Em uma tabuleiro, coloque 1 kg de berinjela com casca e cortada em  fatias finas. Depois, leve ao forno a uma temperatura de 200º C por  cerca de 2h15 ou até  que o legume fique crocante e ressecado.&lt;br /&gt;
Em seguida retire do forno e triture a berinjela desidratada no liquidificador ou no &lt;a href="http://todaperfeita.com.br/como-fazer-farinha-de-berinjela-passo-a-passo/#" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted; color: #ff00fa; text-decoration: underline;"&gt;processador&lt;/a&gt;, até virar pó.&lt;br /&gt;

Com as mãos, pegue&lt;br /&gt;uma pequena porção da massa e faça uma bolinha, boleando até que&lt;br /&gt;a textura fique mais fina e lisa. Depois, ainda com as mãos, faça&lt;br /&gt;um rolinho fino. Pegue no centro do rolinho e enrole as pontas&lt;br /&gt;formando uma trancinha (ou formato que desejar).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3- Numa frigideira, com óleo frio, mergulhe os biscoitos, ligue o&lt;br /&gt;fogo baixo e deixe fritar SEM MEXER. Depois de uns 5 minutos os&lt;br /&gt;biscoitos vão subir e crescer. Neste momento os biscoitos vão&lt;br /&gt;virar sozinhos e continuar a fritar e dourar. (se precisar ajude&lt;br /&gt;a virá-los com uma escumadeira). Depois de uns 10 minutos observe&lt;br /&gt;se na borda dos biscoitos o óleo ainda está borbulhando. Se não&lt;br /&gt;estiver, está na hora de tirá-los e colocá-los sobre um papel&lt;br /&gt;toalha para escorrer.
