Nisam planirala raditi tortu ali.... kad sam to rekla mojoj sestri okrenula me svojom porukicom " :'(  baš sam tužna, ja bi neki kolač tvoj papila.." i ja naravno krenula peć u 22.30 i to baš prvi dan ove godine kad smo svi ionako bili više za odmor nego pečenje kolača ili torte... Krivac joj je i dao&amp;nbsp;ime ;) &lt;br /&gt;

Kako je bilo već kasno razmišljala sam kako napraviti finu torticu, a da bude što brže gotova. Naravno najduže traje hlađenje biskvita i kreme pa sam biskvit napravila u velikom plehu umjesto u kalupu za torte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Sastojci&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Tijesto&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
9 žumanjaka&lt;br /&gt;
150 grama čokolade za kuhanje&lt;br /&gt;
200 grama mljevenih oraha &lt;br /&gt;
100 grama brašna&lt;br /&gt;
200 grama šećera&lt;br /&gt;
200 grama maslaca ili margarina&lt;br /&gt;
1 vanilin šećer&lt;br /&gt;
pola praška za pecivo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
9 bjelanjaka&lt;br /&gt;
50 grama šećera&lt;br /&gt;
par zrna soli&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Krema&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
500 ml slatkog vrhnja&lt;br /&gt;
300 grama čokolade za kuhanje&lt;br /&gt;
150 grama šećera u prahu&lt;br /&gt;
2 žlice ruma&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
+ čokoladne mrvice za ukras&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Priprema&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Zagrijati slatko vrhnje do vrenja, maknuti s vatre pa u njega ubaciti natrganu čokoladu. Miješati dok se čokolada ne otopi i nastane jednolična krema. Ohladiti do pola pa staviti u hladnjak da se potpuno ohladi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Za tijesto otopiti čokoladu. Bjelanjke sa šećerom i soli umutiti u čvrsti snijeg.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Uključiti pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva C.&lt;br /&gt;
U većoj zdjeli miksati malo omekšali maslac sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom. U pjenasti maslac dodavati jedno po jedno žumance i miksati dalje. Dodati otopljenu čokoladu, miksati dalje, zatim dodati orahe i brašno pomiješano s praškom za pecivo naizmjenično. Po potrebi uz orahe i brašno dodati par žlica snijega od bjelanjaka radi lakšeg miksanja. Na kraju lagano umiješati preostali snijeg od bjelanjaka.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dva pleha od pećnice obložiti papirom za pečenje. Na svaki uliti polovinu smjese i rasporediti do rubova. Radi lakšeg mjerenja može se stavljati jednak broj žlica smjese na svaki pleh.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Peći 20 minuta na 180 stupnjeva C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pečene kore ostaviti da se ohlade. &lt;br /&gt;
Ohlađenoj smjesi slatkog vrhnja i čokolade dodati šećer u prahu i miksati da postane jednolična krema. Na kraju umiješati i rum.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Slaganje&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Od svake kore odrezati 1/3 po po kraćem dijelu - ovi uži dijelovi zajedno tvoriti će srednju koru. &lt;br /&gt;
Ako do sada niste, evo prilike da prvi puta kod izrade kolača koristite metar ili ravnalo za mjerenje :))&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Prvu veću  koru (veličine 2/3) namazati trećinom kreme, zatim na kremu položiti one dvije manje kore (2 x 1/3) i dobro ih priljubiti tako da se kasnije ne vidi da ustvari nisu od jednog komada. Ponovo premazati trećinom kreme i pokriti drugom većom korom (veličine 2/3). Premazati ostatkom kreme i posuti čokoladnim mrvicama i staviti na hlađenje.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Tortu možete preliti čokoladnom glazurom ili ukrasiti po vlastitoj želji.  Fete se režu kao što je prikazano na slici, od svakog reda po dvije fete - nisu velike ali su jako zasitne i sasvim dovoljne za jednu porciju. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Priprema&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Brašno pomiješati s praškom za pecivo, dodati sol i šećer. U sredini napraviti udubljenje pa tu staviti malo omekšali margarin i miješati s brašnom dok se margarin potpuno razmrvi. Dodati 2 jaja i kiselo vrhnje.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pripremljeno tijesto spremiti u prozirnu foliju ili manju vrećicu i staviti u hladnjak na pola sata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Premijesiti tijesto, odvajati manje komade pa svaki valjati u što tanji valjak. Rezati dijelove dužine 8 cm pa svaki dio zaviti u pužić i slagati na tepsiju. Razmutiti preostalo jaje te premazati pužiće i bogato posuti nasjeckanim pistacijama.&lt;br /&gt;

