Easy to make and healthy

Ingredients:

Pumpkin Without seed

1lb of ground meat

2cup of mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper as you like

1green pepper

Green onions.

Olive

oil

Preparation:

Wash the pumpkin, cut in half, put salt and pepper.

In a fry pan put olive oil, cut in little pieces the green onions and the green pepper, let it cook for about 10 minutes, add the ground meat add salt and pepper let Iit cook for about 20 minutes. In a glass container spray whit oil the container, put the pumpkin in the middle put the ground meat. at the top add the mozzarella cheese, preheat the oven previously, put in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Lasagna with shrimps

This is an easy meal and delicious.

Ingredients:

1package of raw shrimps

1cup of vodka sauce

1 cup of alfredo sauce

1cup of chicken stock

Salt and pepper

1package of lasagna pasta

1cup of white wine

Preparation:

Put to cook the package of shrimps with the cupof wine put salt and pepper let it cook, rhe add vodka sauce,alfredo sauce and the chicken stock. Let it cook for about 15minutes.

Preheat the oven in 350. In a glass container for lasagna put sauce with shrimps and a layer of pasta until you're fone with both let it cook in the oven for 20 minutes.

Pasta with veggies and and ham/ turkey lean

1 eggplant
1 carrot
1 yellow squad
2 cup of wheat pasta
1/2 green and red pepper
1 cup of alfredo sauce
1 cup of chicken broth..
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut in little pieces all de veggies, put half in a pot to cook for 15 minutes, add the chicken broth and the alfredo sauces, in another pot cook the pasta, after the pasta it's cook mix with the veggies... Then cut in a slices the ham/turkey put in a glass container with the rest of the veggies, put in the oven for 20 minutes..

2 pack of crab
2 eggs
3 spoon of bread crumb
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Mix all tge ingredients together make crabcake put in the glass container previous add spray oil. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes..

1 can of spaghetti sauce
1lb any kind of pasta
1 laurel
Salt and peppers
1 egg

Preparation:

Get the ground turkey meet mix wirh salt, pepper, eggs, maje a small ball, cook it for a little bit, add the tomato spaghetti can, add salt and the kaurel let it cook fir about 30 minutes, in another pit put water to boiler, when is boiler the water put the pasta in to cook add salt.. Then put in a plate after the pasta is cook add the sauce with a meetball ... Enjoy it..

1 cup of alfredo sauce
1/2 lb of spague
1 lb shrimp
Salt and pepper as you like
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 tsp of olive oil

Preparation:

In a pot put a shrimp to cook with olive oil, white wine, salt and pepper for about 10 minutes, then add the whipping cream and alfredo sauce let it cook for another 10 minutes. Then in another pot boil the water to prepare to cook the spaghetti add salt and little be of olive oil cook al dente the spaghetti, then mix the spaghetti with the shrimp and serve... Mmmmm..
If you want use the vegetable wheat pasta is more healthy and delicious too..

Mash potato with shrimp

6 red potato
1 lb of shrimps
1tsp of olive oil
1/2 cup of white wine
Sal and pepper as you like
Garlic and onion as you like

1 spoon of butter..

PREPARATION:

Wash the shrimp, put in a pot with olive oil, wine and let it cook for about 10 minutes. In another pot put the potato already peel and wash to cook with water and salt for about 20 minutes..
Then when everything it's already cook, mash the potato put salt, butter, source crean, after you mash the potato put the shrimp inside of the dame container with the potato and mix it up all together...
