&lt;/div&gt;1 perna de peru em pedaços&lt;br /&gt;
1 chouriço de carne em rodelas&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
3 cenouras em rodelas grossas&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola em rodelas grossas&lt;br /&gt;
3 dentes de alho em rodelas&lt;br /&gt;
2 folhas de louro&lt;br /&gt;
Sal&lt;br /&gt;
Polpa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
Azeite&lt;br /&gt;
1 cerveja&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Deitar o azeite no tacho e colocar os pedaços de peru e o chouriço, deixar dourar bem de todos os lados. Juntar a cenoura, a cebola, o alho, o louro, sal, a polpa de tomate e deixar estufar mais uns minutinhos.&lt;br /&gt;
Verter a cerveja e rectificar o sal, quando começar a ferver baixar o lume e deixar estufar mais ou menos por 1 hora. Mexer de vez em quando, se o molho evaporar pode juntar um pouco de água.&lt;br /&gt;
Servir com batata frita e arroz branco.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;Fiz assim:&lt;br /&gt;
4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
150gr de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
200gr de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
Raspa e sumo de 2 laranjas médias ou 1 das grandes&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. chá de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
100gr de manteiga derretida (usei o microondas)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Separei as gemas das claras e bati estas ultimas em castelo, reservei.&lt;br /&gt;
Misturei todos os outros ingredientes e envolvi as claras muito suavemente.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloquei forminhas de papel frisado em formas de metal e verti a massa. Levei ao forno a 200ºC até cozerem e ficarem douradinhos.&lt;br /&gt;
Ficaram fantásticos :)&lt;br /&gt;

2 Limões grandes (raspa e sumo)&lt;br /&gt;
3 ovos (gemas separadas das claras)&lt;br /&gt;
1 medida de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 medida de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 medida de leite&lt;br /&gt;
2 medidas de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. chá fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar as gemas, o açúcar, sumo e raspa dos limões, o óleo, o leite, a farinha e o fermento até obter uma mistura cremosa.&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as claras em castelo e envolver no creme anterior.&lt;br /&gt;
Verter a massa numa forma de silicone e levar ao microondas por 7 minutos (800W).&lt;br /&gt;
Desenformar e servir morno ou frio.&lt;br /&gt;

1-1/2 c.chá fermento&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 c.chá sal&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 c.chá bicarbonato de sódio&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 c.chá noz-moscada&lt;br /&gt;
80g buttermilk (80g leite + 1 c.sobremesa de vinagre ou sumo de limão) &lt;br /&gt;
80g leite&lt;br /&gt;
140g batata doce&lt;br /&gt;
1 c.chá extracto baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
115g manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
150g açúcar amarelo&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Crosta:&lt;br /&gt;
95 g açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
2 c.chá canela&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 c.chá noz moscada&lt;br /&gt;
30 g manteiga derretida&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;Misture o leite do buttermilk com 1 c.sobremesa de vinagre ou sumo de limão e deixe descansar por 10 minutos até o leite talhar.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a batata doce com casca, enrolado em papel de cozinha, no microondas e coza por 8 minutos, até amolecer.&lt;br /&gt;
Retire a casca e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misture numa taça a farinha, o fermento, o sal, o bicarbonato de sódio e a noz moscada. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Noutro recipiente, misture o leite, o buttermilk, a batata doce e o extracto de baunilha. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Numa taça grande, bata a manteiga com o açúcar até que fique bem fofo. Junte os ovos um a um, batendo bem entre cada adição.&lt;br /&gt;
Vá  então juntando alternadamente as duas misturas reservadas, começando e  acabando com os ingredientes secos. Apenas incorpore os ingredientes,  sem bater demasiado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o preparado em formas de muffins, sem encher demasiado, pois vão crescer muito.&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180º, até passarem no teste do palito.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto isso, coloque os ingredientes secos da crosta numa taça e misture. Derreta a margarina no microondas.&lt;br /&gt;

3 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;

2 folhas de louro&lt;br /&gt;
1 pacote (200ml) de molho de 3 queijos&lt;br /&gt;

Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Tempere os hambúrgueres com sal e alho.&lt;br /&gt;
Prepare o puré de batata conforme o indicado na embalagem (&lt;a href="http://omeumundorobot.blogspot.com/2009/06/pure-de-batata-com-cenoura.html"&gt;ver receita do puré na bimby&lt;/a&gt;) e confira se já tem sal.&lt;br /&gt;