Priprema:&lt;br /&gt;

Od navedenih sastojaka umijesiti prhko tijesto rukama ili mikserom - spiralnim nastavkom za miješanje. Gotovo tijesto umotati u prozirnu foliju i staviti 30-tak minuta u hladnjak.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Uključiti pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Izvaditi tijesto iz hladnjaka, razvaljati na debljinu 2-3 mm pa rezati zvjezdice i stavljati na lim prekriven papirom za pečenje.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Zvjezdice peći 8 minuta na 180 stupnjeva C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Za nadjev samljeti kikiriki (neslani). Otopiti med na pari pa ga samo malo ohladiti i umiješati u smjesu mljevenog kikirikija, cimeta i kakaa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pečene zvjezdice ohladiti pa spajati žličicom nadjeva. Nadjev se stavlja samo u sredinu u krug jer se teško razmazuje do rubova. 200 grama lješnjaka (dio za kremu i ukrašavanje) popržiti u tavi bez dodavanja masnoće dok ne zamirišu i popuca ovojnica. Protrljati ih da se potpuno oljušte pa odvojiti 100 grama svjetlijih, a preostalih 100 grama samljeti za nadjev.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Od brašna, šećera, maslaca, mljevenih lješnjaka i jaja umijesiti tijesto. Ostaviti ga pola sata da odstoji u hladnjaku.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pećnicu uključiti da se ugrije na 175 stupnjeva C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Razvaljati tijesto na debljinu cca 3 mm pa rezati krugove promjera 3,5 cm. Peći ih na namaštenom ili limu prekrivenom masnim papirom 8-10 minuta na 175 st.C tako da ostanu svijetli.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Omekšali maslac miksati sa šećerom, u pjenasto dodati rum i mljevene pržene lješnjake. Dobivenom kremom spajati po dva ohlađena keksića. Kremu bogato staviti, u visini minimalno koliko je debljina jednog keksića ili milimetar više te zagladiti okolo da dobiju oblik malih tortica.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
U marmeladu dodati rum pa dobro izmiješati uz pomoć vilice dok ne omekša i postane glatka. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Na svaku torticu staviti pola najmanje žličice za kavu i u nju utisnuti lješnjak. Na kraju već dekorirane tortice lagano posuti šećerom u prahu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

100 ml kiselog vrhnja&lt;br /&gt;
100 grama margarina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

