&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Las Judias Verdes o Green Beans como se las llama en Ingles es una verdura deliciosa y acepta todo tipo de combinaciones tanto salado como dulce su sabor es realmente delicioso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ustedes saben que me gusta experimentar sabores asi que lo he hecho asi y he quedado muy satisfecha con el resultado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un paquete de Judias Verdes(Green Beans)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dos Cucharadas de Sour Cream.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Medio envase de salsa Sweet and Sour(mi botella era pequeñita pero si tienen una mas grande le pueden poner media taza)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mantequilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cocinamos las Judias Verdes y una vez listas las escurrimos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vertimos una cucharita de mantequilla y revolvemos bien.(Tambien pueden sustituir por aceite de oliva)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Echamos la salsa agridulce y la cream agria y revolvemos bien y lo ponemos en la estufa para que se caliente un poco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saludos y Féliz Domingo y una Excelente Semana.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olguis.&lt;div style='clear:both; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amigas y Amigos Blogueros:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Con la celebracion de halloween no me quería quedar atras y aunque esta semana no he tenido mucho tiempo hoy si me he propuesto y he preparado este bizcocho tenebroso y esta delicioso y es muy facil de hacer y ademas es buenisimo para una fiesta de halloween.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dos Tazas de Harina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dos Tazas de Azucar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dos Huevos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dos Cucharadas grandes de mantequilla o margarina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dos Cucharitas Colmadas de Polvo de Hornear(Baking Powder)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Media Taza de Leche.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para el Topping:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Crema Batida(yo la he comprado ya hecha)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gel Food Color para darle color a la crema Batida.(he usado color naranja,verde y morado y lo he mezclado con la crema batida y ahi salio el color de la calabaza)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precalentar el horno en 350 grados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mezclar bien todos los ingredientes y vertir en un molde previamente enmantequillado y horneamos por 45 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar el bizcocho un buen rato y con cuidado le damos la vuelta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La Crema batida se mezcla con el Gel Food Color y revolvemos bien hasta obtener el color deseado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cubrimos el pastel con la crema de color calabaza y decoramos a nuestro gusto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saludos y Féliz Hullaweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen Jajajajaajaja.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olguis.&lt;div style='clear:both; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Queridas Amigas y Amigos Blogueros:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ayer recibi este recetario de Carnation al que estoy suscrita hace monton de tiempo y cuando vi esta receta realmente me puse manos a la obra pues tenia una bolsita de manzana que rondaban mi cocina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DOS CUCHARADAS DE MANTEQUILLA DERRETIDA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MEDIA TAZA DE HARINA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;UN CUARTO DE TAZA DE AZUCAR.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;UN CUARTO DE CUCHARITA DE SAL.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;UNA LATA DE LECHE EVAPORADA DE 12 ONZAS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TRES HUEVOS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;UNA MANZANA CORTADA EN RODAJAS(YO LE PUSE UNA MANZANA Y MEDIA)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precalentar el horno en 450.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Derretir la mantequilla y vertir en un molde redondo para hacer pie y que la mantequilla cubra todo el fondo del molde.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combinar la harina con la azucar y sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aparte en otro bowl batir la leche evaporada con los huevos hasta que la mezcla este totalmente homogenea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vertir la mezcla de los ingredientes secos a la mezcla de la leche y huevos y revolver bien.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vertir esto en el molde y encima de la mezcla colocamos con cuidado las rodajas de manzana(sino tiene manzana puede usar peras).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Horneamos por 20 minutos o hasta que al introducir el cuchillo salga seco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saludos y que tengan un excelente fin de semana.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olguis.&lt;div style='clear:both; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ayer preparé estos cupcakes y como me sobro masa hice un pastel y ese pastel lo he regalado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unos amigos de mi hijo vinieron a merendar asi preparé esos cupcakes con mezcla para pasteles pillsbury y quedaron deliciosos y ya no queda ni rastro jajaja solo estas fotos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La receta la saqué de este libro que me lo compré hace monton de tiempo y basicamente la mayoria de las recetas son hechas con mezclas para pasteles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una caja de mezcla para pastel de chocolate Devil's Food marca Pillsbury(pueden usar otra marca sino encuentran esta)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una Taza mas 1/3 de Agua.