Preaqueça o forno por 15 minutos e, enquanto isso, retire o peru descongelado da embalagem sem esquecer de tirar o saco de miúdos de dentro. Passe manteiga por toda a parte exterior do peru, sobre a pele e, com cuidado, descole a pele da carne e passe manteiga no espaço entre a pele e a carne do peru. Em seguida, deposite o peru em uma assadeira e despeje a marinada sobre ele. Cubra seu peru com papel-alumínio e leve a assadeira ao forno à temperatura média (210ºC) por 1 hora e 20 minutos. Depois desse tempo, tire o peru do forno e pincele mais manteiga sobre sua pele. Com a ajuda de uma concha, despeje o líquido que está no fundo da assadeira sobre o peru e volte-o ao forno. Repita este processo de 30 em 30 minutos até o termômetro levantar (leva cerca de 1h e 30 minutos). Quando estiver pronto, deixe seu peru descansar por 20 minutos antes de servir&lt;br /&gt;

Ele ficará como uma massa grudenta, reserve. Coloque 1 fatia de presunto em uma superfície lisa. Em cima do presunto coloque 1 fatia de mussarela e recheie com o macarrão reservado. Faça um rolinho e corte ao meio. Repita o processo. Aqueça o molho de tomate e dê um toque com folhinhas de manjericão. Coloque o molho em um refratário e em seguida, coloque os rolinhos dispostos em cima do molho. Cubra com o molho branco e salpique parmesão misturado com a mussarela por cima. Leve para gratinar ao forno a 180° C por 30 minutos. Sirva e enfeite com manjericão se quiser.&lt;br /&gt;