2 žličice cimeta&lt;br /&gt;
2 žličice kakaa u prahu&lt;br /&gt;
1 jaje za premazivanje&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Priprema&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Brašno pomiješati s praškom za pecivo, dodati sol i šećer. U sredini napraviti udubljenje pa tu staviti malo omekšali margarin i miješati s brašnom dok se margarin potpuno razmrvi. Dodati jaje i kiselo vrhnje (odvojiti pola male žličice)&amp;nbsp;pa mijesiti da nastane kompaktna glatka smjesa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tijesto podijeliti na dva dijela. &lt;br /&gt;
U jedan dio dodati cimet pa dobro ponovo izmiješati da se cimet ravnomjerno rasporedi. Oblikovati kuglu, spljoštiti i spremiti u prozirnu foliju za domaćinstvo ili manju vrećicu i staviti u hladnjak.&lt;br /&gt;
U drugi dio dodati kakao i pola male žličice kiselog vrhnja (odvojeno ranije od 100 ml), dobro izmiješati pa također staviti u foliju ili vrećicu i na pola sata u hladnjak.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Izvaditi tijesta iz hladnjaka. Svaki prerezati na pola. Razvaljati 1 tamnu polovinu na veličinu od oko 30 x 20 cm, odložiti ga sa strane. Razvaljati 1 svjetlu polovinu na veličinu od oko 30 x 20 cm (bolje da je malo pola cm širi od tamnog), premazati ga razmućenim jajetom i prekriti razvaljanim tamnim tijestom te valjkom lagano proći preko sastavljenih tijesta kako bi se bolje sljubili. Sve zajedno zarolati u roladu i staviti sat vremena u zamrzivač kako bi šare nakon rezanja ostale što urednije.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Isto sve napraviti sa preostalim polovinama svijetlog i tamnog tijesta. Slagati se može po želji: tamno preko svjetlog ili svjetlo preko tamnog tijesta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nakon sat vremena, uključiti pećnicu da se ugrije na 180 stupnjeva C. Izvaditi rolade i rezati oštrim nožem na široke fetice širine 5mm. Kekse slagati na lim obložen papirom za pečenje. Kad je pećnica ugrijana staviti peći kekse na 15-18 minuta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mirišu na cimet ;) Mogu se čuvati duže vrijeme u limenoj kutiji.&lt;br /&gt;

100 ml vode&lt;br /&gt;
2 žlice nutelle&lt;br /&gt;
1 žlica kakaa&lt;br /&gt;
1 žlica mlijeka&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;Puding&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
1 litra mlijeka&lt;br /&gt;
2 praška za puding okusa maline ili jagode (2 x 40g)&lt;br /&gt;
50 grama šećera&lt;br /&gt;
1 vanilin šećer&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preljev&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
600 ml kiselog vrhnja&lt;br /&gt;
4 žlice šećera&lt;br /&gt;
1 bourbon vanilin šećer&lt;br /&gt;

Odvojiti bjelanjke i žumanjke. Bjelanjke istuci sa 50 grama šećera i par zrna soli u čvrsti snijeg.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
U drugoj posudi miksati: žumanjke s ostatkom šećera&amp;nbsp;da nastane gusta pjenasta smjesa, zatim umiješati vanilin šećer,&amp;nbsp;ulje, vodu&amp;nbsp;pa brašno pomiješano sa praškom za pecivo. Na kraju lagano umiješati snijeg od bjelanjaka.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pola smjese uliti u pleh veličine cca 25 x 35 cm, a u preostalo tijesto umiješati nutellu, kakao i žlicu mlijeka. Smeđe tijesto većom žlicom stavljati na hrpice po žutom tijestu (dvadesetak hrpica).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Uključiti pećnicu da se ugrije na 180 st.C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Skuhati puding od navedenih sastojaka. Gotov puding - još vruć uzimati većom žlicom i stavljati hrpice u postojeće hrpe od smeđeg tijesta (potrošiti sve).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Peći 40-45 minuta na 180 st.C u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Dok se kolač peče, dobro promiješati sastojke za preljev da se šećer otopi.&lt;br /&gt;
Pečen kolač još vruć preliti preljevom. Najbolje ga je raditi dan ranije kako bi se preko noći dobro rashladio. Držati ga u hladnjaku jer je tako posebno osvježavajući.&lt;br /&gt;

Kolač&amp;nbsp;je nastao sasvim slučajno. Namjera mi je bila napraviti dvije vrste sirovih kuglica po pola smjese, a kako sam oba recepta prepisala u polovičnim mjerama na isti list papira pomiješala sam sastojke. Tek kad se sastojci nikako nisu povezivali u kuglice shvatila sam da sam odmah u prvoj smjesi pogriješila jer u njoj&amp;nbsp;nije bilo mjesto kokosu.&amp;nbsp;Što napraviti da se sad to ne baci??? &lt;br /&gt;

