&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;umas 4 colheres de sopa de manteiga;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;sal a gosto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Numa panela grande, você frita a carne para dourar e adiciona o sal e a pimenta;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Junte: cebola, cenoura, alho;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Polvilhe a farinha;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Acrescente o extrato de tomate, o vinho e o buque garni (bem amarradinho);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Adicione 1L de água, abaixe o fogo e deixe cozinhar por 2h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Cubra com água e cozinhe em fogo baixo até reduzir e a cebola ficar caramelizada. Tempere com sal a gosto (eu tb coloquei pimenta do reino);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Numa frigideira, refogue os cogumelos com a outra metade da manteiga e refogue. &lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Pus 2 xíc de farinha de milho amolecidos com água. E vc vai colocando água até virar um mingau grosso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Coloquei um pacotinho de molho de tomate, uma pitada de sal e açucar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Uma lata de ervilhas com milho escorridas e o óleo das latas de sardinha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Quando começar a criar bolhas e a desgrudar da panela, coloque na forma de furo no meio já untada e decorada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Numa forma de furo no meio untada com óleo coloquei no fundo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Pupunha em fatias, pimenta piquinho (ou rodelas de tomate), azeitonas pretas sem o caroço.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Sem retirar o meio das berinjelas, coloque o recheio e vá apertando. Jogue um queijinho ralado por cima e forno só para gratinar. Em meia hora no maximo você faz esse prato. &lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Você vai precisar de 4 cebolas médias ou 2 grandes cortadas em rodelas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Refogue com 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga (eu tb coloco um fiozinho de oleo de canola)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Acrescente uma pimenta dedo-de-moça sem sementes picada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Quando a cebola estiver transparente, coloque uma pitada de açucar e sal, noz moscada a gosto e orégano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Acrescente 3 colheres (sopa) bem cheias de farinha de trigo integral ou aveia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;160 mulheres com idades entre 45 e 65 anos participaram do estudo. Os pesquisadores formaram dois grupos: um grupo comeu 75 gramas de maçãs secas todos os dias durante um ano, e o outro grupo comeu ameixas secas. Amostras de sangue foram tomadas ao longo do "tratamento".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;As mulheres que comeram maçãs todos os dias durante seis meses tiveram uma diminuição de 23% no colesterol LDL (ruim) e um aumento de 4% nos níveis de colesterol HDL (bom).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Depois de um ano, as mulheres que comeram maçãs apresentavam menores níveis de colesterol ruim, de hidroperóxido lipídico (o produto de radicais livres tóxicos, que causam danos e morte às células no corpo) e da proteína C-reativa, um indicador de inflamação no corpo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Os pesquisadores também descobriram que o excesso de 240 calorias consumidas por dia a partir da maçã seca não levou a ganho de peso nas mulheres; na verdade, elas perderam em média 1,5 kg ao longo do ano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;É bom escaldar a garrafa antes de preparar o café para mantér mais ainda a temperatura, mas isso eu nem sempre faço. Mas sempre jogo uma água limpa por dentro dela e na tampa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

E seu conceito vai além: prega uma vida sem pressa, saborear os alimentos. Mas no nosso dia-a-dia, quem pode se dar a esse luxo? Quem pode ir pra casa almoçar? Ou almoçar tranqüilamente fora de casa? &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Certamente é&amp;nbsp;um desafio, mas acho que vale a pena tentar. Substituir lanches rápidos&amp;nbsp;por refeições, procurar sabores mais caseiros, prestar atenção aos alimentos, mastigar com calma. Pequenos detalhes que fazem toda a diferença. E se você tiver a sorte de morar perto de casa, melhor ainda ! Poder fazer as refeições em casa, longe da barulhada da rua...ah, que coisa boa! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Como trabalho longe de casa, procurei encontrar restaurantes mais saudáveis na região. Tem um kilo japonês bem legal, e outro que serve refeições super caseiras (é PF), mas super saudáveis, com pouca carne vermelha, sem frituras, com uma saladinha crua fresquinha, tudo de bom. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Essa receita é pra depois do Natal. &lt;br /&gt;
Depois que a gente já se encheu do panetone que sobrou e até ressecou. Há também aquela "oferta" depois das festas, pra liquidar os panetones das prateleiras dos supermercados.&lt;br /&gt;
É aí que entra o :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pudim de panetone&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Você vai precisar de:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- ½ litro de leite&lt;br /&gt;
- 170 gramas de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
- ½ litro de creme de leite fresco&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 panetone picado ou em fatias&amp;nbsp;(os restos da festa)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de preparo: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misture os outros ingredientes em uma vasilha. Mergulhe as fatias do panenote na mistura e colocar em&amp;nbsp;forminhas. Entre uma camada e outra, despeje um pouco do creme. Coloque as forminhas e uma assadeira com água, para assar em banho-maria. Leve ao forno por 30 minutos a 200ºC. Pode ser servido com sorvete de creme.&lt;br /&gt;

Estamos pra ir lá desde que voltamos a morar em SP, mas nunca dava tempo. Hoje como precisávamos comprar alguns ingredientes para o natal, resolvemos dar um pulo lá. Resolvemos ir de metrô por causa do caos no trânsito, e valeu a pena. Pra quem não sabe, a gente desce na estação Luz da Linha Azul, sentido R. Florêncio de Abreu, e desce a rua Paula Sousa. Eu particularmente nunca havia feito esse caminho. Essa rua tem TUDO pra restaurantes, bares, etc. Desde fôrmas de silicone pra bolo até churrasqueiras profissionais. Um paraíso! Tem também ingredientes pra bolos, sorvetes...quem quer fazer uma festa tem que ir lá.
