O bolo de iogurte é bastante versátil, e se variarmos o iogurte melhor ainda.&lt;br /&gt;
Este levou com chocolate em pedaços e ficou levesinho mas muito bom.&lt;br /&gt;
Esta receita foi adaptada de uma que encontrei num pacote de açúcar da RAR.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2 iogurtes stracciatella&lt;br /&gt;
200g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
300g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 copo de iogurte de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
pepitas de chocolate (eu utilizei chocolate em barra partido em pedaços pequenos)&lt;br /&gt;
1 col chá fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
No copo colocar o açúcar &lt;b&gt;30seg, vel 5-7-10&lt;/b&gt;.     &lt;br /&gt;Colocar a borboleta nas lâminas.     &lt;br /&gt;Adicionar os ovos e programar&lt;b&gt; 4 min, temp 37º, vel 4&lt;/b&gt;.     &lt;br /&gt;Depois mais &lt;b&gt;4 min, vel 4 (sem temperatura).&lt;/b&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Juntar os iogurtes, o chocolate e o óleo &lt;b&gt;30 seg, vel 4&lt;/b&gt;.     &lt;br /&gt;Por fim a farinha e o fermento, mais &lt;b&gt;30 seg, vel 3&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;
Vai ao forno a &lt;b&gt;180º&lt;/b&gt; até que o palito saia seco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação Convencional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bater os ovos com o açúcar até obter uma mistura homogénea.   &lt;br /&gt;Juntar os iogurtes, o chocolate e o óleo .     &lt;br /&gt;Por fim misturar a farinha e o fermento. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 Frango&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;2 caldo de galinha&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;2 limões     &lt;br /&gt;Margarina qb&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;Vinho Branco qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Colocar o frango num pirex.     &lt;br /&gt;Lavar bem os limões e pique com um garfo (para facilitar a saída do sumo) e introduza-os no interior do frango com um caldo de galinha.     &lt;br /&gt;Fechar a pele com um palito.    &lt;br /&gt;Desfazer um caldo por cima do frango e se quiser pode espremer um pouco de sumo de limão.    &lt;br /&gt;Colocar uns pedaços de margarina.    &lt;br /&gt;Levar ao forno a cerca de &lt;b&gt;180º&lt;/b&gt;, coberto com papel de alumínio, cerca de &lt;b&gt;45/50min&lt;/b&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
Durante este tempo, abra algumas vezes o forno, pressione o limão para ir largando o sumo e regar o frango com o molho que se vai formando.   &lt;br /&gt;Caso o molho não seja suficiente ou aparente estar muito gorduroso, deitar um pouco de vinho branco para diluir.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando estiver quase pronto, retirar o papel de alumínio, e deixe alourar bem, virando o frango de um lado e do outro e regando com o molho. batatas&lt;br /&gt;
2 postas de salmão&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
água&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta qb&lt;br /&gt;
180ml azeite&lt;br /&gt;
2 cebolas grandes&lt;br /&gt;
2 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
1 folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;
salsa picada qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar as batatas descascadas e cortadas às rodelas no cesto.&lt;br /&gt;
Na varoma colocar as postas de salmão, e os ovos inteiros.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar 1L de água e sal no copo.&lt;br /&gt;
Programar 30min, temp varoma, vel4.&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
Sem lavar o copo, colocar o azeite 3min, 100º, vel1.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar as cebolas, os alhos, a pimenta e pique 8seg, vel4.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionar a folha de louro e programar 20min, 100º, vel col inv.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar num pirex a camada de batatas, a camada de salmão em lascas,  a camada dos ovos cortados às rodelas e a camada de cebolada.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno bem quente cerca de 10min para alourar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Servir polvilhado com salsa picada.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação Convencional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer as batatas às rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer as postas de salmão e os ovos.&lt;br /&gt;
Reservar.Numa wok aquecer o azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar as cebolas e os alhos picados. Temperar com pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionar a folha de louro e deixar cozinhar bem a cebola.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar num pirex a camada de batatas, a camada de salmão em lascas,  a camada dos ovos cortados às rodelas e a camada de cebolada.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno bem quente cerca de 10min para alourar.&lt;br /&gt;

Iscas de fígado de vitela cortadas muito fininhas&lt;br /&gt;
2 cebolas&lt;br /&gt;
Azeite&lt;br /&gt;
louro&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta qb&lt;br /&gt;
vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Num pirex cobrir o fundo com uma camada de iscas, temperar com sal, pimenta, um pouco de louro e um fio de azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Ir acrescentando camadas de iscas e temperos até todas estarem temperadas.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar no frigorífico durante uma noite a tomar gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
Ralar as cebolas na&lt;b&gt; vel 4&lt;/b&gt; na bimby ou cortar em rodelas muito finas.&lt;br /&gt;
Deitar um fiozinho de azeite e misturar muito bem&lt;b&gt; 3min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar a marinada &lt;b&gt;5min, vel col inv, 100º&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar as iscas cortadas aos quadrados &lt;b&gt;15min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Acompanhar com batatas cozidas. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;Convencional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

