&lt;li&gt;Colocar a massa numa bancada enfarinhada e aos poucos acrescentar o restante do trigo, sempre trabalhando a massa,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Colocar a massa no formato desejado numa forma com papel manteiga.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

Para o bolo, bata os ovos inteiros com o açúcar por 10 minutos. Diminua a velocidade da batedeira e junte a água misturada com o óleo. Desligue e misture delicadamente a farinha, o sal, o chocolate, o amido de milho e por último, o fermento em pó. Coloque em assadeira untada e polvilhada e leve ao forno médio, pré aquecido, para assar. Depois de assado, deixe amornar, desenforme e corte o bolo ao meio. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Recheio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para o mousse, bata o creme de leite fresco em ponto de chantilly mole. Mantenha na geladeira. Leve ao banho-maria os chocolates com o creme de leite de lata, mexendo bem até o chocolate derreter e a mistura ficar homogênea. Retire do banho-maria e misture o conhaque. Junte essa mistura às claras em neve misturando delicadamente. Acrescente a gelatina, previamente hidratada na água e dissolvida por 20 segundos no microondas. Por último, junte também delicadamente o chantilly mole à essa mistura.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Calda&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Numa panela, junte todos os ingredientes da calda e leve ao fogo para ferver por 5 minutos. Desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar um pouco. Misture o rum e aplique. Para montar, recheie e cubra o bolo com a mousse de chocolate, regando as massas com a calda. Calda de maracujá&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Passe a polpa dos maracujás por uma peneira, reserve as sementes e coloque o suco numa panela.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adicione o suco de laranja ao suco de maracujá, leve ao fogo baixo e deixe reduzir a um terço. Apague o fogo e reserve.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Seque as sementes do maracujá em forno muito baixo, para que não queimem, e junte ao caldo reduzido.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Separe as claras das gemas. Em uma batedeira, bata a manteiga com as gemas até obter um creme homogêneo.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adicione lentamente o chocolate e continue batendo para alisar a mistura. Reserve.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Em outro recipiente, bata as claras em neve, até o ponto médio, não muito firme.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Incorpore delicadamente as claras à mistura de chocolate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Despeje em formas de silicone no formato preferido. Leve ao freezer até que fique firme (cerca de 5 horas).&lt;/li&gt;

MODO DE PREPARO&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Coloque a manteiga e o açúcar na batedeira e bata até obter um creme bem fofo e liso&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acrescente o creme de leite e bata rapidamente apenas para misturar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Desligue a batedeira e reserve&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Separe um recipiente médio para montar o doce&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acrescente um pouco de leite num prato fundo e molhe rapidamente algumas bolachas maisena no leite&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Forre o fundo do recipiente escolhido com uma camada de bolachas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acrescente uma camada do creme reservado sobre as bolachas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acrescente mais uma camada de bolachas molhadas no leite e repita o procedimento finalizando com a bolacha&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cubra a última camada de bolachas com o leite condensado sabor chocolate (comprado pronto ou a cobertura)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Leve à geladeira por no mínimo 3 horas ou até que o doce fique bem gelado&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Retire o doce da geladeira e sirva a seguir&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Você pode substituir o leite condensado de chocolate por cobertura de sorvete sabor chocolate, fica ótimo por ser meio amargo quebra um pouco o doce&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