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tres Huevos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Taza de Sour Cream(Crema Agria)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/3 de Taza de Aceite(yo usé Mazola)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precalentar el horno en 350.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colocar los papelitos de cupcakes en el molde para cupcakes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Batir la mezcla para pastel de chocolate,huevos,agua,sour cream(crema agria) y aceite durante 30 segundo en velocidad baja hasta que la mezcla este homogenea.&lt;br /&gt;Despues batir a velocidad media por 2 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vertir la mezcla con cuidado en cada uno de los moldes para cupcakes alrededor de unos 3/4 lo llenamos para que cuando se suban no se vayan a derramar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Horneamos entre 20 a 24 minutos o hasta que al introducir el cuchillo salga seco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar por 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si desean retiran los papelitos y si quieren le pueden poner frosting o cualquier otra crema que sea de vuestro agrado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saludos y espero que tengan un hermoso Domingo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olguis.&lt;div style='clear:both; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Que bonito y que pinta mas buena tiene este pastel de hojaldre y ademas es muy facilito de hacer y quedamos como reinas a la hora de la cena o para ocasiones especiales con amigos y familiares.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un paquete de Masa de Empanadas o Masa de Hojaldre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dos Bandejas de Champiñones Laminados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un Cubito de Pollo Maggi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ramas de Cebollin(yo le puse algunas)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jamon Ahumado o de Pavo( Siete Rodajas de Jamon de las que son bien finitas)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Queso Rallado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precalentar el horno en 400.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En una sarten o cacerola grande freimos los champiñones,cebollin y el Jamon hasta que esten un poco dorados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vertimos el Cubo de Pollo y media taza de agua y dejamos que agarre sabor y lo cocinamos a temperatura media alta para que se seque un poco el relleno.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Engrasamos un molde y vamos colocando los discos de empanada o la masa de hojaldre y rellenamos con el preparado de champiñones que hemos hecho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rociamos queso rallado encima de todo el molde y tapamos con la masa restante hasta que este totalmente cubierta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Punzamos con un tenedor sobre todo el molde y horneamos hasta que veamos que este totalmente crujiente y doradita sin llegar a quemarse.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saludos y que tengan una linda semana.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Besos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olguis.&lt;div style='clear:both; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ya se que este es un clasico en todas las cocinas del mundo y aunque cada uno tiene su toque especial al final el sabor es igual de rico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta receta aparte de que quedan bien melositos y crujientes llevan ademas Nueces no se imaginan realmente es un deleite para el&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;paladar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precalentar el horno en 350.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dos Barras de Mantequilla derretida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una Taza de Chocolate en Polvo(yo he usado Nesquik)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una Taza mas 1/4 de Azucar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tres Huevos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una pizca de Sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Taza de Harina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dos Cucharitas de Vainilla.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una Cucharita de Polvo Royal,Levadura o Baking Powder.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una Taza de Nueces .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primero derretir la mantequilla y luego mezclarla con el chocolate en polvo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aparte batir el azucar,huevos,vainilla y sal y una vez este homogenea esta mezcla pues la unimos con la del chocolate y revolvemos bien.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finalmente añadimos la harina y mezclamos muy bien por ultima vez.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vertimos en un molde previamente enmantequillado y horneamos por 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sacamos del Horno y dejamos enfriar y una vez frios los cortamos en cuadritos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saludos y que tengan una buena semana.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Besos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olguis.&lt;div style='clear:both; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta receta la tenia anotada en un cuadernito que cada cierto tiempo le doy un vistazo y hoy la he querido hacer ya que llegaron unos tios de mi esposo que el lunes ya vuelven para Ecuador y estuvieron de paso por aca asi que este budin ha sido parte del menu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tres Cebollas Grandes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuatro Huevos Batidos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una Lata de Nata(yo he usado Media Crema de Nestle)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sal-Pimienta y Azafran o Colorante Rojizo de Comida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precalentar el horno en 350.