caldo por cima do frango e se quiser pode espremer um pouco de sumo de limão.    &lt;br /&gt;Colocar uns pedaços de margarina.    &lt;br /&gt;Levar ao forno a cerca de &lt;b&gt;180º&lt;/b&gt;, coberto com papel de alumínio, cerca de &lt;b&gt;45/50min&lt;/b&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
Durante este tempo, abra algumas vezes o forno, pressione o limão para ir largando o sumo e regar o frango com o molho que se vai formando.   &lt;br /&gt;Caso o molho não seja suficiente ou aparente estar muito gorduroso, deitar um pouco de vinho branco para diluir.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando estiver quase pronto, retirar o papel de alumínio, e deixe alourar bem, virando o frango de um lado e do outro e regando com o molho. 2 postas de salmão&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
água&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta qb&lt;br /&gt;
180ml azeite&lt;br /&gt;
2 cebolas grandes&lt;br /&gt;
2 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
1 folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;
salsa picada qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar as batatas descascadas e cortadas às rodelas no cesto.&lt;br /&gt;
Na varoma colocar as postas de salmão, e os ovos inteiros.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar 1L de água e sal no copo.&lt;br /&gt;
Programar 30min, temp varoma, vel4.&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
Sem lavar o copo, colocar o azeite 3min, 100º, vel1.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar as cebolas, os alhos, a pimenta e pique 8seg, vel4.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionar a folha de louro e programar 20min, 100º, vel col inv.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar num pirex a camada de batatas, a camada de salmão em lascas,  a camada dos ovos cortados às rodelas e a camada de cebolada.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno bem quente cerca de 10min para alourar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Servir polvilhado com salsa picada.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação Convencional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer as batatas às rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer as postas de salmão e os ovos.&lt;br /&gt;
Reservar.Numa wok aquecer o azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar as cebolas e os alhos picados. Temperar com pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionar a folha de louro e deixar cozinhar bem a cebola.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar num pirex a camada de batatas, a camada de salmão em lascas,  a camada dos ovos cortados às rodelas e a camada de cebolada.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2 alhos&lt;br /&gt;
50ml azeite&lt;br /&gt;
3 cebolas pequenas&lt;br /&gt;
1 cerveja&lt;br /&gt;
asas de frango&lt;br /&gt;
1 caldo de natas e salsa&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta qb&lt;br /&gt;
ervas da provence qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
No copo colocar os dentes alho e o azeite &lt;b&gt;5min, 100º, vel 1&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar as cebolas as rodelas e um pouco de cerveja &lt;b&gt;5min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar as asas, o caldo e o resto da cerveja.&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar com sal, pimenta e ervas da provence &lt;b&gt;25min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Acompanhar com arroz de alho e salada.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação Convencional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Saltear os alhos picados e a cebola às rodelas em azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar um pouco de cerveja e deixar apurar um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar as asas, o caldo e o resto da cerveja.&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar com sal, pimenta e ervas da provence e deixar a carne cozinhar.&lt;br /&gt;

100g de açúcar + o necessário para polvilhar- 70g de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
150 g de farinha de arroz&lt;br /&gt;
50 g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bater o açúcar com a margarina até obter um creme liso e esbranquiçado&lt;b&gt; 37º, vel 3, 3min&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar os ovos, um a um batendo sempre&lt;b&gt; 37º, vel 3, 2 min&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois mais &lt;b&gt;2min &lt;/b&gt;sem temperatura.&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar as farinhas e o fermento e envolver muito bem&lt;b&gt; 30seg, vel 3&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar a massa em formas untadas.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhar a massa antes de ir para o forno com açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno a &lt;b&gt;170º &lt;/b&gt;até que o palito saia seco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Num pirex cobrir o fundo com uma camada de iscas, temperar com sal, pimenta, um pouco de louro e um fio de azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Ir acrescentando camadas de iscas e temperos até todas estarem temperadas.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar no frigorífico durante uma noite a tomar gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
Ralar as cebolas na&lt;b&gt; vel 4&lt;/b&gt; na bimby ou cortar em rodelas muito finas.&lt;br /&gt;
Deitar um fiozinho de azeite e misturar muito bem&lt;b&gt; 3min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar a marinada &lt;b&gt;5min, vel col inv, 100º&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar as iscas cortadas aos quadrados &lt;b&gt;15min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Acompanhar com batatas cozidas. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;Convencional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

2 chávenas de leite&lt;br /&gt;
Maças e canela qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar o açúcar com os ovos, a farinha e o leite, com uma colher de pau, um robot de cozinha ou uma batedeira...&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar no fundo de uma tarteira as maçãs cortadas em pedaços.&lt;br /&gt;
Dispor por cima o creme.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhar com canela a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