2 chávenas de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 chávena de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
2 chávenas de leite&lt;br /&gt;
Maças e canela qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar o açúcar com os ovos, a farinha e o leite, com uma colher de pau, um robot de cozinha ou uma batedeira...&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar no fundo de uma tarteira as maçãs cortadas em pedaços.&lt;br /&gt;
Dispor por cima o creme.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhar com canela a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Cá em casa os ultimos a 2 foram passados cheios de recordações e alegrias...&lt;br /&gt;
O peso da barriga de 35 semanas, não deixa respirar muito bem...&lt;br /&gt;
Mas deixa-nos cheios de orgulho e ansiedade.&lt;br /&gt;
O tempo está a passar a correr, e está quase, está quase a chegar o dia em que vamos conhecer o nosso Miguelito...&lt;br /&gt;
A paciência já não é muita, e apesar de cozinhar obviamente, as fotos dos pratos vão-se acumulando nas pens e discos do portátil até um dia ter tempo para colocar tudo em dia...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hoje foi um dia desses...&lt;br /&gt;
Cá em casa além de apreciarmos pratos modernos e sofisticados, adoramos principalmente um belo prato tradicional.&lt;br /&gt;
Venha ele de que zona do país vier...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pois o de hoje é um desses casos...&lt;br /&gt;

Num almofariz desfaça os coentros e os alhos.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque esta papa num recipiente alto.&lt;br /&gt;
Tempere com sal e regue com azeite generosamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Verta a água onde cozeu o bacalhau que deverá estar a ferver.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 chávena de água&lt;br /&gt;1 c. chá de alho amassado&lt;br /&gt;2 c. chá de queijo ralado&lt;br /&gt;2 c. sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;1 c. chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;1 c. sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;3 chávenas de farinha de trigo (usei tipo 65)&lt;br /&gt;2 c. chá de fermento biológico seco (sem tocar no sal)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;na MFP&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque todos os ingredientes por esta ordem na cuba da máquina e ligue no ciclo "massa".&lt;br /&gt;Misture o alho aos líquidos, para que ele não atrapalhe a levedação.&lt;br /&gt;Tenho cuidado para não deixar o fermento entrar em contacto com o sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando o ciclo terminar, retire a massa e abra 2 ou 3 discos de pizza, ou faça apenas um como eu fiz.&lt;br /&gt;
Pincele-os com azeite, polvilhe com parmesão ralado por cima, pique a massa com um garfo e deixe descansar cerca 40 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Leve os discos de massa 5 a 10 minutos ao forno pré-aquecido a 220° C, até dourar levemente. &lt;br /&gt;Tire
 do forno, adicione como cobertura os ingredientes de que mais gostar e 
leve de volta ao forno por mais 8 minutos aproximadamente, ou até o 
queijo derreter.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Recheio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Para rechear esta pizza utilizei&lt;br /&gt;

chouriço&lt;br /&gt;
cogumelos laminados&lt;br /&gt;
queijo mozarrela ralado&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Dica&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
A massa pode ser congelada:&lt;br /&gt;Faz-se tudo igual
 até à parte em que a massa é assada sem recheio, deixa arrefecer, 
enrole em película aderente e congele. Depois é só tirar do frio,

Escorrer as tirinhas de couve e colocar na wok deixando saltear.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar a broa já demolhada e misture muito bem com as couves e o bacon.&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar apurar e está pronto.&lt;br /&gt;

