Receita prática para quem está sem idéias para o lanche da tarde. =)&lt;br /&gt;
Parece com uma torta, mas é mais fácil pois mistura tudo de uma vez.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2 tomates sem pele e sem sementes picados&lt;br /&gt;
1 lata de ervilhas&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola média bem picada&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de chá de coentro picado&lt;br /&gt;
100g de queijo parmesão ralado&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras de chá de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos ligeiramente batidos&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de chá de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
2 envelopes de tempero sabor carne&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;
200g de calabresa cozida e defumada picada&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Misture todos os ingredientes, fazendo uma massa. Coloque em um refratário retangular untado. Pré-aqueça o forno e deixe em fogo médio. Asse a mistura por 35 minutos ou até ficar dourado. Sirva em seguida.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dica: A maior parte dos ingredientes, fica por sua conta. Pode substituir o coentro por salsa ou cebolinha. A calabresa por ser trocada por linguiça pré-frita ou refogada.&lt;br /&gt;

600g de lombo de porco sem gordura cortado em cubos médios - 3 xícaras (chá)&lt;br /&gt;
1 pepino médio sem semente cortado em cubos médios - 2 xícaras (chá)&lt;br /&gt;
sal a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres (sopa) de molho shoyu&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (chá) de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sobremesa) de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola roxa cortada em fatias finas - 1 ½ xícara de (chá)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sobremesa) de gengibre em tiras finas&lt;br /&gt;
2 pimentas vermelhas sem sementes em tiras finas - 1colher de (sopa)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (chá) de vinagre tinto&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sopa) de shoyu&lt;br /&gt;
½ colher (chá) de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;
½ xícara (chá) de água&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sobremesa) de óleo de gergelim&lt;br /&gt;
1 maço de cebolinha verde picada em pedaços grandes - 1 xícara (chá)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;MODO DE FAZER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1°- Numa tigela, coloque 600g de lombo de porco sem gordura cortado em cubos médios, 1 pepino médio sem semente cortado em cubos médios, sal a gosto, 3 colheres (sopa) de molho shoyu, 1 colher (chá) de amido de milho e misture bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2°- Aqueça 1 colher (sobremesa) de óleo numa wok em fogo alto e, com uma escumadeira, retire a mistura de lombo e pepino da tigela e leve ao fogo médio mexendo de vez em quando até dourar (+/- 6 minutos). Reserve o caldo da tigela.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3°- Coloque na tigela (com o caldo reservado) 1 colher (chá) de açúcar, 2 colheres (chá) de vinagre tinto, 1 colher (sopa) de shoyu, ½ colher (chá) de amido de milho, ½ xícara (chá) de água e 1 colher (sobremesa) de óleo de gergelim e misture.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4°- Afaste o refogado para as laterais da wok, abrindo um buraco, e abaixe o fogo para médio. Acrescente 1 cebola roxa cortada em fatias finas, 1 colher (sobremesa) de gengibre em tiras finas, 2 pimentas vermelhas sem sementes em tiras finas e refogue rapidamente (1 minuto). Em seguida, misture o refogado de lombo e pepino e mexa rapidamente (30 segundos). Adicione o molho da tigela (reservada acima) e misture bem para envolvê-lo na carne. &lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;4 colheres de sopa de Água Quente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;150 g de Chocolate em pó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: red; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Preparação&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Aqueça a lata de leite condensado em banho-maria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Retire do fogo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Junte o chocolate raspado e misture até dissolver.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Junte a pouco e pouco o resto do açúcar e o chocolate em pó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Deite por cima as claras batidas em neve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Peneire a farinha sobre as claras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Envolva tudo,com delicadeza,com varas de arame.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Deite a massa num tabuleiro de forno previamente barrado com manteiga e forrada com papel vegetal,também untado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

400g de coco seco ralado&lt;br /&gt;

Em uma batedeira, coloque o açúcar com a margarina e bata muito bem até clarear. Coloque os ovos um a um. Acrescente a farinha e o fermento, alternando com o suco de pêssego.&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma assadeira untada, coloque papel manteiga e unte novamente sobre o papel. Coloque os pêssegos fatiados e a massa de bolo por cima. Leve para assar por 35 minutos. Retire o refratário do micro-ondas, descarte o papel filme e sirva a pipoca salgada imediatamente.&lt;br /&gt;

- 6 maçãs sem casca e cortadas ao meio&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 colheres de sobremesa de açúcar mistura à 1 colher de canela&lt;br /&gt;
- Sorvete de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: red; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Em uma assadeira untada, colocar as maçãs. Cobrí-las com o açúcar e canela e levar ao forno pré-aquecido à 200ºC por cerca de 15 minutos (até que elas fiquem douradas);&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Retirar do forno, esperar esfriar e servir com o sorvete de baunilha.&lt;br /&gt;