Cozer os tentáculos de pota em água numa panela de pressão, fussioncook ou da maneira tradicional.&lt;br /&gt;
Lavar muito bem as batatas e deitá-las, com a pele, no tabuleiro do forno e temperar, generosamente, com o sal grosso. Levar a assar a 220ºC cerca de 30 minutos. Retirar do forno e dar-lhes um "murro" para que fiquem ligeiramente esmagadas. Temperar com azeite, alho picado e vinagre a gosto. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer os grelos, depois de devidamente arranjados, em água e sal. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer também um ovo por pessoa.&lt;br /&gt;
Servir as potas com a batata a murro, o ovo cozido e os grelos. Regar generosamente com azeite e polvilhar com alho picado.&lt;br /&gt;

Temperar&lt;b&gt; 4 coxas de frango&lt;/b&gt; com &lt;b&gt;3 dentes de alho picado&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;sal&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;pimenta&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;especiarias a gosto&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;mostarda em pó&lt;/b&gt; e &lt;b&gt;vinho branco&lt;/b&gt;. Deixar a macerar cerca de 5 horas para tomar o gosto dos temperos.&lt;br /&gt;
Findo esse tempo colocar as coxas num tabuleiro, juntamente com algumas &lt;b&gt;batatas em cubos&lt;/b&gt;. Temperar com mais sal se necessário e alguma &lt;b&gt;polpa de tomate&lt;/b&gt;, regar com a marinada onde esteve o frango.&lt;br /&gt;
Ligar o forno a 220ºC e levar a gratinar até ficar bem macio.&lt;br /&gt;
Servir com grelos cozidos.&lt;br /&gt;

150gr de mix de panquecas&lt;b&gt; (eu usei 200gr)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 ovo &lt;b&gt;(eu fiz com 2 ovos e separei as gemas das claras, batendo estas ultimas em castelo)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
250ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. sopa de manteiga derretida&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A preparação fiz assim:&lt;br /&gt;
Misturei todos os ingredientes menos as claras que bati em castelo e envolvi na massa muito suavemente.&lt;br /&gt;

4 costeletas de porco (do cachaço pois são menos secas)&lt;br /&gt;
Sumo de 1 limão&lt;br /&gt;
Sal e pimenta&lt;br /&gt;
Pão ralado (torrado e ralado na altura)&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para servir:&lt;br /&gt;
Esparguete cozido em água e sal&lt;br /&gt;
Cenoura ralada&lt;br /&gt;
Passas de uva para decorar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar as costeletas com o sal, pimenta e sumo de limão, deixar a macerar por 1 hora no mínimo.&lt;br /&gt;
Panar a carne com o pão ralado e dispor num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal. Levar ao forno a 200ºC, cerca de 30 minutos ou até dourar. Virar a meio do tempo.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;A receita:&lt;br /&gt;
3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar (320g)&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo (260g)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sopa) rasa de fermento ou use colher medida&lt;br /&gt;
100ml de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
300g de cenouras&lt;br /&gt;
1 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bata no liquidificador os ovos, as cenouras (em pedaços), o óleo e o sal. Numa tigela, misture o açúcar, o fermento e a farinha. Despeje a mistura do liquidificador para a tigela e misture bem. Leve para assar em forma untada e polvilhada com farinha.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cobertura:&lt;br /&gt;
250ml de leite (pode ser de soja), 200g de açúcar, 4 colheres (sopa) de cacau em pó, 1 colher (sopa) de amido de milho e 1 pitada de sal. Bater tudo no liquidificador e levar ao fogo para engrossar.&lt;br /&gt;
O cacau deixa a cobertura bem pretinha e com brilho.&lt;br /&gt;

