			<title>Flatbread Company, The</title>
			<link>http://www.bostonvegan.org/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=345&amp;Itemid=</link>
<description>The Flatbread Company makes the best vegan pizza I have ever tasted.  There is a 100% vegan pizza on the regular menu.  Also, there's always a veggie special (which can be prepared without the cheese for vegans).  I usually request something more customized (last visit: carmelized onions, baby spinach, fresh diced tomatoes, artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, olive oil   fresh herbs, and drizzled with a balsamic glaze).  I have dined at Flatbread numerous times and have been impressed each and every visit.  They have happily accommodated all of my dietary restrictions.  In addition, Flatbread is committed to using local and organic ingredients whenever possible.  The GIANT wood-fired clay oven makes Flatbread a particularly cozy spot to dine when it's cold out. Make sure you mapquest this one... it is a little tricky to find.</description>
