Peneire a farinha  de trigo e o fermento e reserve. Bata o restante dos ingredientes no  liqüidificador e misture delicadamente à farinha. Coloque em forma média  de buraco central, untada e enfarinhada  e leve ao forno 180o C por  aproximadamente 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dicas:Valor calórico: aproximadamente 69,73 kcal por porção. &lt;br /&gt;
Para obter 1 xícara de milho verde corte os grãos de 2 espigas. &lt;br /&gt;
Pode-se usar milho verde em conserva.&lt;br /&gt;

Aqueça o forno em 200ºC. Bata todos ingredientes, por último o fermento, até obter uma massa homogênea.Despeje numa forma, redonda de 20 cm de diâmetro, untada com manteiga e  asse por mais ou menos 40 minutos, ou até que ao enfiar uma faca ela  saia limpa.&lt;br /&gt;

20 envelopes de adoçante FINN&lt;br /&gt;

margarina BECEL MESA E COZINHA&lt;br /&gt;
farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Preparo Massa&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 - Pré-aqueça o forno em temperatura média (180°C).&lt;br /&gt;
2 - Unte e enfarinhe uma fôrma de furo central média (22 cm de diâmetro). Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
3 - Em uma vasilha, misture com uma colher de pau o fubá, a farinha, a  margarina BECEL MESA E COZINHA e os ovos. Acrescente o leite, a  erva-doce, o fermento e bata com a colher até obter uma massa homogênea.&lt;br /&gt;
4 - Coloque na fôrma reservada e leve ao forno por cerca de 35 minutos  ou até que, espetando um palito, este saia limpo. Deixe esfriar por 15  minutos e desenforme. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Preparo Calda&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
5 - Em uma panela, aqueça o suco de laranja em fogo médio, sem deixar  ferver. Acrescente os envelopes de adoçante FINN e despeje sobre o bolo  reservado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sirva em seguida. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Variação - Prepare o bolo em uma assadeira retangular média (23 x 35 cm).&lt;br /&gt;