Dodala sam 5 jaja i stavila peći u tepsiju od pećnice. Kakva krema?? E pa kad su već sastojci tako raznoliki nek i krema bude neki sasvim drugi sastojak i eto kako je na kraju izgledao kolač ;) &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Priprema&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
Tepsiju veličine&amp;nbsp;cca 30x32 cm prekriti papirom za pečenje.&amp;nbsp;Uključiti pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva C.&lt;br /&gt;
Pomiješati sve sastojke za tijesto, uliti u tepsiju te staviti peči 15 minuta u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu na 180 st.C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Za kremu staviti kuhati mlijeko, žumanjke, šećer, brašno i cappuccino, miješati i kuhati dok se ne zgusne, odnosno oko 2-3 minute nakon što zakuha. Maknuti s vatre, ostaviti da se napola ohladi pa direktno u kremu umiješati maslac.&lt;br /&gt;

Tijesto odrezati na pola, jedan dio premazati polovicom kreme, preklopiti drugim tijestom, premazati ostatkom kreme i posuti naribanom čokoladom ili ukrasiti po želji. &lt;strong&gt;Priprema:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
U posudu staviti vodu, 2 žličice vegete, potisnuti češnjak i maslac, staviti da zavrije&amp;nbsp;pa kuhati nekoliko minuta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pripremiti smjesu za paniranje: pomiješati krušne mrvice, naribani parmezan i mljevenu crvenu papriku.&lt;br /&gt;
Pileći file staviti jedan po jedan u vrećicu i istući u tanki file ili ga prerezati i otvoriti u fetu pa isto tako malo istući. Svaki popapriti i malo posuti vegetom.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Na svaki file staviti fetu šunke, komad sira pa zarolati i pričvrstiti čačkalicama. Ovako pripremljene svitke umočiti u pripremljenu tekućinu pa u smjesu za paniranje.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;U tepsiju staviti papir za pečenje složiti svitke. Po želji peći uz krumpire (1,5 kg) odrezane na fetice. Preostalu tekućinu preliti po krumpirima i svicima te staviti peći u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu na 200 st.C na 45 minuta. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Krumpire nije potrebno dodatno soliti jer su dovoljno začinjeni preostalom tekućinom. &lt;u&gt;Priprema&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
U zdjelu staviti najprije brašno. U sredini brašna napraviti udubljenje u koje staviti razmrvljeni kvasac. U kvasac dodati žlicu šećera, a ostatak šećera i sol posuti okolo po brašnu. U kvasac uliti 1 dl mlakog mlijeka i malo promiješati da kvasac naraste. Kad je kvasac narastao, dodati kiselo vrhnje, zamijesiti te uz daljnje miješanje (mikserom-spiralnim nastavcima&amp;nbsp;ili ručno) dodavati preostalo mlijeko. Pred kraj dodati ulja i dobro zamijesiti da smjesa bude kompaktna.&lt;br /&gt;

Ostaviti tijesto tridesetak minuta na toplom da udvostruči obujam, a zatim premijesiti i odrezati na dva dijela. Od svakog dijela napraviti&amp;nbsp;"štrucu" kruha. Štruce staviti odmah u namašćen pleh, pokriti krpom i dekicom pa pustiti da naraste za vrijeme dok se grije pećnica. Otkriti kruh i prije samog pečenja poprskati ga hladnom vodom da bolje naraste i napravi ljepšu koru. Po želji na štrucama napraviti dva-tri reza ili ih oblikovati&amp;nbsp;na način&amp;nbsp;opisan u &lt;a href="http://receptiizmojebiljeznice.blogspot.com/2009/01/sastojci-2-kg-glatkog-brana-80-gr.html"&gt;receptu&lt;/a&gt; za veću količinu kruha.&lt;br /&gt;

