Numa fôrma redonda (+/- 17 cm de diâmetro) e de fundo falso, abra a massa com os dedos, no fundo e lateral, deixando uma espessura fina. Misture levemente, coloque na geladeira e deixe de um dia para o outro. Cobertura: Numa batedeira bata claras com açúcar até ponto de pico. MONTAGEM DA TORTA DE LIMÃO: Desenforme a massa fria da fôrma. Com o auxilio de uma colher, coloque colheradas do recheio, até preencher toda a torta. Cubra com o merengue, com o auxílio de uma colher formando picos altos por toda a superfície. Com um maçarico, doure levemente o merengue e cubra com raspas de 1/2 limão.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Pulo do Gato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O maçarico pode ser substituído, colocando a torta&lt;br /&gt;no forno pré-aquecido a 250ºC por 2 minutos. Bata bem por 10 a 12 minutos. 2- Numa fôrma de alumínio redonda (26 cm de diâmetro X 4 cm de altura) coloque 2 colheres (sopa bem cheias) da mistura da batedeira e forre o fundo da fôrma. Leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 200 graus por 3 a 5 minutos. Retire a fôrma do forno e deixe esfriar completamente em temperatura ambiente. 3- Depois de esfriar complete a fôrma com a mistura que ficou na batedeira e alise bem a superfície. Leve para o freezer por 2 horas no mínimo. Sirva com calda de baunilha e café. CALDA DE BAUNILHA E CAFÉ: Numa panela em fogo médio coloque o leite fresco, o café instantâneo, o mel, a essência de baunilha e deixe reduzir por mais ou menos 5 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando. Deixe esfriar e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Derreta e tempere o chocolate meio amargo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Faça o suporte do ovo com cerca de ½ xícara (chá) de chocolate meio amargo derretido e temperado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Modele o ovo utilizando a técnica para ovos com cascas recheadas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Decore o ovo: depois que os ovos estiverem secos e desenformados, com um rolinho de espuma espalhe uma camada de chocolate em cada metade do ovo dando uma finalização texturizada. Leve à geladeira para secar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Montagem: aqueça levemente uma assadeira ou placa de alumínio, coloque rapidamente as metades do ovo e cole-as em seguida, segurando-as até secar. Coloque um pouco do chocolate meio amargo sobre o suporte de chocolate e apóie a base do ovo. Segure até secar.