400g de lombos de pescada&lt;br /&gt;
Manteiga para untar&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola pequena picada finamente&lt;br /&gt;
1 dente de alho picado finamente&lt;br /&gt;
Salsa picada finamente &lt;i&gt;(não usei)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Farinha q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
50g de manteiga derretida&lt;br /&gt;
6 colheres de sopa de pão ralado fresco &lt;br /&gt;
Pimenta q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Orégãos q.b.&lt;i&gt; (usei frescos e secos)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Limão q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Sumo de meio limão&lt;br /&gt;
40g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tempere os lombos de pescada de ambos os lados com sal, pimenta e gotas de limão.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unte com manteiga um tabuleiro de ir ao forno.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Num prato, junte a cebola, o alho, a salsa, orégãos a gosto, o pão ralado e misture tudo muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;
Passe os lombos por farinha, pela manteiga derretida e pela mistura do pão ralado. &lt;br /&gt;
Coloque no tabuleiro.&lt;br /&gt;
Regue os lombos com a restante manteiga derretida.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao forno nos 200º entre 20 a 25 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Entretanto, num tacho, aqueça a manteiga e junte o sumo de limão.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de assado, retire o peixe do forno.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sirva o peixe com o molho de manteiga por cima e acompanhado de puré de batata e bróculos.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;4 linguados&lt;br /&gt;
1 kilo de batata para cozer&lt;br /&gt;
1 molho pequeno de grelos&lt;br /&gt;
Azeite&lt;br /&gt;
Sal e pimenta moída na altura &lt;br /&gt;
Limão&lt;br /&gt;
2 folhas de louro&lt;br /&gt;
3 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
1 ovo por pessoa &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Limpar muito bem o peixe e temperá-lo com sal, pimenta, alho picado e sumo de limão. Deixar tomar gosto por 1 hora e fritar em azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer as batatas, os ovos e os grelos em água e sal.&lt;br /&gt;
No azeite de fritar o peixe deite alho picado,&amp;nbsp; louro e sumo de limão. Deixe ferver por uns minutos e retire do fogo.&lt;br /&gt;

4 c. sopa de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
100gr de amêndoa moída&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
2 c. sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. sobremesa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar todos os ingredientes acima descritos. Fritar em óleo quente usando uma colher de sobremesa para moldar os bolinhos.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhar com açúcar e canela.&lt;br /&gt;

Sempre que tenho oportunidade gosto de fazer bolinhos e biscoitos para servir com uma chávena de leite ou chá.&lt;br /&gt;
Também os utilizo para o meu filho levar para o lanche da escola, além de ficarem mais em conta são sem dúvida mais saudáveis.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;Fiz assim;&lt;br /&gt;
(medida utilizada: 1 chávena de 250ml)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1 chávena de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
100gr de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. chá de canela&lt;br /&gt;
2 c. sopa de mel&lt;br /&gt;
3 chávenas de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. sopa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
1 chávena de flocos de aveia&lt;br /&gt;
100gr de amêndoa picada&lt;br /&gt;
100gr de laranja cristalizada em pedacinhos&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar os ovos com o açúcar e juntar a margarina derretida.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar a canela e o mel, mexer.&lt;br /&gt;
À parte misturar a farinha + o fermento e os flocos de aveia. Envolver na mistura anterior.&lt;br /&gt;
Por fim, envolver a amêndoa e a laranja cristalizada.&lt;br /&gt;
Moldar os bolinhos com duas colheres de sobremesas de forma a ficar do tamanho de uma noz. Colocar em tabuleiros forrados com papel vegetal e levar ao forno a 200ºC, entre 10 a 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar, deixar arrefecer e guardar em recipientes herméticos.&lt;br /&gt;

3 chávena de puré de abóbora bem escorrido&lt;br /&gt;
2 chávenas de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. sobremesa rasa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1 cálice de vinho do Porto ou Aguardente (nesta receita utilizei o vinho do Porto)&lt;br /&gt;
2 c. sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar muito bem todos os ingredientes. Fritar às colheradas em óleo quente e escorrer, depois de fritos, em papel absorvente. Servir polvilhados com açúcar e canela.&lt;br /&gt;

Numa frigideira deitar 3 c. sopa de &lt;b&gt;margarina&lt;/b&gt;, 2 c. sopa de &lt;b&gt;azeite&lt;/b&gt;, 2 dentes de &lt;b&gt;alho &lt;/b&gt;esmagados e 2 folhas de &lt;b&gt;louro&lt;/b&gt;. Assim que começar a borbulhar ir fritando fatias fininhas de &lt;b&gt;carne de porco&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

Como sozinhos não davam para uma refeição juntei-os e posso dizer que formaram uma parceria e tanto. O macarrão ficou uma delicia :)&lt;br /&gt;