Bolo Caramelo da &lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;Tv Band&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Massa:&lt;br /&gt;
•  4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
•  2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
•  1 caixinha de creme de leite (200ml)&lt;br /&gt;
•  2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
•  1/2 xícara (chá) de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;
•  1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de preparo: &lt;br /&gt;
Bata as claras em neve, junte as gemas e o creme de leite. Incorpore a  farinha de trigo com o amido de milho e o fermento. Misture tudo,  coloque em assadeira untada e leve ao forno médio por 25 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;
•  1 xícara (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
•  1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
•  2 xícaras (chá) de leite&lt;br /&gt;
•  3 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;
•  1 caixinha de creme de leite (200ml) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de preparo: &lt;br /&gt;
Numa panela derreta o açúcar até caramelizar. Junte o leite condensado e  parte do leite (1 xícara) e deixe ferver. Misture o amido de milho no  que restou do leite (1 xícara) e junte no creme. Deixe engrossar,  desligue o fogo e acrescente o creme de leite. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Caramelo:&lt;br /&gt;
•  1 xícara (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
•  2 colheres (sopa) de água&lt;br /&gt;
•  1/2 caixinha de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de preparo: &lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao fogo até desgrudar do fundo da panela. Cubra o bolo quando a cobertura estiver morna.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bolo:&lt;br /&gt;
- 8 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
- 300 gr de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
- 90 gr de amêndoa triturada&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 gr de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #783f04;"&gt;Recheio&lt;/span&gt; e &lt;span style="color: #7f6000;"&gt;cobertura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 0,5 dl de pudim de caramelo instantâneo (tipo boca doce)&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 dl de natas&lt;br /&gt;
- Manteiga, farinha, miolo de amêndoa moído e canela q.b.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparação&lt;br /&gt;
Ligue o forno à temperatura de 200ºC.&lt;br /&gt;
Unte um ou dois tabuleiros com manteiga, forre-os com papel vegetal também untado e polvilhe com farinha. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bolo:&lt;br /&gt;
Bata os ovos até que fiquem em espuma, adicione-lhes o açúcar e continue a bater até ficar bem firme.&lt;br /&gt;
À parte, misture a amêndoa, a farinha e o fermento e envolva delicadamente no preparado anterior.&lt;br /&gt;
Distribua a massa pelos tabuleiros e leve ao forno por cerca de 12  minutos. Retire, deixa arrefecer e corte rectângulos de bolo, no sentido  do comprimento.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recheio e cobertura:&lt;br /&gt;
Comece por confeccionar o pudim de acordo com as indicações do fabricante. Deixe arrefecer, mexendo ocasionalmente.&lt;br /&gt;
À parte, bata as natas e envolva nelas metade do pudim de caramelo e reserve o restante.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Montagem:&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque um retângulo de massa numa travessa e barre-o com o creme de natas. Vá sobrepondo camadas com o mesmo creme.&lt;br /&gt;
Para terminar, cubra a superfície do bolo com o pudim de caramelo que reservou.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhe com a amêndoa e canela.  &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Leve à geladeira de um dia para o outro&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li class="first"&gt;Leve os ingredientes ao fogo, mexendo sempre, até que fique uma calda cremosa e brilhante&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li class="first"&gt;Derreta o chocolate no microondas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;  Corte papel manteiga na altura e comprimento da lateral do bolo, para  os 4 lados, passe o chocolate derretido e leve à geladeira até que  endureça&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Bata o chantilly conforme as instruções da embalagem&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;ol class="preparo"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Montagem:&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;li class="first"&gt;Desinforme o bolo, corte-o em 3 camadas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Forre  a forma em que assou o bolo com papel celofane, coloque a primeira  camada na forma, regue com 1/3 da calda cubra com metade da trufa de  maracujá&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque outra camada do bolo, regue novamente com metade da calda que sobrou e o restante do recheio&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque a última camada do bolo e regue com o restante da calda&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deixe gelar por pelo menos 2 horas, desenforme novamente sobre um tabuleiro&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cubra com 2/3 do chantilly&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque  as placas de chocolate nas laterais, retire o papel manteiga com  cuidado, jogue a calda de brilho por cima e decore com um saco de  confeitar as laterais e a junção das placas&lt;/li&gt;

Recheio:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt; 250 gramas de creme de leite&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; 1 xícara de nozes moídas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; ½ xícara de manteiga&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; 1 xícara de açúcar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as gemas com o açúcar e a manteiga até obter um creme fofo.  Acrescentar a farinha, o fermento e o leite caramelado (para caramelar,  dourar 100 gramas de açúcar numa panela e acrescentar o leite até  dissolver completamente o açúcar caramelizado), sem para de bater. Levar  as claras ao ponto de neve firme e misturar delicadamente à massa, com  movimentos de baixo para cima. Colocar a massa em forma unatda para bolo  e levar ao forno por 30 minutos. Verificar se está bem assado, enfiando  um aplito na massa (deve sair bem sequinho). Rechear com creme de  nozes.&lt;br /&gt;

Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;
Bater a manteiga com o açúcar até obter um creme liso; acrescentar as  nozes moídas e o creme de leite. Misturar bem e rechear o bolo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Cobertura &lt;br /&gt;
Pré-aqueça o forno a (180ºC). Unteuma forma de 20 cm de diâmetro. Bata a  manteiga com o açúcar até ficar clarae fofa. Junte aos poucos os ovos.  Junte a farinha misturada com o fermento e o café. Asse por 30 minutos.  Deixe na forma por 5 minutos, desenforme e deixe esfriar. Para a  cobertura, aqueça o creme de leite com a manteiga em uma panela, Em  outra panela, aqueça o açúcar refinado sobre fogo brando até dissolver e  transformar-se em um caramelo dourado. Retire do fogo, junte o creme de  leite quente. Volte ao fogo e mexa até o caramelo dissolver. Retire do  fogo, junte o açúcar de confeiteiro, mexendo até estar homogêneo.  Espalhe o glacê pelo bolo.&lt;br /&gt;

