I’m so happy you found this site! It is evolving and growing, so please bookmark it and come back often! If you would like to be on my mailing list, please sign up using the box to the right – and get a series of emails about finding your passion in the process.

For me the midlife years are an opportunity to rediscover what is important and shed the things that are no longer helpful or relevant. Part of this process is to go back and see what was important to me that perhaps got lost in the busy-ness of raising a family and moving house (and country) several times.

Since we can expect to live longer then preceding generations and with better health, I feel the best way we can use this gift is to make our time and actions matter. This includes figuring out what we really want to do and work out how to make it happen. It also means letting go of behaviors and thought processes that don’t work for us or bring us peace or happiness.

In the process we end up with a lot of thinking and evaluating that can feel quite daunting, so this site aims to offer some ideas that I have found helpful, in the hope that they may also be useful to you. If you feel you are getting out of your depth, though, please go and see a therapist or trusted counselor.