Levei um tacho ao lume com &lt;b&gt;água&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;sal &lt;/b&gt;e um &lt;b&gt;caldo de pei&lt;/b&gt;xe, juntei &lt;b&gt;1 lombinho de salmão&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;1 lombinho de pescada&lt;/b&gt; e &lt;b&gt;4 pedacinhos de tambori&lt;/b&gt;l. Deixei levantar fervura e depois cozer por 5 minutos. Reservei o caldo e o peixe separadamente. O peixe deve partir-se em pedacinhos para depois usar.&lt;br /&gt;
No mesmo tacho, sem lavar pois não havia necessidade, coloquei &lt;b&gt;1 cebola&lt;/b&gt; e &lt;b&gt;3 dentes de alho&lt;/b&gt; picados com um pouco de &lt;b&gt;azeite&lt;/b&gt;, deixei refogar um pouco e acrescentei um pouco de &lt;b&gt;polpa de tomate&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntei o caldo de cozer o peixe e cerca de 250gr de &lt;b&gt;macarrão fusilly&lt;/b&gt;, rectifiquei os temperos e deixei cozer durante alguns minutos. Quando o macarrão estava quase al-dente, acrescentei o peixe em pedacinhos e 6 palitos de &lt;b&gt;delicias do mar&lt;/b&gt;. Apaguei o fogo e deixei repousar cerca de 5 minutos. Servi de seguida polvilhado com &lt;b&gt;coentros &lt;/b&gt;picados. Acompanhei com&lt;b&gt; cenoura ralad&lt;/b&gt;a e salada de &lt;b&gt;beterraba&lt;/b&gt; que temperei com azeite e &lt;b&gt;vinagre balsâmico&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

Açúcar (o equivalente em aguardente)&lt;br /&gt;
Água (metade da quantidade)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Deitar as cascas de abacaxi num recipiente de vidro e encher com aguardente até cobrir. Deixar em repouso por 15 dias.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;Findo esse tempo, medir o liquido, arranjar o equivalente em açúcar e metade da quantidade em água, ou seja, se tiver 2 chávenas de aguardente aromatizada deverá medir o equivalente em açúcar (2 chávenas) e metade da quantidade em água (1 chávena).&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar a água com o açúcar e levar ao lume, deixando ferver por 3 minutos. Deixar arrefecer e misturar na aguardente. Deixar em repouso mais 1 mês e filtrar. Guarde o licor em recipientes bem fechados.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Nota:&lt;/b&gt; Os licores devem ser consumidos, sempre, passado 1 mês de terem sido feitos.&lt;br /&gt;
Contudo, quanto mais tempo eles estiverem em repouso mais suaves e saborosos ficam.&lt;br /&gt;

Cerca de 1 chávena de medronhos bem maduros&lt;br /&gt;
2 maçãs em pedaços&lt;br /&gt;
2 paus de canela&lt;br /&gt;
1 limão cortado em 4 pedaços&lt;br /&gt;
500gr de açúcar &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aguardente até cobrir todos os ingredientes... eu coloquei mais um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar em repouso cerca de 1 mês para que todos os sabores se misturem. Rejeitar a fruta, o limão e a canela e filtrar o liquido com um filtro apropriado.&lt;br /&gt;
Engarrafar e deixar em repouso mais uns 3 ou 4 meses para que o licor se suavize. Passado este tempo pode servir.&lt;br /&gt;
Claro que poderá deixá-lo mais tempo em repouso. Há quem diga que o tempo é o melhor amigo do licor, sendo assim só teremos a ganhar em deixá-lo sossegado... lol&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;Sementes de 4 Romãs grandes&lt;br /&gt;
400gr de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 casca de limão&lt;br /&gt;
700ml Aguardente &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fiz uma calda com as sementes de romã, o açúcar e a casca de limão. Esta mistura deve ficar a macerar por 15 dias.&lt;br /&gt;
Findo esse tempo juntei a aguardente e deixei em repouso mais 1 mês. Retirei as sementes de romã e filtrei o licor. Depositei-o em garrafas&amp;nbsp; esterilizadas, rotulando-as de seguida para melhor poderem ser identificadas.&lt;br /&gt;
Este licor deve ser deixado em repouso por alguns meses, podendo ser consumido passado esse tempo. Desta forma o licor ficará com um sabor mais apurado e suave. &lt;br /&gt;

Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Num tacho coloque 1 litro de leite com 1 casca de limão e leve ao lume até levantar fervura. À parte bata 150gr de açúcar com 3 ovos e 1 gema, misture 100gr de farinha e bata bem. Quando verificar que o leite ferveu junte a mistura e leve ao lume, mexendo sempre, até engrossar. Quando estiver pronto retire a casca de limão e verta na tarteira, colocando por cima algumas rodelas de ananás. Leve ao forno a 180ºC até cozer e dourar. Use um palito para verificar se está pronto.&lt;br /&gt;