Modo de preparo:&lt;br /&gt;
Derreter ¾ de xícara do açúcar em uma panela pesada, em fogo lento, até  queimar dourando. Retirar do fogo; juntar a água fervente. Mexer em fogo  lento até os cristais se dissolverem. Peneirar juntos a farinha, o  açúcar, o fermento e o sal. Fazer um buraco no meio e junte, em ordem, o  óleo de salada, as gemas, a água, a baunilha e 6 colheres (sopa) do  xarope de açúcar queimado. Bater até ficar liso. Combinar as claras e o  cremor de tártaro. Bater até ficar muito firme, formando picos. Derramar  aos poucos a mistura de gemas sobre as claras, misturando com  movimentos suaves, de baixo para cima. Assar em forno moderado  preaquecido, em forma de buraco, sem untar. Assar 55 minutos em forno  brando e em forno mais quente por mais 10 minutos. Inverter a forma,  deixar esfriar 1 hora e retirar. Cobrir com glacê de açúcar queimado.&lt;br /&gt;

Glacê:&lt;br /&gt;
Derreter a manteiga; retirar do fogo e juntar a farinha de trigo e sal.  Juntar o xarope de açúcar queimado e levar ao fogo, mexendo  constantemente, até ferver. Ferver um minuto e retirar do fogo. Juntar  alternadamente o açúcar e o leite. Juntar a baunilha. Bater a manteiga e  misturar depois de frio. Bater até tomar consistência de espalhar.  &lt;br /&gt;

Numa panela, hidrate a gelatina e leve ao fogo em banho-maria.  Acrescente a glucose, a glicerina e a gordura vegetal, mexendo sempre  com uma colher de pau. Antes que a gordura derreta completamente, retire  a panela do banho-maria, adicione a baunilha e o corante, mexendo  sempre. Deixe a mistura amornar.&lt;br /&gt;
Numa outra vasilha, coloque 500g de açúcar impalpável, faça um buraco  no meio e jogue a mistura já morna. Vá misturando com a colher e aos  poucos vá acrescentando o açúcar até atingir o ponto.&lt;br /&gt;

. 3/4 de xícara (chá) de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
. 4 gemas&lt;br /&gt;
. 1 xícara (chá) de leite&lt;br /&gt;
. 1 colher (chá) de essência de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
. 6 claras&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Recheio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

. 2 1/2 xícaras (chá) de chantilly pronto&lt;br /&gt;
. 100 g de morango&lt;br /&gt;