250g açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
100g óleo&lt;br /&gt;
100g água morna&lt;br /&gt;
100g cacau&lt;br /&gt;
300g farinha&lt;br /&gt;
2 col chá fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pré-aqueça o forno a &lt;b&gt;160º-170º&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar a borboleta, o açúcar, os ovos, o óleo, a água, o cacau e programe&lt;b&gt; 6min, 37º, vel 3 1/2&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
De seguida programe &lt;b&gt;3min, vel3, sem tem&lt;/b&gt;p.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione a farinha, o fermento e envolva &lt;b&gt;15seg, vel3&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Numa forma de coroa central untada deite a massa.&lt;br /&gt;
Vai ao forno cerca de &lt;b&gt;45min&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando o bolo estiver cozido desligue o forno, mas mantenha o bolo por mais &lt;b&gt;10min &lt;/b&gt;lá dentro.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhar com açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
 175 g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;300 g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;150 g de cenoura ralada muito fininhas&lt;br /&gt;350 g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;1,5 colher de café de fermento&lt;br /&gt;10 colheres de sopa de leite&lt;br /&gt;10 claras&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação Convencional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bater a manteiga com o açúcar e a cenoura até obter um creme cor de laranja,&lt;br /&gt;
Depois juntar as claras batidas em castelo e misturar bem. &lt;br /&gt;Em seguida adicionar a farinha e o fermento e voltar a bater. &lt;br /&gt;Por fim acrescentar o leite. &lt;br /&gt;Quando estiver um creme homogeneo é só levar ao forno, previamente aquecido, numa forma untada com manteiga.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colocar as claras congeladas na Bimby e dar com uns toques com o botão turbo até as desfazer.&lt;br /&gt;Colocar a borboleta e programar &lt;b&gt;10 min/temp 37º/vel 3&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Quando terminar introduzir o açúcar e a manteiga e programar &lt;b&gt;1 min/temp 37º/vel 3&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Juntar a cenoura &lt;b&gt;1 min/vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;juntar o leite &lt;b&gt;30seg, vel 3&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Deitar a farinha e o fermento e envolver &lt;b&gt;3seg, vel3&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Juntar o leite e programar &lt;b&gt;3seg, vel3&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Introduzir todos os ingredientes no copo e programar 20 seg. Colocar a cebola e os dentes de alho &lt;b&gt;5seg, vel 5&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o azeite &lt;b&gt;5min, 100º, vel 1&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar o entrecosto e o salpicão aos quadrados, o molho de tomate, o caldo de carne e o vinho branco &lt;b&gt;10min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

100g massa&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar o entrecosto com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Prepare a varoma com a couve partida os bocados e no tabuleiro colocar o grão de bico escorrido.&lt;br /&gt;
Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
No copo colocar a cebola e os alhos&lt;b&gt; 5seg, vel 5&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o azeite, o chouriço as rodelas &lt;b&gt;7min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionar o molho de tomate e o entrecosto &lt;b&gt;3min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Junte a agua, o caldo e coloque a varoma com a couve &lt;b&gt;20min, temp caroma, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione a massa no copo e na varoma coloque o tabuleiro com o grao &lt;b&gt;12min, temp varoma, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar tudo numa travessa, misturar bem e sirva.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500g tomate&lt;br /&gt;
50ml azeite&lt;br /&gt;
oregaos e manjericao qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
almondegas&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta qb&lt;br /&gt;
oregaos, manjericao e manjerona &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
400g batatas&lt;br /&gt;
130g cenoura&lt;br /&gt;
10ml leite&lt;br /&gt;
sal, pimenta e noz moscada qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar as almôndegas com sal, pimenta, manjerona e manjericao.&lt;br /&gt;
Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar o tomate no copo e picar 10 seg, vel 5.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o azeite e os temperos.&lt;br /&gt;
Programar 20min, 100º, vel 1.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois mais 10min, temp varoma vel 1.&lt;br /&gt;
Guardar em frascos esterilizados.&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
Sem lavar o copo, colocar as almondegas no copo.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar bastante molho de tomate.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozinhar 20min, 100º, vel col inv.&lt;br /&gt;
Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lavar o copo e adicionar as batatas e as cenouras cortadas aos quadrados.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o leite e os temperos.&lt;br /&gt;
Programar 20min, 100º, vel 1.&lt;br /&gt;
Picar 1min, vel 6.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Servir as almôndegas com o puré e molho a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação Convencional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar as almôndegas com sal, pimenta, manjerona e manjericao.&lt;br /&gt;

Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar o tomate aos pedaços num tacho.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o azeite e os temperos.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozinhar a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
Passar a trituradora.&lt;br /&gt;
Guardar em frascos esterilizados.&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar as almondegas num tacho, e juntar bastante molho de tomate.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozinhar a gosto e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer as batatas e as cenouras cortadas aos quadrados.&lt;br /&gt;
Passar por um passe-vite. &lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o leite e os temperos.&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar tudo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

alhos&lt;br /&gt;
azeite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
600g batatas&lt;br /&gt;
100ml leite&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta qb&lt;br /&gt;
noz moscada&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
molho de natas para bacalhau&lt;br /&gt;
pao ralado alho e salsa&lt;br /&gt;
queijo ralado&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação na Bimby&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Picar a os alhos, a cebola, a cenoura e a courgette &lt;b&gt;5seg, vel5&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o azeite para refogar &lt;b&gt;8min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar o bacalhau em lascas&lt;b&gt; 2seg, vel &lt;/b&gt;5.&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar por fim a rucula e os temperos &lt;b&gt;10min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer as batatas no leite &lt;b&gt;20min, 100º, vel col inv&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar com sal, pimenta e noz moscada &lt;b&gt;1min, vel5&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar o puré e o bacalhau com o molho de natas.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar num tabuleiro.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhar com pão ralado alho e salsa e queijo ralado.&lt;br /&gt;
Vai a gratinar a &lt;b&gt;180º&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparação Convencional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
