This function has been modified. We no longer serve links in xml files based
on a number of days. We now serve for one day only. To conserve system resources
(these queries can be resource-intensive) you may not query the same campaign more
than once per hour.

The new query format for one campaign's links is:
http://www.thelinkjuicer.com/cgi-bin/getcampaignlinksxml.cgi?uid=XXX&token=YYY&cid=ZZZ&date=YYYY-MM-DD

The new query format for all your links is:
http://www.thelinkjuicer.com/cgi-bin/getcampaignlinksxml.cgi?uid=XXX&token=YYY&date=YYYY-MM-DD

XXX is your user id, which can be found at https://www.thelinkjuicer.com/editaccountdetails.html
YYY is your PayPal id, which is a 13 character alph-numeric code you can find in your PayPal account
ZZZ is the campaign id (optional)
YYYY-MM-DD is the date, for example 2011-07-15