Kruh peči u zagrijanu pećnicu na 200st.C cca 45-50 minuta (ovisno o pećnici).&lt;br /&gt;
Pečeni kruh, dok se hladi, poželjno je da bude pokriven barem krpom (može i dekicom), dovoljno je samo tek pečene štruce odvojiti jednu od druge pa vratiti u pleh&amp;nbsp;te pokriti dok se ohlade.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Rađena je po receptu za &lt;a href="http://receptiizmojebiljeznice.blogspot.com/2010/03/ben10-torta.html"&gt;Ben10&lt;/a&gt; tortu. Čokoladnu glazuru sam koristila za dodatak kremi zbog dobivanja smeđe boje grive i za crtanje obrisa i detalja.  Za usta koristila sam dodatak crvene boje a za glavu boja je dobivena miješanjem ekstrakta limuna i vanilije.&lt;br /&gt;

1 limun - ribana korica&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

300 g mljevenih oraha&lt;br /&gt;
250 g šećera&lt;br /&gt;
1 vanilin šećer&lt;br /&gt;
100 ml mlijeka&lt;br /&gt;
2 žlice ruma&lt;br /&gt;
2 bjelanjka - snijeg&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
50 g margarina za premazivanje&lt;br /&gt;
šećer u prahu za posipanje&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Priprema&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;

Pjenasto umutiti margarin sa žumancima, šećerom i vanilin šećerom, dodati vrhnje i ribanu limunovu koricu. Dodati brašno pomiješano sa praškom za pecivo te umijesiti glatko tijesto. Gotovo tijesto staviti da odstoji 30 minuta u hladnjaku.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Za to vrijeme pripremiti fil. Pomiješati mljevene orahe, šećer i&amp;nbsp;vanilin šećer pa preliti kipućim mlijekom pa dobro izmiješati. Dodati rum i snijeg od bjelanjaka, izmiješati i ostaviti da se malo ohladi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Uključiti pećnicu na 200 st.C da se zagrije.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tijesto podijeliti na tri jednaka dijela. Svaki dio razvaljati, premazati trećinom fila i zarolati. Rolade staviti u namašteni pleh te svaku premazati otopljenim margarinom. Peći ih na 200 st.C oko 25-30 minuta.&lt;br /&gt;

200 ml bijelog vina&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Priprema&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;

Očistiti lignje i krumpir. Krumpir odrezati na veće ploške.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tepsiju veličine cca 25 x 35 cm obložiti papirom za pečenje zato da bi bili sigurni da se krumpir neće zalijepiti za nju zbog malog dodavanja ulja.&lt;br /&gt;

Na papir za pečenje složiti krumpir, posoliti ga i začiniti sa žlicom vegete. Dodati ulje i dobro ga promiješati.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
na krumpir dodati lignje, malo ih posoliti s gornje strane i dodati drugu žlicu vegete. Umetnuti listove lovora i ružmarin te staviti peći u pećnicu zagrijanu na 200 st.C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nakon pola sata pečenja, izvaditi tepsiju, lagano promiješati, preliti vinom i vratiti u pećnicu još pola sata da se lignje dobro zapeku što će im dati okus sličan pečenim lignjama na roštilju.&lt;br /&gt;

Uključiti pećnicu da se ugrije na 200 st.C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Naraslo tijesto otkidati na male komadiće ili od njega napraviti&amp;nbsp;valjak pa rezati&amp;nbsp;i oblikovati u loptice. Od loptica između ruku napraviti trake, lagano ih valjkom stanjiti i zarolati u oblik pužića. Ako su pužići duži od željenog oblika malo ih razvaljati pa odrezati na polovicu te slagati ravnim (tamo gdje je rez) dijelom okrenutim za dolje. Koristila sam kalup za tortu promjera 24 cm.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
po vrhu staviti male komadiće maslaca. Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici&amp;nbsp; dok ne porumene - 30 minuta.&lt;br /&gt;

Pečene pužiće izvaditi iz pećnice i premazati vodom da budu fino mekani. Za vrijeme hlađenja prekriti ih kuhinjskom krpom. U zdjelu prosijati brašno pa dodati, sol, šećer i kvasac razmućen u malo mlijeka, vrhnje&amp;nbsp;i rastopljeni maslac te zamijesiti uz dodavanje toplog mlijeka. Zamijesiti tijesto da bude glatko i elastično pa ostaviti na toplom da udvostruči volumen.&lt;br /&gt;