. 2 formas com 23 cm de diâmetro untadas e polvilhadas com manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Numa tigela, peneire a farinha com 1/3 de xícara do açúcar e o  bicarbonato. Em outra tigela, misture o óleo com as gemas até ficar  homogêneo. Junte o leite, a baunilha e misture bem. Acrescente a mistura  de farinha aos poucos, misturando sempre, até que a massa fique lisa.  Aqueça o forno em temperatura média. Bata as claras até espumarem. Junte  o açúcar restante e continue batendo, até obter picos firmes. Adicione  as claras à massa aos poucos, mexendo sempre. Divida a massa nas duas  formas e leve ao forno por 25 minutos ou até que, ao espetar um palito  de madeira, ele saia seco e limpo. Retire do forno e deixe amornar.  Desenforme.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Recheio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Misture as gemas com o amido e o açúcar até ficar homogêneo. Numa  panela, leve o leite ao fogo até começar a ferver. Junte um pouco do  leite fervente às gemas e misture bem. Leve ao fogo, mexendo até  engrossar. Retire do fogo e junte a baunilha. Misture e deixe esfriar  coberto com filme plástico. Quando estiver frio, misture com o morango  picado. Corte os bolos ao meio e num prato monte camadas de bolo e do  recheio. Corte alguns morangos ao meio e reserve. Cubra o bolo com o  chantilly e decore com os morangos reservados.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preparação:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bata  os ovos com o açucar até obter um creme fofo e esbranquiçado, junte o  chocolate, o óleo, a farinha com o fermento e por último a água a  ferver. Bata tudo muito bem com a batedeira electrica.&lt;br /&gt;
Deite a massa numa forma redonda previamente untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha e leve ao forno a cozer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Entretanto preprare o chantilly tal como indica na embalagem e leve ao frigorífico.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Prepare  o molho de morangos, levando ao lume os morangos previamente lavados e  arranjados, juntamente com a água e o açucar e deixe ferver durante  10minutos. Passe por um passador de rede para excluir os morangos e  deixe arrefecer o molho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Quando o bolo estiver cozido,  desenforme e deixe arrefecer. Abra depois o bolo ao meio e recheie com o  chantilly e por cima do chantilly ponha o molho de morangos, cubra com a  outra metade do bolo. &lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt;4 colheres (sopa) (56g) de manteiga sem sal picada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt;Unte bem &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style="background-color: white;"&gt;com&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt; manteiga uma forma &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style="background-color: white;"&gt;com&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt; buraco no meio e polvilhe &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style="background-color: white;"&gt;com&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt; farinha; pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt;Polvilhe juntos a farinha, a canela, a noz-moscada, o cravo moído, o sal e o bicarbonato de sódio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt;Na  tigela grande da batedeira, bata os ovos, o óleo e o açúcar, em  velocidade média, por 2-3 minutos. Raspe as laterais da tigela &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style="background-color: white;"&gt;com&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt; uma espátula para assegurar que o açúcar seja bem incorporado. Junte a baunilha e bata por mais 30 segundos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt;Em  velocidade baixa, acrescente os ingredientes peneirados aos poucos e  bata para incorporá-los à massa; raspe novamente as laterais da tigela e  acrescente as nozes, o chocolate e as bananas e misture delicadamente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style="background-color: white;"&gt;com&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt; a espátula – não bata em excesso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt;Transfira a massa para a forma preparada e leve ao forno por aproximadamente de 50 minutos – faça o teste do palito. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="background-color: white;"&gt;Cerca de 5-10 minutos antes de o bolo terminar de assar, prepare o caramelo: &lt;br /&gt;
Coloque  todos os ingredientes numa panelinha e leve ao fogo até ferver, mexendo  algumas vezes para que não queimem. Deixe ferver por uns 5 minutos e  então remova do fogo.&lt;br /&gt;
Ao retirar o bolo do forno, faça furinhos nele usando um palito e imediatamente regue-o &lt;b&gt;com&lt;/b&gt;  o caramelo, aos poucos, para que toda a cobertura seja absorvida pelo  bolo. Se “poças” de caramelo se formarem na superfície do bolo,  perfure-o mais vezes.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1 e 1/2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara (chá) de água (fervendo)&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recheio de Avelãs&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
400g de chocolate branco (ralado)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lata de creme de leite (sem soro)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lata de doce de leite&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sopa) de glucose de milho&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sopa) de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (chá) de essência de rum&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara (chá) de avelãs torradas (moídas)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de fazer&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bata  as claras em ponto de neve e coloque o açúcar, em seguida as gemas uma a  uma. Acrescente a água fervendo e a farinha de trigo, bata rapidamente.  Por último, misture o óleo e o fermento em pó. Leve ao forno pré  aquecido na temperatura de 180ºC, para assar. Coloque todos os  ingredientes do recheio em um refratário grande e leve ao banho-maria,  até obter um creme. Abra a massa, recheie e cubra &lt;b style="background-color: white;"&gt;com&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;o creme obtido.&lt;br /&gt;