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primero cortar la cebolla al estilo Juliana y luego Freir hasta que este dorada la Cebolla y vertir todos los condimentos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En un bowl combinar la cebolla con la nata o media crema y revolver bien.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Despues echamos los huevos batidos y revolvemos bien hasta que la mezcla este homogenea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vertir esta mezcla en un molde previamente enmantequillado y hornear por 40 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saludos y que pasen un Féliz Domingo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Besos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olguis.&lt;div style='clear:both; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Este platillo les puedo asegurar que mas rico y mas criollo imposible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Las fotos lo dicen todo asi que lo dejo a imaginacion de cada uno.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una Cebolla Colorada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un Calabacion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un Pimenton Verde y Otro Naranja.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sal-Pimienta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zanahoria(yo le puse 2 bolsitas pequeñas de las que son Baby Carrots)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Salsa Agridulce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arroz blanco para acompañar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una Bandeja de Pollo fileteado y sin piel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primero Sazonamos los filetes de pollo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Luego en una cacerola grande echamos todos los vegetales cortados en trozos grandes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un chorrito de Aceite de Oliva  y media Taza de Agua esto lo echamos a los vegetales y para que echen un  poco de jugo de los vegetales.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sin dejar de que se seque el jugo de los vegetales pues al rato de haber estado en la cacerola los ponemos en la licuadora con el agua restante de la cacerola.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Licuamos bien y una vez listo el refrito lo cernimos y una quedará una salsa bien liquida y sabrosa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En el cernidor quedará una especie de puré si quieren lo pueden guardar en la nevera para usarlo para otro platillo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Luego en esa cacerola colocamos los filetes de pollo y tapamos para que se cocine el pollo en fuego mediano y agarre sabor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una vez listo el pollo lo sacamos de la cacerola y si les ha sobrado arroz blanco como me sobro a mi pues echan el arroz en la salsa obtenida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finalmente echamos un chorro de salsa agridulce y revolvemos bien hasta que el arroz agarre sabor y este soposo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saludos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olguis.&lt;div style='clear:both; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Toda la vida me ha encantado el pastel de carne y aunque cada pais y cada persona tiene su estilo a mi en lo particular para ser primera vez a quedado Excelente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una Bandeja de Carne Molida de Res.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Discos para empanada(aunque si ustedes desean pueden usar otr masa de hojaldre o hacerla en casa).Yo he usado mas o menos un paquete de discos para empanadas y un poquito mas para cubrir la parte de arriba y la marca ha sido Goya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una Cebolla Colorada cortada al estilo Juliana.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cinco Dientes de Ajo bien picaditos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ramas de Cebollin unas cuantas tambien cortadas en rodajas finas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sal-Pimienta-Azafran-Salsa de Tomate (vamos probando hasta que este del agrado de nuestro paladar)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primero precalentamos el horno a Temperatura Normal(350)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Engrasamos un molde con mantequilla.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En una sarten ponemos a freir la carne hasta que este totalmente cocinada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En otra cacerola freimos los demas ingredientes a excepcion de los condimientos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unimos las 2 mezclamos y echamos los condimentos y revolvemos cada cierto tiempo y vamos probando hasta que el sabor quede como a nosotros nos gusta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mientras eso se cocina vamos colocando en un molde redondo los discos de empanadas y vamos cubriendo el molde y expandiendo un poco la masa hasta cubrir del todo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colocamos el relleno de la carne en el molde y cubrimos con otra parte de la masa para empanadas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una vez cubierta punzamos con un tenedor sobre todo el molde.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Horneamos hasta que este totalmente cocinado y dorado el pastel de Carne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saludos y Féliz  Martes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Besos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olguis.&lt;div style='clear:both;