Tijesto zatim prebaciti na radnu površinu, premijesiti i staviti na dva dijela. Oba tijesta zamotati u oblik valjka. Svaki valjak odrezati na 12 komada. Od svakog komada napraviti lopticu i staviti na tepsiju. Ja sam stavila dvije tepsije i u svaku po 12 loptica. Ostaviti da još malo narastu za vrijeme dok se pećnica ugrije na 200 st.C.&lt;br /&gt;

Kad su loptice narasle a pećnica ugrijana, zarezati svakoj loptici oblik križa (može i škarama), premazati mlijekom i staviti peći oko 25 min na 180-200 st.C.&lt;br /&gt;

Uključiti pećnicu da se grije na 180 st.C. Pripremiti kalupe za muffine sa košaricama ili ih namastiti i posuti brašnom, mrvicama ili sl.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Jednoj jabuci očistiti koru i sjemenke te ju narezati na male kockice i staviti u dublju zdjelu. U istu zdjelu na kockice jabuke&amp;nbsp;dodati prosijano brašno, sodu-bikarbonu, prašak za pecivo, šećer i cimet pa dobro kuhačom. Zatim dodati ulje, umućeno jaje i mlijeko te dobro izmiješati kuhačom da se sve dobro poveže.&lt;br /&gt;

Napuniti kalupiće pa po vrhu složiti male fete one druge jabuke i staviti peći u zagrijanu pećnicu 30 minuta. Pečene ostaviti u kalupu da se dobro ohlade radi lakšeg vađenja.&lt;br /&gt;

4 bjelanjka&lt;br /&gt;

Zamijesiti tijesto od navedenih sastojaka, podijeliti na dva jednaka dijela i staviti u zamrzivač na 2 sata.&lt;br /&gt;
Pripremiti kalup veličine cca 20 x 30 cm, namastiti ili obložiti papirom za pečenje.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Za nadjev izmiksati snijeg od bjelanjaka. U drugoj posudi izmiješati jogorte i kiselo vrhnje, dodati šećer, vanilin šećer i brašno te dobro izmiješati kako nebi nastale grudvice od brašna. Smjesu jogorta spojiti sa snijegom od bjelanjaka.&lt;br /&gt;

Ponekad smo neodlučni u odabiru&amp;nbsp;recepta za kolač koji je sasvim uobičajen upravo zato jer za njega&amp;nbsp;ima velik broj recepata . Ovdje mi se&amp;nbsp;posebno svidjelo što ne moram valjati&amp;nbsp;tijesto niti prvo zapeči, sve se ravnomjerno peče i super je. Sirove hrenovke prerezati po dužini skoro do kraja, ostaviti 1 cm neprerezano.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Krajeve preokrenuti na suprotnu stranu i spojiti čačkalicom tako da dobije izgled srca.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Kad je pećnica potpuno ugrijana, u svako srce staviti po jedno jaje, začiniti ga i staviti peći 5 minuta.&lt;br /&gt;

O veličini hrenovke ovisi izgled jela. Ove moje hrenovke su bile dosta dugačke tako da je jaje bilo na nižoj razini. Probala sam sa kratkima ali kad sam preokrenula krajeve pukli su i odvojili se do kraja. Meso posoliti i popapriti po ukusu. Popržiti ga na kratko sa obje strane da dobije lijepu boju pa izvaditi iz tave.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Na tom ulju popržiti luk i češnjak koje ste jako sitno nasjeckali ili usutnili mikserom. Kad je luk gotov, vratiti meso, preliti ga šalšom, posuti vegetom, nasjeckanim ili suhim peršinom te preliti pivom i pokriti da se dinsta dok meso omekša (20-tak minuta).&lt;br /&gt;

Posudu u kojoj će se&amp;nbsp;kuhati krem prvo isprati hladnom vodom.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Staviti kuhati mlijeko, odmah dodati  šećer, vanilin šećer i brašno. Mutilicom dobro promiješati da nastane glatka  tekućina. Nastaviti lagano miješati dok ne osjetimo da krema počinje gusnuti, to  je vrijeme prije samog početka vrenja, tada kremu malo brže mutiti sve dok ne  zakuha.&amp;nbsp;Zatim smanjiti  temperaturu i na laganoj vatri sad nastaviti lagano miješanje bar dvije -  tri minute kako bi krema kasnije bila što laganija, te ostaviti da se  hladi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Čim ju maknete sa vatre po vrhu ju premažite lagano&amp;nbsp;trokutićem  maslaca koji će spriječiti stvaranje korice na vrhu. Ostavite ju da se tako  hladi pa ju dobro izraditi mikserom. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Maslac dobro umutiti sa šećerom u  prahu, dodati izrađenu hladnu kremu pa sve zajedno dobro izmiksati.&lt;br /&gt;

Na laganoj vatri ili na pari otopiti sastojke za glazuru uz stalno miješanje.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Biskvit kad je pečen po želji ohladiti prevrnutog kako bi kolač bio što ravniji. Ohlađen pažljivo prerezati na tri dijela (ili na dva). 2-3 žlice kreme ostaviti za pod glazuru, a preostalom kremom filovati biskvite (slagati natrag u pleh), ostavljenom kremom namazati zadnji komad biskvita i preliti glazurom.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Po želji kore - biskvite poprskati mješavinom: 100 ml mlijeka, 1 žlicom šećera i 1 žlicom ruma.&lt;br /&gt;

U drugoj posudi miksati: žumanjke s ostatkom šecera da nastane gusta pjenasta smjesa, zatim umiješati vodu, nutellu pa brašno sa praškom za pecivo i ulje. Na kraju lagano umiješati snijeg od bjelanjaka.&lt;br /&gt;

Biskvit peci u kalupu velicine cca 30×34 cm u prethodno zagrijanoj pecnici na 180 st.C cca 15 minuta.&lt;br /&gt;

Vrhnje za šlag miksati na srednjoj brzini miksera 3-4 minute pa kratko miksati na najjačoj brzini da šlag postane čvrst. Odvojiti pet punih jušnih žlica šlaga za ukrašavanje. U preostali šlag dodati kokos, malo izmiksati pa umiješati nasjeckane jagode.&lt;br /&gt;

Ohlađen biskvit prerezati na dva dijela. Prvi premazati šlagom u kojem su jagode i kokos, prekriti drugim dijelom i premazati šlagom odvojenim za ukrašavanje. Ostaviti da se hladi. 150 g nasjeckane čokolade&lt;br /&gt;
3 jaja&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Glazura:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
100 g čokolade za kuhanje&lt;br /&gt;
50 g margarina&lt;br /&gt;
2 žlice mlijeka&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Dobro izraditi omekšali margarin i šećer, dodati jaja pa jogurt, vanilin šećer te brašno pomiješano sa praškom za pecivo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sve dobro izmiješati mikserom pa kad je nastala kremasta smjesa, lagano kuhačom umiješati čokoladu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Izliti u manji pleh (25 x 30 cm) namašten ili obložen papirom za pečenje.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Peči u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici oko 35 min na 180 st.C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Na laganoj vatri za glazuru otopiti čokoladu i margarin sa mlijekom.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Gotov kolač poravnati lagano po vrhu većom žlicom i preliti čokoladnom glazurom.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Trebao je ovo biti malo drugačiji post sa nekim finim receptićem ili dodjelom nagrada ali jednostavno ne stižem nikako, ako čekam da to odradim čekati će i ostali mogući recepti. Za desetak dana čeka me nova obaveza koja mi neće dati previše vremena za piskaranje po blogu do sredine ljeta pa ću Vas sada počastiti samo ovim ekstra brzim potkovicama.&lt;br /&gt;
